Abstract
Description
[0001] Description
[0002] Title of the invention: Clothing storage system
[0003] Technical Field
[0004] The present invention relates to the technical field of storage systems for an item of clothing, for example a jacket, allowing said item of clothing to be stored when not in use. The invention relates in particular to storage systems that can be worn around the waist by a user. These systems are particularly applicable when hiking, where the hiker is regularly required to take off or put on protective clothing, for example a rain jacket or trousers, depending on the weather conditions.
[0005] Prior art
[0006] Storage bags for storing an item of clothing, such as a jacket, are known, configured to be mounted on a belt worn around the user's waist. A zipper then closes the bag containing the item of clothing.
[0007] One disadvantage of these storage bags is that the user must manually bring the jacket into the bag by stuffing the jacket into the bag. The storage process is particularly time-consuming and complex and risks creasing or even damaging the garment. In particular, it is generally difficult to close the zipper without tearing the garment.
[0008] Storage systems such as that of document W02004103102 A1 are also known, comprising a pocket formed inside a jacket. To store the jacket in the pocket, the user must remove the jacket, grasp the pocket in one hand and grasp a sleeve of the jacket in the other hand. The user then inserts the jacket into the pocket, again by manually stuffing the jacket into the pocket.
[0009] Another disadvantage is that inserting the jacket into the pocket is particularly complex. In addition, the user must first take hold of the pocket and the jacket, so that the pocket cannot be kept worn by the user, for example on a belt.
[0010] Statement of the invention
[0011] An aim of the present invention is to propose a storage system that overcomes the aforementioned drawbacks. To this end, the invention relates to a system for storing a garment, for example a jacket, around the waist of a user, the storage system comprising a pocket comprising a first pocket portion having at least one opening and a second pocket portion connected to the first pocket portion, said second pocket portion having an end portion cooperating with a fastener configured to be connected to said garment, said second pocket portion being able to take a retracted position in which it extends at least partly inside the first pocket portion, and a deployed position in which it extends outside the first pocket portion, in the extension of said first pocket portion, so as to define with said first pocket portion an interior volume for the pocket, the storage system further comprising a pulling device cooperating with the end portion of the second pocket portion, the pulling device making it possible to pull on said end portion of the second pocket portion so as to turn the second pocket portion back on itself and to bring the second pocket portion from the retracted position to the deployed position, whereby said second pocket portion draws said garment into the interior volume of the pocket, via said opening of the first pocket portion.,
[0012] The storage system according to the invention is particularly suitable for storing around the waist of a user any type of clothing, in particular a jacket, trousers, or a jersey. This storage system is further suitable for being worn by a user at the waist, for example mounted on a belt or even attached to another item of clothing of the user, at the waist.
[0013] Said opening advantageously defines a free edge for the first pocket portion. The first and second pocket portions preferably each have the shape of a sleeve. The first pocket portion advantageously extends in a longitudinal direction.
[0014] Without limitation, the end portion of the second pocket portion may comprise an opening.
[0015] Preferably, but in a non-limiting manner, the first pocket portion and the second pocket portion form two separate pieces secured to each other, for example by sewing. In this configuration, the first pocket portion advantageously comprises a first connecting edge while the second pocket portion comprises a second connecting edge. The first connecting edge is then advantageously secured to the second connecting edge so as to form the pocket. The first connecting edge of the first pocket portion is advantageously opposite the opening.
[0016] Alternatively, the first pocket part and the second pocket part may form a single piece.
[0017] Preferably, the pulling device comprises a handle and a cord connecting said handle to the end portion of the second pocket portion.
[0018] The second pocket portion advantageously comprises a wall having a first face and a second face. When the second pocket portion is in the retracted position, said first face advantageously extends outwardly of said second pocket portion while the second face extends inwardly of said second pocket portion. In the retracted position, said second pocket portion advantageously extends upside down while it extends right side up in the deployed position.
[0019] Advantageously, the pulling device is connected to the end portion of the second pocket portion.
[0020] In a non-limiting manner, the pulling device may be attached to said end portion of the second pocket portion. Alternatively, and without departing from the scope of the invention, the pulling device may cooperate with said end portion of the second pocket portion without however being attached to said end portion of the second pocket portion. Without departing from the scope of the invention, the pulling device may be slidably mounted to the end portion of the second pocket portion.
