Information processing device comprising: a first acquisition unit for acquiring first information, which is information about a drawing of an object with a plurality of parts and contains information about the plurality of parts in the drawing; a second acquisition unit for acquiring second information, which is information about an image of the object with a different coordinate system than that of the drawing and contains information about a plurality of parts in the image; a first determination unit for selecting parts in the drawing and parts in the image and for determining a preliminary corresponding relationship between the parts in the drawing and the parts in the image using the first information and the second information;a generating unit for producing a preliminary superimposed diagram by matching the coordinate system of the drawing and the coordinate system of the image and thereby superimposing the drawing and the image on the basis of the preliminary corresponding relationship; a second determining unit for calculating overlap indices that indicate overlaps between the parts in the drawing and the parts in the image in the preliminary superimposed diagram using the first and second information, and for determining the parts in the image that correspond to the parts in the drawing in the preliminary superimposed diagram on the basis of the overlap indices;a calculation unit for summing the overlap indices used when the second determination unit identifies the parts in the image that correspond to the parts in the drawing in the preliminary superimposed diagram, in order to calculate an aggregated overlap index of the preliminary superimposed diagram; and a third determination unit for determining a corresponding relationship between the parts acquired by the first acquisition unit in the drawing and the parts acquired by the second acquisition unit in the image, based on the aggregated overlap index.
