[0002] The invention further relates to a piece of furniture or a household appliance with a lifting and lowering pull-out device according to the preamble of claim 10.
[0003] Generic lifting and lowering pull-out devices, for example known from EP 3 411 268 B1, serve, for example, to move shelves arranged in a furniture body of a piece of furniture, such as a drawer or a shelf, out of a position within the body of the furniture or the household appliance, as well as to raise or lower them.
[0004] Depending on the objects stored on the shelf, reliable movement may be difficult, particularly when loaded with heavy objects and / or unevenly distributed objects.
[0005] The object of the present invention is to further develop a lifting-lowering-extension device of the generic type in such a way that the movement sequence of the lifting-lowering-extension device is stabilized.
[0006] This object is achieved by a lifting-lowering pull-out device having the features of claim 1 and by a piece of furniture or household appliance having the features of claim 10.
[0007] The lifting and lowering pull-out device according to the invention for a shelf installed in a carcass, in particular a piece of furniture or a household appliance, has a carcass rail that can be fixed in place on the carcass, a storage rail that can be fixed in place on the shelf, and two middle rails that are arranged displaceably and pivotably with the carcass rail and the storage rail and are coupled to one another displaceably in the direction of their longitudinal axis.
[0008] The cabinet rail is coupled to a first center rail via a first pivoting guide bar. The storage rail is pivotably coupled to a second center rail via a second pivoting guide bar.
[0009] A stabilizing unit with a guide slot stabilizing the lifting and lowering movement of the storage rail and a guide element guided in the guide slot at least in a partial section of a lifting and lowering movement of the storage rail is arranged on the storage rail and the carcass rail.
[0010] By providing such a stabilizing unit, the shelf rail is additionally guided, particularly during the lifting and lowering movement, so that a safe movement sequence of the lifting and lowering pull-out device is guaranteed even when the shelf is loaded with heavy objects.
[0011] Advantageous embodiments of the invention are the subject of the subclaims.
[0012] According to an advantageous embodiment, a first plate is attached or molded onto the storage rail, on which the guide element is arranged. Correspondingly, a second plate is attached or molded onto the body rail, on which the guide slot is arranged, in particular molded.
[0013] According to an alternative embodiment, a first plate is attached or molded onto the storage rail, on which the guide slot is arranged, in particular molded. Accordingly, in this embodiment, a second plate is attached or molded onto the cabinet rail, on which the guide element is arranged.
[0014] According to a preferred embodiment, the guide element is designed as a wheel, bolt or sliding block and thus ensures reliable support of the storage rail during the lifting and lowering movement.
[0015] According to a further advantageous embodiment, the body rail, the storage rail and the middle rails each have a guide groove extending in the direction of their longitudinal axis, in which respective guide bolts are guided.
[0016] In a preferred embodiment, the slidably coupled center rails are coupled to one another in a parallel, offset manner. One of the guide pins of the first center rail is guided in the guide groove of the second center rail. Accordingly, one of the guide pins of the second center rail is guided in the guide groove of the first center rail.
[0017] This coupling ensures reliable longitudinal displacement of the two center rails relative to each other.

[0026] Furthermore, between each of the two vertical struts 21 arranged opposite one another, a horizontal strut 25 is arranged, which serves to fasten a respective carcass rail 5.
[0027] For fastening the carcass rail 5 to the horizontal strut 25, plate-shaped rail brackets 26 are provided, via which the respective carcass rail 5 is firmly connected to the horizontal strut 25.
[0028] The structure of the Figures 1 and 2The furniture 1 shown is to be understood merely as an example. For example, side walls can be attached to the vertical struts 21, so that the furniture 1 is only open in one extension direction of the lifting / lowering extension device 3.
[0029] Other shapes of the furniture body or the design of the body 2 as the body of a household appliance with an interior in which the lifting-lowering pull-out device 3 or even several lifting-lowering pull-out devices 3 arranged one above the other can be fastened are also conceivable.
[0030] In the Figures 1 and 2 the lifting and lowering pull-out device 3 is shown in a position in which a shelf 4 of the lifting and lowering pull-out device 3 is extended linearly from the body 2 of the furniture 1, here in the horizontal X-direction.
[0031] The lifting-lowering-extension device 3 shows how well in the Figures 1 , 2 , 5 , 6 and 8In addition to the carcass rail 5 fixed in place on the carcass 2, there is shown a storage rail 6 which can be fixed in place on the shelf 4, as well as two middle rails 7, 8 which are arranged displaceably and pivotably with the carcass rail 5 and the storage rail 6 and are coupled to one another displaceably in the direction of their longitudinal axis L.
[0032] The body rail 5 is pivotably coupled to a first center rail 7 via a first pivoting guide web 10.
[0033] In a corresponding manner, the storage rail 6 is pivotally coupled to a second central rail 8 via a second pivoting guide web 11.
[0034] How good in Figure 6 As can be seen, a first end 101 of the first pivoting guide web 10 is preferably pivotably attached approximately centrally to the carcass rail 5, viewed in the extension direction X.
[0035] A second end 102 of the first pivoting guide web 10 is rotatably attached to a rear end of the first center rail 7 in the extension direction X.