[0021] The pulling device is advantageously connected to the second face of said wall of the second pocket part.
[0022] In the retracted position, the second pocket portion advantageously extends inside the first pocket portion over more than half of its length, still preferably almost entirely inside the first pocket portion. Furthermore, when the second pocket portion is in the retracted position, it advantageously extends through the opening of the first pocket portion such that its end portion advantageously extends out of the first pocket portion.
[0023] Said fastener is advantageously connected to the first face of said wall of the second pocket part. Said fastener advantageously extends out of the second pocket part when said second pocket part is in the retracted position.
[0024] Advantageously, the end portion of the second pocket portion is provided with the fastener. Preferably, the fastener is configured to be connected to said garment in order to secure said garment to the second pocket portion.
[0025] In a non-limiting manner, said fastener may be attached to the end portion of the second pocket portion. Alternatively, and without departing from the scope of the invention, said fastener may cooperate with the end portion of the second pocket portion without being attached to said end portion of the second pocket portion. In a non-limiting manner, said fastener may be slidably mounted to the end portion of the second pocket portion.
[0026] Thanks to the invention, when the garment is outside the pocket, in particular when it is being worn, the second pocket part, in the retracted position, extends inside the first pocket part, so that the bulk of said pocket and therefore of the storage system is greatly reduced. As a result, the storage system can be easily worn by the user at waist level, for example mounted on a belt, without causing any discomfort. The storage system is particularly useful in the context of hiking where the bulk of the equipment to be transported must be minimal.
[0027] To store the garment and bring it into said pocket and around his waist, the user removes the garment and then exerts a tensile force on the end portion of the second pocket portion by means of the pulling device. This tensile force is advantageously oriented in a direction opposite to the opening of the first pocket portion. This tensile force is advantageously directed in the longitudinal direction of the first pocket portion. This force is advantageously directed substantially horizontally. This tensile force is for example exerted by pulling on a handle of the pulling device.
[0028] This tensile force causes the second pocket part to move in said longitudinal direction of the first pocket part. The second pocket part is brought out of the first pocket part and is simultaneously turned over on itself. By means of the fastener, the garment is pulled and guided inside the pocket, via the opening of the first pocket part. The garment then extends into the interior volume of the pocket.
[0029] Said fastener is preferably configured to pass through said opening of the first pocket part when the second pocket part is brought from the retracted position to the deployed position.
[0030] Preferably, when the second pocket portion is in the deployed position, said garment extends partly inside the first pocket portion and partly inside the second pocket portion. Alternatively, said garment could extend entirely inside the second pocket portion.
[0031] The internal volume of the pocket corresponds to the internal volume of the first part of the pocket to which is added the internal volume of the second part of the pocket in the deployed position.
[0032] The second part of the pocket therefore plays the role of a guide to bring the garment into the pocket, but also of a housing receiving the garment.
[0033] When the second pocket portion is in the deployed position, said first face of the wall of the second pocket portion advantageously extends inwardly while the second face of said wall extends outwardly. In other words, the second pocket portion extends upright when it is in the deployed position.
[0034] In the deployed position, the second pocket portion projects from a side of the first pocket portion opposite the opening.
[0035] Thanks to the invention, the deployment of the second pocket part guides the garment into the interior volume of the pocket. Said garment is stored very easily and quickly inside the pocket in a single pulling action carried out by means of the pulling device. In particular, the user is not required to act directly on the garment to bring it inside the pocket, the latter being guided towards the inside of the pocket when the second pocket part is deployed. In other words, the invention makes it possible to avoid a particularly tedious step of stuffing the garment into a pocket. The garment stored in the pocket of the system according to the invention is consequently less creased and the risk of damage to the garment is reduced.
[0036] The user is also not required to hold the pocket in their hands to store the garment, which allows the pocket to be left mounted at the user's waist, for example on a belt, behind the user's back. Storing the garment is further facilitated.
[0037] Furthermore, the interior volume of the pocket when the second pocket part is in the deployed position is greater than its volume when the second pocket part is in the retracted position, making it possible to accommodate the entire garment, regardless of its size.
