Description

[0001] The present invention relates to a connecting arrangement for connecting a drawer wall, in particular a drawer front panel, to a drawer bottom according to the preamble of claim 1. The invention further relates to a drawer.

[0002] A generic connecting arrangement is known, for example, from DE 10 2011 052 897 A1. As explained in this document, the connecting arrangement preferably serves to additionally fix a drawer front panel to the drawer base and to additionally support the drawer base to assist in fixing the front panel to the drawer side frames. This connecting arrangement has proven itself to be effective in practice.

[0003] It has proven to be disadvantageous that the assembly of this connecting arrangement is relatively complex, since on the one hand the drawer front has to be pressed manually onto the drawer base for correct fixing and at the same time a mounting element connected to a base part via a flexible tab, which serves to fix the connecting arrangement to the drawer base, has to be manually inserted into the shaft of the base part in order to screw the mounting element to the drawer base.

[0004] Further connection arrangements are known from DE 10 2018 112 113 A1, DE 20 11 48 42 U1 and CN 111 345 615 A.

[0005] The object of the present invention is to further develop a connecting arrangement of the generic type in such a way that it can be assembled in a simpler manner, while at the same time minimizing a gap between the two drawer parts to be connected.

[0006] This object is achieved by a connecting arrangement having the features of claim 1 and by a drawer having the features of claim 15.

[0007] The connecting arrangement according to the invention for connecting a drawer wall to a drawer base in such a way that displacement of the two drawer parts relative to one another along at least a first directional axis is prevented and limited along at least a second directional axis, comprises a base part with a retaining plate and at least one first mounting element for fixing the base part to the drawer wall. A drawer wall can be designed as a rear wall, side wall, and / or front panel.

[0008] The connecting arrangement further comprises a second mounting element which can be inserted into a shaft in the holding plate of the base part and which can be fixed to the drawer bottom.

[0009] The second mounting element has a through-hole for receiving a fixing means, in particular a screw, a dowel, a rivet or the like, with which the second mounting element can be fixed to the drawer bottom.

[0010] Opposite shaft walls of the shaft, which are aligned almost parallel or almost parallel to one another, and side walls of the second mounting element which can be guided along these walls are aligned at an acute angle to the through-hole of the second mounting element or are curved.

[0011] Due to the inclination of the shaft walls and the side walls of the mounting element, it is easily possible to pull the drawer wall towards the drawer bottom during assembly when fixing the second mounting element to the drawer bottom by inserting the second mounting element into the shaft of the base part fixed to the drawer wall and thus to easily minimize a gap between the two drawer parts.

[0012] Advantageous embodiments of the invention are the subject of the subclaims.

[0013] According to an advantageous embodiment, a width of the shaft extending in the third directional axis is greater than a width of the second mounting element insertable into the shaft.

[0014] This allows for later adjustment of the two drawer parts to each other in the second and / or third directional axis.

[0015] According to an advantageous further development, the shaft and the second mounting element are T-shaped when viewed in a plane perpendicular to the second directional axis.

[0016] This enables, on the one hand, a reliable guidance of the second mounting element in the shaft and, on the other hand, a stable design of the holding plate of the base part, since the T-shaped design of the shaft in particular enables material reinforcements in the area of the holding plate.

[0017] According to a further advantageous embodiment variant, the second mounting element is fixed to the holding plate in a state before its mounting on the drawer bottom via a connection, in particular at least one web or at least one film skin, in such a way that the second mounting element protrudes at least partially from the shaft.

[0018] This allows for pre-fixing of the second mounting element to the retaining plate, preferably above the shaft, thus eliminating the need for manual positioning of the second mounting element for insertion into the shaft, which significantly simplifies assembly. For this purpose, the second mounting element can be manufactured in a one-piece construction with the retaining plate and detachably connected to it via at least one film gate.

[0019] According to an advantageous further development, the connection can be destroyed by an insertion movement of the second mounting element into the shaft.

[0020] According to a further embodiment of the invention, the at least one first mounting element is designed as a dowel, in particular as a slotted dowel, with ribs or harpoon webs which are arranged at least partially around the outside of the dowel.

[0021] This ensures reliable fixing of the base part to the drawer wall, with screws being screwed into the dowel or pins being pressed in, which spread the harpoon webs in a hole provided for this purpose in the drawer wall.

