Device (100) composed of an accessory element (101) and a related tie (113) for clothing, comprising: - an accessory element (101) located at the front part of a person's neck, in the position in which the knot of a common tie is generally placed, comprising in turn: a closed front part (105), which approximates the shape of a shell; an open rear part (106), inside which there is a 'Y' shaped cavity, having a lower passage space (112) with relative horizontal lower loop (111), an upper left passage space (107), with relative inclined upper left loop (109), an upper right passage space (108), with relative inclined upper right loop (110); - a tie (113), made up of a strip of fabric, or other similar material for clothing, having a typical shape of a common tie, or an alternative shape that extends in length, this tie (113) being passed normally with its upper parts (103) and (104) around the collar of a shirt, or other similar garment, in order to be rejoined at the front to its ends (102) and (114) in correspondence with the above said accessory element (101), making then pass one of the ends (102) or (114) of the same tie (113) through the above said lower (111), upper left (109) and upper right (110) loops, and then making one or both of its ends (102) and (114) hang in the front, in such a way as to define a stable overall structure, possibly adjustable in length, and therefore constitute a device for clothing (100), aesthetically similar to a common tie with respective knot, the above said device (100) characterized in that: - said accessory element (101) includes integrated electronic means within itself, which implement NFC - Near Field Communication technology, and which allow information to be stored in digital format, and therefore communication with readers, smartphones, computers, tablets and other similar devices located in the immediate nearby location; - among the stored information there is an NFT - Non Fungible Token code, uniquely associated with the same accessory element (101), thus giving the overall product specific characteristics of uniqueness and exclusivity.

[0001] The present invention belongs to the field of custom-made high jewellery, accessories, fashion and luxury clothing.

[0002] It essentially concerns a device composed of an accessory element and a related tie for clothing, and includes means such as to make the product as a whole a jewel, or an object of high fashion, or luxury clothing, or design, and represents therefore an element of class and fashion style for the person who wears it.

[0003] More precisely, the accessory element contains integrated electronic means within itself, which implement NFC (Near Field Communication) technology, and which allow information to be stored in digital format, and therefore communication with readers, smartphones, computers, tablets and other similar devices located in the nearby location. Among the information stored there could be an NFT (Non Fungible Token) code, uniquely associated with the same accessory element, thus giving the product certain characteristics of uniqueness and exclusivity.

[0004] As known, in the current state of the art there are many objects that can be worn as clothing accessories, or as real jewels, for both men and women, such as wristwatches, glasses, bracelets, bracelets, rings, necklaces, earrings, brooches, cufflinks, tie clips, belts, etc.

[0005] As far as men's clothing is concerned, an elegant suit, or a formal or ceremonial suit, often involves the combination of a tie, which in its many variations is generally made of a fabric, which can for example be as valuable as the silk, and the tie can be enriched with a jewel such as a tie clip with metal and precious stones.

[0006] The idea behind the present invention is to propose a clothing accessory that can be at the same time an element to be combined with a dress, an object similar to a tie with an associated new jewelery element, which can be applied for example to the knot of the tie itself.

[0007] In this way, a further object would be introduced into common jewelery and accessories to be worn which could represent an element of distinction, class and fashion style for the person who wears it.

[0008] The fundamental characteristic of the present invention is to integrate NFC (Near Field Communication) technology into the above said accessory, thus allowing communication and data transmission with electronic devices present nearby, and NFT (Non Fungible Token) technology, giving the product a unique certificate of authenticity, as generally happens for pieces of art and exclusive products. In fact, a non-fungible token, similar to a digital code obtained and managed through Slockchain technology, represents the deed of ownership and the certificate of authenticity of a unique asset (digital or physical).

[0009] Therefore the main objective of the present invention is to propose a device composed of an accessory element and a related tie for clothing, such as to represent a stable overall structure, possibly adjustable in length, and therefore constitute a product aesthetically similar to a common tie with respective knot, which can be worn simply and easily.

[0010] Furthermore, the main objective is also to integrate NFC (Near Field Communication) technology into the above said accessory, thus allowing communication and data transmission with electronic devices present nearby, and NFT (Non Fungible Token) technology, giving the produced a unique certificate of authenticity, as generally happens for pieces of art and exclusive products.

[0011] Another objective is to include means which can open the respective housing spaces and provide for the insertion of the tie, and which can close the same housing spaces and therefore keep the same tie stably locked inside; this possibility of inserting different ties and of different types, colours, fabrics and geometric shapes at different times therefore allows the device to be coordinated with the type and style of clothing of the clothes and other accessories worn.

In this way, a stable overall structure is defined, possibly adjustable in length, and therefore constitutes a clothing device 100, aesthetically similar to a common tie with respective knot.

Device (100) composed of an accessory element (101) and a related tie (113) for clothing, according to the previous claim 1, characterized in that: - one or more of the above said lower (111), upper left (109) and upper right (110) loops are made up of respective spring flaps, which can be lifted and / or rotated from their position, transversely or laterally with respect to the housing surface of the accessory element (101), so as to open the respective lower passage spaces (112), upper left passage spaces (107) and upper right passage spaces (108) and provide for the insertion of the tie (113); the same spring flaps can be lowered and / or rotated in the opposite direction compared to the previous one, towards their initial position, so as to close the respective spaces for the lower passage (112), the upper left passage (107) and the upper right passage (108), and then keep the same tie (113) stably locked inside.

Device (100) composed of an accessory element (101) and a related tie (113) for clothing, according to one or more of the previous claims, characterized in that: - the above said accessory element (101) includes an additional tie clip element, constituted for example by a rubber insert, positioned between the above said lower (111), upper left (109), upper right (110) loops and the internal surface of the said 'Y' shaped cavity, so as to block and keep under pressure the same tie (113) stably inside.
