Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION
[0001] The invention relates to the field of lighting devices and, in particular, to a fastening device for a lighting device. Furthermore, the invention relates to an arrangement comprising such a fastening device. TECHNICAL BACKGROUND
[0002] Although the invention can be useful in many fields where achieving a lighting effect is desired, the invention and the problem underlying it will be explained in more detail below using the example of a lighting device for achieving an aesthetic lighting effect, in particular in the interior of a building.
[0003] It is well known that luminaires or luminous elements are provided in an interior area of a building, such as a room, not only to illuminate, i.e., brighten, the room, but also to achieve an aesthetic effect and / or to vary the light emission in different areas of the room. However, with regard to the flexible, unhindered design of lighting effects, conventional lighting devices have limitations that would be desirable to overcome.
[0004] JP S54-22308 Y2 describes a lighting device in which a plurality of lamps are connected in a serpentine manner. Flexible tubes connect individual lamp sockets.
[0005] CN 208 859 362 U describes a string-like luminaire, which describes how the luminaire is attached to a wall surface using suction cups.
[0006] Furthermore, CN 209 068 236 U also describes a wall mounting for a strip-like luminaire. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0007] Against this background, the invention is based on the object of providing an improved fastening device that enables a flexible lighting device, in particular one with a tube-like shape ("light tube"), to be arranged and fastened in a room in a simple and expedient manner. In particular, the aim is to achieve the most freely configurable effect possible using a "light tube" and to at least partially overcome the limitations of conventional designs. A correspondingly improved arrangement with a flexible lighting device that is fastened in the room is also to be provided.
[0008] According to the invention, this object is achieved by a fastening device having the features of patent claim 1 and / or by an arrangement having the features of patent claim 12.
[0009] A fastening device with the features of claim 1 is proposed for a flexible tubular lighting device with a first and a second end. The fastening device is designed to fasten the tubular lighting device at least at the first and second ends. The fastening device has a first end fastening device for fastening the tubular lighting device at the first end and a second end fastening device for fastening the tubular lighting device at the second end. The fastening device is further configured such that a supply of the tubular lighting device with electrical current for its operation is possible at the first end.Furthermore, the fastening device is designed such that the tubular lighting device can be arranged and secured in space in a selectable, particularly three-dimensional, shape. Furthermore, an arrangement with the features of claim 12 is proposed.
[0010] One idea underlying the invention is to use the fastening device to enable a free-form and preferably three-dimensional design of flexible lighting devices, in particular flexible "light tubes," in space by providing a fastening at least at the first and second ends of the lighting device and also ensuring the supply of electrical power. In particular, the freedom to design the shape of the lighting device allows limitations inherent in conventional designs to be overcome.
[0011] Furthermore, the fastening device according to the invention enables aesthetic and practical fastening of a tubular lighting device. The fastening is provided at least at the first and second ends of the lighting device, and thus at defined locations thereon, which can have an aesthetic and decorative effect. Furthermore, the electrical supply to the lighting device is simultaneously ensured via the first end. The first and second end fastening devices contribute to the form-free design of the lighting device, making it possible to fasten the first and second ends separately from one another, thus influencing the achieved shape and lighting effect of the lighting device, which can have both an illuminating and a decorative effect.
[0012] Advantageous embodiments and further developments of the invention emerge from the further subclaims and from the description with reference to the figures.
[0013] According to the invention, the first end fastening device comprises a mounting part that is provided on the first end of the tubular lighting device or that can be fastened to the tubular lighting device at the first end. Furthermore, the mounting part can be clamped to a plate-shaped element that is a panel component of a ceiling or wall or other structure. This enables a practical, simple, and easily detachable fastening in the region of the first end of the tubular lighting device to the panel component, which can be, for example, a component of a suspended ceiling or a drywall. In addition, the clamping fastening with the aid of the mounting part enables an advantageously unproblematic supply of the tubular lighting device with electrical energy, which can be brought about, for example, from the rear area of the false ceiling or drywall, i.e. from the area between the false ceiling and the bare or solid ceiling or the drywall and the bare or solid wall.
[0014] According to the invention, the mounting part has at least one clamping element that can be moved by means of a mechanism to effect clamping fixation. The mechanism is a screw mechanism. Thus, the clamping fixation can be effected in a targeted and defined manner by an operator. Furthermore, such a mechanism can also be used, for example, to appropriately adjust the clamping force for reliable fastening.
[0015] According to the invention, the clamping element is arm-like or wing-like and engages with a screw element that can be actuated by the operator. The mounting part is further provided with a stop or stops for the clamping element. The stop or stops limit or limit a pivoting range of the clamping element during rotation of the latter together with the screw element, wherein the clamping element is movable along the axis of the screw element when it rests against the stop or one of the stops and the screw element rotates simultaneously. In this way, it is possible to move the clamping element along the screw element in order to clamp the mounting part in place, or to release the mounting part again if necessary. The provision of a stop or stops for realizing a pivotability of the clamping element within a limited angular range together with the rotation of the screw element, preferably within an angular range < 360 degrees, advantageously makes it possible to pivot the clamping element outwards or inwards relative to a component of the mounting part on which the screw element is mounted. Thus, for example, the mounting part can be partially inserted into an opening in a plate-shaped element and then, by rotating the screw element, the clamping element can first be pivoted outwards in order to engage behind the plate-shaped element. A further rotation of the screw element can then be undertaken in order to effect a movement of the clamping element along the screw element and a clamping fixation of the mounting part to the plate-shaped element. The clamping element can preferably be inserted into contact with the plate-shaped element from the rear side. This advantageously allows for a concealed and unobtrusive clamping attachment in the area of the first end of the tubular lighting device. The detachable attachment is particularly advantageous with regard to the electrical supply at this end.
[0016] In particular, in a further development, the mounting part can be designed with a projection intended to bear against the plate-shaped element, for example in an edge region of an opening in the plate-shaped element, through which the mounting part can be partially passed to fasten the first end. In this case, the mounting part can be designed in particular such that the clamping element can be brought, by pivoting during rotation thereof, together with the screw element, into a position in which the clamping element engages behind the plate-shaped element and, in particular, the edge of the opening, and the clamping element is located on a different side of the plate-shaped element than the projection.