[0022] According to a further advantageous embodiment, an elastic region is formed between the holding plate and the at least one first mounting element.

[0023] This elastic area has the advantage that assembly is possible even if the drawer parts are misaligned relative to one another and assembly tolerances can be compensated for, for example in a case where the gap between drawer parts is smaller before the second assembly element is attached to the drawer base than the displacement of the base part in the direction of the first directional axis when the second assembly element is inserted into the shaft, so that undesired bulging or other deformation of the base part is prevented by the elastic area.

[0024] An additional advantage is that the elastic region compensates for the total clamping travel, which is reached after the fixing device has been fully inserted into the second mounting element but before the second mounting element is moved into the shaft. This total clamping travel also depends on the adjustment direction of the drawer wall along the second directional axis.

[0025] The elastic region preferably has several reversibly bendable lamellae.

[0026] According to a preferred embodiment, the crumple area is reversibly stretchable in the direction of the first directional axis, which brings the advantages mentioned above.

[0027] According to a further preferred embodiment, the retaining plate is reversibly bendable by bending the elastic region about a bending axis parallel to the third directional axis such that the retaining plate is bendable from a position in which the second mounting element is sunk into the shaft into a position in which the second mounting element protrudes completely from the shaft.

[0028] Such flexibility of the elastic region makes it easy to release the connection between the base part and the second mounting element without having to remove the base part or the second mounting element from the respective drawer part.

[0029] According to a further advantageous embodiment variant, a recess surrounding the through-hole is formed in a surface facing away from a pressure surface of the second mounting element to limit the penetration depth of the fixing means, whereby a positive fixing of the second mounting element to the drawer base is possible without the fixing means, for example in the form of a screw or a dowel pin, protruding with its head from the second mounting element.

[0030] According to a further advantageous embodiment variant, at least one finger recess is formed on a region of the holding plate facing away from the first mounting element.

[0031] The finger groove is preferably designed as a curved bridge with ribs molded onto it.

[0032] Such a finger recess makes it easy to manually pull the drawer wall towards the drawer bottom to reduce the gap between them for aligning the base part before fixing the second mounting element to the drawer bottom.

[0033] A drawer with a front panel that is height and / or laterally adjustable relative to a drawer base, in which the drawer base is connected to the front panel via a connecting arrangement, is characterized by a connecting arrangement as described above.

[0034] Preferred embodiments of the invention are explained in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

[0035] They show: Figures 1 and 2 are schematic isometric views of a preferred embodiment of a connecting arrangement according to the invention from different perspectives in a pre-assembly position, Figure 3 is a schematic side view of a first furniture part with the base part of the connecting arrangement already fixed thereto and a drawer bottom before fixing the second assembly element according to the Figures 1 and 2 shown pre-positioning of the second mounting element outside a shaft of a holding plate of the base part, Figure 4 one of the Figure 3 corresponding illustration with the screw partially screwed into the second furniture part before the second mounting element is inserted into the shaft, Figures 5 and 6 Figures 1 and 2 corresponding representations of the connection arrangement with the second mounting element inserted into the shaft according to the mounted position of the connection arrangement, Figure 7 one of the Figure 3corresponding representation with final assembled connection arrangement according to the Figure 6 shown illustration of the connection arrangement, partly shown in section, Figures 8 to 10 Figures 3, 4 and 7 corresponding views to illustrate disassembly with mounting elements fixed to the respective drawer parts, Figures 11, 12 Figures 8 to 10 corresponding views to illustrate a subsequent re-assembly with assembly elements already fixed to the respective drawer parts, Figure 13 an isometric view of the base part without a second locking element to illustrate a necessary force exerted on the base part to push the base part onto the locking element fixed to the drawer bottom, and Figure 14 a Figures 11 and 12 corresponding view in the fixed final state of the two drawer parts and the connecting arrangement connecting them.

[0036] In the following description of the figures, terms such as top, bottom, left, right, front, rear, etc., refer exclusively to the exemplary representation and position of the connecting arrangement, base part, first mounting element, second mounting element, shaft, retaining plate, and the like chosen in the respective figures. These terms are not to be understood as limiting; i.e., these references may change due to different working positions or the mirror-symmetrical design, etc.

[0037] In the Figures 1 and 2 The reference number 1 designates an embodiment variant of a connecting arrangement according to the invention.

