Claims

Claims1. A wearable decorative article (1; 1' ) , characterised in comprising (3) a locking mechanism configured to detachable interlock a first part (2; 2' ) and a second part (9) of said wearable decorative article, wherein the locking mechanism comprises a first lock part on the first part (2; 2' ) , a second lock part associated with the second part (9) , which second lock part comprises a lock ring (12) , and- an actuator device (11) in engagement with the lock ring (12) and being configured to, from outside the second part (9) , to actuate a reciprocating rotation of the lock ring (12) in relation to the first lock part about the central axis (X) of the first part (2; 2' ) to interlock the lock ring (12) with the first lock part in the assembled state of the wearable decorative article (I; !' ) , and release the second lock part from the first lock part in the disassembled state of the wearable decorative article (1; 1' ) .

A wearable decorative article (I; !' ) according to claim 1, characterised in that the wearable decorative article (I; !' ) comprises- an ornamentation device (3) arranged between the first part (2; 2' ) and the second part (9) , preferably a replaceable ornamentation device (3) , or- the first part (2; 2' ) is integrally formed with the ornamentation device or has ornamentation, preferably the first part (2; 2' ) has a plurality of spaced apart through-openings (16; 16a, 16b) through which the ornamentation device (3) is visible, and / or the first part (2; 2' ) is transparent.

A wearable decorative article (I; !' ) according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the second lock part includes that the second part (9) has at least one axially extending first through-hole (17a, 17b) configured for passage of the first lock part in form of at least one guide pin (18a, 18b) that protrudes axially from the first part (2; 2' ) towards the second part (2; 2' ) , preferably the replaceable ornamentation device (3) has at least one notch (23a, 23b) aligned or alignable with the at least one axially extending first through-hole (17a, 17b) through the second part ( 9 ) .

A wearable decorative article (I; !' ) according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that the second lock part further comprises a backing part (14) configured to be mounted to a bottom part of the second part (9) and having a peripheral cut-out (34) that allows the reciprocating rotation of the actuator device (11) .

A wearable decorative article (I; !' ) according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that the lock ring (12) comprises- at least one first through-going slot (47, 48) for passage of the first lock part, and- a ring hole (41) for passage of the actuator device (11) , wherein preferably- the at least one first through-going slot (47, 48) has a lock end (47a, 48a) and an opposite release end (47b, 48b) , wherein the lock end (47a, 48a) of the at least one first through-going slot (47, 48) is dimensioned to detachably clamp around the first lock part, and the opposite release end (47b, 48b) of the at least one first through-going slot (47, 48) is wider thanthe lock end (47a, 48a) to facilitate release of the first lock part.

A wearable decorative article (I; !' ) according to claim 5, characterised in that the actuator device (11) comprises- a tubular actuator part (35) that protrudes axially from the second part (9) , and- an actuator peg (37) that extends axially through the ring hole (41) of the lock ring (12) and out of the peripheral cut-out (34) of the backing part (14) to be accessible for actuation from outside the backing part (14) to reciprocate along the peripheral cut-out (34) to rotate the lock ring (12) in a first direction (Al) a sector of a circle to arrange the first lock part unlocked inside the release end (47b, 48b) of the first through-going slot (47, 48) in the disassembled state of the wearable decorative article (I; !' ) , and to rotate the lock ring (12) in a second direction (A2) opposite the first direction (Al) a sector of a circle to arrange the first lock part locked inside the lock end (47a, 48a) of the first through-going slot (47, 48) in the assembled state of the wearable decorative article (1; 1' ) , respectively, preferably the angular length of the sector of a circle corresponds substantially to the angular length of the first through-going slot (47, 48) of the lock ring (12) , and / or to the angular length of the peripheral cut-out (34) of the backing part (14) .

A wearable decorative article (I; !' ) according to any of the preceding claims 4, 5 or 6, characterised in that the second lock part comprises an open-ended partially ringshaped spring element (13) arranged between the backing part (14) and the lock ring (12) , which open-ended partially ring-shaped spring element (13) delimits a gap (56) between its opposite free ends (55a, 55b) ,preferably the gap (56) is arranged at least substantially aligned with the peripheral cut-out (34) of the backing part ( 14 ) .

A wearable decorative article (I; !' ) according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that the second part (9) has an annular lower recess or annular lower cavity (32) configured for accommodating at least the lock ring (12) , and / or the second part (9) has an annular upper recess or annular upper cavity (28) configured for accommodating at least the ornamentation device (3) , and optionally for at least partially accommodating the first part (2; 2' ) .

A wearable decorative article (I; !' ) according to any of the preceding claims, characterised in that said wearable decorative article (I; !' ) is selected from the group of wearable articles comprising a pendant, a bangle (5) , a bracelet, a finger ring, an ear ring, a brooch, bow, fillet, ribbon, headband, belt buckle, shoe buckle, or tie pin, or is included in an ornamentation assembly selected from the group comprising a pendant, a bangle (5) , a bracelet, a finger ring, an ear ring, a brooch, bow, fillet, ribbon, headband, belt buckle, shoe buckle, or tie pin, optionally said wearable decorative article or ornamentation assembly is natural jewellery, imitation, trinket, locket or combinations thereof.

A method of replacing a replaceable ornamentation device (3) or replacing a replaceable first part (2; 2' ) of the wearable decorative article (I; !' ) according to any of the preceding claims comprising the steps of: a) rotating the lock ring (12) in a first direction (Al) by operating the actuator device (11) to set the first lock part free of the second lock part,b) removing the replaceable first part (2; 2' ) and / or the replaceable ornamentation device (3) , c) replacing the replaceable ornamentation device (3) with another replaceable ornamentation device (3) , and / or replacing the replaceable first part with another replaceable first part, d) arranging the first lock part of the replaceable first part (2; 2' ) in engagement with the second lock part associated with the second part (9) , and e) rotating the lock ring (12) in a second direction (A2) opposite the first direction by operating the actuator device (11) for the first lock part to interlock with the second lock part, preferably the first direction (Al) of step a) is towards the release end (47b, 48b) of the at least one first through-going slot (47, 48) , and the second direction (A2) of step e) is towards the lock end (47a, 48a) of the at least one first through-going slot (47, 48) .