[0017] In a further development, the mounting part has two or more clamping elements. This achieves an even more reliable clamping fixation in the area of the first end.
[0018] According to the invention, the mounting part of the first end fastening device has a through-opening, wherein at least in one region of the through-opening, the first end of the tubular lighting device can be accommodated at least partially. This enables a reliable and aesthetic coupling of the mounting part to the lighting device.
[0019] In particular, the mounting part can have a clamping device, for example a clamping screw, for clamping the first end of the tubular lighting device in the through-opening. For example, the through-opening can be formed, at least in sections, with a circular cross-section. In one further development, a cross-section of the through-opening can, at least in sections, essentially correspond to an outer cross-section of the first end of the tubular lighting device. Thus, the tubular lighting device can advantageously be coupled to the mounting part in a simple and expedient manner. Furthermore, the through-opening of the mounting part in particular makes it possible, for example, to lead a power supply line, such as a cable, out of the tubular lighting device at the first end on a rear, concealed side of the mounting part.
[0020] In a further advantageous embodiment, the second end fastening device is designed to fasten the tubular lighting device to the second end by means of magnetic force.
[0021] In particular, the tubular lighting device can be attached to a ceiling, wall, or other surface at its second end using magnetic force. This allows for flexible attachment of the second end and thus advantageously contributes to the variable, form-free design of the tubular lighting device. For example, the second end can be easily detached and reattached in a modified position. This allows the decorative effect of the "light tube" to be varied in a simple and effective way.
[0022] In a further development, the second end fastening device has an end piece provided on the second end of the tubular lighting device or attachable to the second end of the tubular lighting device, as well as a, in particular ferromagnetic and / or magnetized, installation element, which is in particular designed in strip or plate form. The installation element is intended for installation in a coupling area, in particular a surface or near-surface installation in a ceiling or a wall or another structure. By means of magnetic force between the end piece at the second end and the installation element, the tubular lighting device can be attached to the second end in the coupling area. This makes it possible to achieve a particularly practical magnetic fastening, for example by enabling the magnetic coupling along a preferably invisibly installed strip- or plate-shaped installation element and by allowing the positioning in the area of this installation element to be varied in order to change the decorative lighting effect.
[0023] In particular, the end piece may have a permanent magnet at the second end.
[0024] In an alternative embodiment, the second end fastening device is designed for mechanical fastening and / or non-magnetic fastening of the tubular lighting device at the second end. This also enables the fastening of the second end in a suitable manner to achieve a form-free design of the light tube. Such fastenings can also be implemented in a simple manner. In particular, the tubular lighting device can be fastened at the second end to a ceiling, a wall, or another surface in a mechanical and / or non-magnetic manner.
[0025] In a further development, the second end fastening device for fastening the tubular lighting device to the second end can be designed by screwing, by means of a hook-and-loop connection, by means of an adhesive connection, or by means of a pressure difference. For example, screwing can be considered a mechanical fastening, the hook-and-loop connection can also be considered a mechanical fastening and, when considering the hook-and-loop connection as a whole, also a non-magnetic fastening, and the adhesive connection and fastening by means of a pressure difference can each also be considered a non-magnetic fastening. Fastening by means of a pressure difference can be achieved, for example, by means of one or more suction cups. Other, different types of fastening can also be considered.
[0026] In particular, attachment using adhesive, suction cups, or Velcro can be advantageous for applications in the home, for example. Velcro also offers the advantage of easy removal, whereas suction cups can be advantageous for attachment to smooth surfaces.
[0027] In a further alternative embodiment, the second end fastening device comprises an end piece provided at the second end of the tubular lighting device or attachable to the second end of the tubular lighting device, which end piece can be clamped to a, in particular, plate-shaped, element, for example, a panel component of a ceiling or wall or other structure. Thus, the advantages of a clamped fastening already explained above can also be achieved for the second end.
[0028] In a further development, the end piece of the second end fastening device can have a recess or through-opening, wherein at least in a portion of the recess or through-opening, the second end of the tubular lighting device can be accommodated, at least in part. In a further development, the end piece can be equipped with a clamping device, for example a clamping screw, to clamp the second end in the recess or through-opening of the end piece. An inner cross-section of the recess or through-opening of the end piece can, for example, be circular. In particular, a cross-section of the recess or through-opening of the end piece can, at least in a portion thereof, substantially correspond to an outer cross-section of the second end of the tubular lighting device. Thus, the tubular lighting device can be coupled to the end piece in a simple and expedient manner.
[0029] It should be noted that in embodiments of the invention, different combinations of the above-described configurations of the first and second end fastening devices are conceivable and may be advantageous. A clamping fixation in the region of the first end combined with a magnetic fastening in the region of the second end is a preferred combination, although other combinations may also be useful.
[0030] In a further embodiment, the fastening device comprises at least one intermediate fastening device, which can be arranged at any location between the first and second ends along the tubular lighting device in order to fasten the tubular lighting device to an additional location in the room. Fastening to an additional location in the room, or to several additional locations in the room, with the aid of one or more intermediate fastening devices, makes it possible to design the shapes of the tubular lighting device in the room, and in particular three-dimensionally in the room, even more precisely and freely. A variety of three-dimensional shapes of the "light tube" are thus even more easily possible, not only along ceiling surfaces, wall surfaces, or other surfaces, but also, for example, floating in the room. This way, for example, special lighting effects can also be achieved.
[0031] In particular, the intermediate fastening devices in different configurations can fix different degrees of freedom of the tubular lighting device in space, and for example different numbers of such degrees of freedom.
[0032] In one embodiment, the intermediate fastening device is formed with a ring-like retaining component configured to enclose the tubular lighting device. This ensures reliable fastening of the tubular lighting device at the additional location.
[0033] In a further development, the inner diameter of the ring-shaped retaining component is preferably larger than the outer diameter of the tubular lighting device. This can make it possible to move or shift the tubular lighting device—the "light tube"—relative to the ring-shaped retaining component if necessary, for example, in the longitudinal direction of the lighting device.
