Description

The present invention relates to a pull-out device for a cooking appliance, having at least one side grid with a plurality of horizontal struts which can be used at least partially to support an edge of a food carrier, wherein at least one pull-out guide is fixed to the side grid by fastening means which comprises a stationary guide rail and a rail which can be moved relative to the guide rail, wherein a cover with a support for the food carrier is fixed to the movable rail.EP 1 840 473 A2 discloses a telescopic extension device for fastening in an oven, which is fixed to a side grid. An angle profile is fixed on a movable rail and engages with a support section between two vertical rods of the side grid, so that a food carrier can be moved via the telescopic extraction device and an upper guide rod also serves as a tilting guard. The production of the telescopic extension device with the angle profile is complicated to produce. In addition, cleaning the difficult-to-access areas is cumbersome.DE 10 2010 029 768 A1 discloses a telescopic extension device for a domestic appliance in which an attachment rail made of a stainless steel sheet is fixed to a movable rail of the telescopic rail and laterally to the movable rail via a welded connection. This too leads to complicated assembly by the welded connection and makes handling difficult during cleaning. It is therefore the object of the present invention to provide a pull-out device for a domestic appliance which enables improved handling and is easy to install. This object is achieved with a pull-out device having the features of claim 1.The pull-out device according to the invention for a domestic appliance, in particular cooking appliance, comprises at least one side grid with a plurality of horizontal struts which can be used at least partially for supporting an edge of a food carrier, wherein at least one pull-out guide is fixed to the side grid by fastening means which comprises a stationary guide rail and a rail which can be moved relative to the guide rail, between which a pull-out-extending central rail can optionally be arranged. A cover with a support for the food carrier is fixed on the movable rail, wherein the cover is fixed on the movable rail preferably in a releasable manner by means of latching means. As a result, the cover can be mounted on the movable rail in a simple manner and, if required, can be disassembled for cleaning purposes or for other reasons. The cover can thus be easily replaced, so that if the cover is damaged, the entire pull-out guide does not have to be replaced. This simplifies handling and facilitates assembly, since the cover is only latched onto the detachable rail. The latching means can in this case lie clampingly against the rail.Preferably, the cover has at least one spring web which engages in a receptacle or recess on the movable rail. Distributed over the length of the cover, a plurality of spring webs can be provided, which are latched to receptacles or recesses. In addition, corresponding spring webs can be provided on opposite sides of the cover when the movable rail is engaged around. The cover can have approximately the same length as the movable rail, so that the movable rail is protected by the cover. Optionally, the cover can also protrude at the front beyond the movable rail and, in the inserted state, completely cover the stationary and movable railFor secure fixing of the cover, the movable rail can be surrounded in a U-shaped or L-shaped manner. As a result, the movable rail can be covered at least on an upper side, which facilitates cleaning. The cover can cover an upper side of the movable rail with a horizontal leg or a leg inclined slightly downwards, wherein the inclination is advantageous in order to allow liquid contaminants to drain off. When the movable rail is surrounded in a U-shaped manner, an interior space of the pull-out guide can be covered, wherein a gap between the movable rail and the guide rail can be covered by a section of the cover at least on one side. The cover preferably has a web projecting vertically upwards, on the top side of which the support for the food carrier is formed. For a stable support of the food carrier, this web can be formed in double layers, for example if the cover is made of a bent metal sheet. The upper bend then forms the support. If the side grid has pairs of horizontal struts over at least a partial region of its length, the distance between them in the vertical direction being less than 20 mm, the upper horizontal strut usually forms a tilting guard when the food carrier is pulled out of the side grid. The support of the cover is preferably mounted so that the support is located level with a pair of horizontal struts over at least a portion of its length. The support can be arranged horizontally offset from the struts, i.e. does not have to be positioned directly between the struts, so that a lower strut of a pair is covered on the front side by the cover over at least a partial region of its length of horizontal struts. The support is preferably arranged shortly above the lower strut, so that the lower strut can be used without a pull-out guide for supporting a food carrier and, with a pull-out guide, the support ensures support of the food carrier shortly above the lower strut. The vertical web then forms a support for the support and, in addition, an anti-splashing protection for