Abstract

The invention relates to a conveying device (1) for conveying products (e.g., food products), comprising a planar motor drive system for contactless conveying of the products on a flat conveying surface, and a flat cover (12) on the conveying surface of the planar motor drive system, wherein the cover (12) separates the planar motor drive system from the products and protects it from contamination by the products. The invention provides that the cover (12) is an elastic cover film (12).
