Abstract
Description
BACKGROUND 1. TECHNICAL FIELD
[0001] The present disclosure relates to a plastic tightening device. 2. STATE OF THE ART
[0002] A tightening device is known for use in a fastening element of clothing. Specifically, in footwear such as sneakers or the like, a shoelace is threaded through lace holes such as eyelets, and a wing part is tightened to achieve a snug fit to the wearer's foot size. This increases the fit between the shoe and the user's foot, thus enabling comfortable walking.
[0003] If the wearer is a child, such as a primary school-age child or a preschooler, or even an elderly person, loosening and tying shoelaces is not easy for this user. Therefore, prior art, such as JP 6681386 B, proposes a device that facilitates loosening and tying shoelaces. The tightening device from JP 6681386 B has a winding element 155 through which a wire L is passed, which can be used as a shoelace or the like, and a rotating cover 151 for rotatingly actuating the winding element 155. By rotating the rotating cover 151 in one direction, the wire L can be tightened. The rotating cover 151 can be lifted and the winding element 155 rotated in the other direction. If the wire L is pulled at both ends in this state, the wire L can be released.
[0004] The tightening device of JP 6681386 B particularly comprises an intermediate element 153 with a locking connection portion 153f. The intermediate element 153 moves integrally with the rotating cover 151. The winding element 155 has a locking engagement portion 155f, which is connected to the locking connection portion 153f. When the wire L is tightened, the rotary cover 151 and the intermediate member 153 lower. This connects the locking engagement portion 155f and the locking connection portion 153f. When the wire L is loosened, the rotary cover 151 and the intermediate member 153 rise. This releases the connection between the locking engagement portion 155f and the locking connection portion 153f. SUMMARY

DETAILED DESCRIPTION
[0008] However, in the design of the tightening device of JP 6681386 B, the locking connection portion 153f protrudes downward from the intermediate member 153. The locking engagement portion 155f also protrudes upward from the winding member 155. Therefore, the overall thickness of the tightening device in the up-down direction is large. Therefore, there is a high risk of the tightening device getting caught on other objects during running, etc.
[0009] Furthermore, the tightening device of JP 6681386 B, including the rotary cover 151, the intermediate member 153, the winding member 155, a housing 157, and a support portion 160, is configured with numerous components. Therefore, there is a risk of an increase in manufacturing costs.

Conversely, a direction from the base 130, 230 toward the cover 110, 210 is defined as an upward direction. <Erste Ausführungsform>
[0024] With reference to the Fig. 1 to 7B, a first embodiment of the present disclosure is described.
[0025] The tightening device 100 is formed by a cover 110, a roller 120 and a base 130.
[0026] Fig. 1 is a view of the assembled tightening device 100.
[0027] The size of the tightening device 100 is adjusted, for example, depending on the thickness of a 140 mm cord or the intended application. If the intended application is a shoe, the radial length (diameter) is preferably approximately 35 millimeters. The thickness in the top-bottom direction is approximately 10 millimeters. (Cover 110)
[0028] The cover 110 is formed from a thermoplastic material such as polyamide, polyacetal, polypropylene, polyethylene terephthalate, polyethylene, or ABS. As in Fig. 2 and Fig. As shown in FIG. 3A, the cover 110 is formed with a surface portion 111, a first cover-side projection portion 112, an operating portion 113, a first cover-side locking portion 112a, a ratchet wheel 112b, a cover-side cylinder portion 114, a second cover-side projection portion 115, and a second cover-side locking portion 115a. A first cover-side opening portion 111a is provided in the central portion of the surface portion 111. A first cover-side projection portion 112 is provided on the lower surface of the surface portion 111 and projects downward. The operating portion 113 is provided on the lower surface of the outer peripheral end of the surface portion 111 and projects downward. A first cover-side locking portion 112a is provided on the inner peripheral surface of the first cover-side protrusion portion 112.The ratchet wheel 112b is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the first cover-side projection portion 112. The cover-side cylinder portion 114 projects upward from the first cover-side opening portion 111a, has a second cover-side opening portion 114a on its side surface, and also has an upper end portion 114b. The second cover-side projection portion 115 is provided in the center of the lower surface of the upper end portion 114b and projects downward. The second cover-side locking portion 115a is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the second cover-side projection portion 115.
