Abstract
Description
[0001] The invention relates to a shelf support and a method for its production. Furthermore, the invention relates to a shelving system and a modular unit.
[0002] Shelf supports are typically a component of a shelving system. Shelf supports are used, for example, as vertical supports that support one or more shelves. A shelving system often has four such shelf supports that jointly support a shelf. For example, two of the shelf supports are assigned to the same side of the shelf. To secure the shelves, the shelf supports have a multitude of connection points, which are distributed along the length of the respective shelf support.
[0003] A shelf support is known from AU 11078 76 A. Other shelf supports are known from US 2017 / 229852 A1, US 6 105 918 A and EP 3 549 489 A1.
[0004] It is an object of the invention to provide a shelf support which is optimized for multifunctional use, for example in a room cell, and in particular enables cost-effective production.
[0005] The problem is solved with a shelf support having the features of claim 1. The problem is further solved with a shelf support having the features of claim 5. To solve the problem, a manufacturing method having the features of claim 11 and a manufacturing method having the features of claim 12 are also proposed. Furthermore, to solve the problem, a shelving system having the features of claim 13 and a room unit having the features of claim 14 are proposed.
[0006] Advantageous embodiments and / or configurations and / or aspects of the invention emerge from the subclaims, the following description and the figures.
[0007] A shelf support is provided which is suitable, for example, for use as a vertical support. The term "vertical support" is understood in particular to mean that, in an installation situation, the longitudinal axis of the shelf support runs vertically or essentially vertically. In principle, the shelf support is also suitable for use as a horizontal support. This is understood in particular to mean that, in an installation situation, the longitudinal axis of the shelf support runs horizontally or essentially horizontally.
[0008] The shelf support comprises a base body with an elongated extension along a longitudinal axis and two opposite longitudinal ends. The base body has at least one, preferably several or a plurality of connection points for attaching at least one shelf.
[0009] The connection points are designed such that at least one shelf or shelves can be connected or fastened to at least one of the connection points. Viewed along the longitudinal axis, the connection points can be arranged one behind the other. Viewed along the longitudinal axis, the connection points can also be arranged one behind the other in a row.
[0010] In this disclosure, the term "shelf" refers in particular to a supporting structure or a floor or floor section of a shelf or shelving system on which goods can preferably be placed directly. The shelf can be flat. For example, the shelf can be full-surface, i.e., formed by a closed surface.
[0011] The shelf may comprise or consist of a plurality of floor elements or shelf elements. At least two adjacent floor elements may be arranged at a distance from each other. For example, the floor elements may be surface elements or roller tracks. The term "shelf" also includes a shelf frame, which, for example, is a component of a shelf system and serves as a support for surface elements or roller tracks or similar shelf elements.
[0012] The base body comprises a U-shaped cross-section with two leg sections and an intermediate section located between them. This counteracts potential flexural or torsional buckling when the shelf support is subjected to loads, for example, when large longitudinal forces are applied. The U-shaped cross-section has been shown to improve the overall stability and / or rigidity of the shelf support.
[0013] In the present disclosure, the term "U-shaped" is to be understood in particular to mean that the leg sections each extend at an angle from the intermediate section, preferably in the same direction. The leg sections can be orthogonal or substantially orthogonal to the intermediate section. The leg sections can also extend from the intermediate section, extending obliquely outwardly away from each other or obliquely inward toward each other, for example, at an acute angle or an obtuse angle to the intermediate section.
[0014] In an area of at least one of the two longitudinal ends, a closing part is arranged on the base body, wherein the closing part has a support surface arranged transversely to the longitudinal axis of the base body for supporting a third object or for bracing against a third object. This makes it easier to absorb a longitudinal force, i.e. a force acting in the longitudinal direction of the base body, from the third object and / or to transmit it to the third object via the at least one longitudinal end. The support surface provides a defined contact surface for the third object. For example, the support surface is arranged at an angle to the longitudinal axis, in particular orthogonally or essentially orthogonally. For example, the support surface is flat or essentially flat.
[0015] In a first alternative, a further end piece is arranged on the base body in a region of the other longitudinal end. In a second alternative, according to one embodiment, a further end piece is arranged on the base body in a region of the other longitudinal end. For example, such an end piece is permanently arranged on the base body at each of the two longitudinal ends. The further end piece can be structurally identical or functionally identical to the end piece described above.
[0016] In the first alternative, the further end part has a support surface arranged transversely to the longitudinal axis of the base body for supporting a third object or for bracing against a third object. In the second alternative, the further end part can have a support surface arranged transversely to the longitudinal axis of the base body for supporting a third object or for bracing against a third object. For example, the support surface is arranged at an angle to the longitudinal axis, in particular orthogonally or substantially orthogonally. For example, the support surface is flat or substantially flat.
[0017] In particular, the end part and / or the further end part has at least one fastening point for fastening the shelf support to the third object. For example, the at least one fastening point is assigned to the support surface, for example arranged or formed there. In the first alternative, the at least one fastening point is a through-hole, in particular a through-bore. Fastening of the end part or the further end part to the third object can then be achieved via a fastening element, such as a screw element, using the through-hole. For example, the through-hole is round, in particular circular. The through-hole can also be an elongated hole.
