Description

[0001] The present invention relates to a pull-out guide for a drawer, comprising a carcass rail that can be arranged on one side of a furniture carcass, a drawer rail that is mounted on the carcass rail so that it can move in the opening and closing direction and can be attached to a drawer, wherein the drawer rail has an upper side facing the drawer and a lower side spaced from the upper side by at least one side web, and a bearing device for a synchronization rod of a synchronization device of the pull-out guide, wherein the bearing device has a fastening region for the synchronization rod. Furthermore, the invention relates to an arrangement with two such pull-out guides and to a piece of furniture with a drawer and such an arrangement.

[0002] To move movable furniture parts, especially drawers, relative to a furniture body, they are usually mounted on pull-out guides comprising a body rail and a drawer rail, allowing them to move in the opening and closing directions. Synchronization devices are often used in such furniture fittings, which enable smooth opening and closing on both sides and help prevent the drawer from tilting and thus jamming.

[0003] An example of such a furniture fitting is provided in EP 3 282 895 B1. The disadvantage of this furniture fitting is that the drive devices arranged on both sides, in the form of ejection devices, are relatively wide and take up a lot of space.

[0004] Examples of pull-out guides are known from the documents US 2008 / 036345 A1 and CN 105 433 618 A.

[0005] The object of the present invention is therefore to create an alternative or improved arrangement compared to the prior art. In particular, the space requirement should be as small as possible.

[0006] This is achieved by a pull-out guide with the features of claim 1. Accordingly, the invention provides that the fastening area (preferably horizontal in the installed position) is arranged below the underside of the drawer rail and between the drawer rail and the cabinet rail. This allows the synchronization rod to bridge the drawer rail. This, in turn, allows any existing drive devices to be arranged between the drawer rail and the cabinet body.

[0007] The terms "horizontal", "vertical", "top" and "bottom" always refer to the installed state of the pull-out guide or furniture fitting in the furniture body.

[0008] Preferred embodiments are set out in the dependent claims.

[0009] Since the mounting area is located between the drawer rail and the cabinet rail, any drive device can also be positioned between these two rails, allowing the entire unit to be very narrow. This means that the maximum width of the pull-out guide, consisting of the cabinet rail, drawer rail, bearing device, and any drive device, measured horizontally and perpendicular to the opening direction, is less than 100 mm, preferably less than 75 mm. This width is particularly preferably in a range between 40 mm and 70 mm.

[0010] To enable movement transmission from the synchronization rod to other components, the fastening area is the area in which the synchronization rod contacts the bearing device. The bearing device must be designed such that the synchronization rod can be supported thereon and secured in the fastening area. Preferably, the bearing device comprises a support attached to the cabinet rail or drawer rail and a receiving part for the synchronization rod that is movably, preferably rotatably, mounted on the support.

[0011] If the receiving part is rotatably mounted, it is preferably provided that the axis of rotation runs in a horizontal direction and at right angles to the opening direction of the drawer.

[0012] It can be provided that the synchronization rod can be connected to the bearing device, for example, via a snap connection. Other detachable connection variants are also possible. It is possible for the fastening area to be designed in the form of a projection to which the synchronization rod can be fastened. However, it is preferably provided that the fastening area is designed as a recess in the receiving part.

[0013] Protection is also sought for an arrangement of two pull-out guides according to the invention which can be mounted on opposite sides of a furniture body.

[0014] Particularly preferably, this arrangement comprises, in addition to the two pull-out guides, also a synchronization device comprising a synchronization rod for synchronizing movements of the drawer rail or movements of any drive devices present.

[0015] Furthermore, it is preferably provided that the synchronization rod has two ends and is mounted via its ends in the fastening areas of the bearing devices, with the synchronization rod running below the drawer rails. This means that the synchronization rod does not run between or above the drawer rails, but entirely below these drawer rails. It is particularly preferably provided for this purpose that the synchronization rod is aligned horizontally in the installed state and runs entirely vertically below the drawer rails in the installed position.

