1. A clothes treating apparatus comprising: a tub; a drying device configured to supply dry air to the tub and comprising a drying case on which an evaporator and a condenser are mounted; a filter detachably mountable on the drying device; and a sealing member configured to seal between the filter and the drying case when the filter is mounted on the drying device, wherein the drying case comprises: a filter rail configured to guide the filter so that the sealing member is spaced apart from the drying case while the filter is mounted on the drying device; and a close-contact guide configured to guide the filter so that the sealing member comes into close contact with the drying case when the filter is mounted on the drying device.
2. The clothes treating apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the close-contact guide comprises: a close-contact support portion configured to support the filter in a direction in which the sealing member comes into close contact with the drying case; and a connection guide extending between the filter rail and the filter support portion.
3. The clothes treating apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the close-contact support portion is configured to press a rear end of the filter in the direction in which the sealing member comes into close contact with the drying case when the filter is mounted on the drying device, and the drying case comprises a case support portion configured to press a front end of the filter in the direction in which the sealing member comes into close contact with the drying case when the filter is mounted on the drying device.
4. The clothes treating apparatus according to claim 3, wherein the drying case comprises a case fixing portion configured to press the filter in a direction perpendicular to a direction in which the close-contact guide presses the filter when the filter is mounted on the drying device.
5. The clothes treating apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the drying case comprises a rail entry portion configured to guide the filter to the filter rail while the filter is mounted on the drying device.

The clothes treating apparatus according to claim 9, wherein the filter body comprises a body coupling portion, and the filter cover comprises a cover coupling portion couplable to the body coupling portion, and is configured to be mountable on the filter body by magnetic force with the magnetic material when the cover coupling portion is coupled to the body coupling portion.