[0018] In the first alternative, the end piece and the additional end piece are permanently attached to the base body. In the second alternative, the end piece is permanently attached to the base body, and the additional end piece can be permanently attached to the base body. This ensures that the end piece or the additional end piece is securely held to the base body. This, in turn, can result in advantages during assembly, transport, and / or production of the shelf support.
[0019] In the first alternative, according to one embodiment, the end part and / or the further end part is formed by a tab molded onto the base body. In particular, the support surface is formed by forming the tab. This promotes simple and cost-effective production of the end part, since the end part can be manufactured, in particular formed, from a blank that forms the basis of the shelf support. Furthermore, the support surface can be formed in a simple manner by forming the tab. In this respect, cost advantages are also promoted. In particular, the support surface is formed by bending or bending the tab. For example, the support surface is formed by bending or bending the tab around or along a bending line. For example, the bending line runs transversely to the longitudinal axis of the base body.Preferably, the shelf support has a bending edge running transversely to the longitudinal axis of the base body.
[0020] In the second alternative, according to one possible embodiment, the end piece and / or the additional end piece is permanently connected to the base body. In particular, the end piece or additional end piece is connected to the base body using a material-to-material joining process. For example, the end piece or additional end piece is welded, soldered, and / or glued to the base body.
[0021] In the second alternative, according to another embodiment, the end part and / or the further end part is formed by a tab molded onto the base body.
[0022] In another embodiment, the U-shaped cross-section of the base body is formed by forming the underlying blank. This facilitates simple and cost-effective production of the cross-sectional shape of the base body, as a conventional forming machine can be used, which can form U-shaped cross-sections quickly and, if necessary, automatically. Forming also facilitates the U-shape of the base body through targeted deformation, thus enabling high dimensional accuracy.
[0023] Simple production is particularly facilitated if the U-shaped cross-section of the base body is created by bending or bending the blank. For example, the U-shaped cross-section of the base body is formed by bending or bending at least two material sections of the blank with respect to at least two bending lines arranged parallel or substantially parallel to one another. For example, the bending lines extend in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the base body. As a result, the shelf support preferably has two bending edges running in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the base body.
[0024] In particular, it is provided that the shelf support consists of or comprises a metallic material. In particular, the metallic material is formable, for example, to enable use for the forming process described above. Furthermore, the metallic material is preferably corrosion-resistant, enabling the shelf support to be used, for example, in a corrosive environment, such as a cold storage room. For example, the metallic material is aluminum, stainless steel, or zinc.
[0025] In particular, the shelf support is a sheet metal part. This measure also aims to make the shelf support as cost-effective as possible. Cutting to size for a blank is advantageous for a sheet metal part. Forming is also advantageous for a sheet metal part, for example, to create the U-shaped cross-section of the shelf support and / or the end piece. The sheet metal part is, for example, aluminum sheet, stainless steel sheet, or zinc sheet.
[0026] In the first alternative, at least one of the leg sections of the U-shaped base body is assigned a flange section. For example, the flange section is arranged and / or formed on the at least one leg section. The flange section has a flange surface, wherein the flange surface is arranged transversely to the at least one leg section with respect to the cross-section of the base body. This provides measures to be able to support and / or fasten the shelf support lengthwise to a preferably positionally stable component or object and in this way, for example, to achieve a reinforcing or stiffening effect for the shelf support. The flange section provides at least one defined support point for supporting against the component or object. For example, in this embodiment, the connection points for the at least one shelf are assigned to the intermediate section of the U-shaped base body, in particular arranged and / or formed there.
[0027] In order to be able to fasten the shelf support to the component or the object, it is provided that the flange section has at least one fastening point. In particular, the flange section is to be fastened to a counter-flange via the fastening point. For example, the at least one fastening point is assigned to the flange surface, for example arranged or formed there. The at least one fastening point is a through-hole, in particular a through-bore. The flange section can then be fastened to the counter-flange, for example, via a fastening element, such as a screw element, using the through-hole. For example, the through-hole is round, in particular circular. The through-hole can also be an elongated hole.
[0028] It can be provided that the flange portion is formed by a material portion integrally formed on the at least one leg portion. This facilitates simple and cost-effective production of the flange portion, since the flange portion can be manufactured, in particular, formed, from the blank underlying the shelf support.
[0029] It can further be provided that the flange surface of the flange section is formed by forming the material section. By forming the material section, the flange surface can be formed in a simple manner. In this respect, cost advantages are also promoted. In particular, the flange surface is formed by bending or bending the material section. For example, the flange surface is formed by bending or bending the material section around or along a bending line. For example, the bending line runs in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the base body. As a result, the shelf support preferably has a bending edge running in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the base body.
[0030] It is further provided that the end piece and the further end piece are assigned to the intermediate section of the U-shaped base body. The end piece and the further end piece are integrally formed on the intermediate section. The end piece and the further end piece protrude outward from the intermediate section in a direction away from the flange surface.
[0031] This makes it possible to support and / or fasten the shelf support to the component or object via the flange section, while the end piece and the additional end piece remain accessible because they protrude outward from the intermediate section in a direction away from the flange surface. This also makes it possible to fasten the end piece or the additional end piece to the third object described above, for example, using the fastening element described above, if the shelf support is already mounted against the component or object via the flange section.
[0032] Additionally or alternatively, the end part and / or the further end part can be assigned to at least one of the leg sections or both leg sections. For example, the end part or the further end part is arranged and / or formed, for example, integrally formed, on at least one of the leg sections or both leg sections.
