Abstract

Axle bearing unit (100) for a bearing support bushing (201) in a brush shaft (200) of a fruit and vegetable polishing machine, wherein the bearing support bushing (201) has at least two stepped shoulders (202, 203) with different diameters; at least comprising: a plug-in shaft (10; 10') with a shoulder (11) for rotationally fixed connection with a drum flange (220) of the fruit and vegetable polishing machine and with a shoulder (14) on which a rolling bearing is mounted, which can be inserted into one of the shoulders (202, 203) of the bearing receiving bushing (201); and a sealing element for sealing the bearing receiving bushing (201) rotating about the plug-in shaft (10; 10'), characterized in that the plug-in shaft bearing unit (100) comprises a second rolling bearing which has a larger diameter than the first rolling bearing, wherein the first rolling bearing is mounted on a shoulder (12; 12') of the plug-in shaft (10;10') is mounted on and can be inserted into an internal shoulder (203) of the bearing housing bushing (201), and wherein the second rolling bearing is mounted on a further shoulder (12; 12') of the stub shaft (10; 10') and can be inserted into a further shoulder (202) of the bearing housing bushing (201) facing the end of the brush shaft (200).