[0038] The garment stored in the pocket is then arranged at the user's waist. When the second pocket part is in the deployed position, the pocket can be wrapped, at least partially, around the user's waist.
[0039] When the user wishes to wear the garment again, he pulls on said garment so as to extract it from the pocket, via said opening. Via the fastener, this tensile force on the garment causes the second pocket part to move, which is brought inside the first pocket part, in the retracted position. The second pocket part is turned over on itself when moving from the deployed position to the retracted position.
[0040] According to a first advantageous variant, the storage system further comprises a belt configured to surround the user's waist, said first pocket portion being mounted on said belt. One advantage is to allow the user to easily carry said pocket, at his waist, when the garment is worn but also when the garment is stored in the pocket. Said pocket can be kept mounted on the belt when storing the garment in the pocket.
[0041] The pocket is advantageously mounted on a rear portion of the belt configured to extend across the back of the user, whereby said pocket extends across the back of the user when the belt is worn.
[0042] Said pocket is advantageously removably mounted on said belt.
[0043] According to a second advantageous variant, the storage system further comprises a belt portion extending between a first end and a second end of said first pocket portion and configured to surround the user's waist. Said belt portion is advantageously secured to said first and second ends of the first pocket portion. Said belt portion makes it possible to maintain said pocket at the user's waist.
[0044] Advantageously, the end portion of the second pocket portion in the deployed position is configured to be connected to the first pocket portion such that said pocket forms a loop surrounding the user's waist.
[0045] One advantage is that the pocket can be wrapped around the user's waist and held in that position, to reduce its bulk and make it easier to carry, when the second pocket part is in the deployed position and the garment is stored in said pocket. It is understood that the garment stored in said pocket also extends around the user's waist.
[0046] The end portion of the second pocket portion may be connected directly or indirectly to the first pocket portion.
[0047] Preferably, after pulling the second pocket portion by means of the pulling device, the user wraps the pocket around his waist, for example by continuing to pull the end portion of the second pocket portion. He can then connect said end portion to the first pocket portion to form the loop and hold the pocket around his waist.
[0048] Advantageously, the first pocket part, the belt or the belt portion comprises a connection means, the end part of the second pocket part being provided with a connecting member configured to cooperate with said connection means when said second pocket part is in the deployed position, in order to connect the end part of the second pocket part to the first pocket part.
[0049] The connecting means may be arranged on the first pocket portion, on the belt when the storage system includes one, or on the belt portion when the storage system includes one. The connecting means is preferably arranged near the opening of the first pocket portion.
[0050] When the first pocket portion comprises said connecting means, the end portion of the second pocket portion is connected directly to the first pocket portion. When the belt or belt portion comprises said connecting means, the end portion of the second pocket portion is connected indirectly to the first pocket portion.
[0051] The connecting means cooperating with the connecting member allows the pocket to be kept wrapped around the user's waist.
[0052] In a non-limiting manner, the connecting means may comprise a hook, a connecting tab, a quick loop portion, a hook-and-loop tape portion. In a non-limiting manner, the connecting member may comprise a hook, a connecting tab, a quick loop portion, a hook-and-loop tape portion.
[0053] According to a particularly advantageous aspect, the pulling device comprises said connecting member, whereby the pulling device makes it possible to bring the second pocket part into the deployed position but also to connect the end part of the second pocket part to the first pocket part.
[0054] One advantage is to allow the user to connect the end portion of the second pocket portion to the first pocket portion more easily to form the loop around their waist. By holding the pulling device with one hand, the user can pull the garment into the pocket and then continue their movement in order to bring the connecting member into cooperation with said connection means. The handle of the pulling device may, for example, comprise the connecting member and be configured to cooperate with the connection means.According to another advantageous embodiment, the storage system comprises a belt configured to surround the waist of the user, said first pocket portion being mounted on said belt, said belt comprising a connection means, the end portion of the second pocket portion being provided with a connecting member configured to cooperate with said connection means when said second pocket portion is in the deployed position. Preferably, said connection means is arranged in a front portion of the belt configured to extend in front of the user, whereby said connection means extends to the front of the user when the belt is worn.
[0055] Advantageously, the pulling device comprises said connecting member.