[0033] In the shelf support, a flange section can also be assigned to the other leg section, in particular arranged and / or formed thereon, for example, integrally formed. This flange section can be structurally identical to the flange section described above. In this case, the two leg sections of the U-shaped cross-section each have the flange section described above or a flange section of the type described above. For example, the two flange sections extend outward from the base body, starting from the respective associated leg section.
[0034] The two flange sections provided can achieve an even better reinforcing or stiffening effect for the shelf support if, for example, the flange sections are supported and / or fastened together on a preferably stable component or object.
[0035] With respect to the U-shaped cross-section of the base body, it is particularly provided that at least one of the leg sections extends away from the intermediate section with a first length, and the intermediate section extends between the leg sections with a second length. It has been shown that a reinforcing or stiffening effect is favored by the U-shape of the cross-section if, for example, the first length, i.e., the length of the at least one leg section, is smaller than the second length, i.e., the length of the intermediate section.
[0036] In the second alternative, the connection points for the at least one shelf are assigned to one of the leg sections of the U-shaped base body. The end part is assigned to one of the leg sections, in particular to the one leg section that has the connection points. The further end part can be assigned to one of the leg sections, in particular to the one leg section that has the connection points.
[0037] For example, the connection points are arranged and / or formed, in particular molded, on one leg section. For example, the end piece and / or the further end piece is arranged and / or formed, in particular molded, on one leg section. It has been shown that, even with this alternative, the U-shaped cross-section of the base body promotes a reinforcing or stiffening effect of the shelf support.
[0038] With respect to the U-shaped cross-section of the base body, it is particularly provided that at least one, preferably both, leg sections have the above-described first length, and the intermediate section has the above-described second length. It has been shown that, in the alternative considered here, a reinforcing or stiffening effect is favored by the U-shape of the cross-section, for example, if the first length is greater than the second length.
[0039] It is provided that the end part is assigned to one of the leg sections and projects outwards from it in the direction away from the base body. It can also be provided that the further end part is assigned to one of the leg sections and projects outwards from it in the direction away from the base body. In particular, in this way the end part or the further end part is directed in a direction which can be used as a mounting side for attaching the shelf to the shelf support, since the connection points for the shelf are located on this mounting side. This optimises the space required for accommodating the shelf support in a installation space, since the end part or the further end part projects into an area of the installation space which must be kept free for the shelf anyway. The accessibility via the mounting side also enables the end part or the further end part to be attached.of the further end part to the third object described above, for example by means of the fastening element described above.
[0040] Furthermore, it is provided that at least one, preferably several or a plurality of further connection points are assigned to the other leg section, which are suitable, in particular designed, for fastening at least one shelf. For example, the further connection points are designed to connect or fasten the at least one shelf via at least one of the further connection points. Viewed in the direction of the longitudinal axis, the further connection points can be arranged one behind the other. Viewed in the direction of the longitudinal axis, the further connection points can also be arranged one behind the other in a row.
[0041] For example, the additional connection points are structurally identical or functionally identical to the connection points described above. The additional connection points and the connection points can be arranged in alignment with one another, or offset from one another, as viewed along the longitudinal axis of the base body.
[0042] By arranging the connection points on one leg section and the additional connection points on the other leg section, the shelf support can be used as a center support in a shelving system. The term "center support" in the present disclosure is understood in particular to mean that, viewed transversely to the longitudinal axis of the shelf support, two shelves can be arranged one behind the other, with the shelf support arranged between them, to which the two shelves are attached. For this purpose, at least one of the connection points assigned to one leg section can be used to connect one of the two shelves, and at least one of the additional connection points assigned to the other leg section can be used to connect the other shelf.
[0043] Furthermore, at least one additional end piece can be provided in the region of one longitudinal end of the base body, where the above-described end piece is already provided. In particular, the additional end piece is structurally identical or functionally identical to the end piece.
[0044] For example, the additional end part is permanently attached to the other leg section. For example, the additional end part has a support surface arranged transversely to the longitudinal axis of the base body for supporting a third object or for bracing against a third object. The third object can be the third object against which the above-described end part can be supported or against which the above-described end part can be supported.
[0045] For example, it is provided that an additional end piece is permanently arranged on the other leg section at each of the two longitudinal ends. For example, the additional end piece is formed by a tab integrally formed on the base body, and the support surface is formed by deforming the tab, in particular by bending the tab.
[0046] In one possible embodiment, at least one of the connection points for the at least one shelf is designed as a keyhole, for example, to accommodate a pin-shaped connecting element of the at least one shelf therein, forming a bayonet connection. The keyhole-shaped elongated hole can have a substantially circular section and a shaft section. For example, when the connecting element is installed at the at least one connection point, the circular section is used as an insertion opening, which lies above the shaft section, wherein the shaft section serves for locking and extends downwards, in particular diagonally downwards.
[0047] Additionally or alternatively, at least one of the connection points for the at least one shelf can be designed as a polygonal, in particular square, hole. For example, the hole is square. For example, the hole is a through-hole. For example, the at least one connection point is designed to attach a shelf to or above it, as described in DE 10 2018 104 809 A1. In this regard, reference is made to DE 10 2018 104 809 A1, the content of which is incorporated into the present disclosure.
