Description

One aspect of the invention relates to an installed domestic refrigeration appliance for installation in an installed recess of a furniture wall. The built-in household refrigeration appliance has a body or a housing. The body has a ceiling wall. In addition, the built-in household refrigeration appliance has an assembly part in which the built-in household refrigeration appliance can be fastened to the furniture wall. A front panel of the built-in domestic refrigeration appliance is arranged on the mounting part.A domestic refrigeration appliance which can be installed in an installation recess of a furniture wall is known, for example, from EP 1 956 942 B1. A plate-like connection system is provided there in order to be able to fasten the built-in device to a furniture wall. Upwardly bendable lateral plate-like straps are provided. For fastening a front cover strip to this connection system, strip-shaped fastening elements protruding forward in the depth direction are formed. It is the object of the present invention to provide an installed domestic refrigeration appliance in which a highly functional and space-saving mounting part is provided which is designed for multicomponent mounting. This object is achieved by an installed domestic refrigeration appliance which has the features according to claim 1.One aspect of the invention relates to an installed domestic refrigeration appliance for installation in an installed recess of a furniture wall. The built-in household refrigeration appliance has a body or a housing. The body has a ceiling wall. In addition, the built-in household refrigeration appliance has an assembly part in which the built-in household refrigeration appliance can be fastened to the furniture wall. A front panel of the built-in domestic refrigeration appliance is arranged on the mounting part. The mounting part has a first fastening part which extends projecting from a base element of the mounting part in a first direction and to which the front panel is fastened. The mounting part has a second fastening part which extends projecting from the base element of the mounting part in this first direction. The second fastening part is provided as intended for fastening to the furniture wall. The second fastening part is moreover formed uneven.Such a mounting part enables a multicomponent fastening of components to this mounting part in a simple and nevertheless reliable manner. On the other hand, the mounting part is very space-saving and compact. Especially due to the configuration that the two separate fastening parts extend in the same direction, namely in this first direction, away from the base part or base element, a more individual assembly concept can be produced. Both the furniture wall and the front panel can thus be mounted thereon in an improved manner by these fastening parts oriented in the same direction. There is a bundling of the local location of these two fastening parts with this same direction of extension, so that two different components can be mounted locally at this location of the two fastening parts of the same orientation and arranged adjacent to one another. Both the accessibility and the local centering of the fastening of two different components on the mounting parts is thus advantageous. Moreover, this mounting part is also formed very stably by the base element and the fastening parts extending away therefrom in the same direction. Mounting forces and holding forces can thereby be advantageously absorbed, in particular even without the mounting part being twisted. Just the protrusion of two different separate fastening parts from this base element stiffens the mounting part in itself. In particular, the base element extends in a plane. The base element is thus in particular plate-like. The first direction is in particular a direction which does not extend in this plane. Thus, the fastening parts do not extend in the plane of the base element. They are also not mainly spanned in a plane which is parallel to the plane of the base element. The above-mentioned advantages of the mounting part are thereby further promoted.Preferably, the two separate fastening parts are each oriented so as to project freely from the base element. In this regard, they can be oriented at an angle between 70° and 90° protruding from the base element. In particular, this relates to the plane in which the base element preferably spans. In one embodiment, the second fastening part is deformable in itself for positional tolerance compensation, in particular is elastically deformable in itself. In particular, such deformability in the width direction of the built-in household refrigeration appliance is made possible here. This is particularly advantageous since the fastening of the built-in domestic refrigeration appliance to a vertical furniture wall can thus be fulfilled in an improved manner also with regard to a required tolerance compensation. This is because the mounting part can be fixed in place on the built-in domestic refrigeration appliance, in particular on the carcass, and for a certain tolerance compensation this specific second fastening part can then move, in particular deform in a certain spatial direction, in order to be able to be fastened on the furniture wall.In one embodiment, the second fastening element is S-shaped. This S-like shape can also be formed as a staircase-like angled shape. This shaping promotes elastic deformability. Moreover, this uneven shape also makes it possible for the S geometry to be expandable or compressible in one spatial direction, in particular in the width direction, in order to make this tolerance compensation possible. Precisely this individual geometry of the fastening element enables a particularly advantageous and defined deformation possibility. It is precisely through these shaped two parting lines or bending lines of such an S-like shape, which