AI Technical Summary
Conventional dishwashers are inadequate for effectively cleaning the internal surfaces of bottles with narrow necks due to the limitations of existing cleaning mechanisms and holders, which do not accommodate bottles securely in an upright position and lack suitable spray nozzles for thorough cleaning.
A bottle-washing system integrated into a dishwasher basket, featuring an elongated support rail with clamping elements and rotating cleaning lances that securely hold bottles upright and utilize spray nozzles to clean the interior surfaces using existing dishwasher programs.
The system enables thorough cleaning of bottles' internal surfaces by leveraging dishwasher mechanisms, ensuring secure bottle retention and efficient fluid distribution through rotating cleaning lances, compatible with standard dishwasher cycles.
Description
[0001] The present invention relates to a device for holding and mechanically cleaning internal surfaces of hollow bodies, preferably bottles or similar, which is arranged for use on an extendable dishwashing basket used in a dishwasher, wherein the device consists of an elongated support rail which is equipped with clamping elements along a longitudinal axis of the elongated support rail in order to create a releasable clamping connection with a dishwashing basket.
[0002] Devices for cleaning bottles or similar items are already known in the prior art as bottle cleaning equipment. Reference is made, by way of example, to documents DE 10 2020 110 229 A1, DE 2020 20 110 139 A1, or DE 10 2009 039 585 A1. These documents disclose bottle cleaning machines used in the beverage industry for cleaning reusable bottles. In these technical arrangements and designs for cleaning reusable bottles, alkaline baths and alkaline sprays, also known as alkaline soaking, are known to be used to soften dirt, labels, glue residue, or the like. It is common practice to completely immerse the bottles in the alkaline baths to treat both their exterior and interior. Furthermore, these bottle cleaning machines generally include a bottle feeder and a bottle conveyor that moves the bottles through the system. The conveyors include holders for the bottles, which transport them upside down, i.e., with the opening facing downwards, and spray nozzles that inject cleaning fluid from the outside through the bottle neck into the passing bottles for cleaning. It has proven disadvantageous that this type of cleaning of internal surfaces is not applicable to bottles in dishwashers, for example. This technique, with conveyors that move through the system in the direction of travel, guiding the bottles past spray nozzles, is not suitable for dishwashers.
[0003] A nozzle arrangement, particularly for cleaning internal surfaces of cavities, with at least one spray nozzle for generating at least one spray jet, is disclosed in German publication DE 10 2011 082 702 B4. The disadvantage of this spray nozzle is that this embodiment is not suitable for holding and cleaning bottles in dishwashers.
[0004] Dishwasher baskets are also well-known from the prior art. For example, the dishwasher basket from German patent application DE 15 10 2012 219 818 A1 is mentioned here. Such a dishwasher basket serves to hold items to be washed, especially multiple different dishes. Below such a dishwasher basket is a rotating spray arm, which uses its spray nozzles to spray the dishes with cleaning fluid, thus washing them. The major disadvantage of this cleaning method is that the arrangement of the spray nozzles on the rotating spray arm and the spray nozzles themselves are not suitable for cleaning the inner surfaces of bottles through the narrow neck.Furthermore, the dishwasher baskets are unsuitable for holding elongated items such as bottles or similar objects, because these must be held securely in an upright, inverted position on the rack or dishwasher basket for reliable cleaning and drying during the wash cycle. The familiar 1 to 2 liter glass or plastic water bottles cannot be placed vertically in the dishwasher basket due to the lack of space. There is also no suitable holder for baby bottles.
[0005] A remedy for this disadvantage is shown in the device for holding bottles with narrow necks disclosed in EP 0 367 559 B1. The device consists of an elongated mounting part that can be attached to a dishwasher basket via a fastening device. The mounting part has several pairs of clamping elements for holding bottles. Each pair of clamping elements is suitable for receiving and clamping the neck of a bottle. The bottles are inserted vertically and upside down into their respective ring-shaped clamping pairs. The disadvantage of this embodiment of the mounting device is that it lacks separate spray nozzles that engage the bottles to clean the internal surfaces. Another disadvantage is that the clamping elements cannot accommodate different bottle neck diameters.
[0006] The publication EP 3 319 499 B1 discloses a bottle washing apparatus. This is a device of the type described above, which uses a dishwasher basket as a support. The elongated bottle apparatus, which extends across the entire width of a dishwasher basket and has a relatively low height, is attached to the dishwasher basket by clamping elements located on its underside. The bottle apparatus has a non-rotating spray unit on its upper side, equipped with spaced-apart spray nozzles that spray a cleaning fluid upwards and directly into the respective cavity of a bottle. Projections are arranged to the right and left of each spray nozzle. These projections prevent the bottles, which are placed upside down with their openings resting on the spray nozzles, from shifting laterally. To prevent the bottles placed on the spray nozzles from tipping over in the dishwasher basket, they are supported laterally by several rungs that can hold dishes. The spray unit is equipped with a connection for supplying cleaning fluid to the bottle washer. This connection aligns with an opening in the back panel of the dishwasher basket when the basket is inserted; this opening contains a safety valve. A disadvantage of the bottle washer is that it is not suitable for holding larger glass bottles or larger plastic bottles and for thoroughly cleaning their interior surfaces.
