Patent claims 1. A child carrier for attaching a child's leg to a shoulder strap, comprising a carrying cuff made of a flexible band and having a locking mechanism for securing a child's leg to the shoulder strap, characterized in that the carrying cuff is coupled to a flexible locking cuff having a locking mechanism such that the locking cuff can be secured to the shoulder strap by looping it around and closing the locking mechanism.