[0056] Preferably, the second pocket portion in the deployed position is configured to be folded over the first pocket portion before connecting the connecting member to the connecting means. An advantage is that the second pocket portion also extends across the user's back and does not hinder the user. The bulk of the pocket when the garment is stored is reduced.
[0057] Preferably, the first pocket portion and the second pocket portion comprise different materials. The first pocket portion is preferably made of a waterproof material, for example a warp and weft membrane material. The second pocket portion is preferably made of a stretch material, for example a stretch fabric.
[0058] Advantageously, said second pocket part is elastically deformable so that its volume in the deployed position is greater than its volume in the retracted position. An advantage is that the second pocket part deforms elastically when it is brought from the retracted position to the deployed position, taking into account the tensile force exerted by the pulling device on the end part of the second pocket part. This deformation makes it possible to bring the garment even deeper into the pocket. Furthermore, when it is not pulled, for example when the garment is worn, the second pocket part retracts, which reduces its bulk.
[0059] The second pocket part advantageously has an elasticity greater than the elasticity of the first pocket part.
[0060] Preferably, said opening is provided on a first side of the first pocket part, so that said garment is brought into said interior volume of the pocket by said first side of said first pocket part.
[0061] Said opening is advantageously formed in said first side of the first pocket part. The garment is therefore not brought into the pocket from above or below the pocket but laterally. The garment is advantageously moved into the pocket in the longitudinal direction of the first pocket part.
[0062] Preferably, the end portion of the second pocket part has a horn shape. One advantage is to reduce the size of the second pocket part. In other words, the second pocket part has a pointed or even tapered shape.
[0063] Advantageously, said fastener extends inside said second pocket part when the latter is in the deployed position.
[0064] Advantageously, said fastener extends outside said second pocket part when the latter is in the retracted position.
[0065] Preferably, the pulling device comprises a handle and a cord connecting said handle to the end portion of the second pocket portion. One advantage is to facilitate placing the second pocket portion in the deployed position by making it easy to exert a pulling force by pulling on said handle. The pulling force exerted on the handle is transmitted to the end portion of the second pocket portion via the cord.
[0066] When the second pocket portion is in the retracted position, the cord preferably extends at least partially inside the second pocket portion, more preferably over more than half of its length.
[0067] Said cord is advantageously elastically deformable.
[0068] In an advantageous embodiment variant, the pulling device is slidably mounted at the end portion of the second pocket portion. In this variant, the pulling device is not fixed to said end portion of the second pocket portion. An advantage is that the pulling device can be retracted inside the second pocket portion when the latter is in the retracted position.
[0069] Preferably, an orifice is provided in the end portion of the second pocket portion, the pulling device further comprising a locking member cooperating with the cord, the cord of the pulling device passing through the orifice so that said handle and said locking member extend on either side of the orifice.
[0070] By pulling on the handle, the cord slides inside said orifice until the locking member comes to bear against the end portion of the second pocket part, at the orifice. By continuing to pull on the handle, the locking member pulls on said end portion of the second pocket part so as to turn the second pocket part over on itself and bring the second pocket part from the retracted position to the deployed position.
[0071] Since the cord slides through the hole, it can be more easily brought inside the second pocket part when the latter is in the retracted position, in order to reduce the bulk of the pulling device and prevent the cord and handle from hanging at the user's sides. Another advantage is that it allows the length of the cord to be reduced.
[0072] In a non-limiting manner, said orifice may be provided with an eyelet facilitating the sliding of the cord.
[0073] Advantageously, when the second pocket portion is in the retracted position, the locking member extends out of the first pocket portion and out of the second pocket portion. Advantageously, when the second pocket portion is in the deployed position, the locking member extends inside the second pocket portion.
[0074] The locking member is preferably connected to the cord, more preferably fixed to the cord. The locking member may be in the form of a cord stop, a ring connected to the cord, or a knot formed on the cord.
[0075] In an advantageous embodiment, said fastener is slidably mounted at the end portion of the second pocket portion. An advantage is that it makes it easier and more efficient to retract the fastener inside the second pocket portion when the latter is in the deployed position.