[0016] Particularly preferably, the arrangement also comprises at least one drive device for the drawer, preferably mounted on one of the cabinet rails. It is preferably provided that the arrangement comprises two drive devices for the drawer (each mounted on one of the cabinet rails).

[0017] It is possible for the at least one drive device to be designed as a retraction device for retracting the drawer from an open position into the closed position. However, according to a preferred embodiment, the at least one drive device is designed as an ejection device for ejecting the drawer. The ejection device can be unlocked by pressing on the drawer in the closed position, and the drawer can be moved by the unlocked ejection device from the closed position in the opening direction and brought into an open position.

[0018] According to a specific embodiment, it is preferably provided that the at least one drive device designed as an ejection device has a housing, an ejection carriage movably mounted in the housing, an ejection force accumulator fastened to the housing and to the ejection carriage, a heart-shaped guide track formed in the housing, a locking pin lockable in a detent recess of the guide track and a control lever movably mounted on the ejection carriage and having the locking pin.

[0019] For a simple and space-saving design, it is preferred that the housing forms the support for the bearing device. Thus, the receiving part of the bearing device is movably mounted directly within the housing.

[0020] For simple motion transmission between the synchronization rod and the drive device, it is preferably provided that a coupling element, preferably gear-shaped, is attached or formed on the receiving part, which can be coupled to a coupling element, preferably rack-shaped, in a motion-transmitting manner. Particularly preferably, the coupling element is attached or formed on a synchronization slide that is movably mounted, preferably linearly, on the housing.

[0021] The exact orientation and position of the synchronization rod is arbitrary, as long as a synchronized movement transfer between the two sides of the extension guide is enabled. Preferably, the synchronization rod is aligned horizontally (when installed) and perpendicular to the opening and closing directions.

[0022] Finally, protection is also sought for a piece of furniture comprising a furniture body, at least one drawer (movable in the opening direction) and a said arrangement.

[0023] Further details and advantages of the present invention are explained in more detail below with reference to the exemplary embodiments shown in the drawings. Fig. 1 schematically shows a piece of furniture with several movable furniture parts in the form of drawers, Fig. 2 perspective view of a drawer with drawer extension guides and drive devices for a movable furniture part, Fig. 3 an arrangement of two drive devices synchronized via a synchronization rod, Fig. 4 perspective view of a carcass rail, Fig. 5 perspective view of a pull-up guide including bearing device and not yet attached synchronization rod, Fig. 6 a detail of Fig. 5 , Fig. 7 a winding guide including bearing device with attached synchronization rod, Fig. 8 a detail from Fig. 7 , Fig. 9a different perspective of the pull-out guide, Fig. 10a side view of the pull-out guide, Fig. 11a detail from Fig. 10 and Fig. 12 a plan view of a drive device including bearing device.

[0024] In Fig. 1 , a piece of furniture 8 is shown with a furniture body 9 and a total of four movable furniture parts in the form of drawers 2. Each drawer 2 consists of at least one drawer unit 10 and a front panel 11. The drawers 2 are attached to the furniture body 9 via a (drawer) pull-out guide 20, consisting of a drawer rail 13 and a body rail 14 (and possibly a center rail not shown).

[0025] A drive device 1 is shown schematically for the top drawer. The drive device 1 has a housing 3. In this case, this housing 3 is attached to the drawer rail 13 (in the schematic representation according to Fig. 1 the housing 3 corresponds to the drawer rail 13). The drive device 1 has an ejection device 4, wherein the ejection carriage 41 and the ejection force accumulator 42 of this ejection device 4 are shown schematically. The locking device 5 has a guide track 52 formed in the housing 3 and the locking pin 51 guided in the (in this case heart-shaped) guide track 52. On the carcass rail 14 (or on the furniture carcass 9 itself) there is a driver 15 with which the ejection device 4 is engaged, at least in sections. The arrangement can also be reversed: That is, the drive device 1 is assigned to the carcass rail 14, while the driver 15 is assigned to the movable furniture part. This uppermost drawer 2 is in the open position OS.