separate the three separate parts of the S-shape or let them be oriented in different directions that make possible an elastic and defined deformation option. Moreover, this uneven shape of the fastening part also enables, in particular, individual offset positioning between the two fastening parts. They then do not extend in a common plane. As a result, access to the individual fastening parts, even if they are formed directly adjacent to one another, is very easy. This is particularly the case due to this offset between the first fastening part and the second fastening part, which offset is then given in the width direction, although they extend in a first direction different from the width direction or in a first spatial direction. The connection of the aforementioned different components to the mounting part is thereby further improved and more easily possible. In one embodiment, the two fastening elements are arranged on their sides facing the base element or the base part at the same width position. In particular, the first fastening element and the second fastening element are thus formed on the same edge side of the base element, in particular formed integrally therewith. This supports the local centering of the fastening elements already mentioned above and allows the attachment of the different component to the mounting part very locally. Since these ends facing the base elements or the facing sides or edges of the two fastening parts then also adjoin the base element, in particular an identical edge of the base element, at the same width position, a very simple geometry of the base element is also made possible here. On this facing side, therefore, no undesired offset of the two base parts is formed. Difficult installation situations, in particular of the base element on the installed domestic refrigeration appliance, can thereby be avoided. The geometry of the base element is also very simple as a result. In one embodiment, the second fastening part extends through its unevenness further away from the base element as viewed in the width direction of the built-in domestic refrigeration appliance than the first fastening part. In particular, this relates to a section of the second fastening part which extends on the side facing away from the base element or extends facing away from the base element. As already explained above, this offset in the width direction allows simpler accessibility to be achieved and the mounting of the different components on the two fastening parts can be realized very easily. In one embodiment, a rounded wing part oriented towards the first fastening part is formed on an end section of the second fastening part facing away from the base element as viewed in the height direction of the built-in domestic refrigeration appliance. Such a wing part can achieve an enlargement at the end, in particular in the depth direction of the built-in domestic refrigeration appliance of this second fastening part. This second fastening part is thereby mechanically more stable and enlarged at this end section. Mechanical loads can thereby be absorbed in an improved manner, and the inherent rigidity of this end section is also thereby increased. In one embodiment, this end section is arranged furthest laterally as viewed in the width direction and thus furthest away from the base element. It is precisely this end section which is preferably provided for direct coupling to the furniture wall, in particular for screwing on provided thereon. This exposed position of the end section both in the fastening part itself and in relation to the first fastening part and to the base element supports the above-mentioned advantageous functionality of tolerance compensation on the one hand, and also allows easy access and attachment of the furniture wall thereto. In particular, screwing is thus particularly advantageously supported. In one embodiment, in particular only, an end section of the second fastening part facing away from the base element as viewed in the height direction has at least one screw hole for passing a screw through. The advantages which can be achieved with regard to the specific mounting of the furniture wall directly on this second fastening part, in particular this specific end section, are already mentioned above. In an embodiment, the uneven second fixing part has a first portion closest to the base member in the height direction. In addition, the second fastening part has a second section adjoining the first section in this first direction upwards, which is arranged inclined with respect to the first section. In addition, the second fastening element has an end section which adjoins the second section in this first direction, in particular in the height direction, upwards, with respect to which end section the second section is arranged in an inclined manner. Preferably, the first section and the second section are each planar when viewed per se. The end portion may be formed to be uneven. It may have the rounded wing parts already mentioned above. In particular, this end section can have a U-shape as viewed in cross section. In addition to increasing the inherent rigidity of the end section shaped in this way with the wing parts, this also achieves the result that no sharp edges or ends facing the furniture wall are present, which could then rub along the furniture wall and would lead here to scratching or scraping of the upper side of the furniture wall if the built-in domestic refrigeration appliance is inserted into the recess and is intended to be mounted therein. The wing parts facing the base element in the width direction create rounded areas here, for example, which thus make these aspects possible to avoid. These wing parts are thus oriented facing away from a furniture wall adjacent thereto for mounting. In one embodiment, it is provided that holes for structure weakening are formed in the first