[0076] Preferably, an orifice is provided in the end portion of the second pocket portion, the fastener comprising a strap and a locking piece cooperating with said strap, said strap passing through said orifice so that the locking piece extends out of the second pocket portion when the latter is in the deployed position.
[0077] By pulling on the garment, the strap slides inside said orifice until the locking piece comes to bear against the end portion of the second pocket portion, at the orifice. By continuing to pull on the garment, the locking piece pulls on said end portion of the second pocket portion so as to turn the second pocket portion over on itself and bring the second pocket portion from the deployed position to the retracted position.
[0078] As the strap slides through the opening, the garment can be brought deeper into the pocket by pulling on the portion of said strap extending out of the second pocket portion, when the second pocket portion is in the deployed position.
[0079] The locking piece preferably extends inside the second pocket part when the latter is in the retracted position.
[0080] The fastener advantageously comprises a loop portion connected to said strap.
[0081] Preferably, said fastener and said pulling device together form a pulling element which is slidably mounted relative to the end portion of the second pocket portion.
[0082] Preferably, an orifice is provided in the end portion of the second pocket portion and the traction element comprises an elongate element mounted to slide through said orifice. Preferably, the strap of the fastener and the cord of the pulling device together form the elongate element of the traction element. The elongate element advantageously slides inside said orifice. One advantage is to allow the use of a single elongate element whose length is less than the cumulative lengths of a strap and a cord which would be fixed to the end portion of the second pocket portion. It is then understood that the locking member and the locking piece cooperate with said elongate element, preferably are connected to said elongate element, and more preferably are fixed to said elongate element.
[0083] Preferably, the locking piece and the locking member extend on either side of the orifice. Preferably, the locking piece and the locking member are spaced apart from each other.
[0084] The invention further relates to a clothing set comprising a garment, for example a jacket, and a storage system as described previously, said fastener being connected to a securing portion of the garment.
[0085] Preferably, the securing portion comprises a securing element configured to cooperate with the fastener. The securing element may, for example, comprise a quick-release buckle portion or a hook-and-loop tape.
[0086] Preferably, said fastener is connected to the securing portion in a removable manner. One advantage is that it is possible to disconnect the garment from the storage system when it is desired to use or store them separately.
[0087] Preferably, the garment is a jacket.
[0088] To store the jacket in the pocket, the user first undoes the jacket so as to let it hang from the pocket, before acting on the pulling device to bring it into said pocket. Without departing from the scope of the invention, and in a non-limiting manner, the garment could be trousers or a jersey.
[0089] Advantageously, said securing portion of the garment is located between a shoulder portion and a waist portion of the jacket. Said securing portion is advantageously arranged on one side of the jacket.
[0090] Without departing from the scope of the invention, the securing portion may be located at the level of a portion of the pelvis of the jacket.
[0091] Said securing portion advantageously extends inside the jacket.
[0092] Brief description of the drawings
[0093] The invention will be better understood on reading the following description of embodiments of the invention given as non-limiting examples, with reference to the appended drawings, in which:

[0103] [Fig. 10] Figure 10 illustrates the storage system of Figure 9 in top view; and [Fig. 11] Figure 11 illustrates a third embodiment of a storage system according to the invention, the connection means being arranged in a front portion of the belt.
[0104] Description of the embodiments
[0105] The invention relates to a system for storing a garment, for example a jacket, around the waist of a user.
[0106] Figure 1 illustrates a clothing set 10 according to the invention, comprising a garment 12, in this case a jacket 12 and a first embodiment of a storage system 14 according to the invention for storing said jacket 12. Without departing from the scope of the invention, the garment 12 could be a pair of pants or even a jersey. In this non-limiting example, the storage system 14 is configured to be worn around the waist of a user. The storage system 14 comprises a belt 16 configured to be placed around the waist of a user.
[0107] In Figure 1, the storage system 14 extends under the jacket 12, behind the user's back, and is therefore shown transparently and illustrated in dotted lines.
[0108] According to the invention, the storage system 14 comprises a pocket 20 particularly visible in FIG. 5. With reference to said FIG. 5, it can be seen that the pocket 20 comprises a first pocket part 22 and a second pocket part 24 connected to the first pocket part. The first pocket part 22 defines a housing. It has the shape of a sleeve. It is formed from a textile material, which in this example is flexible but not very elastically deformable. The first pocket part 22 comprises an opening 26 formed on a first lateral side 25 of the first pocket part. Said opening 26 defines a free edge 22a for the first pocket part 22. The first pocket part 22 extends in a longitudinal direction L.
