Description

DRAFT SHIELD AND ELECTRONIC BALANCE COMPRISING SAMEBACKGROUND OF THE INVENTIONTechnical Field

[0001] The present invention relates to the field of electronic balances, and in particular, to a draft shield and an electronic balance comprising same.

[0002] Background Art

[0003] An electronic balance is a balance that uses an electromagnetic force to balance and weigh a weight of an object. The electronic balance is characterized by accurate and reliable weighing, fast and clear display, and provision of an automatic testing system, a simple automatic calibration device, an overload protection device, etc. The electronic balance is usually suitable for industry, agriculture, commerce, schools, hospitals, scientific research and other units, and has certain requirements for sensitivity and stability.

[0004] In these workplaces, weighing is easily affected by an external environment. Therefore, the electronic balance is usually provided with a draft shield, which becomes an essential part of the electronic balance.

[0005] However, in the draft shield, an existing method of connection between a windshield column and a top cover of the balance is very complicated. Usually, a column is fixed to an upper cover by means of a screw and a connecting plate. The column and the upper cover are securely connected to each other, and are assembled into a complete draft shield together with a bottom shell. In such a structure, it is necessary to use screws to fix columns to the top cover of a windshield, and it is also necessary to use a metal plate component to fix the positions of left and right columns relative to the windshield.

[0006] Since there are many parts involved, an assembly process is complicated, an assembly time of a production line is long, production line workers need a lot of time to complete assembly, and the cost is high. In addition, for an after-sales service team, later maintenance is more troublesome.

[0007] In view of this, the inventor of the present application has designed a draft shield and an electronic balance comprising same in order to overcome the foregoing technical problems.SUMMARY

[0050] To make the above objectives, features and advantages of the present invention more apparent and easier to understand, specific implementations of the present invention are described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0051] Embodiments of the present invention will now be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. Reference will now be made in detail to the preferred embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. The same reference signs used in all the accompanying drawings denote identical or similar parts wherever possible.

[0052] Furthermore, although the terms used in the present invention are selected from well-known common terms, some of the terms mentioned in the description of the present invention may have been selected by the applicant according to his or her determination, and the detailed meaning thereof is described in the relevant section described herein.

[0053] Furthermore, the present invention must be understood, not simply by the actual terms used but also by the meanings encompassed by each term.

[0054] As shown in FIG. 1, the present invention discloses an electronic balance, which comprises a draft shield 100 and a balance body 200, and the draft shield 100 is mounted on the balance body 200. In the prior art, a column is fixed to an upper cover by means of a screw and a connecting plate. One end portion of the column and the upper cover are securely connected to each other, and the other end portion of the column and a bottom shell are assembled into a complete draft shield.

[0055] In such a structure, it is necessary to use screws to fix columns to the top cover of a windshield, and it is also necessary to use a metal plate component to fix the positions of left and right columns relative to the windshield. This mounting method is very complicated, involving many parts and not facilitating later maintenance.

[0056] Therefore, the present invention improves the mounting structure of columns and an upper cover in the draft shield 100, and achieves the mounting stability and convenience. The specific structure of the draft shield 100 in the present invention will be described in detail below.

[0057] As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the draft shield 100 disclosed in the present invention comprises an upper cover 110, a bottom shell 120 positioned opposite the upper cover,  and at least two columns 130 arranged in a vertical direction and connected to the upper cover 110 and the bottom shell 120. The columns 130 each comprise a first end portion and a second end portion. The first end portion of each of the columns 130 is detachably connected to the upper cover 110, for example, by engagement or rotatable connection. The second end portion of each of the columns 130 is fixedly connected to the bottom shell 120, for example, by means of a screw or another fixed connecting member, to fixedly connect the columns 130 to the bottom shell 120.

[0058] Alternatively, the technical solution of the present application may also be provided as follows. First end portions of the columns 130 are detachably connected to the bottom shell 120, for example, by engagement or rotatable connection. Second end portions of the columns 130 are fixedly connected to the upper cover 110, for example, by means of a screw or another fixed connecting member, to fixedly connect the columns 130 to the upper cover 110.

[0059] Alternatively, the technical solution of the present application may be also provided as follows. Two end portions of each of the columns 130 are respectively detachably connected to the upper cover 110 and the bottom shell 120, for example, by engagement or rotatable connection.

[0060] By means of the aforementioned mounting method, the columns 130 are arranged in parallel with each other at end portions of the upper cover 110 and the bottom shell 120. The upper cover 110, the bottom shell 120 and the columns 130 form a frame structure, and the windshield is arranged around the frame structure.