[0038] The connecting arrangement 1 serves, as for example in the Figures 3, 4 and 7shown, the connection of a drawer wall 10, in particular in the form of a drawer front panel, with a drawer base 11, such that a displacement of the two drawer parts relative to one another along at least one first directional axis x is prevented and is possible to a limited extent along at least one second directional axis z.

[0039] The connecting arrangement 1 comprises a base part 2 with a holding plate 5 and at least one first mounting element 4 for fixing the base part 2 to the drawer wall 10. In the embodiment shown, two such first mounting elements 4 are provided.

[0040] The first mounting elements 4 are designed as dowels, in particular slotted dowels, with slots 41, as well as with ribs or harpoon webs 42, which are arranged at least partially on the outside of the dowel.

[0041] These dowels are inserted into receiving bores provided for mounting on the drawer wall 10 and are secured against being pulled out of the receiving bores of the drawer wall 10 by the shape of the harpoon webs 42, in particular after screwing or pressing in screws or pins (not shown here), by means of which the respective dowel is spread open by increasing its outer diameter.

[0042] How to continue in the Figures 1 and 2 As can be seen, the holding plate 5 has a shaft 51 into which a second mounting element 3 can be inserted, which can be fixed to the drawer bottom 11, as is shown for example in the Figures 4 and 7 is shown.

[0043] The second mounting element 3 has a through-bore 38 for receiving a fixing means, preferably a screw 9 shown here, with which the second mounting element 3 can be fixed to the drawer bottom 11.

[0044] It is also conceivable to use a dowel pin, dowel, rivet or the like for fixing instead of the screw 9.

[0045] How to continue in the Figures 1 to 4 As shown, opposite shaft walls 52, 53 of the shaft 51, which are aligned parallel or almost parallel to one another, and side walls 33, 34 of the second mounting element 3 which can be guided along these walls are aligned at an acute angle to the through-bore 38 of the second mounting element 3.

[0046] An arched design of the shaft walls 52, 53 and correspondingly also of the side walls 33, 34 of the second mounting element 3 would also be conceivable.

[0047] The inclination of the shaft walls 52, 53 and the three side walls 33, 34 of the second mounting element 3 is preferably between 5° and 20°, particularly preferably between 10° and 13°, particularly preferably about 11°.

[0048] This inclination or arched design of the shaft walls 52, 53 of the shaft 51 and correspondingly of the side walls 33, 34 of the second mounting element 3 means that during the assembly of the connecting arrangement 1 after the base part 2 has been fixed to the drawer wall 10 via the first mounting elements 4, the screw 9 pre-assembled in the second mounting element 3 is placed with its tip on an underside of the drawer bottom 11, as shown in Figure 3 is shown.

[0049] Then, as in Figure 4 As shown, screw the screw 9 into the drawer base 11.

[0050] The screw 9 is dimensioned in its length so that a first part of the threaded neck 92 of the screw 9 can be screwed into the drawer bottom 11 before the second mounting element 3 is drawn into the shaft 51 in the holding plate 5. This state is in Figure 4 shown.

[0051] Subsequently, by further tightening the screw 9, the second mounting element 3 is drawn into the shaft 51 in the holding plate 5 of the base part 2.

[0052] Due to the acute-angled shaft walls 52, 53 of the shaft 51 corresponding to the side walls 33, 34 of the second mounting element 3, the drawer wall 10, which is designed, for example, as a drawer front panel, is pulled towards the front side of the drawer bottom 11 together with the base part 2 as the second mounting element 3 is progressively inserted into the shaft 51 and thus ensures that a gap between the two drawer parts 10, 11 is minimized without any force having to be exerted manually against the drawer wall 10.

[0053] In order to avoid having to manually position the second mounting element 3 in front of the shaft 51 during assembly, according to a preferred embodiment, the second mounting element 3 is fixed to the holding plate 5 via at least one web 12 in a state before its assembly on the drawer base 11 in such a way that the second mounting element 3 protrudes at least partially from the shaft 51.

[0054] In the embodiment shown, the base body of the second mounting element 3, referred to here as dome 31, is held completely outside the shaft 51 of the holding plate 5 by two webs 12.

[0055] As soon as the dome 31 enters the shaft 51, these webs 12 are destroyed by breaking off edges of the shaft 51 or the dome 31.

[0056] Figures 5 and 6 show the connection arrangement 1 in the final assembly position without showing the drawer parts 10, 11.

