Multi-channel acquisition and analysis system for logic signals

Abstract

A multi-channel logic signal acquisition and analysis system, characterized in that the system comprises: a multi-channel logic signal acquisition and analysis device, a multi-channel logic signal acquisition and analysis workstation, and an interface module, wherein the multi-channel logic signal acquisition and analysis device, the interface module, and the multi-channel logic signal acquisition and analysis workstation are connected in series via an integrated bus, and wherein the multi-channel logic signal acquisition and analysis device is also connected to a device to be measured, wherein the multi-channel logic signal acquisition and analysis device is used to process the logic signals received and output by the device to be measured by data compression, and to acquire the processed logic signals while preserving an acquisition result.and to send this via the integrated bus to the multi-channel logic signal acquisition and analysis workstation, the interface module is used to transfer the signal data from the multi-channel logic signal acquisition and analysis device to the multi-channel logic signal acquisition and analysis workstation, and the multi-channel logic signal acquisition and analysis workstation is used to display the acquisition result.