[0061] All the above implementations can achieve the objective of the present invention, and are within the scope of protection of the present application. Since the above implementations are all based on one principle, the following detailed description will be made mainly by taking an example in which the columns 130 are detachably connected to the upper cover 110 and are fixedly connected to the bottom shell 120.

[0062] Referring to FIGS. 4 and 5, in this embodiment, a bottom end surface of the upper cover 110 is provided with at least one first limiting portion 111 and at least one second limiting portion 112. The first limiting portion 111 protrudes outwardly in a direction parallel to a direction of extension of the columns, for example, protrudes downwardly along the bottom end surface of the upper cover 110 (only the first limiting portion 111 on one side of the upper cover 110 is shown in FIG. 5, but in fact, the structure on the other side is of the same symmetrical structure) . An end portion of each of the columns 130 is provided with at least one first limiting hole 131 (only the structure of one column  130 is shown in FIG. 4, and the other column 130 is of the same structure) . The first limiting portion 111 is mounted in the corresponding first limiting hole 131, and the structures of the first limiting portion 111 and the first limiting hole 131 correspondingly match each other.

[0063] The bottom end surface of the upper cover 110 is further provided with the second limiting portion 112. The second limiting portion 112 protrudes outwardly in a direction normal to the direction of extension of the columns 130, for example, protrudes towards a side portion along the bottom end surface of the draft shield upper cover 110 (only the second limiting portion 112 on one side of the upper cover 110 is shown in FIG. 5, but in fact, the structure on the other side is of the same symmetrical structure) . The first end portion of each of the column 130 further comprises a side portion for locating a second limiting hole 132 (only the structure of one column 130 is shown in FIG. 4, and the other column 130 is of the same structure) . The second limiting portion 112 is connected to the corresponding second limiting hole 132, and the structures of the second limiting portion 112 and the second limiting hole 132 correspondingly match each other.

[0064] In some embodiments, the structure of the upper cover 110 may preferably be configured to comprise two mounting posts 113 arranged in parallel with each other and a cross beam 114. The mounting posts 113 are connected to each other by means of the cross beam 114. The first limiting portion111 is respectively arranged on the two mounting posts 113, and the second limiting portion 112 is respectively arranged on the two mounting posts 113.

[0065] The columns 130 are of a hollow columnar structure in structure. In this way, the first limiting portion 111 is mounted in the first limiting hole 131, so that the first limiting portion 111 is rotatably connected to the first limiting hole 131, thereby causing the columns 130 to be rotatably mounted relative to the upper cover 110.

[0066] Referring to FIGS. 4 to 6 again, in some embodiments, the first limiting portion 111 is rotatably connected to the first limiting hole 131, the first limiting portion 111 may preferably be of a cylindrical structure, and the first limiting hole 131 may preferably be of a circular hole structure. Of course, this is only an example, and other connection structures that can implement rotation can implement the technical solutions of the present invention, and fall within the scope of protection of the present invention.

[0067] In some embodiments, the second limiting portion 112 may preferably comprise a limiting bump 116. A mounting base 115 is arranged on the bottom end surface of the  upper cover 110. For example, in this embodiment, the mounting base 115 is arranged on the corresponding mounting post 113. The mounting base 115 comprises a first side surface and a second side surface. The limiting bump 116 is fixed to the first side surface of the mounting base 115, such that the limiting bump 116 is correspondingly connected to the corresponding second limiting hole 132. A plurality of reinforcing ribs 117 are arranged between the second side surface of the mounting base 115 and the corresponding mounting post 113.

[0068] Of course, when the bottom shell 120 is detachably connected to the columns 130, the mounting base 115 may also be arranged on the bottom shell 120, and the limiting bump 116 is fixed to one side surface of the mounting base 115, such that the limiting bump 116 is correspondingly connected to the corresponding second limiting hole 132. A plurality of reinforcing ribs 117 are arranged between the second side surface of the mounting base 115 and the corresponding mounting post 113.

[0069] Similarly, when the upper cover 110 and the bottom shell 120 are both detachably connected to the columns 130, the mounting bases 115 are respectively mounted on the upper cover 110 and the bottom shell 120, and the limiting bump 116 is fixed to one side surface of the mounting base 115, such that the limiting bump 116 is correspondingly connected to the corresponding second limiting hole 132. A plurality of reinforcing ribs 117 are arranged between the other side surface of the mounting base 115 and the corresponding mounting post 113.

[0070] The aforementioned structural principles are the same and are within the scope of protection of the present application. Herein, only an embodiment is taken as an example, and those skilled in the art should understand the evolution of the other two structural modes.

