Device (1) for checking ground contact when a person walks, characterized in that a pair of units (10, 20) is provided, comprising a first unit (10) and a second unit (20), wherein the units (10, 20) each comprise a measuring unit (11, 21) having at least one pressure sensor (11.1, 11.2, 21.1, 21.2), an evaluation unit (13, 23) and an energy supply unit (15, 25), wherein the first unit (10) additionally has a transmitting unit (17), and wherein the second unit (20) additionally has a receiving unit (27), and the first and second units (10, 20) can each be arranged in or on a shoe (100, 200).