[0109] The second pocket portion 24 has the shape of a horn, or a truncated or pointed shape. It comprises an end portion 24a. Said end portion 24a forms a tip for the second pocket portion 24. The second pocket portion is furthermore elastically deformable. It has greater elasticity than the first pocket portion 22.
[0110] In this non-limiting example, the first pocket portion 22 and the second pocket portion 24 are distinct from one another. In other words, they form two distinct pieces. The first pocket portion and the second pocket portion are secured to one another by sewing. More specifically, the first pocket portion 22 comprises a first connecting edge 22b while the second pocket portion 24 comprises a second connecting edge 24b secured to the first connecting edge 22b by sewing. The second connecting edge 24b is opposite the end portion 24a of the second pocket portion 24. The first connecting edge 22b is opposite the free edge 22a.
[0111] The second pocket portion 24 comprises a wall 28 having a first face 28a and a second face 28b opposite the first face.
[0112] Still in this figure 5, it can be seen that the storage system 14 further comprises a pulling device 30 cooperating with the end portion 24a of the second pocket portion 24. The pulling device 30 is here connected to the end portion 24a of the second pocket portion 24. This pulling device 30 comprises a handle 32, in this case a ring, as well as a cord 34 connecting said handle 32 to the end portion 24a of the second pocket portion 24. The cord 34 is fixed to the second face 28b of the wall 28 of the second pocket portion. This cord 34 is elastic. Without departing from the scope of the invention, said handle 32 could take any other form allowing a user to grasp it.
[0113] Referring now to Figure 2, it can be seen that the end portion 24a of the second pocket portion 24 further comprises a fastener 40 configured to be connected to the jacket 12. The fastener 40 is attached to the end portion 24a of the second pocket portion 24, here by sewing. More specifically, the fastener 40 is attached to the first face 28a of the wall 28 of the second pocket portion 24. In this non-limiting example, said fastener 40 comprises a first loop portion 42 and a first strap 44 connecting said first loop portion 42 to the end portion 24a of the second pocket portion 24.
[0114] Figure 1 shows a user, seen from behind, wearing the jacket 12. This configuration may correspond to a situation in which the user wishes to cover himself, for example in the event of rain during a hike. The jacket 12 extends out of the pocket 20, so that the storage system 14 is not used. The latter is shown by transparency. It can be seen that the user wears the storage system 14 at his waist. The pocket 20, and more precisely the first pocket part 22, is mounted on said belt 16. In a non-limiting manner, said first pocket part 22 is here sewn to said belt. It could, however, be slidably mounted along the belt. The pocket extends across the user's back, between the belt and the back of the jacket 12, and does not hinder his movements.
[0115] Alternatively, the storage system 14 may comprise a belt portion 16 extending between a first end of the first pocket part formed by the free edge 22a and a second end of said first pocket part formed by the first connecting edge 22b.
[0116] It can be seen in Figure 1 that the belt 16 further comprises a connection means 33, here comprising a hook 33, mounted on said belt 16. Without departing from the scope of the invention, the first pocket part 22 could comprise the connection means. The function of the connection means 33 will be described later.
[0117] As seen in Figure 1, the fastener 40 of the storage system 14 is connected to a securing portion 46 of the jacket 12. This securing portion 46 is located between a shoulder portion 15 and a waist portion 17 of the jacket 12, on a lateral side of the jacket. More specifically, as illustrated in Figure 2, the securing portion 46 comprises a second loop portion 48 connected to the jacket by means of a second strap 50 sewn to the jacket 12. The first loop portion 42 of the fastener 40 cooperates with the second loop portion 48 of the securing portion 46 so as to secure the jacket 12 to the end portion 24a of the second pocket portion 24.
[0118] The first and second loop portions 42, 48 cooperate in a detachable manner. With the aid of FIGS. 2 to 6, we will describe the steps for storing the jacket 12 in the pocket 20.