[0071] In this embodiment, requirements for strength, packaging and transportation protection of the draft shield can be met by adjusting design parameters such as thicknesses, shapes, and widths of the structures of the mounting base 115 and the limiting bump 116. The structure of the column 130 that matches the mounting base and the limiting bump also needs to be correspondingly adjusted.

[0072] For the mounting base 115, an example is given below with reference to specific data in the actual test.

[0073] For example, the mounting base 115 according to an embodiment of the present invention has a length of 27 mm, a wall thickness of 2.2 mm, and a height of 16 mm. In  the actual test, it is found that the wall thickness of the mounting base 115 has the greatest influence on the tensile strength. An approximate relationship between the wall thickness of the mounting base 115 and a maximum tensile force that can be borne at the joint of the columns is as follows.

[0074] When the wall thickness of the mounting base 115 is 0-1 mm, the maximum tensile force ranges from 0-300 N. When the wall thickness of the mounting base 115 is 1-2 mm, the maximum tensile force ranges from 300-800 N. When the wall thickness of the mounting base 115 is 2-3 mm, the maximum tensile force ranges from 800-1200 N. When the wall thickness of the mounting base 115 is 3 mm or more, the maximum tensile force range is 1200 N or more.

[0075] For the limiting bump 116, an example is given below with reference to specific data in the actual test.

[0076] For example, the limiting bump 116 according to an embodiment of the present invention has a length of 22 mm, a width of 3.7 mm and a height of 2 mm. In the actual test, it is found that the width of the limiting bump 116 has the greatest influence on the tensile strength, and an approximate relationship between the width of the limiting bump 116 and the maximum tensile force that can be borne at the joint of the columns is as follows.

[0077] When the width of the limiting bump 116 is 0-1 mm, the maximum tensile force ranges from 0-350 N. When the width of the limiting bump 116 is 1-2 mm, the maximum tensile force ranges from 350-950 N. When the width of the limiting bump 116 is 2-4 mm, the maximum tensile force ranges from 950-1500 N. When the width of the limiting bump 116 is 4 mm or more, the maximum tensile force range is 1500 N or more.

[0078] The limiting bump 116 herein may preferably be of an elliptical strip structure, a circular strip structure or a polygonal strip structure. The shape of the second limiting hole 132 matches the shape of the limiting bump 116. When the columns 130 are assembled with the upper cover 110, the limiting bump 116 is correspondingly fastened with the second limiting hole 132.

[0079] Of course, this is only an example herein. The shapes of the limiting bump 116 and the second limiting hole 132 are not limited to ellipses or the shapes mentioned above, and they need to match each other according to actual requirements. Other achievable engagement structures that can implement the technical solutions of the present invention fall within the scope of protection of the present invention.

[0080] As shown in FIG. 7, requirements for strength, packaging and transportation protection of the draft shield can be met by adjusting the shape, number, thickness and arrangement of the reinforcing ribs 117.

[0081] For example, there may preferably be five reinforcing ribs 117 according to an embodiment of the present invention, and the reinforcing ribs have a thickness of 2 mm, are equally spaced in parallel and uniformly, and are in the shape of an inclined chamfered triangular rib structure. Specifically, the requirements for strength, packaging and transportation protection of the draft shield can be met by adjusting the number, thickness, arrangement and shape of the reinforcing ribs 117.

[0082] In some embodiments, the upper cover 110 or the bottom shell 120 may be further provided with a position locking boss 118. For example, in this embodiment, a position locking boss 118 is arranged on the mounting post 113 of the upper cover 110, is located on a side proximate to the mounting base 115, and is configured to limit the positions of the columns 130. A first end surface 1181 of the position locking boss 118 may preferably be configured as an inclined surface, and the first end surface 1181 faces the second limiting portion 112, such that a limiting groove is formed between the first end surface 1181 and the second limiting portion 112. For example, the inclined surface in this embodiment is configured to be inclined from top to bottom, and an inclination angle of the inclined surface may be set to 45° or 60°.

[0083] In this embodiment, the position locking boss 118 may preferably be of a structure in the shape of a protruding inclined surface. Of course, in addition, the position locking boss 118 may also be an arc-shaped boss, a cylindrical boss, a square boss and have another shape and structure that can achieve the locking purpose, and these structures all fall within the scope of protection of the present application.