[0029] As in Fig. 4A, the surface portion 111 has a circular shape in plan view. The first cover-side projection portion 112 and the operating portion 113 have, as shown in Fig. 5B, has a round ring shape.
[0030] The first cover-side locking portion 112a, provided on the inner peripheral surface of the first cover-side projection portion 112, is configured to engage with a first roller-side locking portion 121a, described below, of the roller 120. The ratchet wheel 112b, provided on the outer peripheral surface of the first cover-side projection portion 112 (the surface corresponding to the first cover-side locking portion 112a), is configured to engage with a claw 132a, described below, of the base 130. As in Fig. As shown in FIG. 5B, the first cover-side locking portion 112a has a trough-and-bump shape and is provided on the entire inner peripheral surface of the first cover-side protrusion portion 112. The ratchet wheel 112b has a trough-and-bump shape and is provided on the entire outer peripheral surface of the first cover-side protrusion portion 112. The ratchet wheel 112b is formed such that the trough-and-bump shape of the ratchet wheel 112b has a larger dimension than the trough-and-bump shape of the first cover-side locking portion 112a.
[0031] The first cover-side projection portion 112 on which the first cover-side locking portion 112a and the ratchet wheel 112b are provided, as shown in Fig. 4B, the first cover-side protrusion portion 112 protrudes downward no further than the operating portion 113 provided on the lower surface of the outer peripheral end of the surface portion 111. With this configuration, the first cover-side protrusion portion 112 is not visible to the user when the fastening device 100 is attached to a garment. Therefore, aesthetics can be improved. Preferably, a slip guard is provided on the peripheral surface of the actuating portion 113. There is no particular restriction on the design of the slip guard. For example, depressions and bumps can be provided on the outer peripheral surface of the actuating portion 113 as shown in Fig. 2 shown.
[0032] The second cover-side opening portion 114a of the cover-side cylinder portion 114, which projects upward from the first cover-side opening portion 111a, has, as shown in Fig. 4B, a shape into which the end portion of a second roller-side locking portion 124a of the roller 120, described below, can penetrate. Two second cover-side opening portions 114a are provided at opposite positions (positions 180 degrees apart from each other) on the side surface of the cover-side cylinder portion 114.
[0033] The second cover-side projection portion 115 has a substantially round column shape. As shown in Fig. As shown in Fig. 4B, the second cover-side protrusion portion 115 is formed to penetrate into a second roller-side cylindrical portion 124 of the roller 120, described below. The second cover-side locking portion 115a provided on the outer peripheral surface of the second cover-side protrusion portion 115 is formed to engage with a second roller-side locking portion 124b, described below, of the roller 120. (Roll 120)
[0034] The roller 120, like the cover 110, is made of a thermoplastic material such as polyamide, polyacetal, polypropylene, polyethylene terephthalate, polyethylene or ABS. As shown in Fig. 2 and Fig. As shown in Figure 3B, the reel 120 is formed with a first reel-side flange portion 121, a first reel-side cylinder portion 122, a reel-side cord passage hole 122a, a second reel-side flange portion 123, a second reel-side cylinder portion 124, and second reel-side locking portions 124a, 124b. The first reel-side locking portion 121a is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the first reel-side flange portion 121. The first reel-side cylinder portion 122 is provided on the lower surface of the first reel-side flange portion 121 and protrudes downward. The reel-side cord passage hole 122a is provided on the side surface of the first reel-side cylinder portion 122. The second reel-side flange portion 123 is provided at the lower end of the first reel-side cylinder portion 122.The second roller-side cylinder portion 124 protrudes upward from a central position of the first roller-side flange portion 121. The second roller-side locking portions 124a, 124b are provided at an upper end of the second roller-side cylinder portion 124 and extend to the outer peripheral side and the inner peripheral side of the second roller-side cylinder portion 124.
[0035] The first roller-side flange portion 121 and the second roller-side flange portion 123 have a circular shape as shown in Fig. 2. The thickness of the first roller-side flange portion 121 in the height direction is, as shown in Fig. 6B, substantially equal to the thickness of the first cover-side projection portion 112 of the cover 110 in the height direction. The diameter of the first roller-side flange portion 121 is substantially equal to the circular diameter defined by the inner peripheral surface of the first cover-side projection portion 112 of the cover 110, as shown in Fig. 6B. This allows the first roller-side locking portion 121a to engage with the first cover-side locking portion 112a provided on the inner peripheral surface of the first cover-side projection portion 112.