[0119] In Figures 2 and 3, it can be seen that the second pocket part 24 is in the retracted position. It extends inside the first pocket part 22 over substantially its entire length. Only the end part 24a of the second pocket part 24 projects outside the first pocket part, at the opening 26. The fastener 40, connected to the jacket 12, also extends outside the first pocket part 22. In this retracted position of the second pocket part 24, the size of the pocket 20 is reduced.
[0120] Referring to Figure 3, in which the second pocket part 24 is shown transparently, it can be seen that, in this retracted position, the first face 28a of the wall 28 of the second pocket part 24 extends towards the outside of said second pocket part while the second face 28b of said wall extends towards the inside.
[0121] It is also noted that in the retracted position of the second pocket part 24, the handle 32 of the pulling device 30 extends out of the first pocket part 22 from a second lateral side 27 of the first pocket part 22 opposite the first lateral side 25. The handle 32 is accessible to the user, even though the pocket extends into his back. In the retracted position, the handle 32 of the pulling device and the fastener 40 extend on either side of the first pocket part 22.
[0122] In the retracted position, the cord 34 connecting the handle 32 to the end portion 24a of the second pocket portion 24 extends essentially inside the first pocket portion 22.
[0123] In Figures 2 and 3, the user has removed the jacket 12 and lets it hang from the storage system 14, along his leg. The jacket is held by the clip 40.
[0124] To store the jacket 12 in the pocket 20, the user pulls, with one hand, on the handle 32 of the pulling device 30, as illustrated in FIG. 4. Ideally, but in a non-limiting manner, this pulling force is directed in the longitudinal direction L of the first pocket part 22, or slightly inclined relative to said longitudinal direction L. The pulling force is exerted in a direction opposite to the opening 26 of the first pocket part.
[0125] The pulling device 30, via the cord 34, then pulls on said end portion 24a of the second pocket portion 24. The second pocket portion is then gradually turned over on itself and extracted from the first pocket portion 22, as can be seen in FIG. 4. At the same time, the jacket 12, which is secured to said end portion 24a, is pulled and guided inside the first pocket portion via the opening 26. Said fastener 40 also passes through the opening 26.
[0126] This tensile force also has the effect of elastically deforming the second pocket part 24, so that its volume increases compared to its volume in the retracted position. One advantage is to provide a larger volume to receive said garment, but also to be able to bring the jacket deeper into the pocket 20.
[0127] The tensile force on the end portion 24a is continued until the second pocket portion 24 is brought into the deployed position, illustrated in FIG. 5, in which it extends in the extension of the first pocket portion and outside the first pocket portion. The first pocket portion 22 and the second pocket portion 24 then define an interior volume V for the pocket 20, into which the jacket 12 is brought. When the second pocket portion 24 is in the deployed position, the jacket advantageously extends partly inside the first pocket portion and partly inside the second pocket portion.
[0128] Between the retracted position and the deployed position, the second pocket part 24 is turned back on itself, so that in the deployed position the first face 28a of the wall of the second pocket part 24 extends towards the inside of said second pocket part while the second face 28b extends towards the outside. The fastener 40 then also extends inside the pocket. The pulling device 30, and in particular the cord 34 and the handle 32, then extend out of the second pocket part 24 and out of the pocket 20.
[0129] As illustrated in the top view, in section, of Figure 6, the user can continue the pulling force on the handle 32 of the pulling device 30 and wrap said pocket 20 around his waist so as to form a loop 52 encircling his waist. The user connects the handle 32 to the connection means 33 and therefore to the hook 33, so as to keep the pocket 20 surrounding his waist. The end portion 24a of the second pocket portion 24 is then connected to the first pocket portion. In this non-limiting example, said handle 32 forms a connecting member configured to cooperate with said connection means 33. In other words, the pulling device 30 comprises said connecting member. Without departing from the scope of the invention, the connecting member could be separate from the connection device.
[0130] As can be seen in Figure 6, said pocket 20 containing the jacket 12 then extends along the belt 16, around the user's waist. The jacket extends partly inside the first pocket part and partly inside the second pocket part. The pocket 20 is then not bulky and does not hinder the user's movements.