[0007] The closest prior art is considered to be document CN 110 664 342 A. It discloses a basket for a dishwasher which includes a line supplying a rinsing liquid, wherein the line is connected to a spray tube via a rotary element in order to spray the dishes with rinsing liquid, and wherein the rotary element is rotatable with respect to the spray tube and / or the line in order to switch the line between the spray tube and the line on and off by rotating the rotary element.
[0008] As a current state of the art, the cleaning of all kinds of bottles in the home should also be mentioned. In the home, individual bottles are cleaned using cleaning brushes. For this purpose, there is a wide range of bottle brushes available. These are designed in various ways so that the brush can fit through the narrow bottle neck and reach and clean the entire inside of the bottle. The disadvantage, however, is that the narrow neck of a bottle usually only allows the insertion of a brush that fits through the neck. Once opened, the brush is not suitable for cleaning the entire interior of the bottle.
[0009] The present application is based on the objective of avoiding the existing disadvantages and improving upon the state of the art.
[0010] The device according to the invention relates to a bottle-washing system for dishwashers, preferably for household dishwashers. Household dishwashers are typically manufactured with a capacity of 12 to 14 place settings and a width of 60 cm (European Standard EN 1116) or a niche width of 55 cm (Swiss system). Place settings are standardized in the European Standard EN 50242 and feature a standardized basket for the dishes to be cleaned.
[0011] Therefore, to solve the problem, it is necessary to use a device with the properties of a dishwasher, as previously outlined and described below, in order to achieve the required cleaning effect on bottles. Dishwashers are generally used for the machine cleaning of cookware, tableware, cutlery, and kitchen utensils, which does not include bottles with narrow necks. Cleaning occurs according to Sinner's Circle through the interaction of time, mechanical energy, temperature, and chemicals. Rotating nozzles spray the highly alkaline cleaning solution against the dishes. However, the resulting moving spray jets do not reach the inside of bottles with narrow necks. For cleaning internal surfaces, the high pH value of the lye, the grease-dissolving surfactants, and factors such as temperature, contact time, pressure, and water jet flow rate are crucial for dissolving dirt. However, current dishwashers do not meet these requirements for bottles, vases, or similar items. Furthermore, dishwashers have several wash programs that differ in duration and temperature range. These programs consist of a pre-rinse (cold water without detergent) to remove easily removable food residue, a main wash (temperature approximately 30 to 70 °C with detergent), and a final rinse (temperature approximately 65 to 85 °C). The two main wash cycles clean the items, while the final rinse removes the dirty wash water and dries the items.Furthermore, this prevents the formation of limescale and water spots. These cleaning programs would also be suitable for cleaning the inside surfaces of bottles, vases, or similar items.
[0012] The underlying problem is therefore to find a solution for cleaning the internal surfaces of cavities, preferably those of bottles with relatively narrow necks, in conventional dishwashers using existing wash programs. The solution consists of a bottle-washing system integrated into a dishwasher basket, which is described below.
[0013] The problem is solved according to the invention by means of a device having the features of claim 1. Advantageous embodiments are set forth in the dependent claims.
[0014] The device of the bottle rinsing system according to the invention consists of an elongated support rail, which has at least one connecting element for receiving a holding means for pipelines, wherein the holding means is arranged on a flat surface of a flange of the elongated support rail, at least one holding means, at least one pipeline, at least one cleaning lance and at least one support bracket.
[0015] To meet the requirement of using the bottle rinsing system on a pull-out dishwasher basket, the device is equipped with an elongated support rail. The elongated support rail has an L-shaped profile, which is formed from a vertical flange and a horizontal flange. The L-shaped profile can be an equal-leg profile a=b, or preferably an unequal-leg profile a.
[0016] The elongated support rail is designed to create a detachable clamping connection with a dish basket on the inside of the basket. The vertical flange of the L-shaped profile of the elongated support rail has clamping elements on its underside and along its longitudinal axis. These clamping elements engage several bottom wires of the dish basket, which run transversely to the longitudinal axis of the elongated support rail. The horizontal flange of the elongated support rail also has clamping elements. These clamping elements comprise a wire running transversely to the bottom wires at a certain parallel distance above them. These clamping elements run parallel to the longitudinal axis of the elongated support rail. Depending on the design of the dish basket, the elongated support rail can be arranged longitudinally or transversely on the inside of the dish basket.Preferably on the inner bottom in the side or rear area of the dish basket.