[0034] In a further embodiment, the intermediate fastening device is designed with a holding component in the form of a clamp, which is configured to partially encompass the tubular lighting device. In particular, the holding component in the form of a clamp can have two legs that are configured to come into clamping contact with an outer side of the tubular lighting device. In this way, a reliable fastening of the tubular lighting device at the additional location and, in particular, also a fixation in the longitudinal direction of the lighting device can be achieved. Furthermore, it can be ensured that the light output of the tubular lighting device at the additional location is not interrupted by the holding component, at least in a section of the circumference of the lighting device. In this way, a further, special aesthetic effect can be achieved.
[0035] In one embodiment, the intermediate fastening device is designed for suspending the tubular lighting device from a ceiling or other structure. Thus, the additional location where the tubular lighting device is held by means of the intermediate fastening device can be located within the room—away from the ceiling and / or wall—which further facilitates free three-dimensional design of the tubular lighting device.
[0036] In a further embodiment, the intermediate fastening device is formed with a component or assembly that can be fastened in a mechanically and / or non-magnetically adhesive manner in a mounting area. The mounting area can be provided, for example, in the area of a wall, a ceiling, another surface, or on another structure. In this way, the tubular lighting device can be fastened in various directions, for example, fixedly relative to the mounting area, which in turn can advantageously contribute to the fixation of a selected three-dimensional shape of the "light tube."
[0037] In further developments, the intermediate fastening device can be designed with a component or assembly that can be fastened by screwing, using a hook-and-loop fastener, using an adhesive connection, or by means of a pressure differential in a mounting area. Regarding these fastening types and their advantages, reference is made to the above explanations regarding the second end fastening device. The above-mentioned advantages can also be achieved analogously with regard to the intermediate fastening device. Other fastening types may also be considered.
[0038] According to a further embodiment, the intermediate fastening device is configured to enable the fastening of the tubular lighting device to the additional location by coupling a component or assembly of the intermediate fastening device in a mounting area using magnetic force. The mounting area can, in turn, be provided in the area of a ceiling or wall or another surface or on another structure. Fastening by magnetic force is advantageous, especially since it can be designed such that it is easy to remove. The fastening location can also be varied without leaving visible traces in the mounting area.
[0039] In a further development, the intermediate fastening device can have a, in particular ferromagnetic and / or magnetized, built-in element, which is designed in particular in strip or plate form, wherein the built-in element is intended for a, in particular superficial or near-surface installation in the mounting area, in particular in a ceiling or a wall or another structure. In this case, the tubular lighting device can be fastened at the additional location by means of magnetic force between the component or assembly and the built-in element. In this regard, reference can also be made to the advantages already explained above in connection with the second end fastening device, wherein the aforementioned advantages can be achieved analogously with regard to the intermediate fastening device.
[0040] In particular, the component or assembly of the intermediate fastening device, which can, for example, enter into magnetic interaction with the installation element, can comprise a permanent magnet.
[0041] Intermediate fastening devices according to the embodiments explained above can be combined in further developments in a variety of ways and in a wide variety of numbers with the previously described first and second end fastening devices.
[0042] In a further embodiment, the fastening device is designed for attaching a tubular lighting device with a length of up to approximately 10 meters. However, other lengths of the tubular lighting device, which can also be referred to as a light tube, are also conceivable.
[0043] The aforementioned, in particular ferromagnetic and / or magnetized / magnetizable, installation elements can each be designed in particular as a metal plate or as a metal strip. This thus enables the magnetic fastening of the respective mounting part or end piece or component or assembly, for example, under the action of the permanent magnet.
[0044] The built-in elements can be designed in a wide variety of shapes and sizes. For example, the built-in element can be designed as a straight or curved strip, or instead as a polygonal or round panel.
[0045] In particular, it can be provided that the tubular lighting device has a substantially constant cross-section along its length, in particular a substantially constant round cross-section, for example a circular cross-section.
[0046] The above embodiments and further developments can be combined with one another as desired, where appropriate. Further possible embodiments, further developments, and implementations of the invention also include combinations of features of the invention not explicitly mentioned above or described below with regard to the exemplary embodiments. In particular, those skilled in the art will also add individual aspects as improvements or additions to the respective basic form of the present invention.
[0047] Furthermore, it should be noted that the embodiments and further developments described above in connection with the fastening device can equally be applied to the arrangement according to the invention. TABLE OF CONTENTS OF THE DRAWING

[0050] In the figures, identical, functionally identical and acting elements, features and components are provided with the same reference symbols, unless otherwise stated. DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS
[0051] Fig. 1 shows an arrangement 100 that serves to illuminate an interior space in a building and simultaneously create a decorative, aesthetic lighting effect. The interior space has walls 17 and a suspended ceiling 16. The ceiling 16 can be designed, for example, as a construction with panel-shaped elements, such as a suspended plasterboard construction. The walls 17 can be solid or can also be formed by a construction with panel-shaped elements, such as a plasterboard construction, prefabricated in front of a solid wall.
[0052] The arrangement 100 comprises a flexible, tubular lighting device 1, which can also be referred to as a "light tube" 1. The "light tube" 1 can, for example, have LEDs inside it for generating light, although other light-generating devices are also conceivable.
[0053] The lighting device 1 is arranged in a three-dimensional shape, following a curve running in three-dimensional space. The flexibility of the light tube 1 allows for a very large number of possibilities for arranging and shaping the light tube 1. The flexible, tubular lighting device 1 can be several meters long, for example, up to approximately 10 meters. Shorter or longer lengths are also conceivable. In a preferred example, the cross-section of the lighting device 1 is constant and round along its entire length, for example, circular.
[0054] The arrangement 100 of the Fig. 1 further comprises a fastening device by means of which the lighting device 1 is fixed in space, following the described shape. The fastening device provides a plurality of fastening options that enable at least the fastening of the tubular lighting device 1 to a first end 3 of the lighting device 1 and to a second end 4 of the lighting device 1. The interaction of the fastening options provided by the fastening device makes it possible to arrange and fasten the flexible light tube 1 three-dimensionally in a selectable shape, in other words "shape-free," in space. For this purpose, a plurality of fastening devices are provided, the combination and arrangement of which can be selected by the user or lighting designer, enabling the flexible, free design of the course of the light tube 1.