[0036] The first roller-side locking portion 121a is provided with a period of 90 degrees on the outer peripheral surface of the first roller-side flange portion 121. If the period at which the first roller-side locking portion 121a is provided were less than 90 degrees, an undercut would result between the first roller-side locking portions 121a during the plastic injection molding of the roller 120 using a mold. Therefore, a mold for forming this undercut would have to be additionally prepared. However, if the period at which the first roller-side locking portion 121a is provided is 90 degrees, the roller 120 can be molded without additionally requiring a mold for forming the undercut of the first roller-side locking portion 121a. Therefore, the manufacturing of the roller 120 can be simplified.
[0037] On the side surface of the first reel-side cylinder portion 122 provided on the lower surface of the first reel-side flange portion 121 and projecting downward, two reel-side line passing holes 122a are provided at opposite positions (positions 180 degrees apart from each other). The reel-side cord passing holes 122a are formed so that they can communicate with base-side cord passing holes 132b of the base 130 described below. The reel-side line-passing hole 122a has a smaller shape than a line-side locking portion 141 provided on the line 140 described below. With this size, the line-side locking portion 141 hooks onto the reel-side line-passing hole 122a when the line 140 is pulled. Therefore, the reel 120 is rotated, and when the line 140 is wound up, the winding position of the line 140 can be prevented from shifting or the line 140 from running idle.
[0038] On the side surface of the second roller-side cylinder section 124 projecting upwards from the middle position of the first roller-side flange section 121, as shown in Fig. As shown in Figure 3B, two slots 124c are provided at opposite positions (positions 180 degrees apart from each other). The slots 124c thus provided allow the second roller-side cylinder portion 124 to be elastically deformed in the radial direction.
[0039] At the upper end portion of the second roller-side cylinder portion 124, the second roller-side locking portions 124a, 124b are provided, which extend on the outer peripheral side and the inner peripheral side of the second roller-side cylinder portion 124. As shown in Fig. As shown in Fig. 4B, the second roller-side engaging portions 124a are configured to engage with the surface portion 111 of the cover 110. The second roller-side engaging portion 124b is configured to engage with the second cover-side engaging portion 115a provided on the second cover-side protrusion portion 115. Specifically, the outer diameter of the second roller-side cylindrical portion 124 and the diameter of the first cover-side opening portion 111a are substantially the same. Therefore, the second roller-side engaging portion 124a extending on the outer peripheral side of the second roller-side cylindrical portion 124 can engage with the surface portion 111 at the position where the second cover-side opening portion 114a is provided. The second roller-side locking portion 124b extending on the inner peripheral side of the second roller-side cylinder portion 124 defines a hole through which the second cover-side projection portion 115 is inserted. The diameter of this hole and the outer diameter of the second cover-side projection portion 115 are substantially the same. Therefore, the second roller-side locking portion 124b can engage with the second cover-side locking portion 115a. (Base 130)
[0040] The base 130, like the cover 110, is made of a thermoplastic material such as polyamide, polyacetal, polypropylene, polyethylene terephthalate, polyethylene, or ABS. As shown in Fig. As shown in Figure 2, the socket 130 is formed with a socket-side flange portion 131, a socket-side projection portion 132, a claw 132a, a socket-side cord-passing hole 132b, and a securing portion 132c. The socket-side projection portion 132 is provided on the upper surface of the socket-side flange portion 131 and projects upward. The claw 132a is provided on the inner peripheral surface of the socket-side projection portion 132. The socket-side cord-passing hole 132b is provided in the side surface of the socket-side projection portion 132. The securing portion 132c is provided on the inner peripheral surface of the socket-side projection portion 132.
[0041] The base-side projection portion 132 has, as shown in Fig. 2, has essentially the shape of a round ring.
[0042] In the configuration of the base-side projection portion 132, the inner diameter of the base-side projection portion 132 is larger than the diameter of the second roller-side flange portion 123 such that it can accommodate the second roller-side flange portion 123 of the roller 120.