[0017] A further advantage of the elongated support rail is that it has at least one additional differently designed connecting element, preferably three additional connecting elements, which are spaced apart from each other on a vertical longitudinal side of the elongated support rail. One connecting element of the elongated support rail corresponds to a connecting element of the holding device to attach the holding device to the elongated support rail. The elongated support rail is an angle profile consisting of two flanges spaced 90 degrees apart. The vertical longitudinal side refers to the inside of the vertical flange of the elongated support rail. Two of the three connecting elements are located at the free ends, and the third connecting element is positioned centrally on the elongated support rail, between the other two connecting elements, when viewed longitudinally. In a first embodiment, the connecting element can consist of openings in the elongated support rail, which accommodate at least one corresponding pin (which can have different shapes) and is arranged on the retaining element. Similarly, in a second embodiment, the elongated support rail has projections, for example, in the form of pins, instead of openings. These projections engage in the corresponding openings of the retaining element, thus creating a secure connection. A connecting element therefore consists of two interlocking fasteners that establish a connection between an elongated support rail and a retaining element. Other connecting elements, such as screw connections, rivet connections, or similar devices, are also conceivable. In a particular embodiment, the connecting element between an elongated support rail and the retaining element can also consist of adhesive or a bonded joint. A connecting element thus serves to fasten a retaining element for pipes, whereby the retaining element itself can consist of a clamping device. In another particular embodiment, the elongated support rail can already be formed integrally with one or more retaining elements. The retaining elements formed integrally with the elongated support rail are located at the free ends of the elongated support rail. However, this does not apply to the retaining element that is provided with two openings and is arranged centrally between two retaining elements. That is to say, in this embodiment, only the retaining elements located between them, preferably one retaining element, need to be connected to the elongated support rail.In another embodiment, the holding element arranged centrally on the elongated support rail is integrated into it, and the two holding elements to the right and left of the centrally arranged holding element are mounted to the elongated support rail with connecting elements.
[0018] Such a holding device, attached to the elongated support rail, advantageously has at least one opening for receiving a rotatable pipe. Similar to a clamping device known from the prior art of electrical engineering, such a holding device can be designed for securing inflexible plastic conduits. The clamping device for the conduits consists of a clamping bracket. The clamping bracket for the bottle rinsing system must, however, accommodate the pipe in such a way that it is fixed to the elongated support rail on the one hand and can rotate about its own axis of rotation within the opening of the holding device on the other. As will be shown below, the holding device faces further challenges. Therefore, an inventive holding device is required. According to the invention, a holding device can also have a connection and / or a valve for the supply of a cleaning fluid.
[0019] A holding element can also be formed from a bearing block. A bearing block is an element that can, for example, accommodate a plain bearing and hold it in a specific position so that a shaft can rotate within it. Advantageously, a bearing block on the elongated support rail is used as the holding element here, which, as provided in the invention, can accommodate a rotatable pipe, preferably made of plastic, in at least one opening. The two bearing blocks arranged at the free ends of the elongated support rail have an opening, which is designed as a blind bore. That is, the two bearing blocks are open on one side and closed on the side opposite the opening. After mounting on the elongated support rail, the open sides of the bearing blocks face each other with their openings aligned on the same centerline, while the closed sides of the bearing blocks point outwards in the longitudinal direction of the elongated support rail. According to the invention, a bearing block can also have a connection and / or a valve for the supply of a cleaning fluid. Furthermore, it can be summarized that a pipe T-piece formed from a pipe is rotatably arranged in a holding device or bearing block, wherein the pipe T-piece has a branch to which a cleaning lance is detachably connected.
[0020] The central bearing block, positioned between the two outer bearing blocks, has a through-hole and is also located on the same centerline as the blind bores of the other two bearing blocks. In this advantageous arrangement of the bearing blocks and its embodiments, pipes are inserted into the bores. To prevent cleaning fluid from escaping the bearing blocks, a sealing ring, preferably an O-ring, is arranged at the inlet of each bore. In a further advantageous embodiment of the bearing blocks with the blind bores, the sealing ring can be omitted because the ends of the pipes inserted into the openings of the bearing blocks are sealed. This is the case when the connection for the cleaning fluid is located centrally on the bearing block positioned between two bearing blocks.
[0021] The central bearing block exhibits a further inventive feature. The special feature of the bearing block arranged between two bearing blocks is that it incorporates a connection for the supply of cleaning fluid, which can also consist of a detachable coupling. The design of an outer bearing block, or the outer retaining elements, which are arranged to the right and left of the central bearing block on the elongated support rail, can also advantageously be equipped with a connection for the supply of cleaning fluid. Another special feature is that the central bearing block, with its through-opening, can have two valves and thus also function as an opening or closing valve for the supply of cleaning fluid.
[0022] The inventive elongated support rail thus offers a number of advantages resulting from the arrangement of the bearing blocks on the elongated support rail. One advantage arises from the bearing blocks being arranged in a row and on the same center line, but at different intervals, preferably equidistant intervals. This allows for multiple cleaning lances to be available for the bottle rinsing system. A further advantage is that the pipes inserted into the bores of the bearing blocks are rotatable through a specific angle, preferably between 0 degrees and 90 degrees.
[0023] According to the invention, a pipe in the form of a T-piece is inserted between two opposing bearing blocks, making the pipe T-piece rotatable due to the two bearing blocks. In this first embodiment, the right or left bearing block has a connection for a cleaning fluid. This bearing block also contains a valve for the inflow of the cleaning fluid into the pipe T-piece, which can be opened and closed.