section and / or in the second section. They are formed in particular on the regions of these sections closest to the separating lines to the adjacent sections. The local deformation elasticity is thus supported in particular at these specified separating lines. In one embodiment, a snap-in element receptacle is formed in the first fastening part for receiving a snap-in element of the front panel, so that the front panel is held on the first fastening part by a snap-in connection. This embodiment enables a very simple and quick mounting of the front panel on this first fastening part. Nevertheless, such a snap connection is highly functional and mechanically loadable. A snap connection also achieves a simple dismantling concept which can be reversibly repeated. As a result, a non-destructively releasable connection is advantageously also created by the snap connection. In one embodiment, the plate-shaped base element is screwed to the roof wall or ceiling wall of the built-in domestic refrigeration appliance. The plate shape achieves the greatest possible large-area or full-area contact of the base element on the ceiling wall. The plate shape also provides a very thin and thus flat element. Screw connections create a detachable mechanical connection which is nevertheless highly stable and permanently functional. In one embodiment, the fastening parts extend freely in the height direction of the built-in domestic refrigeration appliance. This first direction is thus the height direction of the built-in domestic refrigeration appliance. In particular, the base element extends opposite thereto in a plane which is spanned by the width direction and the depth direction of the built-in household refrigeration appliance. The base element thus stretches flat in this plane. In one embodiment, viewed in the depth direction of the built-in domestic refrigeration appliance, the second fastening part is arranged between two first fastening parts of the mounting part. In particular, these fastening parts are arranged in series with one another when viewed in the depth direction of the built-in domestic refrigeration appliance. In particular, the respective depth directions are arranged without overlap with respect to one another. These are also advantageous concepts with regard to this individual arrangement of both the number and the function of these three fastening parts in this case.In one embodiment, a further holding part separate from the mounting part is arranged on the body, to which the front panel is additionally fastened. Especially in a concept in which the elongate, plate-like front panel is to be mechanically held on both opposite sides or ends, the concept is advantageous. This makes it possible for the mounting part to have a reduced size on the one hand and thus be made more compact, since it does not have to extend over the same length as the front panel. Namely, by this front panel being fastened to this mounting part, in particular the first fastening part, only at one end, a holding element different from the mounting part can be provided on the other side of the front panel. This is also advantageous in that a free space located behind in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the front panel, which extends in the width direction, is therefore not completely covered by the mounting part. It is precisely when a free space is provided behind the front panel, which free space is intended to be accessible for mounting purposes and maintenance work, for example, that free space is not covered by the mounting part. On the one hand, to the effect that the mounting part extends only in an end region of the front panel, and on the other hand, to the effect that the base element, which is provided for fastening to the ceiling wall of the built-in domestic refrigeration appliance, is then very thin and flat in this respect. Thus, viewed in the height direction, almost the entire region behind the front panel is freely accessible, since the thickness of the base element acting in the height direction is negligible in this respect. This advantageously also makes it possible for an access shaft provided as intended behind the front panel to be freely accessible for a further functional unit of the built-in domestic refrigeration appliance, which is arranged behind the front panel, when the front panel is removed. Thus, the mounting part basically also makes it possible to create behind the front panel an air space which is accessible at any time when the front panel is removed, so that here also very simply a functional unit can be arranged on the ceiling wall of the built-in domestic refrigeration appliance and offset rearwards in the depth direction. This can be, for example, an electronics module of the built-in domestic refrigeration appliance. In one embodiment, the mounting part is formed in one piece. It is preferably formed from metal. The mounting part is preferably an L-shaped mounting bracket, in particular a one-piece mounting bracket. In one embodiment, the mounting part is mirror-symmetrical with respect to a vertical plane (plane of symmetry). This makes it possible to use the mounting part as a turn-over mounting part and to mount it on a side opposite in the width direction during a door stop change. The terms "top", "bottom", "front", "rear", "horizontal", "vertical", "depth direction", "width direction", "height direction" indicate the positions and orientations given when the device is used and arranged as intended.Further features of the invention are evident from the claims, the figures and the description of the figures. This can be, for example, a kitchen line. The furniture wall 1 has a plurality of wall segments 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6. These are to be understood as being merely exemplary in number, position and size. Furthermore, a recess 7 is provided, which is provided