[0026] When the drawer 2 is moved from this open position OS in the closing direction SR, the locking pin 51 moves in a closing section of the guide track 52. The ejection force accumulator 42 is tensioned by a relative movement between the ejection slide 41 and the housing 3.

[0027] In the closed position SS (third drawer from the top), the ejection force accumulator 42 is fully tensioned. This closed position SS can be reached by a purely manual closing movement. Alternatively, the drawer 2—if present—can be moved or retracted into the closed position SS by the retraction device 16, which is only schematically shown and integrated into the extension guide 20.

[0028] Starting from this closed position SS, drawer 2 is moved to the overpressure position ÜS (lowest drawer in Fig. 1 ). This unlocks the locking device 5. After the overpressure in the closing direction SR - as soon as the user no longer presses on the drawer 2 - the drawer 2 is ejected by the drive device 1 in the opening direction OR. This moves the drawer 2 into the open position OS corresponding to the second drawer 2 from the top. In this position, the drawer 2 can be grasped, for example, via the front panel 11 and moved manually into the position corresponding to the first drawer 2 from the top.

[0029] In Fig. 2 A perspective view of a drawer 2 with a drawer unit 10 and a front panel 11 is shown. Furthermore, an arrangement of two pull-out guides 20, each with two drawer rails 13 and two cabinet rails 14, is shown, with one drawer rail 13 and one cabinet rail 14 of the pull-out guide 20 being provided on each side of the drawer 2. Furthermore, Fig. 2 a drive device 1. The drive device 1 is attached to the cabinet rail 14. This drive device 1 (or its housing 3) extends in the closing direction SR of the drawer 2. Especially with smaller or narrower drawers 2, it is sufficient if only one drive device 1 is assigned to the drawer 2. This can (as shown) be assigned to the right-hand pull-out guide 20 (but also to the left-hand pull-out guide 20).

[0030] For wider or larger drawers 2, it is advantageous - especially to avoid tilting or jamming of the drawer 2 in the furniture body 9 - if synchronized drive devices 1 and 1' are provided on both sides of the drawer 2. Suitable for this purpose is Fig. 3 An arrangement 7 comprising a (first) drive device 1 and a second drive device 1' is shown. These two drive devices 1 and 1' are connected to each other via a synchronization rod 65. (This arrangement 7 is part of a higher-level arrangement consisting of two pull-out guides 20 and the arrangement 7.) Specifically, sections of the opening movement and the closing movement of the drive devices 1 and 1' are synchronized with each other. The first drive device 1 is mirror-symmetrical to the second drive device 1'. Otherwise, the drive devices 1 and 1' are identical.

[0031] Fig. 4 shows a perspective view of a profile-shaped cabinet rail 14. This cabinet rail 14 can be mounted on a side wall of a furniture carcass 9 via the vertical side web V. The cabinet rail 14 has a guide area F on which a drawer rail 13 is movably mounted and guided (for example, via corresponding rollers). In one end area, the cabinet rail 14 has a recess A. In the area of this recess A, a bearing device 17 can be connected to the cabinet rail 14. When installed, this recess A is located on a side of the cabinet rail 14 facing away from the front panel 11.

[0032] Fig. 5 shows a perspective view of the cabinet rail 14 together with the drawer rail 13 movably mounted thereon. In one end region, the drawer rail 13 has a connecting device 23 for releasably connecting a drawer 2 to this drawer rail 13. In the other end region, it can be seen that a bearing device 17 is attached to the cabinet rail 14. A synchronization rod 65 is also shown, which, however, is not yet connected to the bearing device 17 or in contact with it.