the pull-out guide. In this case, the vertically upwardly projecting web can be arranged spaced apart from a front side of a lower horizontal strut of a pair over at least a partial region of its length of horizontal struts. The cover preferably comprises a web which covers a gap between the stationary guide rail and the movable rail. This web is preferably arranged in the mounted position on an inner side of the pull-out guide and can extend with a lower edge as far as below the stationary rail, so that the cover forms a wall formed to the interior of a cooking appliance, which wall protects the pull-out guide from contaminants. In a further embodiment, a front and / or rear protruding stop is provided on the cover, by means of which a movement of the food carrier in the longitudinal direction of the movable rail is limited. As a result, a displacement can be limited or prevented when the food carrier is pulled out abruptly on the movable rail. The stop is preferably formed integrally with the cover by an upwardly projecting web.For a stable fixing of the cover, the latter can have at least one angled end section which covers the movable rail on an end side in the longitudinal direction. Thereby, the cover can be prevented from moving by the bent end portion in the longitudinal direction. Preferably, the cover has a U-shaped receptacle at the angled end section, into which receptacle a wall section which is fixed to the movable rail or is integrally formed and protrudes upward is inserted. Then, the wall portion may support the cover in the longitudinal direction to prevent displacement of the cover relative to the movable rail.According to a preferred embodiment, the cover is produced from at least two cover parts which are connected to one another in a materially integral manner, for example by adhesive bonding or welding. The cover parts can also be connected to one another via tox or clinching connections. This allows the production method and the use of material to be optimized. A first cover part can be designed as a vertical web which covers the pull-out guide on one side, in particular an inner side in the installed position in a cooking appliance, so that the pull-out guide is protected from impurities by the vertical web. At least one further cover part has integrally formed latching means and can optionally extend over the entire length of the first cover part or be formed only from individual sections which are fixed to the first cover part in a materially integral manner. The cover is preferably made of a bent metal sheet which is preferably coated after bending. In addition to a paint coating, coatings for improved cleaning can also be provided, for example a plasma coating. The pull-out device is preferably mounted in a cooking appliance, in particular in an oven muffle, wherein a food carrier is held in the cooking appliance such that it can be moved preferably on opposite sides via a pull-out device. The invention is explained in more detail below with reference to several exemplary embodiments with reference to the attached drawings. The horizontal struts 4 and 5 each form a pair and are arranged closely one above the other in the vertical direction, preferably at a distance of less than 20 mm, so that the lower horizontal strut 4, which is connected to the two posts 3, can serve as a support for a food carrier 11 and the upper horizontal strut 5 of such a pair of horizontal struts 4 and 5 forms a tilting guard, that is to say is arranged above an edge of a food carrier and can support it when it is moved in front of the side grid 2.Mounted on the side grid 2 is a pull-out guide 6, which comprises a stationary rail 7 and a movable rail 9, between which a pull-out-extending middle rail 8 is arranged. As a result, the movable rail 9 can be moved via rolling bodies in front of the side grid 2.A cover 10 is fixed to the movable rail 9, which forms a support 12 for the food support 11. The cooked product carrier 11 is shown as a grid, but can also be a baking tray. The product support 11 engages with a lateral edge in the side grid 2, in particular between a pair of horizontal struts 4 and 5. The support 12 forms an upper edge of an upwardly projecting web of the cover 10, which is arranged in a plane in front of the lower horizontal strut 4, as shown in FIG. 1B.FIGS. 2A and 2B show the pull-out guide 6 before the cover 10 is mounted. The pull-out guide 6 comprises a plurality of recesses 21 on the movable rail 9, which recesses are produced by punching or embossing in order to fix the cover 10. A wall section 22 is fixed to an end side of the movable rail 9, which wall section protrudes upward beyond the movable rail 9.The cover 10 is made of a bent metal sheet and has a U-shaped section which can be placed over the movable rail 9. The cover 10 has approximately the same length as the movable rail 9. Integrally formed with the cover 10 are latching means 16 in the form of spring webs, which can engage with a latching section in the cutout 21. These latching means 16 are formed on a downwardly directed vertical web 15 of the cover 10. Further latching means 17 in the form of spring webs are integrally formed on the cover 10, which are fixed on the opposite side of the movable rail 9, for example in recesses or on an edge which is engaged behind by the latching means. Between a vertical web 20, which protrudes upward toward the support 12, and the