[0048] The shelf support described above can be based on a blank formed by a preferably flat material strip whose longitudinal extent extends along a longitudinal axis. The blank or the material strip has at least one, preferably several or a plurality of through holes to form the connection points of the shelf support for the at least one shelf. The material strip comprises a formable material to form the U-shaped cross-section of the base body of the shelf support by forming.
[0049] According to a first alternative, the material strip has a tab in the region of each of its longitudinal ends, in order to form the corresponding end part according to the first alternative. According to a second alternative, the material strip has a tab in a region of at least one longitudinal end, in order to form the end part of the shelf support according to the second alternative. The material strip can also have two tabs in the region of one longitudinal end, which are separated from each other by an incision, so that the end part can be formed from one of the tabs in each case.
[0050] In particular, it is provided that the formable material is a bendable material in order to form the U-shaped cross-section of the base body of the shelf support by bending, for example by bending the material strip at least partially around at least two spaced-apart bending lines running in the direction of the longitudinal axis or along these bending lines. In particular, the tab or the respective tab is designed to form the end part by forming, in particular bending, for example around a bending line running transversely to the longitudinal axis or along this bending line. To facilitate the forming, the blank or the material strip is preferably a sheet metal strip.
[0051] Viewed along the longitudinal axis, the through holes for the connection points can be arranged one behind the other. Viewed along the longitudinal axis, the through holes can also be arranged one behind the other in a row.
[0052] Two rows of through holes can also be provided, with each row extending in the direction of the longitudinal axis. This embodiment of the blank is intended, for example, to realize the shelf support described above, which has attachment points for a shelf at its respective leg section of the U-shaped cross-section.
[0053] According to one aspect, a method for producing the shelf support described above is proposed. In a first alternative of the method, a blank is provided according to the first alternative described above. In a second alternative of the method, a blank is provided according to the second alternative described above. The method further comprises the step of forming the blank such that the U-shaped cross section of the base body of the shelf support is formed. In addition, the step is included of forming the tab of the blank such that the at least one end part of the shelf support with its bearing surface is formed.
[0054] For example, the blank is formed by bending. For example, the blank is bent around two parallel, spaced-apart bending lines running in the direction of the blank's longitudinal axis to form the U-shaped cross-section of the base body of the shelf support. For example, the tab of the blank is formed by bending. For example, the tab of the blank is bent around a bending line running transversely to the blank's longitudinal axis to form at least one end part of the shelf support with its support surface.
[0055] In a further step, it can be provided that at least one, preferably several or a plurality of through holes, in particular through bores, are introduced into the blank in order to form the connection points of the shelf support for the at least one shelf. Additionally or alternatively, in a further step, at least one through hole, in particular through bore, can be introduced into the tab of the blank in order to form the fastening point of the shelf support for the third object. In a further step, at least one through hole, in particular through bore, can also be introduced in a lateral edge region of the blank in order to form the fastening point, which is assigned to the flange section of the shelf support and can be used, for example, for fastening against a counter flange.
[0056] According to a further aspect, a shelving system is provided. For example, the shelving system is a product display shelf or has a product display shelf. The shelving system comprises at least two, preferably several, shelf supports, which are preferably used as vertical supports. In particular, the shelving system comprises at least one, preferably several, shelves, which are supported, for example, by the shelf supports. For example, several of the shelves are arranged in a row one below the other. For example, two adjacent shelves are arranged spaced apart from one another. At least one of the shelf supports is formed by the shelf support described above.
[0057] For example, a shelf or at least one of the shelves has two opposite first sides and two opposite second sides arranged between them, which form the end faces of the shelf or of the at least one shelf. For example, the second sides are long sides and the first sides are transverse sides running transversely thereto. In particular, it is provided that at least one of the shelf supports is arranged on each of the opposite first sides. For example, the shelf or the at least one shelf is fastened to these shelf supports. If, for example, four shelf supports are provided, two of the shelf supports are located on each of the opposite first sides of the shelf or of at least one shelf.
[0058] The shelf can be held, in particular secured, at an angle to the shelf supports. The opposing second sides of the shelf are then at different heights. For example, one of the second sides is below the other second side of the shelf. Depending on the inclination of the shelf, a sliding shelf can be created. For example, the side of the shelving system where the lower first side of the shelf(s) is located is a product display side.
[0059] The term "sliding shelf" in the present disclosure specifically means that at least one of the shelves is inclined. In particular, the shelf is inclined in such a way that goods placed on the shelf slide due to the effect of gravity. If, for example, a front item is removed from a shelf containing several items arranged one behind the other in a row in the direction of the incline, the goods following it slide down. This will not create gaps on the lower side of the shelf, i.e., the lower second side; instead, the shelf will remain constantly full due to the sliding of the goods at the rear.
[0060] Furthermore, it is particularly provided that the shelving system has at least one, preferably several, fastening elements, via which the shelves are connected to the at least one shelf support using the connection points provided for this purpose on the shelf support. Furthermore, it is particularly provided that the fastening elements engage with an end portion into the interior of the U-shaped cross-section of the shelf support.
[0061] It is further provided, in particular, that at least two of the shelves are arranged one behind the other, viewed transversely to the longitudinal axis of the at least one shelf support. In this case, the at least one shelf support can be the above-described embodiment of the central support. For example, this central support is arranged between the at least two consecutive shelves, and at least one connection point of one of the leg sections of the U-shaped cross-section of the shelf support is used to fasten one of the at least two shelves, and at least one connection point of the other leg section is used to fasten the other shelf.