[0084] In addition, the upper cover 110 or the bottom shell 120 may be further provided with a limiting groove 119. For example, in this embodiment, the cross beam 114 of the upper cover 110 is provided with a limiting groove 119. For example, the limiting groove 119 may preferably be configured as a notch. In this embodiment, the limiting groove 119 is located at a joint between the cross beam 114 and the mounting post 113, and is configured to control a rotation angle of the columns 130. The limiting groove 119 has a limiting wall 1191.

[0085] The first limiting portion 111 is rotatably connected to the first limiting hole 131, and the columns 130 can rotate in the limiting groove 119. When the columns 130 are in a locked position, there is a distance between the columns 130 and the limiting wall 1191  (as shown in FIG. 9) . When the columns 130 are in an unlocked position, the columns 130 abut against the limiting wall 1191 (as shown in FIG. 8) .

[0086] By adjusting the shape and the width of the limiting groove 119, the rotation angle of the columns 130 during mounting can be adjusted. In addition, a corresponding notch may also be designed in the column 130 as the limiting groove 119, provided that an avoidance function can be achieved. These structures fall within the scope of protection of the present application.

[0087] As shown in FIGS. 8 to 10, during mounting of the columns 130 and the upper cover 110, a second limiting portion 112 and a first limiting portion 111 pass through a hollow structure of an end portion of the column 130, and a specific mounting process is as follows.

[0088] The upper cover 110 and the column 130 are held with a hand first to align the first limiting hole 131 of the column 130 with the first limiting portion 111 of the upper cover 110, so that the first limiting portion 111 is inserted into the first limiting hole 131 to form a rotatable connection. The column 130 is preliminarily pre-located.

[0089] Then, the column 130 is slightly inclined to avoid the position locking boss 118. In addition, the column 130 is rotated clockwise around the first limiting portion 111, such that the second limiting portion 112 of the upper cover 110 is mounted into the second limiting hole 132 in the column 130.

[0090] When the second limiting hole 132 is fastened with the second limiting portion 112, an outer wall of the column 130 on one side is tightly engaged at the position locking boss 118. Such a structure can effectively limit the movement of the column 130, thereby making the connection between the column 130 and the upper cover 110 more stable.

[0091] The column 130 is then righted. At this time, the column 130 and the upper cover 110 are effectively connected together.

[0092] According to the above structural description, in the process of mounting the column 130 and rotating the column clockwise, the limiting groove 119 and the position locking boss 118 are specially designed on the upper cover 110. The limiting groove 119 can control the column 130 to rotate within a certain angle, and the position locking boss 118 can make the column 130 more securely connected to the upper cover 110, so that the column is less likely to withdraw.

[0093] Considering the particularity of an application environment of the draft shield, high stability is required. Therefore, according to an actual situation, in the embodiment of the present application, the strength of the overall structure of the product can be improved by adjusting external dimensions of the second limiting portion 112 of the upper cover 110, thereby meeting requirements for structural stability, functionality, packaging and transportation, etc. of the product. The second limiting portion 112 of the upper cover 110 cooperates with the second limiting hole 132 of the column 130, so that the upper cover 110 and the column 130 are stably connected together.

[0094] Finally, the bottom shell 120 and the column 130 are assembled together via screws, thereby forming a stable and reliable draft shield 100.

[0095] As described above, the draft shield according to the present invention aims to provide a simple, reliable and convenient connection structure between the columns and the upper cover. An operator only needs to align the first limiting hole in the column with the first limiting portion of the upper cover, and rotate the column clockwise after insertion, so that the second limiting portion of the upper cover is clamped in the second limiting hole in the column, and thus the position of the column is fixed.

[0096] When the column needs to be disassembled, the upper cover is held and the column is rotated counterclockwise to a certain angle, so that the column can be easily and conveniently taken out from the upper cover.

[0097] Such a structure can be used to improve the reliability of the product, save screws and sheet metals, improve the production efficiency of a production line, and facilitate operations by service and maintenance teams.

[0098] Specific words are used in the present application to describe the embodiments of the present application. For example, "one embodiment", "an embodiment", and / or "some embodiments"mean a certain feature, structure, or characteristic related to at least one embodiment of the present application. Therefore, it should be emphasized and noted that "an embodiment"or "one embodiment"or "an alternative embodiment"mentioned twice or more in different positions in the description does not necessarily refer to the same embodiment. In addition, certain features, structures, or characteristics in one or more embodiments of the present application can be appropriately combined.

[0099] Although specific implementations of the present invention have been described above, those skilled in the art should understand that these are merely examples, and the scope of protection of the present invention is defined by the appended claims. Various  alterations or modifications to these implementations can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle and essence of the present invention. However, these alterations and modifications all fall within the scope of protection of the present invention.