[0024] In a further advantageous embodiment, three bearing blocks are arranged on the elongated support rail. This means that the three bearing blocks arranged on the elongated support rail form two gaps, each gap being equipped with a pipe T-piece. In this second embodiment, the connection for the cleaning fluid is located in the middle of the three bearing blocks. This middle bearing block also contains two valves for the supply of the cleaning fluid to the two pipe T-pieces, which can be opened and closed. One valve regulates the flow of the cleaning fluid to the left-connected pipe T-piece, and the other valve regulates the flow of the cleaning fluid to the right-connected pipe T-piece. The two opposing free ends of the pipe T-pieces are therefore inserted into the respective bores of the opposing and spaced-apart bearing blocks.
[0025] A pipe tee forms a connecting link that, in most cases, allows a branch to be added to an existing connection. Tees are available for various technical applications. In this case, the tee is used for pipe connections as a fluid supply system. Within this fluid supply system, the pipe tee forms the basic element for the bottle rinsing system. In a further advantageous embodiment of the elongated support rail, it can also accommodate four bearing blocks, creating three spaces between the bearing blocks, each of which accommodates a pipe tee, resulting in three connecting links or three branches. It is also conceivable to arrange additional bearing blocks on the elongated support rail, thereby increasing the number of bearing blocks and thus the number of pipe tees and branches.Increasing the number of pipe T-fittings also increases the number of cleaning lances that can be connected to them. However, the smaller the distance between the pipe T-fittings, the smaller the distance between the cleaning lances. The elongated support rail can extend over the entire length of a dishwasher basket and thus accommodate several cleaning lances.
[0026] According to the invention, the pipe T-piece fulfills several functions. The first function is to serve as a closure for a valve. The valve is closed when the cleaning lance rests horizontally on the bottom wires of a dishwasher basket. The second function is to allow cleaning fluid to pass through. Cleaning fluid passes through when the valve is open. The valve is open when the cleaning lance is raised within a certain angle from the horizontal towards a vertical angle. This angle is determined by the diameter of the bottle to be cleaned and the size of a support bracket on which the bottle rests. The third function is the rotatability of the pipe T-piece within a certain angular range, advantageously between 0 degrees and 90 degrees. The opening and closing of the valve is achieved by the rotatability of the pipe T-piece in its bearing blocks. In the horizontal position of the branch of a pipe T-fitting, the valve is closed. When the pipe T-fitting is turned counterclockwise, the valve opens, allowing the cleaning fluid to flow through the connected cleaning lance and thus clean the interior of a hollow object. Fourthly, the branch of the pipe T-fitting also serves as the connection point for a cleaning lance.
[0027] In a first embodiment, the connection at the branch of the pipe T-piece can consist of a screw connection onto which a cleaning lance with a corresponding thread can be screwed. In a second advantageous embodiment of the connection, a coupling, preferably a quick-release coupling, is located at the branch of the pipe T-piece, into which the cleaning lance with its corresponding counterpart can be inserted. This allows for quick and easy replacement of the cleaning lance and, for example, descaling. In a particular embodiment of the pipe T-piece, the branch connection is designed such that it has an additional rotating element which interacts with the cleaning lance. This rotating element is designed such that the cleaning lance is rotated by the cleaning fluid. This allows the cleaning lance to rotate around its axis of rotation. Specifically, the axis of rotation of the cleaning lance is located on the same axis of rotation as the swivel joint, which is oriented along the same centerline as the branch of the pipe T-piece and is perpendicular to the axis of rotation of the pipe T-piece. It is conceivable that the swivel element and the branch of the pipe T-piece could be jointly formed at a detachable connection point on the associated cleaning lance. Due to the swivel element, the cleaning lance forms a rotating element.
[0028] The cleaning lance according to the invention has many advantages. The cleaning lance is formed from a hollow body, preferably a tubular body, which is closed at its tapered end and has an opening at the other end for supplying cleaning fluid. Advantageously, the opening can be designed with a connecting coupling. In a particularly advantageous embodiment of the connecting coupling, a rotating element is also provided, which makes the cleaning lance a rotating body. Furthermore, the tubular body has openings distributed around its circumference or on its outer surface and along its length. The openings can be symmetrically distributed around the circumference and at equidistant intervals along the length. The openings are designed as nozzles for conveying cleaning fluid to wet and thus clean the inner surface of a cavity. The diameter of the tubular body, or cleaning lance, is approximately matched to the diameter of the bottle necks. The diameter of the cleaning lance is a certain amount smaller than the diameter of a bottle neck to allow the cleaning fluid to flow freely from the inside of the bottle.