[0055] An arrangement 200 according to a second embodiment with several flexible tubular lighting devices 1 and fastening devices by means of which the lighting devices 1 are each fastened in the room is shown in Fig. 2 shown.
[0056] The fastening device, as used in the arrangements 100, 200 as an example, will be described in more detail below.
[0057] Fig. 3 again shows a flexible tubular lighting device 1 with a first end 3 and a second end 4. The fastening device comprises a first end fastening device 6 for fastening the lighting device 1 to the first end 3 and a second end fastening device 36 for fastening the lighting device 1 to the second end 4.
[0058] The lighting device 1 is supplied with electrical power for its operation in the region of the first end 3 by means of a supply line 5, which is designed, for example, as a cable. Further devices that serve to supply the lighting device 1 with electrical energy via the cable 5 are not shown in detail in the figures. However, it is understood that further devices known to those skilled in the art for enabling, switching, and / or controlling the supply of electrical power to the lighting device, such as a converter, a transformer, or similar devices, may be provided.
[0059] The first end fastening device 6 has a mounting part 10, which is fastened to the first end 3 of the lighting device 1. The mounting part 10 enables a firm, clamping fixation and thus fastening of the lighting device 1 in the region of its first end 3 to a plate-shaped element 15, see Fig. 4 , which is, for example, a plasterboard component of the ceiling 16. However, the plate-shaped element 15 is not necessarily a component of a ceiling 16, but can be a component of a wall 17 or another structure.
[0060] The mounting part 10 has a base component 11 on which two screw elements 28 are rotatably mounted, see Fig. 4 bis 7 A longitudinal axis 10a of the mounting part 10 substantially coincides with the longitudinal axis of the tubular lighting device 1 at its first end 3, to which the mounting part 10 is attached. Longitudinal axes 28a of the screw elements 28 are arranged radially offset relative to the axis 10a, but in the illustrated embodiment, are each arranged parallel to the axis 10a.
[0061] The mounting part 10 further comprises two clamping elements 21, each of which is designed as an arm or wing, see Fig. 4 , 6 and 7 . Each of the clamping elements 21 engages with an associated one of the screw elements 28, for which purpose each of the clamping elements 21 may have a portion 23 with an internal thread into which an external thread of the screw element 28 engages.
[0062] The mounting part 10 further comprises a cover element 12, see in particular Fig. 4 and 5, wherein the cover element is designed such that, in an installed state of the mounting part 10, it accommodates a section 11d on a visible side S of the plate-shaped element 15, and thus a section 11d facing the space to be illuminated and essentially cylindrical on the outside, as well as part of a plate-like projection 11a of the base component 11. The base component 11 is thus concealed on the visible side S by the cover element 12. For this purpose, the cover element 12 has an inner, central, step-like through-opening 13, the inner dimensions of which essentially correspond to an outer cross-section of the light tube 1 at a distal end of the cover element 12, as seen in the installed state with respect to the plate-shaped element 15, and to the outer contour of the section 11d and the projection 11a at a proximal end of the cover element 12, as seen in the installed state with respect to the plate-shaped element 15.On an outer side visible in the assembled state, the cover element 12 has a tapered, rotationally symmetrical, in longitudinal section the . Fig. 5 curved contour 14.
[0063] Fig. 5 further shows that the tubular lighting device 1 is guided with its first end 3 through the through-opening 13 of the cover element 12 as well as through a likewise central through-opening 9 of the base component 11. The inner cross-section of the through-opening 9, which extends through the section 11d, also essentially corresponds to an outer cross-section of the first end 3 of the lighting device 1. The cable 5 serving for the power supply can in this way be guided out of the rear of the base component 11 into a space behind the plate-shaped element 15. The first end 3 of the tubular lighting device 1 is clamped in the through-opening 9 for fastening by means of clamping devices, wherein in the example of the Fig. 5 In the case of clamping devices, one or more clamping screws 8 are used, which are Fig. 5 designed as grub screws or threaded pins. The clamping screws 8 are provided in the area of section 11d and are thus accessible in the absence of the cover element 12. The screw elements 28 are also accessible from the visible side S for their operation, for example, using a screwdriver, as long as the cover element 12 has not been put in place ( Fig. 6 ).
[0064] When assembling the first end 3 of the light tube 1, the mounting part 10 can thus be guided with a rear section 11b of the base component 11 through a round opening, for example, in the plate-shaped element 15, such that the supply line 5 and the clamping elements 21 are located on the rear side, i.e. the non-visible side opposite the visible side S, of the plate-shaped element 15. In this state, the screw elements 28 are accessible without the cover element 12. The first end 3 of the light tube 1 was already previously fixed to the mounting part 10 by clamping using the clamping screws 8. In order to fasten the mounting part 10 and thus the first end 3 of the lighting device 1 to the plate component 15, the screw elements 28 can be actuated by an operator. Fig. 6 shows the engagement geometry of the screw elements 28. Thus, a screw mechanism is provided, by means of which the clamping elements 21 are each movable in order to effect the clamping fixation on the plate component 15.
[0065] For inserting the rear section 11b of the base component 11 together with the clamping elements 21 through the opening in the plate-shaped element 15, the clamping elements 21 are each in a position in which they are relative to the Fig. 4 and 6 shown position. This position of the clamping elements 21, not shown in the figures, corresponds to a basic position in which the elements 21 do not project radially outwards beyond the round plate-like projection 11a with respect to the axis 10a, but are pivoted radially inwards as far as possible and are thereby radially set back relative to the edge of the projection 11a.
[0066] After inserting the section 11b of the base component 11 together with the clamping elements 21 into the aforementioned opening in the plate-shaped element 15, the operator can turn each of the screw elements 28 from the visible side S, see Fig. 6 , each of the clamping elements 21 can pivot within an angular range about a longitudinal axis 28a of the associated screw element 28, whereby the clamping elements 21 each protrude outward beyond an edge of the projection 11a. In this way, the clamping elements 21 can each engage behind an edge of the plate-shaped element 15 from its rear side.