[0057] Figure 7shows the connecting arrangement 1, mounted on the two drawer parts 10, 11.

[0058] As in the Figures 5 and 6 As shown, in the final assembly position, the second assembly element 3 is inserted into the shaft 51. In the final assembly position, a pressure surface 35 of the dome 31 rests against the drawer base 11.

[0059] In order to enable a lateral displacement of the drawer parts 10, 11 relative to each other in a direction y after the connection arrangement 1 has been mounted on the two drawer parts 10, 11, as shown in the Figures 1, 2 , 5 and 6 As can be seen, a width b 511 , b 512 of the shaft 51 extending in a third directional axis y is preferably greater than a width b 31 , b 32 of the second mounting element 3 which can be inserted into the shaft 51.

[0060] To enable stabilization of the holding plate 5, as well as the shaft 51, the second mounting element 3 is T-shaped when viewed in a plane perpendicular to the second directional axis z. The dome 31 with the pressure surface 35 is wider than a tapered section 32 of the second mounting element 3.

[0061] The tapered section 32 has on its side facing away from the pressure surface 35, as shown in the Figures 1 and 5 is shown, a bevel 36. The dome 31 has, on its side facing away from the pressure surface 35, a head receptacle 37 for receiving the screw head 91 of the screw 9.

[0062] How to continue in the Figures 1, 2 , 5 and 6 As shown, in the preferred embodiment shown here, an elastic region 6 is formed between the holding plate 5 of the base part 2 and the mounting elements 4.

[0063] This elastic region 6 has several reversibly bendable slats 61, 63. A recess 62 is formed on the back of the second slat 63, which serves to guide the screws that can be screwed into the dowels.

[0064] The elastic region 6 is preferably reversibly stretchable in the direction of the first directional axis x and thus enables the base part 2 to deflect without unintentional bulging or even breaking of the holding plate 5.

[0065] As in the Figures 8 to 10 As shown, the connecting arrangement 1 also makes it possible, after assembly, to release the connection between the base part 2 and the second assembly element 3 without loosening the second assembly element 3 and the first assembly elements 4 from the respective drawer parts 10, 11, i.e. in the case of a drawer, to dismantle the drawer panel from the drawer base.

[0066] For this purpose, the holding plate 5 is reversibly bendable by bending the elastic region 6 about a bending axis parallel to the third directional axis y, such that the holding plate 5 can be bent from a position in which the second mounting element 3 is sunk into the shaft 51 into a position in which the second mounting element 3 protrudes completely from the shaft 51, as shown in Figure 9 is shown.

[0067] As soon as the second mounting element 3 protrudes completely from the shaft 51, as shown in Figure 10 As shown, by exerting a force F away from the drawer base 11, the drawer wall 10, here in the form of a drawer front panel, can be pivoted away.

[0068] To enable the bending in a simple way, as shown in the Figures 2 and 6As shown, in an area of the holding plate 5 remote from the first mounting elements, a mounting slope 8 is formed, which allows the holding plate 5 to be gripped underneath and Figure 8 shown force can be exerted in direction F, for example using a lever tool or manually.

[0069] Based on the Figures 11 to 14 Subsequently, the drawer wall 10 is reattached to the drawer bottom 11 after a procedure as described above using the Figures 8 to 10 explained disassembly described.

[0070] As in Figure 11 and Figure 12As shown, for reassembly of the drawer wall 10 to the drawer base 11, the drawer wall 10 can be brought back to the drawer base 11. Due to the mounting bevel of the holding plate 5 and the bevel 36 on the dome 31, the holding plate 5 can slide along the bevel 36 and the mounting bevel 8 until the position shown in Figure 12 is reached, in which the drawer wall 10 at least almost rests against the drawer base 11.

[0071] Subsequently, by manually applying a force to the finger recesses 7, which are formed in an area of the holding plate 5 facing away from the first mounting element 4, the holding plate 5 can be moved further in the direction of the force action, so that the shaft 51 of the holding plate 5 again along the side walls 33, 34 of the mounting element 3 with the shaft walls 52, 53 of the shaft 51 into the Figure 14 Slide into the mounting position shown.

[0072] Figure 13shows again in an isometric representation of the base part 2 the force direction F of the necessary force exerted on the finger recesses 7 of the holding plate 5. The finger recesses 7 are preferably each designed as a curved web 71 and ribs 72 formed on these. List of reference symbols
