The invention discloses an
antimicrobial hydrophilic finishing technology for
plasma-
chitosan-based silver-loaded-nanometer
titanium oxide for a
polyester fabric. The
antimicrobial hydrophilic finishing technology comprises the following steps of soaking the
polyester fabric into a
sodium hydroxide solution, performing
drying after alkali decrement handling, then putting the
polyester fabric in anacetone solution sealed with a
preservative film for soaking, taking out the polyester fabric, and airing the polyester fabric in a fume
cupboard; putting the polyester fabric subjected to alkali decrement handling in a vacuum
reaction chamber, starting a
vacuum pump, regulating a vacuum degree, the output power and the
treatment time in the vacuum
reaction chamber, and beginning
plasma treatment; uniformly mixing an organosilicone
quaternary ammonium salt
antimicrobial finishing agent, a hydrophilic finishing agent and
chitosan silver-loaded antimicrobial
coating layer solution, soaking thepolyester fabric after
plasma treatment into a mixture, adopting a two-soaking and two-milling method to perform antimicrobial
hydrophilic coating layer finishing, and performing
drying, baking, coldwater scrubbing and airing; and putting the polyester fabric finished with
chitosan compounded impregnation liquid in ultrasonically dispersed nanometer
titanium oxide finishing liquid, and performingtreatment,
drying, baking, washing and drying in a polyester high-temperature and high-pressure
dyeing machine.