[0067] A further rotation of each screw element 28 by the operator causes the clamping element 21 associated with the screw element 28 to move in the direction of arrow 22, see Fig. 7 , is moved toward the projection 11a to clamp the plate-shaped element 15 between the projection 11a and the clamping element 21. In this way, the first end 3 of the light tube 1 is fixed to the plate-shaped element 15, with the projection 11a and the clamping elements 21 abutting the element 15.
[0068] Especially in Fig. 7 It is clearly shown that the base component 11 has a surface which acts as a stop 31 and limits the pivoting range of the clamping element 21 during rotation thereof together with the screw element 28. In a first end position, in Fig. 7 Not shown, the clamping element 21 rests against the stop 31 with a first side of the clamping element 21 and does not protrude beyond the projection 11a, but is pivoted inward as far as possible in order to allow insertion of the section 11b through an opening which is smaller than the outer diameter of the projection 11a. In a second end position, in Fig. 7 As shown, the clamping element 21 rests with a second side in a further area of the stop 31, whereby the further rotation of the clamping element 21 with the screw element 28 is prevented and instead, upon further rotation of the screw element 28 and simultaneous abutment against the stop 31, the clamping element 21 moves along the axis 28a along the screw element 28 in the direction 22 in order to effect the clamping.
[0069] A variant of a first end fastening device 6', which can alternatively be used for example in the arrangement 100 or 200, is shown in the Fig. 8 bis 10 . The end fastening device 6' is also designed for a firm, clamping fixation of the first end 3 of the tubular lighting device 1 and represents a variant of the first end fastening device 6. The differences between the first end fastening device 6' and the first end fastening device 6 will be described below, with further reference being made to the above explanations.
[0070] In the Fig. 8-10 A cover element on the visible side S is not shown, but it is understood that such a cover element can be provided.
[0071] The first end fastening device 6' also has a base component 11' on which two screw elements 28' are mounted. Analogous to the example of the Fig. 3-7 Longitudinal axes 28a' of each of the screw elements 28 run substantially parallel to a longitudinal axis 10a' of the end fastening device 6' and offset therefrom.
[0072] The first end 3 of the lighting device 1 can be clamped in the end fastening device 6' in a central through-opening 9', the inner cross-section of which corresponds in sections essentially to the outer cross-section of the first end 3 of the light tube 1, by means of clamping screws 8'. See for example Fig. 10 . In the variant according to Fig. 8 bis 10 However, after inserting the base part 11' into an opening in the plate-shaped element 15, the clamping screws 8' are no longer accessible from the visible side S, but are located in the installed state of the base component 11' on a rear side of the element 15 opposite the visible side S. During assembly, the base component 11' is first clamped to the light tube 1 by means of the clamping screws 8' and thus coupled, after which a rear section 11b' of the base component 11' can be inserted into the opening in the plate-shaped element 15. In this state, the clamping elements 21' are located, which in the variant of the Fig. 8-10 are also arm- or wing-like, in their folded state, as in Fig. 9 shown, and thus do not protrude beyond an edge of the round, plate-like projection 11a', but are set back relative to it.
[0073] The clamping elements 21' and stops 31a', 31b' are designed in the first end fastening device 6' as described below.
[0074] Each clamping element 21' has a section 23' formed with an internal thread. The internal thread of the section 23' engages with the external thread of the screw element 28'. In the Fig. 9 , in which each clamping element 21' is in its pivoted-in state, a section of the clamping element 21' distal from the section 23' rests against the stop surface 31b'. By rotating the screw element 28', the clamping element 21' can be moved away from the projection 11a', while still resting against the stop 31b'. In this case, the clamping element 21' can thus move in the opposite direction to the arrow 22' ( Fig. 8 ) along the screw element 28'. In this way, it can be achieved, for example, that the clamping element 21' is sufficiently far away from the projection 11a' to engage behind a plate-shaped element 15 of a given thickness. This movement can be carried out, for example, before or after inserting the rear section 11b' of the base component 11' through the opening in the plate-shaped element 15, or the clamping element 21' can already be in the uppermost possible position in the delivery state or in an intermediate position, approximately half the free length of the screw element 28' or similar.
[0075] For clamping the base component 11' and the assembly part 10' to the plate-shaped element 15, the screw element 28' is then rotated by the operator in the opposite direction, approximately as before by means of a screwdriver, see the accessible screw heads in Fig. 8 . The clamping element 21' pivots, see arrow 24' in Fig. 9 , about the axis 28a' beyond the projection 11a'. The second stop 31a' limits the pivoting range of the clamping element 21' to an angular range < 180 degrees. When the clamping element 21' then rests against the stop 31a' with a surface section adjacent to the section 23', the clamping element 21' moves with further rotation of the screw element 28' in the direction that led to the rotation 24', along the screw element 28' in the direction of the plate element 15, in the direction of the arrow 22', see Fig. 8 In this way, analogous to the example of Figuren 3-7 the clamping of the mounting part 10' with the plate-shaped element 15 and thus the fastening of the first end 3.
[0076] On a side facing the projection 11a' and the plate-shaped element 15, see the example of Fig. 8-10 , the clamping element 21' may have an extension 25' such that an undercut is formed between the screw element 28', which engages with the section 23', and the extension 25'. This can help to achieve reliable clamping even with relatively thin plate-shaped elements 15. In addition, see Fig. 9 If desired, the clamping element 21' can be locked against unintentional pivoting out in the lowest possible position of the clamping element 21', i.e., in the position closest to the projection 11a'. For this purpose, the base component 11' can be provided with a flat elevation 26' projecting from the projection 11a' in the longitudinal direction 10a', behind which the extension 25' can engage, for example, in a delivery state when the clamping element 21' rests against the stop 31b'.
[0077] For the sake of completeness, it should be noted that both in the first end fastening device 6 and in the first end fastening device 6', the clamping elements 21 and 21' are each designed in the same way and are arranged and operable in the same way.
[0078] The end fastening device 6' of the Fig. 8-10 not only enables the first end 3 of the light tube 1 to be firmly clamped to the plate-shaped element 15 and thus the attachment to the ceiling 16 - or the wall 17 -, but also the power supply of the lighting device 1 to the first end 3. For example, see Fig. 8-10 , continue the through-hole 9' with a smaller diameter in a section 9a' along the longitudinal axis 10a' of the mounting part 10', so that the cable 5 (in Fig. 8-10 not shown) can be brought out.