[0062] According to a further aspect, a room unit is provided. For example, the room unit is a room unit as described in EP 3 549 489 A1. In this regard, reference is made to EP 3 549 489 A1. The room unit can also be a refrigerated cabinet, as described in DE 10 2016 102 304 A1. In this regard, reference is made to DE 10 2016 102 304 A1.
[0063] In this disclosure, the term "room unit" refers in particular to a room that is assembled from individual elements, for example, assembled on-site, i.e., in the room where the room unit is installed. The individual elements are, for example, industrially prefabricated. In this disclosure, the term "goods" includes, in particular, perishable goods and / or foodstuffs.
[0064] The room unit is suitable for use in any type of retail space, such as supermarkets or gas stations. The room unit is also suitable for cooling or heating goods.
[0065] In the present disclosure, the term "cooling" is understood in particular to mean that the goods are cooled to a predetermined temperature and / or kept cool at a predetermined temperature. The predetermined temperature can be such that the goods are subject to deep freezing or can be stored at a deep-freeze temperature. In the present disclosure, the term "heating" is understood in particular to mean that the goods present in the spatial unit are heated to a predetermined temperature and / or kept warm at a predetermined temperature.
[0066] The room unit is bounded at the top by a ceiling, at the bottom by a floor, and at the sides by several side walls. The ceiling and / or the floor and / or at least one of the side walls can be formed by one or more wall elements. For example, the wall elements form an outer skin of the room unit.
[0067] The room unit comprises, for example, a cooling unit or a heating unit, or at least one component thereof. The cooling unit or the heating unit, or the at least one component thereof, can be mounted on the ceiling of the room unit or at least be supported against the ceiling of the room unit. For example, the cooling unit or the heating unit is a cold air or warm air generating device.
[0068] The room unit comprises the shelf support and / or the shelving system described above. At least one of the shelf supports of the shelving system is formed by the shelf support described above.
[0069] The shelf support or the at least one shelf support is used as a support for the ceiling of the room unit, in particular as the sole support. In particular, the at least one shelf support serves as a support for the ceiling and a cooling or heating device located thereon, such as the cooling or heating device described above or at least one component thereof. To perform this support function, the ceiling is supported on the end part of the shelf support. Additionally, the ceiling can be attached to the end part, for example, using at least one connecting element, such as a screw element, and the at least one attachment point of the end part.
[0070] In particular, it is provided that the at least one shelf support comprises the above-described additional end piece. For example, in this case, the at least one shelf support rests against the floor with the additional end piece. The additional end piece is thus used as a base piece that is placed on the floor. Additionally, the additional end piece can be attached to the floor, for example, using at least one connecting element, such as a screw element, and the at least one fastening point of the additional end piece.
[0071] In one embodiment, the at least one shelf support is used as a support for at least one of the side walls of the room unit. For this purpose, the at least one side wall is attached to the at least one shelf support, for example, using the at least one flange section of the at least one shelf support and, if appropriate, using at least one connecting element, such as a screw element, and the at least one fastening point of the at least one flange section.
[0072] Further details and features of the invention will become apparent from the following description of several embodiments with reference to the drawings. They show: Fig. 1a possible embodiment of a shelf support in perspective view, Fig. 2the shelf support of the Figure 1 in a top view, Fig. 3 the shelf support of the Figure 1in a front view as a partial section, Fig. 4 a blank for the production of the shelf support according to the Figure 1 in a front view, Fig. 5 another possible embodiment of a shelf support in perspective view, Fig. 6 the shelf support of the Figure 5 in a top view, Fig. 7the shelf support of the Figure 5 in a side view as a partial section, Fig. 8 a blank for the production of the shelf support according to Figure 5 in a front view, Fig. 9 another possible embodiment of a shelf support in perspective view, Fig. 10 the shelf support of the Figure 9 in a front view as a partial section, Fig. 11 another embodiment of a shelf support in perspective view, Fig. 12 the shelf support of the Figure 11 in a side view as a partial section and Fig. 13 a possible embodiment of a room cell with a shelving system installed therein in a perspective view.
[0073] Figures 1 to 3show - in schematic representation - a possible embodiment of a shelf support 1 in a perspective view ( Figure 1 ), a top view ( Figure 2 ) and a partially sectioned front view ( Figure 3 ). The shelf support 1 can be used, for example, as a vertical support for a shelving system. The shelf support 1 has a base body 2 with an elongated extension along a longitudinal axis 30 and two opposite longitudinal ends 7, 8.
[0074] The base body 2 comprises at least one, preferably several or a plurality of connection points 3 in order to connect at least one of the connection points 3 a (in the Figures 1 to 3(not shown) shelf. Preferably, viewed in the direction of the longitudinal axis 30, the connection points 3 are arranged one behind the other, in particular in a row. For example, the connection points 3, or at least individual ones, or at least one of the connection points 3, are designed as a keyhole-shaped elongated hole 3.1, for example, to accommodate a pin-shaped connecting element of the shelf therein, forming a bayonet connection.