[0131] To extract the jacket 12 from the pocket 20, the user disconnects the handle 32 from the connection means 33. He then grasps the jacket 12 by passing his hand through the opening 26. He then pulls on the jacket so as to remove it from the pocket 20 via the opening 26. The second pocket part 24 is drawn inside the first pocket part 22 and turns back on itself, until it returns to the retracted position illustrated in figures 2 and 3.
[0132] As illustrated in Figure 7, the jacket 12 can be detached from the second pocket portion 24 by disconnecting the second loop portion 48 and the first loop portion 42 from the fastener 40. The jacket 12 can then be removed, for example for storage or drying. The storage system 14 can be maintained at the user's waist, independently of the jacket.
[0133] Figure 8 illustrates a clothing assembly 10 comprising a second embodiment of a storage system 14 according to the invention. In this embodiment, the fastener 40 and said pulling device 30 together form a pulling element 60 which is slidably mounted relative to the end portion of the second pocket portion. Furthermore, the cord 34 of the pulling device 30 and the first strap 44 of the fastener 40 together form an elongate element for the traction element 60. In addition, an orifice 54 is provided in the end portion 24a of the second pocket portion 24. The elongate element of the traction element 60, and therefore said first strap 44 and said cord 34, pass through said orifice 54. The elongate element slides inside said orifice 54. The traction element 60 is therefore slidably mounted relative to the end portion 24a of the second pocket portion 24.
[0134] The pulling device 30 comprises a locking member 56 cooperating with the cord 34 and therefore with the elongate element of the traction element 60. The locking member 56 and the handle 32 of the pulling device 30 extend on either side of the orifice 54.
[0135] In this embodiment, the pulling device 30 is slidably mounted to the end portion 24a of the second pocket portion 24 without being secured thereto. Furthermore, the clip 40 is slidably mounted to the end portion 24a of the second pocket portion 24 without being secured thereto.
[0136] Furthermore, the fastener 40 comprises a locking piece 58 cooperating with the first strap 44 and therefore with the elongate element of the traction element 60. In this non-limiting example, the locking member 56 and the locking piece 58 are fixed to the elongate element and therefore to the traction element 60. As can be seen in FIG. 8, the locking piece 58 and the locking member 56 extend on either side of the orifice 54.
[0137] As illustrated in Figure 8, when the second pocket portion 24 is in the retracted position, the locking member 56 extends out of the second pocket portion 24 while the locking piece 58 extends inside the second pocket portion 24.
[0138] As illustrated by the passage from Figure 8 to Figure 9, when the user pulls on the handle 32 of the pulling device 30, the traction element 60 slides relative to the end portion of the second pocket portion. More precisely, the elongate element of the traction element 60 slides in the orifice 54 until the locking member 56 comes to bear against the end portion 24a of the second pocket portion, at the orifice 54. By continuing the traction, the locking member 56 pulls on the end portion 24a of the second pocket portion 24 and the latter is turned over on itself and brought from the retracted position to the deployed position.
[0139] As can be seen in Figures 9 and 10, when the second pocket part 24 is in the deployed position, the locking member 56 extends inside the second pocket part 24 while the locking piece extends 58 outside the second pocket part 24. When the user wishes to store the garment, he pulls on the latter, which has the consequence of pulling on the elongate element of the traction element 60. The traction element then slides relative to the second pocket part. More precisely, the elongate element of the traction element 60 then slides in the orifice 54 until the locking piece 58 comes to bear on the end part 24a of the second pocket part, at the orifice 54. By continuing the traction, the locking piece 58 pulls on the end part of the second pocket part 24 which is turned back on itself and brought inside the first pocket part 22.The second pocket portion 24 is brought from the deployed position to the retracted position.
[0140] Figure 11 illustrates a third embodiment of a storage system 14 according to the invention. In this embodiment, the connection means 33 is mounted on a front portion 16a of the belt 16, this front portion extending in front of the user.
[0141] The user can connect the handle 32 to the connecting means 33. As can be seen in Figure 11, in this embodiment the pocket 20 is not wrapped around the user's waist so as to form a loop. Indeed, after being placed in the deployed position, the second pocket part 24 is folded over the first pocket part 22 before connecting the handle 32 to the connecting means 33. The second pocket part 24 then covers the first pocket part 22. The second pocket part then extends essentially across the user's back.