[0079] Especially with the variant of Fig. 8-10 The rear section 11b' of the base component 11' partially forms a surface 11c' as an outer surface, which is formed as a section of a cylindrical surface. In the pivoted-in state of the Fig. 9 For example, the outer side of the pivoted-in clamping element 21' can also at least approximately form a section of this cylindrical surface. In this way, the base component 11' with pivoted-in clamping elements 21' can be easily guided through a circular opening in the plate-shaped element 15, the diameter of which essentially corresponds to the diameter of the cylinder that defines the shape of the surface 11c', or is slightly larger. The projection 11a' projects radially outward beyond the surface 11c' in such a way that clamping can take place against the projection 11a' by means of the clamping elements 21'.
[0080] In an example presented for illustration, a further variant of the first end fastening device can provide that the fastening of the tubular lighting device 1 in the space at the first end 3 is not made possible by clamping it to the element 15, but rather by means of magnetic force. A first end fastening device 6", which can be used in other examples for the arrangements 100 or 200, is shown schematically in Fig. 11 Here, a mounting part 10" of the end fastening device 6" is equipped, for example, with a ferromagnetic and / or magnetized element 7", for example a permanent magnet. In the plate-shaped element 15, which forms the ceiling 16 or wall 17, in the example of the Fig. 11 a built-in component 99 is installed, for example in such a way that it is not visible from the visible side S.
[0081] In the first end fastening device 6", the first end 3 of the light tube 1 can be held and fastened to the plate-shaped element 15 by means of magnetic force between the element 7" and the component 99. For this purpose, the built-in component 99 can have a ferromagnetic and / or magnetized built-in element, for example, in the form of a plate or strip.
[0082] Furthermore, the built-in component 99 can be designed as an induction device for supplying the tubular lighting device 1 with electrical energy inductively. A device 99a in the mounting part 10" enables, through interaction with the built-in component 99, the transmission of electrical energy to the tubular lighting device 1 without a continuous line. The component 99 can, in turn, be supplied via a line 5. Such a first end fastening device 6" can also enable simple variation of the positioning of the first end 3.
[0083] Although the above-described examples of the first end fastening device 6, 6', 6" are advantageous, in further variants presented here for illustration, the mounting part could also be fastened to the plate-shaped element 15 by screwing.
[0084] It should be noted once again that Fig. 1 and 2 Reference is made to the drawings, which also show the second end 4 and the second end fastening device 36 provided in the region of the second end 4. The latter serves to fasten the light tube 1 to the second end 4 and will be described below.
[0085] In a preferred variant, the second end fastening device 36 is designed to fasten the tubular lighting device 1 to the second end 4 by means of magnetic force. This is shown in Fig. 1 shown schematically.
[0086] The second end fastening device 36 has an end piece 40 that can be fastened to the second end 4 of the lighting device 1. Furthermore, the second end fastening device 36 has a ferromagnetic and / or magnetized built-in element 42 designed as a rather elongated plate or strip that is installed close to the surface of the wall 17, for example, in a plate-shaped element 15 with which the wall 17 is formed. For example, the built-in element 42 can be a metal strip that can be installed at any location in the wall 17, or in the ceiling 16 or another structure, in order to enable a magnetic fastening of the end piece 40 and thus of the second end 4 of the light tube 1 within the extension of the element 42. This is exemplary for the wall 17 in Fig. 1 shown.
[0087] The detailed design of the end piece 40 will be discussed in more detail below. The magnetic force between the end piece 40 and the mounting element 42 allows the light tube 1 to be secured at the second end 4 in a coupling area 44.
[0088] In a further variant, it can also be provided that the second end fastening device 36 can be clamped to a plate-shaped element 15 in a manner similar to the end fastening device 6, 6'. In particular, if the light tube 1 is supplied with electrical power via the first end 3, such a power supply is not required at the second end 4. Thus, an end piece designed analogously to the mounting part 10, 10' can be provided as the second end fastening device 36.
[0089] Further variants of the fastening device, which can enable the fastening of the tubular lighting device 1 in the arrangements 100, 200, are described in the Fig. 12-15 shown.
[0090] Fig. 12 shows a fastening of the second end 4 of the tubular lighting device 1 in a mechanical manner, e.g. to a wall 17 or the ceiling 16 by screwing, wherein the end piece 40a is provided, for example, with a base part designed for fastening by screwing and a cover element essentially analogous to the cover element 12 of the Fig. 3-7 can be designed. Purely exemplary and schematically, Fig. 12 two screws 41a indicated.
[0091] Another variant is in Fig. 13 shown. At the second end 4, an end piece 40b is provided, which is designed for fastening the second end 4 of the light tube 1 to the wall 17, or alternatively, for example, to the ceiling 16, by means of a Velcro connection. In Fig. 13 Velcro fasteners 41b are shown, wherein the Velcro fastener element 41b attached, for example glued, to the wall 17 can be, for example, larger than the element 41b provided on the end piece 40b in order to allow a variation in the positioning of the end 4.
[0092] In another variant, shown in Fig. 14 , an end piece 40c can be fastened to the second end 4 of the light tube 1, which end piece also enables non-magnetic adhesion for fastening the lighting device 1 to the second end 4. The end piece 40c has suction cups 41c. The suction cups 41c enable the second end 4 to be fastened to a particularly smooth surface, for example to the wall 17 or to the ceiling 16. For example, fastening to a smooth glass, ceramic, or stone surface is conceivable. The fastening by means of the suction cups 41c takes place by means of negative pressure, i.e. a pressure difference between the ambient pressure and the volume enclosed by the suction cup.
[0093] In a further variant, see Fig. 15 An end piece 40d is attached to the second end 4, wherein the end piece 40d is formed with an adhesive surface 41d. Thus, the light tube 1 can be attached at the second end 4 by means of an adhesive connection, for example, to the wall 17 or the ceiling 16.