[0075] The keyhole-shaped elongated hole 3.1 preferably has a circular section 3.2 and a shaft section 3.3, which, for example, merge into one another. The keyhole-shaped elongated hole 3.1 can be used in the installed state of the shelf support 1 in such a way that the circular section 3.2 serves as an insertion opening for the tenon-shaped connecting element and the shaft section 3.3 serves to lock the tenon-shaped connecting element against loosening or pulling out of the keyhole-shaped elongated hole 3.1. For this purpose, the shaft section 3.3 is preferably arranged behind the circular section 3.2, viewed in the direction of the longitudinal axis 30, and its longitudinal extent runs in the direction of the longitudinal axis 30, in particular obliquely in the direction of the longitudinal axis 30. In an installed state in which the shelf support 1 is used as a vertical support, the shaft section 3.3 is then, for example, below the circular section 3.2 and runs with its longitudinal extension, for example, diagonally downwards.
[0076] The base body 2 has a U-shaped cross-section with two leg sections 4, 5 and an intermediate section 6 arranged therebetween. The leg sections 4, 5 preferably each border the intermediate section 6. The leg sections 4, 5 are preferably arranged substantially orthogonally to the intermediate section 6 and preferably project in the same direction away from the intermediate section 6. The base body 2 is preferably U-shaped in cross-section throughout its longitudinal extension.
[0077] Relative to the cross-section of the base body 2, the leg sections 4, 5 extend away from the intermediate section 6 with a first length L1 and the intermediate section 6 extends with a second length L2 between the leg sections 4, 5. Preferably, the second length L2, i.e. the length of the intermediate section 6, is greater than the first length L1, i.e. the length of the leg sections 4, 5. In this case, the connection points 3 are preferably assigned to the intermediate section 6, in particular arranged and / or formed on the intermediate section 6.
[0078] The shelf support 1 has at least one, preferably two flange sections 15, 16, each of which is assigned to one of the leg sections 4, 5. For example, the flange sections 15, 16 are arranged, in particular formed, on the respective associated leg section 4 or 5. Preferably, the flange sections 15, 16 each protrude laterally from the respective leg section 4 or 5. For this purpose, the flange sections 15, 16 are preferably arranged so as to protrude from the respective associated leg section 4 or 5 in opposite directions. The flange sections 15, 16 preferably extend continuously over the longitudinal extent of the base body 2.
[0079] The respective flange section 15 or 16 has a flange surface 17 or 18, for example, in order to fix the shelf support 1 to a (in the Figures 1 to 3(not shown) counterflange of a component or object. Relative to the cross-section of the base body 2, the flange surface 17 or 18 is arranged transversely to the respective associated leg section 4 or 5. For example, the respective flange section 15 or 16 has a longitudinal extension in the direction of the longitudinal axis 30 of the base body 2.
[0080] In order to be able to attach the shelf support 1 to the counterflange via the flange sections 15, 16, the respective flange section 15 or 16 each has at least one fastening point 19 or 20, which is assigned, for example, to the respective associated flange surface 17 or 18, in particular is arranged there. The fastening point 19 or 20 is a through hole, in particular a through bore. For example, the fastening point 19 or 20 is a circular hole or an elongated hole.
[0081] The shelf support 1 has an end part 9 at one of the two longitudinal ends 7, 8, for example at the longitudinal end 7, which is arranged on the base body 2. The end part 9 has a support surface 11 arranged transversely to the longitudinal axis 30 of the base body 2, for example for supporting a third object or for bracing against a third object. For example, the support surface 11 is arranged orthogonally or substantially orthogonally to the longitudinal axis 30. Preferably, the support surface 11 is flat or substantially flat. The end part 9 is arranged on the intermediate section 6 and projects outward from the intermediate section 6 in the direction away from the flange surfaces 17, 18.
[0082] Preferably, at least one fastening point 13 is provided on the end part 9 to enable the shelf support 1 to be fastened to the third object. For example, the at least one fastening point 13 is arranged on the support surface 11. The at least one fastening point 13 is, for example, a through-hole, in particular a through-bore, which is designed, for example, as a circular hole or as an elongated hole.
[0083] The shelf support 1 has, at the other of the two longitudinal ends 7, 8, for example, at the longitudinal end 8, a further end part 10, which is arranged on the base body 2. The further end part 10 has a support surface 12 arranged transversely to the longitudinal axis 30 of the base body 2 for supporting a third object or for bracing against a third object. For example, the support surface 12 is arranged orthogonally or substantially orthogonally to the longitudinal axis 30. Preferably, the support surface 12 is flat or substantially flat. The further end part 10 is arranged on the intermediate section 6 and projects outward from the intermediate section 6 in the direction away from the flange surfaces 17, 18.
[0084] Preferably, at least one fastening point 14 is provided on the further end part 10 to enable the shelf support 1 to be fastened to the third object. For example, the at least one fastening point 14 is arranged on the support surface 12. The at least one fastening point 14 is, for example, a through-hole, in particular a through-bore, which is designed, for example, as a circular hole or as an elongated hole.
[0085] Preferably, the shelf support 1 is a bent part and is manufactured by bending a blank. Figure 4shows, for example, a possible embodiment of such a blank 50. The blank 50 comprises a material strip 51. The material strip 51 is preferably flat. The material strip 51 can be a sheet metal strip, which, for example, has been cut to a predetermined size from a sheet metal panel or a sheet metal coil. The material strip 51 preferably has a predetermined size. For example, the material strip 51 is cut to the predetermined size.