[0043] On the inner peripheral surface of the base-side projection portion 132, a securing portion 132c is provided as shown in Fig. 2. The securing portion 132c has a shape that allows it to cover the end portion of the upper surface of the second roller-side flange portion 123 received in the base 130. This can easily prevent the second roller-side flange portion 123 received in the base 130 from being pulled out. As shown in Fig. As shown in Figure 2, two securing portions 132c are provided at positions opposite each other (positions 180 degrees apart). However, the number of securing portions 132c can be adjusted as needed, for example, considering the arrangement and size of the claw 132a and the base-side cord-passing hole 132b.
[0044] The claw 132a formed by the base-side projection portion 132 has, as shown in Fig. 2, a shape which is obtained by curving the base-side protrusion portion 132 of the inner peripheral surface. A circumferentially extending slit 132d is provided on the inner peripheral surface of the base-side protrusion portion 132 at the position where the claw 132a is provided. This configuration allows the claw 132a to be easily elastically deformed in the radial direction of the base-side protrusion portion 132. As in Fig. As shown in Figure 2, two claws 132a are provided at positions opposite each other (positions 180 degrees apart). However, the number of claws 132a can be adjusted as needed, for example, considering the arrangement and size of the securing portion 132c and the base-side cord-passing hole 132b.
[0045] The claw 132a is designed to engage with the ratchet wheel 112b of the cover 110. The claw 132a has a shape adapted to the trough-and-protuberance shape of the ratchet wheel 112b. For example, if the trough-and-protuberance shape of the ratchet wheel 112b is large, the claw 132a is preferably formed to project further toward the inner peripheral side to match this trough-and-protuberance shape. This configuration allows the resistance generated by the claw 132a and the ratchet wheel 112b when rotating the cover 110 to be adjusted.
[0046] As in Fig. 2, the base-side protrusion portion 132 has two base-side cord passing holes 132b arranged at positions opposite to each other (positions 180 degrees apart from each other). The arrangement position of the base-side cord through holes 132b is not limited to a position where the base-side cord through holes 132b are opposite to each other. However, considering easy connection with the roller-side cord through holes 122a of the roller 120, the base-side cord through holes 132b are preferably located at positions opposite to each other. The number of the base-side cord pass-through holes 132b is also not limited to two. However, considering the ease of connection with the pulley-side cord pass-through holes 122a of the pulley 120, two are preferred. (Cord 140)
[0047] As in Fig. 4B, a cord-side locking portion 141 is formed near the center of the cord 140 or near an end portion.
[0048] The cord-side locking portion 141 has a shape that is larger than the reel-side cord passage hole 122a of the reel 120. Due to this size, the cord-side locking portion 141 with this configuration cannot be easily pulled out of the first reel-side cylinder portion 122 after being inserted into the first reel-side cylinder portion 122. Due to this design, it is possible to prevent the winding position of the line 140 from shifting or the line 140 from running idle when the reel 120 is rotating and the line 140 is winding up. (Assembly method for the tightening device 100)
[0049] The following is a description of the assembly method of the tightening device 100. First, the cord 140 is passed through the pulley-side cord through holes 122a and the base-side cord through holes 132b. Then, the pulley 120 is pressed in the up-down direction from top to bottom until, in the base-side projection portion 132 of the base 130, the second pulley-side flange portion 123 is fitted onto the securing portion 132c of the base 130. Subsequently, the cover 110 is pressed in the up-down direction from top to bottom such that the second cover-side projection portion 115 of the cover 110 penetrates the second pulley-side cylinder portion 124 of the pulley 120. This completes the assembly.
[0050] As in Fig. As shown in Figure 2, the upper surface of the securing portion 132c of the base 130 has a tapered surface that is inclined inward in the radial direction of the base-side projection portion 132. Therefore, when the roller 120 is pressed in the up-down direction from top to bottom, the second roller-side flange portion 123 is guided downward. In addition, the securing portion 132c elastically deforms outward in the radial direction of the base-side projection portion 132. When the second roller-side flange portion 123 reaches the Fig. 4B (unlocking position), the locking portion 132c, which has been elastically deformed outward in the radial direction of the base-side projection portion 132, returns to its original shape and comes into contact with the end portion of the second roller-side flange portion 123. This generates a clicking sound. In this way, the user or the manufacturer of the tightening device 100 can also acoustically recognize that the second roller-side flange portion 123 has been fixed to the base 130.