[0029] To use a cleaning lance located inside a dish rack, it can be raised from its resting position. In this position, the cleaning lance rests on the bottom wires of the dish rack, and the valve in the holding device or support block is closed, preventing cleaning fluid from flowing through the lance. In this position, the dish rack can be used for normal dishwashing. If one or more cleaning lances are to be used for cleaning bottles, a cleaning lance is raised to a specific angle between 0 and 90 degrees, whereby the T-fitting of the pipe opens a valve in the holding device or support block. A hollow object, preferably a bottle, is then placed over the cleaning lance by its neck, with the other end of the bottle, the body, resting on an open support bracket. The support bracket is foldable and can be folded up and down from its resting position. In its resting position, the support bracket rests on the bottom wires of the dishwasher basket. After inserting the dishwasher basket into the dishwasher, the cleaning cycle of the bottle rinsing system can begin. After the cleaning cycle, the dishwasher basket is pulled out again, and one or more bottles are removed from the cleaning lances. The cleaning lance is then lowered. Lowering the cleaning lance to its resting position closes the valve in the holding device or bearing block. When using the bottle rinsing system, specifically when loading the device with bottles, it is also possible to fill the empty spaces in the dishwasher basket with dishes and use them for cleaning.
[0030] An embodiment of the invention is shown purely schematically in the drawings and is described in more detail below.
[0031] They show Fig. 1 in perspective view of a completely inventive bottle rinsing system integrated into a dish rack for dishwashers; Fig. 2 in schematic view of an embodiment of the elongated support rail according to the invention. Fig. 1 for arrangement in the interior of a dishwasher basket; Fig. 3 in schematic representation an embodiment of the elongated support rail with holding means according to the invention with integrated T-pieces as pipes for the flow of the cleaning fluid to a connected cleaning lance; Fig. 4 in schematic representation a cleaning lance with rotating element and connecting coupling; and Fig. 5 in schematic representation a support bracket for bottles.
[0032] One embodiment of a bottle rinsing system according to the invention consists, as shown in the Figuren 1 bis 5 A perspective view of a device 1 for holding and mechanically cleaning the internal surfaces 33 of bottles 29, wherein the bottles 29 are arranged in an extendable lower dishwasher basket 17 of a dishwasher. The bottles 29 are placed with their necks 37 over a cleaning lance 9.1, 9.2, the neck 37 resting on a support bracket 38 and the body 41 resting on support brackets 10.1, 10.2 (see Figure 1). Fig. 5 The cleaning lance 9.1, 9.2 is rotatably connected to pipes 8.1, 8.2, which are mounted in retaining devices 3.1, 3.2, 3.3. The retaining devices 3.1, 3.2, 3.3 are attached to an elongated support rail 2, the elongated support rail 2 having clamping elements 5.1, 5.2, 5.3, 6 (see Fig. 2 ) which are connected to the wires 15, 16 of the dish basket 17 on the inside 19 of an extendable dish basket 17. One wire 15 forms the bottom wire transverse to the insertion direction 54 and the other wire 16 the bottom wire longitudinal to the insertion direction 54. The cleaning fluid flows in via a connection 22 arranged on a holding element 3.3. From the connection 22, the cleaning fluid then flows through at least one pipe 8.1, 8.2 and then at least one cleaning lance 9.1, 9.2, which, with its spray nozzles 32, distributes the cleaning fluid inside a bottle 29 and cleans the inner surface 33. The cleaning fluid then flows back into the dishwasher's circulation system from the opening in the neck 37 of a bottle 29 that is placed at an angle on a support bracket 10.1.
[0033] The one in Fig. 1 The device 1 of the bottle-washing system, shown in perspective, essentially consists of a device 1 for holding and cleaning the internal surfaces 33 of two bottles 29, wherein the device 1 is equipped with one bottle 29. The device 1 is arranged for use on an extendable dish rack 17. For clarity, the rotating spray arm, which is arranged below the dish rack 17, is not shown. A dish rack 17 serves to hold items to be washed and, according to the invention, its function is extended by the device 1. The device 1 consists of an elongated support rail 2. The elongated support rail 2 has a longitudinal axis 35 (see Fig. 2 ) which is spaced parallel to the longitudinal side 24 of the dish rack 17 and extends in the direction of insertion 54. This advantageous arrangement of the elongated support rail 2 on the dish rack 17 allows the connection 22 for the cleaning fluid to correspond with a docking opening on the rear wall of the dishwasher tub (not shown). The elongated support rail 2 is attached to the underside 36 along the longitudinal axis 35 by clamping elements I 5.1, 5.2, 5.3 (for clarity shown in the Fig. 2 The clamping elements 15.1, 5.2, 5.3 comprise the bottom wires 15 arranged transversely to the