[0086] The material strip 51 has an elongated extension along a longitudinal axis 30', which corresponds to the longitudinal axis 30 of the shelf support 1. The material strip 51 has a tab 53 or 54 at one longitudinal end, preferably at both longitudinal ends, which is shaped or integrally formed there and preferably projects outwards in the direction of the longitudinal axis 30'. Preferably, the material strip 51 has a continuously constant transverse extension, in particular a width, between the tabs 53, 54, which is greater than the transverse extension of the tab 53 or 54. Preferably, the tab 53 or 54 is an end extension of the material section 51 in the direction of the longitudinal axis 30', which forms the intermediate section 6 of the base body 2 on the shelf support 1.
[0087] Starting from the blank 50 of the Figure 4The end part 9 or the support surface 11 of the end part 9 can be formed by bending the tab 53 of the blank 50 around a bending line 55 running transversely to the longitudinal axis 30'. As a result, the shelf support 1 has a bending edge 21 running transversely to the longitudinal axis 30 at one longitudinal end 7. The further end part 10 or the support surface 12 of the further end part 10 can also be formed by bending the tab 54 of the blank 50 around a bending line 56 running transversely to the longitudinal axis 30'. As a result, the shelf support 1 has a bending edge 22 running transversely to the longitudinal axis 30 at the other longitudinal end 8.
[0088] Furthermore, the U-shaped cross-section of the base body 2 of the shelf support 1 can be formed by bending the blank 50. For example, one leg section 4 of the shelf support 1 is formed by bending a material section 57 of the blank 50 around a bending line 58 extending in the direction of the longitudinal axis 30'. The other leg section 5 can be formed in the same way.
[0089] In the shelf support 1, the two flange sections 15, 16 are preferably formed on the corresponding leg section 4 or 5. Starting from the blank 50 of the Figure 4 One flange portion 15 can be formed by bending a material portion 59 of the blank 50 about a bending line 60 extending in the direction of the longitudinal axis 30'. The other flange portion 16 can be formed in the same way.
[0090] The connection points 3 and the fastening points 13, 14, 19, 20 of the shelf support 1 can already have been formed on the blank 50 prior to bending. This process can also be carried out after bending the blank 50, at least for the connection points 3 or for the at least one fastening point 13 or for the at least one fastening point 14 or for the at least one fastening point 19 or for the at least one fastening point 20.
[0091] For example, the blank 50 has at least one, preferably several or a plurality of through-holes 52 to form the connection points 3 of the shelf support 1 for the at least one shelf. For example, the blank 50 has a plurality of further through-holes 61 to form the at least one fastening point 13 and / or the at least one fastening point 14 and / or the at least one fastening point 19 and / or the at least one fastening point 20.
[0092] Figures 5, 6 and 7 show another possible embodiment of a shelf support 1.1 in a perspective view ( Figure 5 ), a top view ( Figure 6 ) and a partially sectioned side view ( Figure 7 ). Components or material sections of the shelf support 1.1 which are identical to those of the shelf support 1 of the Figures 1 to 3 are identical in construction or function, are provided with the same reference numerals; in this respect, reference is made to the description of the shelf support 1 of the Figures 1 to 3 referred to.
[0093] The shelf support 1.1 of the Figures 5 to 7 differs from shelf support 1 of the Figures 1 to 3 inter alia, in that the connection points 3 are assigned to one of the leg sections 4, 5, for example the leg section 5, in particular arranged or formed there. The shelf support 1.1 of the Figures 5 to 7 differs from shelf support 1 of the Figures 1 to 3 among other things, in that the end part 9 is assigned to one of the two leg sections 4, 5, in particular is arranged thereon.
[0094] For example, the end part 9 is assigned to the leg section 5 having the connection points 3, in particular arranged thereon. The end part 9 protrudes outward from the associated leg section 5 in the direction away from the base body 2. Preferably, the further end part 10 is assigned to the other of the two leg sections 4, 5, for example, the leg section 5 having the connection points 3, in particular arranged thereon.
[0095] Furthermore, the shelf support 1.1 differs from the Figures 5 to 7 from shelf support 1 of the Figures 1 to 3 in that the first length L1, i.e. the length of the leg sections 4, 5, is greater than the second length L2, i.e. the length of the intermediate section 6 ( Figure 6 ).
[0096] In the case of the shelf support 1.1, the base body 2 comprises at least one, preferably several or a plurality of further connection points 23 in order to attach thereto a (in the Figures 5 to 7to connect or fasten an additional shelf (not shown). The additional connection points 23 are shown in the Figures 5 to 7 not visible; therefore, Figure 8 The additional connection points 23 are assigned to the other of the leg sections 4, 5, for example, leg section 4, and are particularly arranged or formed there. This allows the shelf support 1.1 to be used as a central support in a shelving system.
[0097] The additional connection points 23 are, for example, structurally identical or functionally identical to the connection points 3. Preferably, viewed in the direction of the longitudinal axis 30, the additional connection points 23 are arranged one behind the other, in particular in a row. For example, the additional connection points 23, or at least individual ones or at least one of the additional connection points 23, are designed as a keyhole-shaped elongated hole, for example, to accommodate a pin-shaped connecting element of the shelf therein, forming a bayonet connection.
