[0026] The present invention is further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

[0027] As shown in FIG. 1, an outdoor sunshade umbrella with an umbrella column lifting structure includes an umbrella column base 1, an umbrella column assembly 2, an umbrella frame assembly, and an armrest shell assembly 4. The umbrella column assembly 2 is fixed on the umbrella column base 1. The armrest shell assembly 4 is slidably connected to the umbrella column assembly 2 and can be locked at any position to control opening and closing of the umbrella frame assembly. The umbrella frame assembly includes a cantilever assembly 5 and an umbrella skeleton assembly 3.

[0028] The cantilever assembly 5 includes a cantilever body 5-1, a connecting rod body 6, and an umbrella face deflection assembly 5-2. The umbrella skeleton assembly 3 is mounted at an outer end of the cantilever body 5-1. The inner end of the cantilever body 5-1 is hinged onto the armrest shell assembly 4 through the umbrella face deflection assembly 5-2 and can rotate around an axis under driving of the umbrella face deflection assembly 5-2. An inner end of the connecting rod body 6 is hinged to a top of the umbrella column assembly 2, and an outer end thereof is connected to the cantilever body 5-1, which can provide support for the rotating cantilever body 5-1.

[0029] A specific structure is shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2. An outer end of the connecting rod body 6 is connected to the cantilever body 5-1 through a pipe sleeve assembly 7. The outer end of the connecting rod body 6 is hinged to the pipe sleeve assembly 7. The cantilever body 5-1 passes through an inner ring of the pipe sleeve assembly 7 and can slide along an axial direction of the pipe sleeve assembly 7 while being able to rotate around an axis of the pipe sleeve assembly 7. Through arrangement of the connecting rod body 6, the support for the cantilever body 5-1 can be provided, and interference caused to rotation of the cantilever body 5-1 can be avoided at the same time.

[0030] As shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, the umbrella column assembly 2 includes an upper umbrella column 2-1 and a lower umbrella column 2-2. The lower umbrella column 2-2 is fixed on the umbrella column base 1 and has a hollow shell structure. The upper umbrella column 2-1 and the lower umbrella column 2-2 are in sliding fit and have a lifting adjustment mechanism 2-3 arranged therebetween. By driving the lifting adjustment mechanism 2-3 by the staff, ascending or descending of the upper umbrella column 2-1 relative to the lower umbrella column 2-2 can be implemented, and the upper umbrella column can be locked at any height, so that lifting adjustment of the umbrella skeleton assembly 3 in a height direction can be achieved, thus preventing the umbrella skeleton assembly 3 from being interfered with by external objects such as branches when being unfolded.

[0031] As shown in FIG. 3 to FIG. 6, the lifting adjustment mechanism 2-3 includes an adjusting assembly and a lifting driving assembly. The adjusting assembly includes a mounting base 2-3-1, a screw rod 2-3-2, and a receiving part 2-3-3. The mounting base 2-3-1 is fixed on the upper umbrella column 2-1. The screw rod 2-3-2 is rotatably connected to the mounting base 2-3-1 and can rotate under driving of the lifting driving assembly. The receiving part 2-3-3 is fixed at a port of the lower umbrella column 2-2, and is provided with a threaded hole matched with the screw rod 2-3-2. A tail end of the screw rod 2-3-2 passes through the threaded hole and is in threaded fit with the threaded hole. When the screw rod 2-3-2 rotates under driving of the lifting driving assembly, the upper umbrella column 2-1 is pushed to move upwards or downwards with cooperation of the receiving part 2-3-3, thereby achieving lifting operation of the upper umbrella column 2-1.

[0032] As shown in FIG. 4 and FIG. 5, the lifting driving assembly includes a transmission rod 2-3-4, a connecting member 2-3-5, and a first bevel gear 2-3-6 and a second bevel gear 2-3-7 that are meshed with each other. The transmission rod 2-3-4 is rotatably connected to the upper umbrella column 2-1, and an outer end of the transmission rod is exposed. The transmission rod 2-3-4 is provided with a square insertion hole. The staff can insert an second crank handle 9-3 into the insertion hole, thereby driving rotation of the transmission rod 2-3-4. The second crank handle 9-3 can also replaced by crank handle 8-3.The first bevel gear 2-3-6 is fixed at an inner end of the transmission rod 2-3-4. The second bevel gear 2-3-7 is fixed to a top of the screw rod 2-3-2 through the connecting member 2-3-5. When the staff rotates the transmission rod 2-3-4, the screw rod 2-3-2 is driven to rotate synchronously, thereby achieving lifting operation of the upper umbrella column 2-1.