for installing a household appliance.FIG. 2 shows a perspective illustration of a partial region of an exemplary embodiment of an installed domestic refrigeration appliance 8. This can be installed in the installation recess 7. The built-in household refrigeration appliance 8 has a housing 9. In the housing 9, at least one receiving space 10 for food is provided. This can be a cooling compartment or a freezing compartment. In addition, the built-in household refrigeration appliance 8 has a door 11. This is provided for closing the receiving space 10 at the front. The door 11 is pivotally provided on the housing 9. The housing 9 can also be referred to as the body of the built-in domestic refrigeration appliance 8.This body or housing 9 has a ceiling wall 12. The built-in household refrigeration appliance 8 also has a mounting part 13. This is an L-shaped mounting bracket, in particular a one-piece mounting bracket. The built-in household refrigeration appliance 8 can be fastened to a furniture wall 14 or 15, that is to say to a vertical furniture wall 14, 15. The furniture walls 14, 15 delimit the installation recess 7 laterally. As can be seen, the mounting part 13 is formed in one piece. It is formed in particular from metal. The mounting part 13 is here in particular L-shaped. The mounting part 13 includes a base member 16. The base element 16 is here designed in the manner of a plate. It is arranged on a ceiling wall 12, in particular fastened, in particular fastened thereto by means of screw connections. The base element 16 extends flat in a horizontal plane, in particular in a plane which is spanned by the width direction (x direction) and the depth direction (z direction) of the built-in domestic refrigeration appliance 8.The mounting part 13 has a first fastening part 17. This is arranged so as to project from the base element 16 in a first direction, in this case the height direction (x direction). In particular, this first fastening part 17 protrudes upwards in a cantilevered manner in the height direction. The first fastening part 17 is here configured in the manner of a strip or tab. In addition, the mounting part 13 has a second fastening part 18 separate from the first fastening part. This too extends in this first direction. The first fastening part 17 and the second fastening part 18 are protruding from this base element 16 in this first direction on an identical side 19 and an identical edge of the base element 16, respectively. This first side 19 is in particular a short edge of the plate-shaped base element 16. They are arranged without overlapping with one another in the depth direction. The second fastening part 18 is formed uneven. It is preferably S-shaped or angled in a staircase-like manner. Moreover, it can also be seen in FIG. 2 that the mounting part 13 here has a second first fastening part 19. This is also formed on the base element 16 so as to extend freely from the first side 19 in the first direction. With respect to a plane of symmetry oriented in the height direction, the two first fastening parts 17 and 19 are configured symmetrically with respect to this plane of symmetry. As can be seen, the one second fastening part 13 is formed between the two first fastening parts 17 and 19 in this depth direction. It is provided that the mounting part 13 has only a single second fastening part 18. In the case of the first fastening parts 17 and 19, it can be provided that only a single such first fastening part 17, 19 is present in one exemplary embodiment. Preferably, these two first fastening parts 17 and 19 are formed, in particular mirror-symmetrically with respect to a plane of symmetry. The mounting part 13 can thus be designed as a reversing mounting part and can be arranged on the roof wall 12 on the left side, as shown in FIG. 2, so as to change the stop, or rotated about a vertical axis and also arranged on the right side on the opposite right side of the roof wall 12. Thus, depending on an assembly situation and / or on a fitting of a front panel that is asymmetrical with respect to the center, both a fitting of a front panel mounted on the more left side and, on the other hand, a fitting of a front panel mounted on the more right side can be formed. This can also be dependent on the side on which the door 11 is attached to the housing 9.Furthermore, a holding part 20 is shown in FIG. 2. This is separate from the mounting part 13. The holding part 20 is also provided, among other things, for holding a front panel. The front panel, which then extends in the width direction, is then fastened at one end to the mounting part 13, in particular to the front first fastening part 17, and fastened at the opposite end in the width direction to the holding part 20.Moreover, it can also be seen that when viewed from the front, a clearance 21, as shown in FIG. 2, is formed next to the mounting part 13. This free space 21 is thus accessible in the depth direction, so that accessibility on the front side is also made possible for other functional assemblies 22, for example an electronics module, mounted on the roof wall 12. As a result, this mounting part 13 is not in the way in this respect. This free space 21 practically also creates an access shaft in order to reach this functional unit 22, which is fastened to the roof wall 12 behind the mounting part 13 in the depth direction. The removal and insertion of such a functional assembly 22 is then also made possible in this respect. In particular, this free space 21 is formed in the width direction up to the preferably present holding part 20.FIG. 3 shows an enlarged illustration of a partial region of the illustration in FIG. 2. As can be seen, the first fastening part 17 has a cutout 23. In particular, this is a continuous hole here. It is in particular an elongated hole. This recess 23 is a snap element receptacle which is provided as intended for receiving a