[0033] In Fig. 6 is a detail from Fig. 5 Illustrated. Visible, for example, are the (horizontally oriented) top side O and the (vertically oriented) side web S of the drawer rail 13. Also illustrated are the support 18 and the receiving part 19, which together form the bearing device 17. The drawer rail 13, the cabinet rail 14, and the bearing device 17 together form a pull-out guide 20. A recess is formed in the receiving part 19. The surface of this recess forms the fastening area B, which, when the synchronization rod 65 is attached, contacts this synchronization rod 65. The fastening area B is located between the drawer rail 13 and the cabinet rail 14.

[0034] In Fig. 7 The synchronization rod 65 is shown in this position, attached to the bearing device 17. Specifically, a positive fit is provided between the synchronization rod 65 and the receiving part 19.

[0035] In Fig. 8 is a detail from Fig. 7 shown. In addition to the top side O and the side web S, the (horizontally aligned) bottom side U of the drawer rail 13 is also visible. The side web S connects the top side O with the bottom side U. The synchronization rod 65 contacts the fastening area B of the receiving part 19 of the bearing device 17. The fastening area B is arranged (horizontally in the installed position) below the bottom side U of the drawer rail 13. As a result, the synchronization rod 65 also runs (entirely) below the drawer rail 13. The carrier 18 of the bearing device 17 is part of a housing 3 of a drive device 1, 1'. Fig. 9 shows a pull-out guide 20 in perspective from a different viewpoint. In addition to the two rails 13 and 14 and the synchronization rod 65, a drive device 1, 1' can also be seen. This drive device 1, 1' is arranged between the drawer rail 13 and the cabinet rail 14.

[0036] In Fig. 10 The pull-out guide is in accordance with Fig. 9 shown in a side view.

[0037] Fig. 11 shows a detail from Fig. 10 , which shows the area of the bearing device 17. The synchronization rod 65 shown in cross section is held in the fastening area B of the receiving part 19 of the bearing device 17. Outer surfaces of the synchronization rod 65 contact the fastening area B. The carrier 18 is part of the housing 3. Fig. 11 also the cabinet rail 14 and the drawer rail 13. It is essential that the fastening area B (as well as the synchronization rod 65) is arranged below the underside U of the drawer rails 13. As a result, the synchronization rod 65 runs below the drawer rail 13 and "bridges" it. Thus, the drive device 1, 1' can be arranged between the cabinet rail 14 and the drawer rail 13, resulting in a smaller space requirement. This means that the drive device 1, 1' does not have to be arranged on a side of the drawer rail 13 facing away from the cabinet rail 14, which would result in an overall wider construction.

[0038] Fig. 12 shows a plan view of part of a drive device 1, 1' including the bearing device 17. Specifically, the heart-shaped guideway 52 formed in the housing 3 is shown. The locking pin 51 is in a position after overpressing and after unlocking, in which the ejection movement takes place. The locking pin 51 contacts the driving element 64 of the synchronization slide 63. As a result, that area of the synchronization slide 63 on which the rack-shaped coupling element 22 is arranged also moves. In the illustration according to Fig. 12The individual teeth of this rack-shaped coupling element 22 are not visible, as the teeth protrude downward from the plane of the page. However, at least one tooth of the gear-shaped coupling element 21 is visible. By linearly moving the coupling element 22, the teeth mesh with each other, thereby rotating the gear-shaped coupling element 21. Since the gear-shaped coupling element 21 is connected to the receiving part 19, the receiving part 19 rotates accordingly relative to the carrier 18 of the bearing device 17. In the illustrated embodiment, the carrier 18 is formed integrally with the housing 3 of the drive device 1, 1'. The synchronization slide 63 (including the driving element 64), together with the two coupling elements 21 and 22 and the synchronization rod 65 (not shown here), forms the synchronization device 6.In this case, the synchronization device 6 serves to synchronize two drive devices 1 and 1' arranged on both sides of a drawer 2.

[0039] However, it is equally possible that the synchronization device 6 serves only to synchronize the movement of the two drawer rails 13. This corresponds to a so-called lateral stabilization. List of reference symbols:
