Description

[0001] The disclosure relates to an atomizer.

[0002] Conventionally, the e-liquid is directly stored in the atomizer before and during use. There is a risk that the e-liquid may erode or oxidize the heating body. Thus, the quality of the e-liquid is adversely affected.

[0003] EP 3398462 A2 discloses an atomizer comprising the features mentioned in the preamble of the present claim 1; in particular it recites an atomizer of an electronic cigarette. The atomizer includes: an atomizing sleeve with a liquid storage chamber formed therein; a mouthpiece disposed at a top end of the atomizing sleeve; an air passage pipe disposed at a center of the atomizing sleeve; a supporter with two open ends disposed at a bottom end of the air passage pipe; a hollow heating element disposed in the supporter longitudinally, a side wall of the supporter having at least one liquid inlet hole communicating with the liquid storage chamber and configured for allowing radial infiltration of the tobacco liquid to the heating element; and a sealing component disposed between the heating element and the supporter to encircle the heating element, and configured for avoiding leakage of the tobacco liquid along a longitudinal direction of the heating element.Summary of the claimed invention :

[0005] The disclosure provides an atomizer, comprising an e-liquid tank, a connector, a silicone sleeve, and an atomization element. The connector is disposed in the e-liquid tank. The silicone sleeve is disposed around the connector. The atomization element is in threaded connection to the e-liquid tank. The atomization element comprises a top end provided with an e-liquid inlet. The top end is disposed in the silicone sleeve whereby the e-liquid inlet is sealed; one end of the silicone sleeve extends out of the e-liquid tank; when the atomization element is short of e-liquid, lifting up the silicone sleeve to expose the e-liquid inlet, so as to inject the e-liquid into the atomization element.

[0010] To further illustrate, embodiments detailing an atomizer are described below. It should be noted that the following embodiments are intended to describe and not to limit the disclosure.

[0011] As shown in FIGS. 1-3, an atomizer comprises an e-liquid tank 1, a connector 2, a silicone sleeve 3, an atomization element 4, a seal plug 5, a joint 6, and a steel casing 7. The connector 2 is disposed in the e-liquid tank 1. The silicone sleeve 3 is disposed around the connector 2. The atomization element 4 is in threaded connection to the e-liquid tank 1. The atomization element 4 comprises a top end provided with an e-liquid inlet. The top end is disposed in the silicone sleeve 3 whereby the e-liquid inlet is sealed. The seal plug 5 is disposed in a hole on a bottom end of the atomization element 4 to seal the hole. The joint 6 is electrically connected to the bottom end of the atomization element 4 for electric conduction. The steel casing 7 is disposed on the bottom end of the e-liquid tank 1 to prevent thermal deformation of the e-liquid tank 1. One end of the silicone sleeve 3 extends out of the e-liquid tank 1; when the atomization element 4 is short of e-liquid, lifting up the one end of the silicone sleeve 3 to expose the e-liquid inlet, so as to inject the e-liquid into the atomization element 4.

[0012] The following advantages are associated with the atomizer of the disclosure: 1. The atomization element is separated from the e-liquid tank. When in nonuse, the e-liquid stays out of the atomization element thus ensuring the quality of the e-liquid after a period of time of storage. 2. The e-liquid is easily injected into the atomization element by lifting up the silicone sleeve.

Claims

1. An atomizer, comprising an e-liquid tank (1), a connector (2) disposed in the e-liquid tank (1), a silicone sleeve (3), and an atomization element (4), characterized in that: the silicone sleeve (3) comprises a first sleeve part, and a second sleeve part; the first sleeve part comprises a first tapering end portion, a first cylindrical portion, a second cylindrical portion opposite to the first tapering end portion, and a tubular part, wherein the first cylindrical portion is disposed between the first tapering end portion and the second cylindrical portion, the second cylindrical portion is disposed between an end portion of the connector (2) and an end portion of the atomization element (4), and the second cylindrical portion has an inner diameter smaller than that of the first cylindrical portion; the second sleeve part comprises a third cylindrical portion; an end of the tubular part is connected and integrated with the second cylindrical portion; the connector (2) is disposed outside of the tubular part, and one end of the connector (2) is disposed in the first cylindrical portion; the atomization element (4) is in threaded connection to the e-liquid tank (1); the atomization element (4) comprises a top end provided with an e-liquid inlet; the top end is disposed inside the third cylindrical portion whereby the e-liquid inlet is sealed; the tubular part comprises a second tapering end portion; and the tubular part is disposed along a central axis of the first sleeve part, and extends from inside of the connector (2) to outside of the e-liquid tank (1), when the atomization element (4) is short of e-liquid, lifting up the second tapering end portion to expose the e-liquid inlet, so as to inject the e-liquid into the atomization element (4).

2. The atomizer of claim 1, wherein the atomizer further comprises a seal plug (5) sealing a hole on a bottom end of the atomization element (4).

3. The atomizer of claim 1, wherein the atomizer further comprises a joint (6) electrically connected to a bottom end of the atomization element (4).

4. The atomizer of claim 2, wherein the atomizer further comprises a joint (6) electrically connected to a bottom end of the atomization element (4).

5. The atomizer of claim 1, wherein the atomizer further comprises a steel casing (7) disposed on a bottom end of the e-liquid tank (1) to prevent thermal deformation of the e-liquid tank (1).

6. The atomizer of claim 2, wherein the atomizer further comprises a steel casing (7) disposed on a bottom end of the e-liquid tank (1) to prevent thermal deformation of the e-liquid tank (1).