insertion direction 54 of a dish basket 17 to enable a releasable clamping connection 18 on the inside 19 of a dish basket 17. Furthermore, the elongated support rail 2 has several connecting elements 7.1, 7.2, 7.3 (see figure). Fig. 2 ) for receiving three retaining devices 3.1, 3.2, 3.3 (see also Fig. 3 ) which supports two pipelines 8.1, 8.2. The retaining means 3.1, 3.2, 3.3 of the pipelines 8.1, 8.2 are attached to the flat surface of the vertical flange 14 of the L-shaped profile 11 of the elongated support rail 2 (see Fig. 2 and Fig. 3 ) arranged. The two pipelines 8.1, 8.2 each consist of a pipeline T-piece 25.1, 25.2 (see Fig. 3 ). At the branch 26.1, 26.2 of a pipe T-piece 25.1, 25.2 there is a cleaning lance 9.1, 9.2 each (see Fig. 3 and Fig. 4 ) arranged. One cleaning lance 9.1 is in the horizontal rest position 39 and rests on the base wires 16, which run longitudinally to the insertion direction 54, the base wires 16 pointing in a U-shape towards the base tray of the dishwasher at the point where the cleaning lance 9.1 rests, in order to receive a lowered cleaning lance 9.1. In the rest position 39, one valve 51.2 in the central retaining element 3.2 is closed, while the other cleaning lance 9.2 is in the working position 40. In the working position 40, the cleaning lance 9.2 is rotated counterclockwise by a certain angle 52 (see also Fig. 3 The cylinder 29 is raised and the valve 51.1 in the holding device 3.3 with the cleaning port 22 is open. In this position, angled from the horizontal base wires 15, 16, the working position 40, a cylinder 29 is placed over the cleaning lance 9.2, with the cleaning lance 9.2 protruding through the cylinder neck 37 into the interior of the cylinder 29. To position the cylinder 29 to be cleaned in the working position 40, the cylinder neck 37 rests on a support bracket 38, which prevents the cylinder 29 from slipping against the holding device 3.2, 3.3. Alternatively, a pin 78 arranged in the branch 26.1, 26.2 of a pipe tee 25.1, 25.2 can also serve as a support 13 (see [reference]). Fig. 4 ). At the same time, the bottle body 41 of bottle 29 rests on a folded-up support bracket 10.1 (see Fig. 5 ) which can take different forms.
[0034] In the Fig. 2 The schematic representation shows the elongated support rail 2 of the device 1, formed in the angle profile, from which Fig. 1 to be seen, consisting of two flanges 12, 14 angled at 90 degrees. The in the Fig. 1 The reference numerals shown are adopted analogously here. The angle profile of the elongated support rail 2 forms an L-shaped profile 11, which consists of a vertical flange 14 and a horizontal flange 12. The horizontal flange 12 has several recesses 42, 43, which form three webs 44, 45, 46 in the horizontal flange 12. Two of the three webs 44, 46 are located near the free ends 23.1, 23.2 of the horizontal flange 12 of the elongated support rail 2, and the third web 45 is located, viewed in the longitudinal direction 35, centrally on the elongated support rail 2 between the other two webs 44, 46. These two outer webs 44, 46 each have an opening 47, 48, which runs through the web 44, 46 and is perpendicular to the vertical flange 14. These openings 47, 48 accommodate the wires which support the support bracket 38 for the resting of the bottle neck 37 of the bottle 29 (see Fig. 1 ). Furthermore, the horizontal flange 12 has a continuous opening 49 in the longitudinal direction of the longitudinal axis 35, which is arranged in the corner region of the vertical flange 14 to the horizontal flange 12. The opening 49 forms a longitudinal slot, which is designed as a clamping element II 6. The clamping element II 6 comprises an upper wire 16 of the dish basket 17 (see Fig. 1 Furthermore, the elongated support rail 2 has clamping elements I 5.1, 5.2, 5.3 on its underside 36, along its longitudinal axis 35. These clamping elements I 5.1, 5.2, 5.3 encompass the bottom wires 15 of a dish basket 17 and form a releasable clamping connection 18 with the bottom wires 15 on the inside of the dish basket 17 (see Fig. 1 The clamping elements I 5.1, 5.2, 5.3 are arranged in the vertical flange 14 of the elongated support rail 2. The distance between the clamping elements I 5.1, 5.2, 5.3 is determined by the distance between the bottom wires 15 of the dish basket 17, which run transversely to the insertion direction 54.
[0035] Furthermore, additional connecting elements 7.1, 7.2, 7.3 are arranged on the inside 20, along the vertical flange 14 of the elongated support rail 2. The connecting elements 7.1, 7.2, 7.3 are each located below the horizontal webs 44, 45, 46. In a first embodiment, a connecting element 7.1, 7.2, 7.3 can consist of at least one opening 50 in the elongated support rail 2, which corresponds to at least one corresponding hook (not shown) on the retaining element 3.1, 3.2, 3.3. In an alternative embodiment, instead of the openings 50, there are small protrusions, for example in the form of hooks (not shown), which engage in corresponding openings in the retaining element 3.1, 3.2, 3.3. Other different connecting elements 7.1, 7.2, 7.3 between the elongated support rail 2 and the holding means 3.1, 3.2, 3.3 are conceivable.