[0094] Again on Fig. 1 and 2 Coming back, the fastening device in each of the arrangements 100, 200 also has intermediate fastening devices which serve to fasten the light tube 1 at further locations in the room, thus further expanding the possibilities for designing the light tube 1.
[0095] Some examples of intermediate fastening devices 46a to 46g are shown in Fig. 1 , 2, and 16-22 are shown schematically. Each of the intermediate fastening devices 46a-g can be arranged at any freely selectable location between the first end 3 and the second end 4 of the lighting device 1 in order to hold the lighting device 1 at an additional location Z1 to Z9 and thus additionally fasten it at this location.
[0096] Examples of the intermediate fastening devices 46a-46g are described in more detail below. Depending on their design, the intermediate fastening devices fix various degrees of freedom of the light tube 1 at a location thereon.
[0097] The intermediate fastening device 46a has a ring-like holding component 50 at the end of a cable 51. The ring-like holding component 50 completely encloses the hose-like lighting device 1 along its circumferential direction, wherein in the example of the Fig. 1 , 16 and 17an inner diameter of the ring-like holding component 50 is larger than the outer diameter of the light tube 1. In this way, the ring-like holding component 50 does not lie tightly against the light tube 1 on the circumference, but rather surrounds the light tube 1 loosely in such a way that the light tube 1 rests on the inner circumference of the holding component 50 only in a lower area of the ring-like holding component 50, viewed in the vertical direction. This is e.g. Fig. 16 , which shows a variant 46f of the intermediate fastening device 46a. Movement of the light tube 1 in its longitudinal direction relative to the holding component 50, as well as rotation therein relative to the latter, are thus easily possible.
[0098] The intermediate fastening device 46a and its variant 46f in Fig. 16 are further designed for suspending the tubular lighting device 1 from the ceiling 16, or alternatively from another structure. In this way, the lighting device 1 is at the further location Z1 or Z9 in the room (see Fig. 1 , 16 ), whereby a lateral movement normal to the direction of the rope 51 remains possible.
[0099] The intermediate fastening device 46a is designed to enable the fastening of the light tube 1 at the additional location Z1 by coupling an assembly 78 in a mounting area 85 on the ceiling 16 by means of magnetic force. For this purpose, the intermediate fastening device 46a has a ferromagnetic and / or magnetized installation element 91, which in the example of the Fig. 1 as a metal element in the form of an elongated plate or strip and is installed close to the surface in the mounting area 85 in the ceiling 16. Fig. 17 shows schematically the installation element 91, for example a plate made of ferromagnetic metal, e.g. iron, as well as the assembly 78.
[0100] The assembly 78, see Fig. 18 , includes a base element 79, a round, disc-shaped permanent magnet 80 with a central through-opening, a screw 81 and a cover element 82. The base element 79 is essentially rotationally symmetrical, is designed to be coupled to the cable 51, and is formed with a shape that tapers along its longitudinal axis. In the region of the wider end of the base element 79, the latter has an essentially circular, flat recess that is designed to receive the permanent magnet 80 therein. By means of the screw 81, the permanent magnet 80 can be fastened to the base element 79, wherein the latter recess has a central opening, e.g. with a thread, for screwing in the screw 81.
[0101] By means of magnetic force between the permanent magnet 80 and the installation element 91, the lighting device 1 can be fastened to the additional location Z1. Fig. 17 shows that the cover element 82 covers the central region of the permanent magnet 80 and the screw 81. For example, the element 82 could be glued to the permanent magnet 80. The element 82 could be formed from a similar material as the base element 79, or the cover element 82 could be soft to protect the mounting area 85 during magnetic coupling and, if necessary, repositioning.
[0102] The intermediate fastening device 46f of the Fig. 16 is, however, formed with an assembly 64 that is connected to the cable 51, wherein the assembly 64 is mechanically fastened to the ceiling 16 in a mounting area 70. The assembly 64 is fastened in the mounting area 70 in particular by screwing the component 64 using fastening screws (not shown in detail).
[0103] The intermediate fastening device 46c of the Fig. 19 has a holding component 55 in the form of a clamp, wherein the holding component 55 is configured to encompass the light tube 1 not completely, but only along a portion of its circumference. Thus, the light emission effect of the light tube 1 in the region of the clamp 55 is not interrupted along the entire circumference of the light tube 1, which in turn achieves a different optical effect.
[0104] The intermediate fastening device 46c, see also Fig. 1 , can be designed for attachment at the additional locations Z2 to Z5 only with the clamp-shaped holding component 55 and an associated fastening screw (not shown in the figures) for mechanically fastening the clamp 55 ("clip") to the ceiling 16 - or the wall 17. This allows in the middle area of the light tube 1 of the Fig. 1 For example, a mounting with relatively small distances between points Z2 to Z5 in a comparatively inconspicuous manner and with the light tube 1 guided close to the ceiling.
[0105] The holding component 55, which is designed in the form of a clamp, has two legs 60 arranged essentially symmetrically to one another, which, for example, are shaped in the shape of a circular arc and are designed to come into clamping contact with their inner side with an outer side of the tubular lighting device. The two legs 60 are each curved in cross-section such that they are adapted to the round cross-sectional shape of the tubular lighting device 1, and are each integrally connected to one another on one side by means of an intermediate section 61. The intermediate section 61 is straight in cross-section and has a centrally arranged through-opening 62 through which, for example, a screw for fastening the component 55, as for the intermediate fastening devices 46c in Fig. 1 shown, can be passed through.
[0106] Fig. 20 shows a variant in which a holding component 55 corresponding Fig. 19 is connected to an assembly 64 via a cable 51 to form an intermediate fastening device 46d, which serves to suspend the tubular lighting device 1 from the ceiling 16 or another structure at an additional location in the room. The cable 51 can, for example, be guided through the through-opening 62 and provided with a thickened portion at the end passed through to establish the connection to the clamp 55.
[0107] Analogous to the Fig. 16 The assembly 64 can be fastened to the ceiling 16 by screwing using the intermediate fastening device 46f shown.
[0108] A variant of the intermediate fastening device 46d shows Fig. 2 with the intermediate fastening device 46g. In Fig. 2 the cable 51, which is connected at one end to a clamp-like holding component 57, which is preferably designed analogously to the holding component 55, is connected at the other end of the cable to a component 65, which in turn is mechanically fastened to the ceiling in the mounting area 70, e.g. screwed into it.