[0036] In a corresponding manner, a first end 111 of the second pivoting guide web 11 is pivotally fastened approximately centrally to the storage rail 6 and a second end 112 of the second pivoting guide web 11 is pivotally fixed to a front end of the second central rail 8 in the extension direction X.
[0037] A guide pin 52 is attached to a front end of the carcass rail 5 in the extension direction X, which guide pin is guided into a guide groove 71 of the first middle rail 7, as shown by way of example in Figure 10 is shown.
[0038] Accordingly, a guide pin 62 of the storage rail 6 is guided in a guide groove 81 of the second middle rail 8.
[0039] Furthermore, a first guide pin 72 and a second guide pin 73 are attached to the front end of the first middle rail 7 in the extension direction X.
[0040] The first guide pin 72 is guided in a guide groove 61 of the storage rail 6. The second guide pin 73 of the first center rail 7 is guided in the guide groove 81 of the second center rail 8.
[0041] Furthermore, a first guide pin 82 and a second guide pin 83 are attached to a rear end of the second center rail 8 in the extension direction X. The first guide pin 82 is guided in the guide groove 71 of the first center rail 7. The second guide pin 83 is guided in the guide groove 51 of the cabinet rail 5.
[0042] How to continue in the Figures 1 to 11 As shown, this lifting-lowering pull-out device 3 has a stabilizing unit 9 arranged on the shelf 4 or the shelf rail 6 and the body 2.
[0043] In this exemplary embodiment, the stabilizing unit 9 has a guide slot 95 which stabilizes the lifting and lowering movement of the storage rail 6 and a guide element 92 which is guided in the guide slot 95 at least in a partial section of a lifting and lowering movement of the storage rail 6.
[0044] In the Figures 4 to 11 In the embodiment shown, a first plate 91 is attached to the storage rail 6, on which the guide element 92, designed here as a wheel, is arranged.
[0045] In this embodiment, a second plate 94 is attached to the body 2, on which the guide slot 95 is formed. In this embodiment, the guide slot 95 is shaped such that the guide element 92 can be moved out of the Figure 5shown fully retracted position can be retracted into a slightly funnel-shaped entrance area and in the extension direction X merges into a curve sloping in the extension direction X in order to support the lowering of the storage rail 6.
[0046] In the Figures 2 and 3 In the alternative embodiment shown, the guide element 92 is arranged on the second plate 94 fastened to the body 2.
[0047] Accordingly, the guide slot 95' is attached or formed on the plate 91, which is attached or formed on the shelf 4 or shelf rail 6. The guide slot 95' is designed such that the slightly funnel-shaped entrance area is formed at the front in the extension direction X, and the guide slot 95' is designed to rise rearward in the extension direction X.
[0048] Instead of the guide element 92 designed as a wheel, it is also conceivable to design the guide element 92 as a bolt or sliding block.
[0049] Furthermore, it is also conceivable to mold the plate 91 onto the storage rail 6.
[0050] In the example shown here Figure 6 In the embodiment shown, the plate 91 is fixed to the storage rail 6 with fastening elements 93.
[0051] The guide grooves 51, 61, 71, 81 extend in the direction of the longitudinal axis L of the respective rails, i.e. the carcass rail 5, the storage rail 6 and the two middle rails 7, 8.
[0052] To enable the guide pins 73, 82 of the two center rails 7, 8 to engage in respective guide grooves 71, 81, the slidably coupled center rails 7, 8 are coupled to one another in a parallel offset manner.
[0053] As in the Figures 8 and 9As shown, in the lowered state of the storage rail 6, the guide element 92 is disengaged from the guide slot 95.
[0054] A motor-driven movement of the shelf 4 or the shelf rail 6 is shown as an example in the Figures 10 to 12 shown. The Figures 10 to 12 show the fully lowered position of the storage rail 6 or storage 4.
[0055] In this embodiment, a motor 12 is arranged on one of the two oppositely arranged lifting / lowering extension devices 3.
[0056] In this case, a shaft which can be driven by the motor 12 engages a first end 101 of the first pivoting guide web 10 which is rotatably fixed to the body rail 2.
[0057] As in Figure 10 As is illustrated schematically, the motor 12 can thus move the pivoting guide bar 10 from a position shown in dashed lines (marked with 10"), which corresponds to the position shown in Figure 5shown retracted position of the lifting-lowering-extension device 3, via a middle position designated 10', as it corresponds to the horizontally extended position of the storage rail 6, shown in Figure 6 , corresponds to, up to the Figure 8 analogous fully extended position of the swivel guide bar 10.
[0058] Figure 11 shows a side view of the Figure 10 shown position of the lifting-lowering-extension device 3 and Figure 12 a top view.
[0059] The motor 12 is preferably placed on a bearing 13, which is preferably fixed to a corresponding crosspiece (not shown) of the body 2.
[0060] The movement of the motorized shelf 4 can be triggered, for example, via a button on the cabinet or via a remote control. Control via a wireless interface, such as in smart home applications, using common protocols (WLAN, Bluetooth, Zigbee, ZWave, etc.) at frequencies of 433 MHz or 868 MHz, is also conceivable, allowing operation via smartphone or voice commands.
[0061] In principle, it is also conceivable to arrange the lifting and lowering pull-out device 3 in the body 2 in such a way that the shelf 4 can be pulled out and lifted. List of reference symbols