[0033] In this embodiment, the screw rod 2-3-2 is fixed to the connecting member 2-3-5 by a screw. An outer ring of the connecting member 2-3-5 is fixed with a bearing (not shown in the figures). The mounting base 2-3-1 is provided with a stepped groove 2-4 matched with the bearing. The bearing is embedded and fixed in the stepped groove 2-4, thereby achieving a rotational fit between the connecting member 2-3-5 and the mounting base 2-3-1.

[0034] Further, the outer ring of the connecting member 2-3-5 is fixed with two limiting members 2-5. The two limiting members 2-5 are spaced apart to limit a position of the connecting member 2-3-5 relative to the mounting base 2-3-1, so as to avoid that the upper umbrella column 2-1 cannot complete the lifting operation due to movement of the connecting member 2-3-5.

[0035] Further, a stabilizer is mounted at a tail end of the screw rod 2-3-2. The stabilizer is in sliding fit with the lower umbrella column 2-2. A mounting hole matched with the tail end of the screw rod 2-3-2 is formed in the stabilizer. The tail end of the screw rod 2-3-2 is rotatably connected in the mounting hole. When the screw rod 2-3-2 ascends or descends, the tail end is limited by the stabilizer, thereby ensuring the lifting stability of the screw rod 2-3-2.

[0036] As shown in FIG. 4, the armrest shell assembly 4 includes an armrest shell body 4-1 and a locking and fixing assembly 4-2. The armrest shell body 4-1 is slidably connected to the upper umbrella column 2-1 and can be locked at any position through the locking and fixing assembly 4-2. The armrest shell body 4-1 is provided with an umbrella rope winding and releasing assembly 8. The umbrella skeleton assembly 3 is provided with an umbrella rope connected to the umbrella rope winding and releasing assembly 8. Retraction or unfolding of the umbrella skeleton assembly 3 can be achieved by winding or releasing the umbrella rope through the umbrella rope winding and releasing assembly 8.

[0037] As shown in FIG. 7, the umbrella rope winding and releasing assembly 8 includes a transmission shaft 8-1, a rope winding wheel 8-2, and a crank handle 8-3. The transmission shaft 8-1 is rotatably connected in an inner cavity of the armrest shell body 4-1, and an outer end thereof is provided with a first insertion hole matched with the crank handle 8-3. An inner end of the crank handle 8-3 can be inserted into the first insertion hole and input power to drive the transmission shaft 8-1 to rotate. The rope winding wheel 8-2 is fixed on the transmission shaft 8-1 and can synchronously rotate when the transmission shaft 8-1 rotates, thereby winding or releasing the umbrella rope. Further, a bidirectional anti-slip torsion spring is arranged between the rope winding wheel 8-2 and the armrest shell body 4-1, which can lock a rotation angle of the rope winding wheel 8-2 after the rope winding wheel rotates, thereby avoiding further release of the umbrella rope.

[0038] As shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, the locking and fixing assembly 4-2 includes a driving member 4-2-1 and a lock pin 4-2-2. The driving member 4-2-1 is slidably connected to the armrest shell body 4-1, and can switch between moving close to or moving away from the upper umbrella column 2-1. The lock pin 4-2-2 is fixed at a top of the driving member 4-2-1. A locking member 4-3 matched with the lock pin 4-2-2 is fixed on the upper umbrella column 2-1. A serrated clamping groove is formed in an outer surface of the locking member 4-3. In an initial state, an end portion of the lock pin 4-2-2 is clamped in the clamping groove. When the lock pin 4-2-2 moves towards a side away from the locking member 4-3 under driving of the driving member 4-2-1, the lock pin 4-2-2 is disengaged from the clamping groove, allowing the armrest shell body 4-1 to slide on the upper umbrella column 2-1. When the armrest shell body 4-1 slides to a desired position, the lock pin 4-2-2 moves towards a side of the locking member 4-3 under driving of the driving member 4-2-1 and is gradually inserted into a corresponding position of the clamping groove, thereby locking the position of the armrest shell body 4-1.

