[0001] The invention relates to a hinge band with at least two band parts, a pivot bolt connecting the band parts in a pivotable manner, and at least two support head screws, wherein at least one of the band parts has a contact surface in which at least two cups receiving the support heads of the support head screws are formed.

[0002] In known hinges of this type, the hinge components consist of a frame hinge component for attachment to a door frame and a sash hinge component for attachment to a door leaf. The support screws serve to absorb the weight forces transmitted to the door frame via the hinges. To secure the frame hinge component to the door frame, it has at least two screw holes concealed behind the sash hinge component. Conversely, to secure the sash hinge component to a door leaf, the sash hinge component can also have at least two screw holes concealed behind the frame hinge component. If the hinge components are separated by removing the pivot pin, all screw holes and thus the locking screws inserted into them are freely accessible. However, removing the pivot pin from the hinge is only possible when the door leaf is open.In the case of a locked door, burglary attempts therefore aim to use a burglary tool to get into the joining gap formed on the contact surface of one of the hinge parts and to tear off the fastening screws screwed into the door frame or door leaf via the screw holes using leverage.

[0004] The invention is based on the objective of demonstrating a hinge band of the aforementioned type with which the burglar-resistant effect of a locked door is significantly increased.

Claims

1. Hinge having at least two hinge parts, a pivot pin connecting the hinge parts in a pivotable manner, and at least two support head screws, wherein at least one of the hinge parts has a contact surface, in which at least two cups receiving the support heads of the support head screws are formed, wherein the depth of the cups is greater than the height of the support heads, the cups, starting from their contact surface, respectively having at least one undercut, the undercuts of the cups are being formed as receiving areas for at least partially receiving the support heads of the support head screws, and T-slots are being formed, the undercuts formed in the cups of at least one of the hinge parts are designed as T-slots for capturing the support heads as slot nuts, characterized in that in the contact surface (8, 9) the T-slots respectively have at least one slot opening, formed in the shape of a crescent moon, the support head screws (4-7) respectively have at least two differently designed shaft sections, wherein only the lower shaft section (22-25) has a thread, the upper shaft sections (26-29) has a length which corresponds to the opening depth of the reveal surface (30-33) formed at the slot opening, and the upper shaft section (26-29) has a diameter which corresponds to the maximum opening width of the T-slots.

2. Hinge according to claim 1, characterized in that the hinge part (1) designed as a frame hinge part has a pivot pin bearing consisting of two bearing blocks (34, 35), in which pivot pin bearing the pivot pin (3) is mounted via its free pin ends.

3. Hinge according to one of claims 1 to 2, characterized in that the hinge part (1) designed as a frame hinge part has at least two screw connection holes (36, 37) arranged between its two bearing blocks (34, 35) and passing through its contact surface (8).

4. Hinge according to claim 3, characterized in that the hinge part (2) designed as a wing hinge part has a hinge loop for screwing to a fitting groove insert.