[0109] A further variant 46b of an intermediate fastening device shows Fig. 1 The intermediate fastening device 46b also serves to suspend the tubular lighting device 1 from the ceiling 16 and, for this purpose, has two assemblies 64 mechanically fastened to the ceiling 16 by screwing in the mounting area 70. A cable 51 is connected to each assembly 64, with the cables 51 each being connected at their other ends to an associated end of an elongated holding component 56. The holding component 56 is designed in the manner of a continuous profile, within which the light tube 1 runs, for example, in a straight line. This allows a further varied effect to be achieved. While the holding component 56 is essentially closed at the rear side 56a, the holding component 56 is open at its front side 56b opposite the side 56a, so that the light tube 1 illuminates out there.
[0110] Preferably, the holding component 56 is formed with a cross section that corresponds to that of the holding component 55 of Fig. 19 corresponds, however, the holding component 56 is much longer than the component 55. For example, the holding component 55 can be a short section, and the holding component 56 a significantly longer section, of an otherwise identical profile, into which the through opening(s) 62 for connecting, for example, the cable(s) 51 are introduced at a suitable location in the area of the section 61.
[0111] Another variant of an intermediate fastening device 46e is shown Fig. 21 und 22 . Here, the holding component 55 of the Fig. 19 used, whereby these are Fig. 21 und 22 combined with an assembly 78' for magnetic fastening.
[0112] The assembly 78' comprises a base element 79', a permanent magnet 80 and a screw 81. As with the assembly 78 of the Fig. 18 The permanent magnet 80 is screwed to the base element 79' by means of the screw 81. The base element 79' is designed essentially analogously to the base element 79, but in the region of the tapered end of the base element 79', it is designed for screwing in a screw 58, by means of which the holding component 55 can be fastened to the base element 79'.
[0113] Fig. 21 und 22 show no cover element 82 for the assembly 78', although it is understood that analogous to the example of Fig. 18 a cover element 82, as Fig. 18 described, could be intended.
[0114] By means of the intermediate fastening device 46e, the tubular lighting device 1 can be fastened at an additional location by coupling the assembly 78' in the mounting area 85 by means of magnetic force, for example by means of magnetic force between the permanent magnet 80 and the installation element 91. The installation element 91 can be as in Fig. 1 be installed, or be provided at any other location on the ceiling 16 or a wall 17.
[0115] Furthermore, it should be noted that the further mechanical and / or non-magnetic adhesive connections, as exemplified for the second end fastening device with reference to Fig. 12-15 described, namely by screwing, by means of a hook and loop connection, by means of a pressure difference, such as by suction cups, or by gluing, are also applicable to the intermediate fastening devices 46a-g. In particular, for example, the assembly 78 or the assembly 78' for a hook and loop connection can be used analogously Fig. 13 or for a connection using negative pressure analog Fig. 14 or for an adhesive connection analog Fig. 15 be formed, it being understood that the permanent magnet 80 can then be omitted and the base element 79 or 79' can be modified accordingly.
[0116] Furthermore, again with reference to Fig. 1 and 3 , it is noted that the second end fastening device 36, as in Fig. 3 shown, in the preferred variant is formed with a permanent magnet 80, which enables fastening of the second end 4 of the light tube 1 in the area 44 by magnetic force between the installation element 42 and the permanent magnet 80. In this case, the end piece 40 is provided with a recess corresponding Fig. 21 or 18 provided in which the permanent magnet 80 is received and fastened, for example, with a screw 81. If necessary, a cover element 82 can also be provided. The end piece 40 can, for example, have a base component 40' with two parts, an inner part and a cover element, wherein the inner part is provided with the recess for the permanent magnet 80 and, in addition, with a recess or through-opening approximately analogous Fig. 5 can be designed to receive the second end 4 of the light tube 1. A schematic representation shows Fig. 23 , wherein a clamping screw 8" for clamping the second end 4 to the inner part is also shown schematically.
[0117] In the arrangement of the Fig. 1 Thus, the fastening devices 6 and 36, as well as the intermediate fastening devices 46a, 46b and 46c are used as examples. Fig. 1From left to right, for fastening and shaping the light tube 1 by means of the first end fastening device 6, a mechanical clamp is provided along with a power supply at the first end 3, thus providing complete fixation thereto. This is followed by a magnetically fastened cable suspension with a ring-like holding component 50. Furthermore, "clips" 55 are mechanically fastened to the ceiling 16 by screwing for fastening the light tube 1 in a section thereof. A cable suspension is mechanically fastened to the ceiling 16 by screwing with the aid of the two assemblies 64, which includes the continuous, long "clip" 56. A magnetic "end cap" in the form of the end piece 40 of the second end fastening device 36 is provided at the second end 4 on the wall 17.
[0118] In the embodiments and variants described above, the mounting elements 42, 91, 99 can be designed in a wide variety of shapes and sizes. A mounting element 42, 91, or 99 in the form of a straight strip or a rectangular or round plate may be advantageous, but is not absolutely necessary. Instead, the mounting element 42, 91, or 99 could be designed as a strip that follows an arcuate path or another curve.
[0119] Furthermore, it is not absolutely necessary to use a built-in element 42 or 91, although this may be advantageous. For example, suitable metallic elements, such as rail- or plate-like elements forming part of the interior furnishings of the building or the wall or ceiling structure, could be present, to which a magnetic coupling is possible by means of the permanent magnet 80 of the end fastening device 36 or one of the intermediate fastening devices, for example, 46a, 46e.
[0120] The variants of the first and second end fastening devices and the intermediate fastening devices described above can be combined in a wide variety of ways to enable any of the wide variety of possible three-dimensional shapes that the tubular lighting device 1 can assume in space. Furthermore, variability of this shape is also possible, particularly by means of the magnetic fastening or coupling variants described above with regard to the end and intermediate fastening devices.
[0121] Although the invention has been fully described above using preferred embodiments, it is not limited thereto but can be modified in many ways.
[0122] In particular, the attachment of the light tube is not limited to a ceiling and / or wall.