[0051] The second roller-side cylindrical portion 124 of the roller 120 has the slots 124c. Also, the outer diameter of the second roller-side locking portion 124a extending on the outer peripheral side of the second roller-side cylindrical portion 124 is larger than the inner diameter of the first cover-side opening portion 111a of the cover 110. Therefore, the cover 110 is pressed in from top to bottom in the up-down direction, such that the second cover-side projection portion 115 of the cover 110 penetrates the second roller-side cylindrical portion 124. The first cover-side opening portion 111a of the cover 110 presses against the second roller-side locking portion 124a extending toward the outer peripheral side. As a result, the second roller-side cylindrical portion 124 elastically deforms inward in the radial direction. In this way, the area section 111 reaches the Fig. 4B (unlocking position). At this time, the second roller-side cylinder section 124, which has been elastically deformed inward in the radial direction, returns to its original shape and comes into contact with the end portion of the surface portion 111. This generates a clicking sound. In this way, the user or the manufacturer of the tightening device 100 can also acoustically recognize that the cover 110 is in the position shown in Fig. 4B shown position (unlocking position).
[0052] The cover 110 is made of the material shown in Fig. 4B (unlocking position). The second cover-side locking portion 115a of the cover 110 then presses against the second roller-side locking portion 124b extending toward the inner peripheral side. As a result, the second roller-side cylinder portion 124 elastically deforms outward in the radial direction. In this way, the second cover-side locking section 115a reaches the Fig. 6B (locking position). At this time, the second roller-side cylinder portion 124, which has been elastically deformed outward in the radial direction, returns to its original shape and comes into contact with the outer peripheral surface of the second cover-side projection portion 115. This generates a clicking sound. In this way, the user or the manufacturer of the tightening device 100 can also acoustically recognize that the cover 110 is in the position shown in Fig. 6B shown position (locking position).
[0053] In the above configuration, as in Fig. As shown in Figure 5B, the shape of the ratchet wheel 112b of the cover 110 with the troughs and bumps has a larger dimension than the shape with troughs and bumps of the first cover-side locking portion 112a. The claws 132a of the base 130 have a larger dimension than the first roller-side locking portion 121a. Due to this configuration, the trough and protrusion shapes of the first cover-side locking portion 112a and the first roller-side locking portion 121a are relatively small. This facilitates engagement between the two during assembly of the tightening device 100. Furthermore, the trough and protrusion shapes of the ratchet wheel 112b and the claws 132a are relatively large. Therefore, the resistance in the rotation direction increases when rotating the cover 110 to wind the cord 140. As a result, the cord 140 naturally does not loosen easily. (Unlocking method for the tightening device 100)
[0054] The following is a description of the method of using the tightening device 100, in particular the method for moving the cover 110 from the position shown in Fig. 6B shown position (locking position) into the position shown in Fig. Position shown in Figure 4B (unlocking position) (unlocking method).
[0055] The unlocking method solely involves lifting the cover 110 relative to the roller 120 and the base 130 using the actuating portion 113 of the cover 110.
[0056] Thus, the cover 110 is lifted upward from the locking position relative to the roller 120 and the base 130. The engagement between the claws 132a of the base 130 and the ratchet wheel 112b of the cover 110 is then released, and the engagement between the first cover-side locking portion 112a and the first roller-side locking portion 121a is released. Thus, the cover 110 reaches the unlocking position. In the unlocking position, the roller 120 can rotate freely. In the unlocking position, the cord 140 protruding from the tightening device 100 is pulled through the tightening device 100 from both sides. In this way, the cord 140 can be loosened. A certain frictional force acts between the second roller-side locking portion 124b extending on the inner peripheral side of the second roller-side flange portion and, for example, the second cover-side projection portion 115. Therefore, the cord 140 can be loosened in the unlocking position by rotating the cover 110 in the loosening direction of the cord 140.
[0057] When the cover 110 is in the unlocking position, the lower portion of the second roller-side locking portion 124a on the outer peripheral side of the second roller-side cylinder portion 124 and the upper portion of the surface portion 111 of the cover 110 are engaged, as shown in Fig. 4B. Furthermore, the upper portion of the second roller-side locking portion 124b on the inner peripheral side of the second roller-side cylinder portion 124 and the lower portion of the second cover-side locking portion 115a of the cover 110 are engaged. Therefore, when the cover 110 is in the unlocking position, the unlocking state of the tightening device 100 can be maintained.