[0036] The Fig. 3 Figure 1 shows a schematic representation of a specific embodiment of an elongated support rail 2 with three retaining means 3.1, 3.2, 3.3 arranged thereon according to the invention. The Fig. 2 The reference symbols shown are adopted analogously here. The holding elements 3.1, 3.2, 3.3 are designed as bearing blocks 4.1, 4.2, 4.3. The bearing blocks 4.1, 4.2, 4.3 are connected via connecting elements 7.1, 7.2, 7.3 (see Fig. 2 ) connected to the elongated support rail 2. A bearing block 4.1, 4.2, 4.3 serves to receive a pipeline 8.1, 8.2. A pipeline 8.1, 8.2 is configured as a pipeline T-piece 25.1, 25.2. A branch 26.1, 26.2 is formed on each of the pipeline T-pieces 25.1, 25.2, to which a cleaning lance 9.1, 9.2 (see Fig. 1 and Fig. 4 The pipe tees 25.1, 25.2 serve to allow the flow of the cleaning fluid. Between the three bearing blocks 4.1, 4.2, 4.3, which are arranged directly below the webs 44, 45, 46 on the inside 20 of the L-shaped profile 11 of the elongated support rail 2, there are thus two integrated pipe tees 25.1, 25.2. Depending on the angular position 52 of the branch 26.1, 26.2 between 0 degrees and 90 degrees, preferably between 0 degrees and 45 degrees, from the pipe tee 25.1, 25.2, a valve 51.1, 51.2 in the bearing block 4.2, 4.3 is opened or closed. The opening and closing of a valve 51.1, 51.2 is effected by rotating a pipe T-piece 25.1, 25.2 about a pivot axis 21. If the pipe T-piece 25.1, 25.2 is rotated counterclockwise, the valve 51.1, 51.2 opens. If the pipe T-piece 25.1, 25.2 is rotated clockwise, the valve 51.1, 51.2 closes. The first valve 51.1 is located in the bearing block 4.3, which has a connection 22 for the cleaning fluid. The branch 26.2 of the pipe tee 25.2 is located at an angle of approximately 45 degrees, which corresponds to the working position 40 of a connected cleaning lance 9.2. In the working position 40, the valve 51.1 in the retaining element 3.3 is open. The other branch 26.1 of the pipe tee 25.1 is located at an angle of 0 degrees, which corresponds to the rest position 39 of a connected cleaning lance 9.1. The valve 51.2 integrated in the middle bearing block 4.2 is closed. In another embodiment of the middle bearing block 4.2, the valve 51.2 is manually operated, etc. By turning a control element 53, the valve 51.2 opens or closes and thus regulates the flow of the cleaning fluid to the cleaning lance 9.1. The cleaning lance 9.1, 9.2 closes on the center line 74 of the branch 26.1, 26.2, see in the following. Fig. 4 .
[0037] It shows Fig. 4 A cleaning lance 9.1 with a rotating element 28 and a connecting coupling 27 is shown schematically. The coupling is located at the branch 26.1 of a pipe T-piece 25.1. Near the free end 59 of the branch 26.1, a pin 78 is positioned transversely to the branch 26.1. The pin 78 forms a support 13 for the neck 37 of a bottle 29. The Fig. 1 and Fig, 3 The reference numerals shown are adopted analogously here. The pipe T-piece 25.1 has a branch 26.1 to which, in a first embodiment, a cleaning lance 9.1 is detachably connected. The branch 26.1 forms the connection to the cleaning lance 9.1 and therefore has an internal thread 57 at its free end 59 for connecting a cleaning lance 9.1. For the detachable connection, the cleaning lance 9.1 is provided with an external thread 58 at one of its two free ends 60, which corresponds to the internal thread 57 in the branch 26.1 of the pipe T-piece 25.1. The other free end 55 forms the tip of the cleaning lance 9.1. In a first embodiment, the connection at the branch 26.1 of the pipe T-piece 25.1 thus consists of a screw connection, which is provided with a sealing ring 61. In a second version, the connection is between branch 26.1 and cleaning lance 9.1. A quick-release coupling 27, which consists of a plug-in coupling. A plug-in coupling is a secure connection that can be made and disconnected quickly with a simple movement. The coupling 27 is a through-coupling and a (plug-in) nipple with free passage; neither component has a valve. A plug-in coupling 27 serves for the quick, detachable connection of the cleaning lance 9.1 to the branch 26.1. Plug-in couplings are closed by a straight, axial movement and lock automatically.
[0038] In a third embodiment, the connection between the branch 26.1 and the cleaning lance 9.1 is designed such that an additional rotary element 28 is connected to the quick-release coupling 27, which interacts with the cleaning lance 9.1. This rotary element 28 is designed such that the cleaning lance 9.1, with the aid of the flowing cleaning fluid, causes a rotation 62. This allows the cleaning lance 9.1 to rotate about its axis of rotation 63. Advantageously, instead of rotation 62, an oscillating movement of the cleaning lance 9.1 can also occur. In particular, the axis of rotation 63 of the cleaning lance 9.1 is arranged on the same axis of rotation of the rotary element 28. The axis of rotation of the rotary element 28, in turn, runs along the center line 74 of the branch 26.1 of the pipe T-piece 25.1. The center line 74 is perpendicular to the axis of rotation 21 of the pipe tee 25.1. Due to the rotating element 28, the cleaning lance 9 is formed.1 a rotational element.
