A sunshade umbrella, comprising: an umbrella shaft (1); a top frame (2) provided on an upper portion of the umbrella shaft (1); and an umbrella cloth (3) connected to the top frame (2); the umbrella cloth (3) comprises: a main body portion (31); and a skirt portion (32) having an upper edge connected to an outer edge of the main body portion (31), and a lower edge connected to the top frame (2); wherein, the skirt portion (32) is configured to be stretched by the top frame (2) and extend downwards from the outer edge of the main body portion (31) at least after the sunshade umbrella is unfolded; wherein the top frame (2) comprises a plurality of top rod assemblies, each of the top rod assemblies comprises a first top rod (21) and a second top rod (22), each of the first top rod and the second top rod has an inner end portion and an outer end portion, the inner end portion of the first top rod (21) is rotatably connected to the umbrella shaft (1), the second top rod (22) is located above the first top rod (21), and the inner end portion of the second top rod (22) is rotatably connected to the umbrella shaft (1); each of the top rod assemblies further comprises at least one connecting rod (23) between the first top rod (21) and the second top rod (22), and the connecting rod (23) is rotatably connected to the first top rod (21) and the second top rod (22); after the sunshade umbrella is unfolded, the main body portion (31) covers on the second top rod (22), the lower edge of the skirt portion (32) is connected to the outer end portion of the first top rod (21) or the lower end portion of the connecting rod (23), and the skirt portion (32) is stretched by the connecting rod (23); the connecting rod (23) comprises a first connecting rod (231), and the first connecting rod (231) is rotatably connected to the outer end portion of the first top rod (21), and rotatably connected to the outer end portion of the second top rod (22); the upper end portion of the first connecting rod (231) is rotatably connected to the outer end portion of the second top rod (22), and the outer end portion of the first top rod (21) is rotatably connected between an upper end portion and a lower end portion of the first connecting rod (231), such that the lower end portion of the first connecting rod (231) is located below the outer end portion of the first top rod (21), and the skirt portion (32) is stretched by the first connecting rod (231); the connecting rod (23) comprise a second connecting rod (232), and a lower end portion of the second connecting rod (232) is rotatably connected to a middle portion of the first top rod (21), and an upper end portion thereof is rotatably connected to a middle portion of the second top rod (22); the first top rod (21), the second connecting rod (232), the second top rod (22) and the umbrella shaft (1) form a parallelogram; the top frame (2) further comprises a plurality of support rods (4), the sunshade umbrella further comprises a slider (5) slidably arranged on the umbrella shaft (1), and an end portion of each of the support rods (4) is rotatably connected to one of the first top rod (21) and the other end portion is rotatably connected to the slider (5).

2. The sunshade umbrella according to claim 1, wherein the lower edge of the skirt portion (32) is connected to the outer end portion of the first top rod (21) or a lower end portion of the first connecting rod (231).

3. The sunshade umbrella according to claim 1, wherein the connecting rod (23) extends in an up-down direction.

4. The sunshade umbrella according to claim 1, wherein the first top rod (21) extends obliquely, with the inner end portion higher than the outer end portion thereof.

5. The sunshade umbrella according to claim 1, wherein the second top rod (22) extends obliquely, with the inner end portion higher than the outer end portion thereof.

6. The sunshade umbrella according to claim 1, wherein the first top rod (21) and the second top rod (22) of the same top rod assembly are parallel to each other.

7. The sunshade umbrella according to claim 1, wherein the skirt portion (32) is covered by a printing layer.

8. The sunshade umbrella according to claim 1, wherein the skirt portion (32) forms a plurality of vertical planes.

9. The sunshade umbrella according to claim 1, wherein planes formed by the skirt portion (32) and an extension direction of the umbrella shaft (1) are parallel to each other.
