Abstract

Back-of-hand heat protection device, in particular for use when cutting meat on vertical grilling appliances, characterized by: a flat base made of heat-resistant silicone material, which is adapted to the anatomical shape of a human back of the hand; a textile air-mesh inlay arranged on the inside of the base for ventilation; and at least two fastening elements arranged on the outside of the base for receiving a heat-reflecting shield.