[0058] When the cover 110 is in the Fig. 4B, the engagement between the claws 132a of the base 130 and the ratchet wheel 112b of the cover 110 is released. However, the engagement between the two does not have to be released. For example, the upward projection amount of the base-side projection portion 132 and the claws 132a may be set larger than the first roller-side flange portion 121. In this case, the engagement between the claws 132a and the ratchet wheel 112b is not released.
[0059] In this way, if the engagement between the claws 132a of the base 130 and the ratchet wheel 112b of the cover 110 is not released when the cover 110 is in the unlocking position, the cover 110 can be supported not only at its central portion (part including the second cover-side protrusion portion 115) but also at the outer peripheral edge (part including the ratchet wheel 112b) during unlocking. Therefore, the cover 110 can be stably supported. As a result, there is an advantage in facilitating the operation for moving the cover 110 from the unlocking position to the locking position. (Locking method for the tightening device 100)
[0060] The following is a description of the method of using the tightening device 100, in particular the method for moving the cover 110 from the position shown in Fig. 4B shown position (unlocking position) into the position shown in Fig. Position shown in Fig. 6B (locking position) (locking method).
[0061] The locking method involves pushing the cover 110 downward with respect to the roller 120 and the base 130.
[0062] The cover 110 is pressed downward relative to the roller 120 and the base 130. The claws 132a of the base 130 and the ratchet wheel 112b of the cover 110 then engage with each other, and the first cover-side locking portion 112a and the first roller-side locking portion 121a engage with each other. Thus, the cover 110 reaches the locking position. The roller 120 can rotate only in the direction specified by the claws 132a and the ratchet wheel 112b. In this locking state of the tightening device 100, the cord 140 can be tightened by rotating the cover 110 in the predetermined direction.
[0063] When the cover 110 is in the locking position, the lower portion of the second roller-side locking portion 124b extending to the inner peripheral side of the roller 120 and the upper portion of the second cover-side locking portion 115a of the cover 110 are engaged with each other, as shown in Fig. 6B shown. Therefore, when the cover 110 is in the locking position, the locking state of the tightening device 100 can be maintained. <Zweite Ausführungsform>

[0078] The second base-side projection portion 233 has a circular shape. The diameter of the second base-side projection portion 233 is, as shown in Fig. 13B, substantially equal to the inner diameter of the first roller-side opening portion 221b of the roller 220. The screw through hole 233a is configured to communicate with a screw hole of the shaft 250 described below. (Cord 240)
[0079] The configuration and function of the cord 240 are the same as the configuration and function of the elements of the same name in the first embodiment. Therefore, their description will be omitted. (Shaft 250)
[0080] The shaft 250 is made of a thermoplastic material such as polyamide, polyacetal, polypropylene, polyethylene terephthalate, polyethylene or ABS. As in Fig. 10A and Fig. As shown in Fig. 11B, the shaft 250 is formed by a shaft-side flange portion 251, a shaft-side protrusion portion 252, a shaft-side locking portion 252a, the small-diameter portion 252b, and the screw hole 252d. The shaft-side protrusion portion 252 is provided in the center of the lower surface of the shaft-side flange portion 251 and protrudes downward. The shaft-side locking portion 252a is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the shaft-side protrusion portion 252. The small-diameter portion 252b has a smaller diameter than the shaft-side locking portion 252a and is provided lower than the shaft-side locking portion 252a. The screw hole 252d is provided in the center of a lower end of the shaft-side protrusion portion 252.
[0081] As in Fig. 9, the shaft-side flange portion 251 is circular. As shown in Fig. As shown in Fig. 11B, the shaft-side protrusion portion 252 is configured to penetrate into the second cover-side opening portion 214a of the cover 210 and the first roller-side opening portion 221b of the roller 220. At this time, the shaft-side locking portion 252a engages with the second cover-side engaging portion 214.
[0082] The outer diameter of the small diameter portion 252b is substantially equal to the inner diameter of the roller-side projection portion 222b of the roller 220, as shown in Fig. 11B shown.