snap element which is formed on a front panel, not shown. The front panel can thus be detachably fastened to the mounting part 13, in particular to this first fastening part 17 oriented in the height direction, by means of a snap connection. Accordingly, the further first fastening part 19 also has such a cutout 24.Moreover, it can also be seen in FIG. 3 that the second, uneven fastening part 18, which is installed here as intended for fastening the built-in household refrigeration appliance 8 to the furniture wall 14, is formed with a first section 25. In this first direction and thus here in the height direction adjoining the first section 25, a second section 26 is formed. This is separated from the first section 25 by a bending line or bending line, which can also be referred to as separating line 27. At this parting line 27, the second section 26 bends away from the first section 25. Thereby, the plate-like second portion 26 is arranged at an angle to the plate-like first portion 25. In particular, this oblique position of the second section 26 is oriented outwards in the width direction and thus facing away from the base element 16.Adjoining the second section 26 in this first direction and thus in the height direction in the exemplary embodiment shown is a third section, which is an end section 28 here, of the second fastening part 18. This end section 28 is in turn separated from the second section 26 by a separating line 29, which is also a bending line here. In this regard, the end section 29 is also oriented differently from the second section 26 in turn, so that an angular position is also formed between this section 26 and the end section 28. In particular, this end section 28 has wing parts 30 and 31 protruding in a second direction, here in the depth direction. These are curved. They are curved toward the base element 16. As a result, the end portion 28 is U-shaped with the wing parts 30 and 31. The wing parts 30 and 31 are facing away from the adjacent furniture wall 14 with respect to their curved orientation, on which the fastening of the mounting part 13 provided according to the illustration in FIG. 3 is provided. Moreover, it can be seen that the first section 25 has holes 32 as structural weakenings and / or the second section 26 has holes 33 as structural weakenings. These are formed substantially adjacent to the separating lines 27 and 29. This allows a defined elastic deformation of this second fastening part 18 locally, in particular relative to the base element 16 and / or relative to the first fastening parts 17 and 19, in particular at the parting lines 27, 29.FIG. 4 shows a plan view of a partial region of the illustration in FIG. 2. The offset position formed in the width direction between the second fastening part 18 and the here two first fastening parts 17 and 19 is shown. In the width direction, the second fastening part 18 is thus offset further outwards and thus in this respect at least with the second portion 26 and the end portion 28 further away from the base element 16 than the first fastening parts 17 and 19.The screw connections 34 and 35 by means of which the mounting part 13 is fastened to the roof wall 12 here are shown.FIG. 5 shows an enlarged illustration of the mounting part 13. The relevant L-shape can be seen. In this regard, the base member 16 forms a horizontal L-leg. The at least one first fastening part 17, in particular here the two first fastening parts 17 and 19 and the second fastening part 18 here form a vertical L-leg.Moreover, it can also be seen in FIG. 5 that the end section 28, in particular only the end section 28, has screw holes 36, through which screws can be passed in order to be able to screw the mounting bracket or the mounting part 13, in particular by means of the second fastening part 19, to the furniture wall 14.In FIG. 6, the mounting part 13 is shown in plan view. As can be seen, the wings 30 and 31 do not overlap with the first fastening parts 17 and 19 when viewed in the width direction. In FIG. 7, the mounting part 13 is shown in a side view.FIG. 8 shows a front view of the mounted state of the built-in domestic refrigeration appliance 8 here with the mounting part 13 on the furniture wall 14 on the left side here when viewed from the front. The screws can be seen in this respect.FIG. 9 shows a perspective illustration of a partial region of an exemplary embodiment of an installed domestic refrigeration appliance 8. An exemplary embodiment of a front panel 37 is additionally shown here. This is a plate-shaped part which extends flat in a vertical plane which is spanned by the width direction and the height direction. As can be seen, the free space 21 is covered on the front side by this front panel 37. Here, the mounted state of the front panel 37 is also already shown on the one hand on the mounting part 13 and on the other hand on the holding part 20. In particular, a snap connection 38 is formed here, in which the front panel 37 is snapped with snap elements 37 ainto the recess or the hole 23, which represents a snap element receptacle.List of reference characters1 Furniture wall 2 wall segment 3 wall segment 4 wall segment 5 wall segment 6 wall segment 7 mounting recess 8 mounting household refrigeration appliance 9 housing 10 receiving space 11 door 12 roof wall 13 mounting part 14 furniture wall 15 furniture wall 16 base element 17 fastening part 18 fastening part 19 fastening part 20 holding part 21 free space 22 functional unit 23 recess 24 recess 25 portion 26 portion 27 separating line 28 end portion 29 end portion 30 wing part 31 wing part 32 holes 33 holes 34 screw connection 35 screw connection 36 screw hole 37 front panel 37 a snap element 38 snap connectionReferences included in the specificationThis list of documents cited by the applicant has been produced in an automated manner and is only included for the better information of the reader.