[0098] The shelf support 1.1 preferably has an additional end part 9' at one of the two longitudinal ends 7, 8, for example at the longitudinal end 7, which is arranged on the base body 2. The additional end part 9' preferably has a support surface 11' arranged transversely to the longitudinal axis 30 of the base body 2, for example for supporting a third object or the third object described above or for supporting against a third object or the third object described above.
[0099] For example, the support surface 11' is arranged orthogonally or substantially orthogonally to the longitudinal axis 30. Preferably, the support surface 11' is flat or substantially flat. Preferably, the additional end part 9' is associated with the other of the leg sections 4, 5, for example, the leg section 4, and in particular is arranged thereon. For example, the additional end part 9' protrudes outward from the other leg section 4 in the direction away from the base body 2.
[0100] Preferably, at least one fastening point 13' is provided on the additional end part 9' in order to be able to fasten the shelf support 1.1 to the third object via it. For example, the at least one fastening point 13' is arranged on the support surface 11'. The at least one fastening point 13' is, for example, a through-hole, in particular a through-bore, which is designed, for example, as a circular hole or as an elongated hole.
[0101] Preferably, the shelf support 1.1 has a further additional end part 10' at the other of the two longitudinal ends 7, 8, for example at the longitudinal end 8, which is arranged on the base body 2. Preferably, the further additional end part 10' has a support surface 12' arranged transversely to the longitudinal axis 30 of the base body 2, for example for supporting a third object or the third object described above or for supporting against a third object or the third object described above.
[0102] For example, the support surface 12' is arranged orthogonally or substantially orthogonally to the longitudinal axis 30. Preferably, the support surface 12' is flat or substantially flat. Preferably, the further additional end part 10' is associated with the other of the leg sections 4, 5, for example, the leg section 4, and in particular is arranged thereon. For example, the further additional end part 10' protrudes outward from the other leg section 4 in the direction away from the base body 2.
[0103] Preferably, at least one fastening point 14' is provided on the further additional end part 10' in order to be able to fasten the shelf support 1.1 to the third object via it. For example, the at least one fastening point 14' is arranged on the support surface 12'. The at least one fastening point 14' is, for example, a through-hole, in particular a through-bore, which is designed, for example, as a circular hole or as an elongated hole.
[0104] Preferably, the shelf support 1.1 - like the shelf support 1 - is a bent part and is manufactured by bending a blank. Figure 8shows, for example, a possible embodiment of such a blank 50.1. The blank 50.1 comprises a material strip 51.1. The material strip 51.1 is preferably flat. The material strip 51.1 can be a sheet metal strip, which, for example, has been cut to a predetermined size from a sheet metal panel or a sheet metal coil. The material strip 51.1 preferably has a predetermined size. For example, the material strip 51.1 is cut to the predetermined size.
[0105] The material strip 51.1 has at one longitudinal end, preferably at both longitudinal ends, at least one, for example two tabs 53.1 or 53.1' or 54.1 or 54.1', which are, for example, shaped or integrally formed there and preferably protrude outwards in the direction of the longitudinal axis 30'. Preferably, the tab 53.1 or 54.1 is an end extension of the material section in the direction of the longitudinal axis 30', which forms one leg section 5 on the shelf support 1.1. Preferably, the tab 53.1' or 54.1' is an end extension of the material section in the direction of the longitudinal axis 30', which forms the other leg section 4 on the shelf support 1.1.
[0106] Starting from the blank 50.1 of the Figure 8The end parts 9, 9', 10, 10' or the associated support surface 11 or 11' or 12 or 12' can be formed by bending the tab 53.1 or 53.1' or 54.1 or 54.1' 4 of the blank 50.1 around a bending line 55.1 or 56.1 running transversely to the longitudinal axis 30'. Furthermore, the U-shaped cross section of the base body 2 of the shelf support 1 can be formed by bending the blank 50.1.
[0107] For example, the blank 50.1 has at least one, preferably several or a plurality of through holes 52.1 or 52.1' to form the connection points 3 and the further connection points 23 of the shelf support 1.1 for the at least one shelf. For example, the blank 50.1 has several further through holes 61.1 or 61.1' to form the at least one fastening point 13 or 13' and / or the at least one fastening point 14 or 14'.
[0108] Figures 9 and 10show another possible embodiment of a shelf support 1.2, which is a modification of the shelf support 1 of the Figures 1 to 3 The shelf support 1.2 of the Figures 9 and 10 differs from shelf support 1 of the Figures 1 to 3 in that the connection points 3 for the at least one shelf are designed as a polygonal hole 3.4. The polygonal hole 3.4 is preferably rectangular, in particular square. The polygonal hole 3.4 is designed in particular to allow the attachment of a shelf to it, as described in DE 10 2018 104 809 A1.
[0109] Figures 11 and 12 show another possible embodiment of a shelf support 1.3, which is a modification of the shelf support 1.1 of the Figures 5 to 7 The shelf support 1.3 of the Figures 11 and 12 differs from the shelf support 1.1 of the Figures 5 to 7in that the connection points 3 and the further connection points 23 for the at least one shelf are designed as the polygonal hole 3.4 already described above.
[0110] Figure 13 shows a possible embodiment of a room unit 200, in the interior of which a shelving system 100 is installed. The shelving system 100 can be a sliding shelving system or sliding shelving system. The room unit 200 is, for example, a cold storage room, such as a refrigeration cell, and can be used for cooling and / or freezing goods.