vertical web 15, a substantially horizontal connecting section 18 is formed, which covers the movable rail 9 on the upper side.Stops 13 and 14 are provided on the support 12 at a front end and a rear end, respectively, which stops are formed by upwardly projecting webs which ensure that the food carrier 11 cannot slip in the longitudinal direction of the movable rail 9 when it rests on the support 12.For mounting the cover 10, it is placed on the movable rail 9 and latched via the latching means 16 and 17.Referring now to Figures 3A-3C, the mounted position of the cover 10 is shown. As can be seen in FIG. 3B, the cover has a downwardly projecting web 19 which covers a gap between the guide rail 7 and the movable rail 9. The web 19 is arranged with a lower end lower than the guide rail 7, so that the latter is protected by the web 19. The web 19 is angled at the lower end towards the pull-out guide 6. The web 19 is preferably at least lower with a lower end than the upper end of the guide rail 7.On an outer side of the pull-out guide 6, a fastening means 30 in the form of a first clamp is provided, which can be fixed to the side grid 2 by means of a holding section 31. Furthermore, a fastening means 40 in the form of a second clamp is provided, which has a further holding section 41 which can be placed, for example, on a vertical post 3 in order to engage around this in a U-shaped manner. Such fastening means 30 and 40 for fastening pull-out guides to side grids 2 are known in a variety of forms and different clamps can be used in order to fix the pull-out guide 6 to such a side grid 2 in a releasable or non-releasable manner.FIG. 3C shows the fixing of the cover 10 to the wall section 22 of the movable rail 9. For this purpose, the cover 10 has an angled end section 23 with a U-shaped receptacle. The U-shaped receptacle of the angled end section 23 engages around an upwardly projecting section of the wall section 22, so that the cover 10 is held on the wall section 22 in the longitudinal direction of the movable rail 9.In FIGS. 4A and 4B, a modified embodiment is shown in which the cover 10 is formed as in the preceding embodiment, except for the shape of the connecting portion 18' between the downwardly projecting vertical web 15 and the upwardly projecting web 20. In this exemplary embodiment, too, the support 12 is formed by bending over the cover 10, so that the upwardly projecting web 20 is of double-layered design.FIGS. 5A to 5D show a further exemplary embodiment of a pull-out guide in which a modified pull-out guide 6' is used. The pull-out guide 6' comprises a stationary guide rail 7', which is connected to a movable rail 9' via a pull-out-extending middle rail 8', wherein the guide rail 7' and the movable rail 9' are each C-shaped. A modified cover 10' is formed on the movable rail 9', which cover no longer encompasses the pull-out guide 6' in a U-shaped manner but only in an L-shaped manner. For this purpose, the cover 10' has a vertical web 20 which extends downward as far as the lower end of the movable rail 9', on which the support 12 is formed at the upper end, which support is arranged between two stops 13 and 14, as in the preceding exemplary embodiment. A connecting section 18' extends from the web 20 substantially horizontally, optionally also inclined obliquely downwards, over the pull-out guide 6', so that a gap provided on the upper side between the movable rail 9' and the stationary guide rail 7' is covered. The cover 10' is likewise fixed to the pull-out guide 6' by means of latching means 16' and 17' which are designed as flexible spring webs or retaining webs. The pull-out guide 6' is fixed to the side lattice 2 via a fastening means 30 in the form of a first clamp with a holding section 31 and a fastening means 40 as a second clamp with a holding section 41.In Figs. 6A and 6B a modified pull-out device is shown, in which the cover 10 comprises a first cover part 10a and a second cover part 10b, which are produced separately, for example from sheet metal. The first cover part 10a comprises a vertical web 15, a connecting portion 18 and the upwardly directed vertical web 20a, while the second cover part 10b comprises an upper vertical web 20b and a lower vertical web 19, which together form a wall element covering a pull-out guide 6 on one side in the mounted position. The two cover parts 10 a, 10 bare connected to one another in a materially integral manner, in particular welded to one another, for mounting on the pull-out guide 6. The cover parts 10 aand 10 bmay also be connected to the pull-out guide 6 via tox or clinching connections or by clipping and embossing. In FIGS. 7A to 7D, the pull-out device is shown with the two cover parts 10 aand 10 bin the assembled position, in which the pull-out guide 6 is covered by the cover 10. As in the preceding exemplary embodiments, the cover 10 is releasably fixed on the movable rail 9 of the pull-out guide 6 via the latching means 16 and 17 and an angled end section 23 on the cover part 10 bcovers a wall section 22 on the movable rail 9 at the end face of the movable rail 9.In FIGS. 8A and 8B, a modified exemplary embodiment is shown in which the cover 10 is composed of a plurality of cover parts 10 aand 10 b, wherein the cover parts 10 aand 10 bhave a different length in the longitudinal direction of the pull-out guide 6 and two cover parts 10 aand only one cover part 10 bare provided.