[0039] In this embodiment, a reset spring is mounted inside the armrest shell body 4-1. An outer end of the reset spring abuts against the driving member 4-2-1, providing elastic power for the driving member 4-2-1 to move outwards. When a user presses the driving member 4-2-1 inwards, the driving member 4-2-1 drives the lock pin 4-2-2 to move away from the locking member 4-3, and the reset spring is compressed. When the user releases the pressure applied to the driving member 4-2-1, the reset spring provides elastic power for the driving member 4-2-1 to move outwards. The lock pin 4-2-2 is gradually inserted into the clamping groove in the locking member 4-3 under driving of the driving member 4-2-1, thereby locking the armrest shell body 4-1.

[0040] As shown in FIG. 7, the umbrella face deflection assembly 5-2 includes a rotating sleeve base 5-2-1, and a worm gear 5-2-2 and a worm 5-2-3 that are matched with each other. The rotating sleeve base 5-2-1 is hinged onto the armrest shell body 4-1. The worm 5-2-3 is rotatably connected to a support base. The worm gear 5-2-2 is fixed to the inner end of the cantilever body 5-1 and can synchronously rotate when the worm 5-2-3 rotates, thus driving rotation of the cantilever body 5-1.

[0041] In this embodiment, a second insertion hole matched with the crank handle 8-3 is formed in an end portion. When an end portion of the crank handle 8-3 is inserted into the second insertion hole, the worm 5-2-3 can be driven to rotate by rotating the crank handle 8-3. Through matching between the worm 5-2-3 and the worm gear 5-2-2, the rotation adjustment of the cantilever body 5-1 can be achieved.

[0042] As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 8, the umbrella skeleton assembly 3 includes an upper umbrella disc body 3-1, a lower umbrella disc body 3-2, and a plurality of umbrella rib structures 3-3 arranged on the upper umbrella disc body 3-1 and the lower umbrella disc body 3-2 in a matched manner. The upper umbrella disc body 3-1 is matched with the outer end of the cantilever body 5-1 in a hinged manner. An outer end of the umbrella rope on the rope winding wheel 8-2 is connected to the lower umbrella disc body 3-2. When the rope winding wheel 8-2 winds the umbrella rope, the lower umbrella disc body 3-2 is driven to move close to an upper umbrella disc side, and the umbrella skeleton assembly 3 is switched to an unfolded state. When the rope winding wheel 8-2 releases the umbrella rope, the lower umbrella disc body 3-2 moves down under action of gravity to be away from the upper umbrella disc body 3-1, and the umbrella skeleton assembly 3 is switched to a retracted state.

[0043] As shown in FIG. 8, the upper umbrella disc body 3-1 is divided into an umbrella disc part at the top and an insertion part at the bottom. An insertion groove matched with the insertion part is formed in the lower umbrella disc body 3-2. When the umbrella skeleton assembly 3 is in an unfolded state, the upper umbrella disc body 3-1 and the lower umbrella disc body 3-2 move close to each other, and the insertion part in the upper umbrella disc body 3-1 is inserted into the insertion groove of the lower umbrella disc body 3-2. Each umbrella rib structure 3-3 is extended outwards and unfolded. When the umbrella frame body is in a retracted state, the upper umbrella disc body 3-1 and the lower umbrella disc body 3-2 move away from each other, and the insertion part in the upper umbrella disc body 3-1 is disengaged from the insertion groove of the lower umbrella disc body 3-2. Each umbrella rib structure 3-3 is folded inwards for retraction.

[0044] Each umbrella rib structure 3-3 includes a long umbrella rib and a short umbrella rib. A top end of the long umbrella rib is hinged to the upper umbrella disc body 3-1. A bottom end of the short umbrella rib is hinged to the lower umbrella disc body 3-2, and a top end thereof is hinged to the long umbrella rib, thereby forming the umbrella rib structure 3-3 that can be folded for retraction or unfolded with the long umbrella rib.