[0039] The cleaning lance 9.1 is formed from a hollow body, preferably a tubular body, which is closed at its tapered end 55 and has an opening 56 at the other end for supplying cleaning fluid. Either the branch 26.1, the connecting coupling 27, or the rotating element 28 is connected to this opening 56. Furthermore, the tubular body has openings 31 on its circumference or on its outer surface 30. The openings 31 are distributed along the length of the tubular body. The openings 31 can be distributed symmetrically around the circumference and / or at equidistant intervals along the length. The openings 31 serve as nozzles 32 for guiding the cleaning fluid through to wet the inner surface 33 of a cavity in a bottle 29 (see Fig. 1 ) and thus to clean. The diameter 64 of the tubular body, or cleaning lance 9.1, is approximately adapted to the diameter of the bottle necks 37. The diameter 64 of the cleaning lance 9.1 is a certain amount smaller than the diameter of a bottle neck 37 so that the cleaning fluid can flow freely from the interior of a bottle 29. The length 75 of a cleaning lance 9.1 is approximately adapted to the height of a bottle 29. Because there are different sizes of bottles 29, there are correspondingly different lengths of cleaning lances 9.1. The free end 55 of the cleaning lance 9.1 is, however, a few centimeters away from the bottom of the bottle 76. Due to the arrangement of the spray nozzles 32 and the obliquely arranged openings 31 at the tapered end 55, the inside of the bottom of the bottle 76 (see Fig. 1 ) optimally cleaned of contaminants. The cleaning lances 9.1 and 9.2 can be changed quickly and easily thanks to the connection coupling 27.
[0040] The Fig. 5 The schematic representation shows two support brackets 10.1, 10.2 for supporting bottles 29, as used in the Fig. 1 A support bracket 10.1, 10.2 is formed from the same wire 65 as a dish basket 17. A support bracket 10.1, 10.2 is attached to the bottom wires 15 on the inside 19 of a dish basket 17 (see Fig. 1 ) attached. To attach a support bracket 10.1, 10.2 to the bottom wires 15 of a dish rack 17, clamping elements 67.1, 67.2, 67.3, 67.4 are arranged at the free ends 66.1, 66.2, 66.3, 66.4 of the wire 65. The clamping elements 67.1, 67.2, 67.3, 67.4 grip the bottom wire 15 of the dish rack 17. Furthermore, the wire 65 of a support bracket 10.1, 10.2 is rotatably attached to the clamping element 67.1, 67.2, 67.3, 67.4. Due to the rotatability of a support bracket 10.1, 10.2, it can be folded up from a home position 68 to a support position 69 and folded down again. Between the basic position 68 and the support position 69, an angle 34 between 80 degrees and 120 degrees, advantageously 90 degrees, is formed, wherein the support bracket 10.1, 10.2 releasably engages in the clamping means 67.1, 67.2, 67.3, 67.4 in the support position 69. In the unfolded support position 69 of the support bracket 10.1, a bottle body 41 of a bottle 29 can be placed on the crossbar 70.1, 70.2, as shown in the Fig. 1 The crossbar 70.1, 70.2 consists, as shown, of a horizontally arranged wire which has two free ends and a length of approximately 3 cm to 10 cm, preferably 10 cm. The crossbar 70.1, 70.2 can also have a curved shape, approximately the radius of the bottle's body 41, thereby achieving a stable position for the bottle 29 (not shown). In the home position 68, the support bracket 10.2 is folded down and rests on the bottom wires 15 of the dish rack 17. In the home position 68, the cleaning lance 9.1 can be placed on the reclining support bracket 10.2 and is then in the rest position 39. A support bracket 10.1, 10.2 has an approximately rectangular shape. The horizontal portions 72.1, 72.2, 72.3, 72.4 of the wire 65 are rotatably arranged about their center line 71 in the clamping means 67.1, 67.2, 67.3, 67.4.The portions 73.1, 73.2, 73.3, 73.4, which are integrally formed on the horizontal wire 65 and angled at 90 degrees, merge seamlessly into the adjoining crossbar 70.1, 70.2. The crossbar 70.1, 70.2 is spaced parallel to the center line 71 of the horizontal portions 72.1, 72.2, 72.3, 72.4 of the wire 65. A special feature of the support bracket 10.1, 10.2 is that the vertical sections 73.1, 73.2, 73.3, 73.4 of the wire 65 do not transition straight or perpendicularly into the crossbar 70.1, 70.2, but are bent by a specific radius 77.1, 77.2, 77.3, 77.4, so that the two crossbars 70.1, 70.2 do not lie in the same plane as the horizontal and vertical wire 65. The plane of the crossbar 70.1, 70.2 is offset from the plane of the horizontal and vertical wire 65 by a specific amount. This amount corresponds approximately to the diameter 64 of a cleaning lance 9.1. In the basic position 68 of the support bracket 10.2 the crossbar 70.2 is therefore located slightly below the bottom wires 15 of the dish basket 17 and serves the horizontal cleaning lance 9.1, which is also in rest position 39 (see . Fig. 1 ), as a condition. Bezugszeichenliste
