Abstract

Claim 1: A game board (Pong board) for placement on a beverage crate, or other suitable surface, comprising a board provided with openings through which balls can be thrown, wherein the board is made of cardboard honeycomb, aluminum composite, plastic or wood and is designed to rest securely on the beverage crate.

Description

[0001] The invention relates to a multifunctional playing surface specifically designed for placement on a beverage crate, such as a beer crate. The Pong board is an innovative gaming device that can be used both in the recreational and advertising sectors. It allows players to score points by throwing balls into openings and can be adapted to different markets and uses through various materials and designs.

Claims

[1] Claim 1: A game board (Pong board) for placement on a drinks crate or other suitable surface comprising a plate provided with openings through which balls can be thrown, the plate being made of cardboard honeycomb, aluminum composite, plastic or wood and being designed to rest securely on the drinks crate. [2] Claim 2: Game board according to claim 1, characterized by that the top of the board has a game field graphic showing different zones and scores. [3] Claim 3: Game board according to claim 1 or 2, characterized by that the plate is available in different formats, whereby the sizes can vary within a range from a minimum of 600 x 400 x 20 mm to a maximum of 800 x 500 x 25 mm. [4] Claim 4: Game board according to one of the preceding claims, characterized by that it is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. [5] Claim 5: Game board according to one of the preceding claims, characterized by that it can be used as an advertising medium with individually printed playing field graphics. [6] Claim 6: Game board according to one of the preceding claims, characterized by that the openings in the plate can be changed using interchangeable inserts, which offer different thematic designs and game patterns to support special events, holidays or sporting events and enable different game variations. [7] Claim 7: Game board according to one of the preceding claims, characterized by that the board is foldable and is held in the open position by connecting tabs (4), and magnets (6) are integrated to keep the folded board securely closed. [8] Claim 8: Game board according to one of the preceding claims, characterized bythat the plate has additional fastening elements that enable stable attachment to a beverage crate of different sizes. [9] Claim 9: Game board according to one of the preceding claims, characterized by that the playing field graphic on the top of the board is made of a weather-resistant coating that protects the product from external influences. [10] Claim 10: Game board according to one of the preceding claims, characterized by that the plate has non-slip elements on the underside to ensure stable positioning on the beverage crate. [11] Claim 11: Game board according to one of the preceding claims, characterized by that the target openings (2) have a conical shape, which facilitates the insertion of the balls and improves the gaming experience. [12] Claim 12: Game board according to one of the preceding claims, characterized bythat the board is modular and can be expanded or reduced by adding or removing parts to support different game formats. [13] Claim 13: Game board according to one of the preceding claims, characterized by that the plate is equipped with an electrical sensor that registers the arrival of a ball in one of the openings and displays the result digitally. [14] Claim 14: Game board according to one of the preceding claims, characterized by that the board can be equipped with interchangeable playfield graphics to adapt the design to different events or marketing campaigns. [15] Claim 15: Game board according to one of the preceding claims, characterized by that the plate is equipped with a lighting system that highlights the target openings (2) in poor lighting conditions.
