[0003] The present invention claims priority from French application 2301820 filed on 02 / 28 / 2023, the content of which (text, drawings and claims) is incorporated herein by reference.

[0005] The invention relates to the technical field of vehicle headlight projectors.

[0006] The invention finds its application in particular in the rear headlights of a motor vehicle.

[0007] State of the art

[0008] A vehicle headlight projector, particularly a rear headlight, typically includes interface parts between the headlight housing and a vehicle component (e.g. body side, fender, bumper, etc.). These interface parts are generally made in the form of elastically deformable tabs, and make it possible to attenuate or even eliminate vibrations caused by a collision between the housing and the vehicle component. Such collisions generate unpleasant or even disturbing noises for vehicle passengers. Furthermore, such collisions can cause damage (or even breakage) to the headlight glass, which then requires replacement of the headlight glass in an after-sales service. The more fragile the headlight glass, the greater the risk of damage or breakage.

CLAIMS 1. Headlight (1) of a vehicle, comprising: - a housing (2), comprising: an internal surface (20), delimiting a receiving volume, and comprising at least one indexing cavity (200); an external surface (21), opposite the internal surface (20), comprising at least one protuberance (210) formed by the indexing cavity (200); - a mask (3), arranged in the receiving volume to mask at least part of the internal surface (20), and comprising an indexing element (30) arranged in the indexing cavity (200); - a set of optical modules, arranged in the reception volume, each optical module being intended to provide a lighting function or a signaling function; - a projector glass (4), mounted on the housing (2) above the mask (3) and the set of optical modules; - at least one interface part (5), elastically deformable, intended to be interposed between the external surface (21) of the housing (2) and an element of the vehicle such as a body side; characterized in that the interface part (5) is glued to the protuberance (210) formed by the indexing cavity (200).

2. Projector (1) according to claim 1, in which the protuberance (210) formed by the indexing cavity (200) has a flat surface on which the interface part (5) is glued.

3. Projector (1) according to claim 2, wherein the flat surface has a rectangular section.

4. Projector (1) according to one of claims 1 to 3, in which the indexing cavity (200) has a rectangular section.

5. Projector (1) according to one of claims 1 to 4, in which the interface part (5) is made of an elastomeric material.

6. Projector (1) according to one of claims 1 to 5, in which the interface part (5) is produced in the form of an elastic block, preferably parallelepiped.

7. Projector (1) according to one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the indexing element (30) is in the form of a tenon.

8. Projector (1) according to one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the indexing element (30) comprises at least one rib (300).

9. Vehicle, comprising at least one headlight (1) according to one of claims 1 to 8.

10. Vehicle according to claim 9, in which the headlight (1) is arranged at the rear of the vehicle.