[0083] The screw hole 252d is configured to communicate with the screw through hole 233a of the base 230, as shown in Fig. 11B shown. (Assembly method for the tightening device 200)
[0084] The following is a description of the assembly method of the tightening device 200. First, the cord 240 is passed through the reel-side cord passage holes 222a and the base-side cord passage holes 232b. Then, the reel 220 is placed in the base-side projection portion 232 of the base 230. The cover 210 is placed on the reel 220 such that the second cover-side opening portion 214a and the first reel-side opening portion 221b of the reel 220 communicate with each other.
[0085] Then, the shaft-side projection portion 252 of the shaft 250 is passed through the second cover-side opening portion 214a and the first roller-side opening portion 221b.
[0086] In addition, a screw 260 is screwed through the screw hole 233a of the base 230 into the screw hole 252d of the shaft 250. This completes the assembly.
[0087] In the tightening device 200, the device as a whole is fixed by the screw 260. Therefore, the device as a whole has a more robust design. (Unlocking procedure for the tightening device 200)
[0088] The following is a description of the method of using the tightening device 200, in particular the method for moving the cover 210 from the position shown in Fig. 13B shown position (locking position) into the position shown in Fig. Position shown in Figure 11B (unlocking position) (unlocking method).
[0089] The unlocking method solely involves lifting the cover 210 relative to the roller 220 and the base 230 using the actuating portion 213 of the cover 210.
[0090] The cover 210 is lifted upward from the locking position relative to the roller 220 and the base 230. The engagement between the claws 232a of the base 230 and the ratchet wheel 212b of the cover 210 is then released, and the engagement between the first cover-side locking portion 212a and the first roller-side locking portion 221a is released. Thus, the cover 210 reaches the unlocking position. In the unlocking position, the roller 220 can rotate freely.
[0091] In the unlocking position, the cord 240 protruding from the tightening device 200 is pulled from both sides through the tightening device 200. In this way, the cord 240 can be loosened.
[0092] In the unlocking position of the cover 210, the lower portion of the second cover-side engagement portion 214 of the cover 210 and the upper portion of the shaft-side locking portion 252a are engaged with each other, as shown in Fig. 11B shown. Therefore, when the cover 210 is in the unlocking position, the unlocking state of the tightening device 200 can be maintained. (Locking method for the tightening device 200)
[0093] The following is a description of the method of using the tightening device 200, in particular the method for moving the cover 210 from the position shown in Fig. 11B shown position (unlocking position) into the position shown in Fig. Position shown in Fig. 13B (locking position) (locking method).
[0094] The locking method involves pushing the cover 210 downward with respect to the roller 220 and the base 230.
[0095] The cover 210 is pressed downward relative to the roller 220 and the base 230. The claws 232a of the base 230 and the ratchet wheel 212b of the cover 210 then engage with each other. Furthermore, the first cover-side locking portion 212a and the first roller-side locking portion 221a engage with each other. Thus, the cover 210 reaches the locking position. The roller 220 can rotate only in the direction specified by the claws 232a and the ratchet wheel 212b. In this locking state of the tightening device 200, the cord 240 can be tightened by rotating the cover 210 in the predetermined direction.
[0096] In the locking position of the cover 210, the upper portion of the second cover-side engagement portion 214 and the lower portion of the shaft-side locking portion 252a are engaged with each other, as shown in Fig.13B shown. Therefore, when the cover 210 is in the locking position, the locking state of the tightening device 200 can be maintained.
[0097] The tightening device of the present embodiments has the configurations described above. Therefore, according to the present embodiments, a tightening device can be provided that has a smaller overall thickness in the top-bottom direction than conventional plastic tightening devices and in which the risk of snagging on other objects is reduced. Furthermore, according to the present embodiments, the manufacturing cost of the tightening device can be reduced by reducing the number of components.
[0098] The purpose of the fastening device of the present embodiments is not particularly limited. For example, the fastening device of the present embodiments can be applied to safety shoes, children's shoes, sports shoes, or high-top shoes. Also, the fastening device of the present embodiments is not limited to shoes, and can also be applied to waistbands of garments or the like.
[0099] The embodiments are not limited to the embodiments described above. Techniques that are substantially the same as the technical elements described in the above embodiments, or techniques determined by those skilled in the art to provide the same effect, may be applied as needed. This means that these techniques can be used as a replacement for the techniques of the above embodiments or added to the above embodiments. QUOTES CONTAINED IN THE DESCRIPTION
