[0094] The present application provides a double seat stroller 100, which can be used for one or two infants or children to sit. A baby carrier 300 can be installed on the double seat stroller 100. The baby carrier 300 can be a baby basket.

[0095] Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, the double seat stroller 100 may include a frame portion 101. The frame portion 101 can be a fixed structure in the width direction, that is, the frame portion 101 is not telescopic in the width direction. The frame portion 101 can be formed as a ring. The ring can approach a rectangle, for example, a rectangle with chamfers or transitions at four comers, but the present application is not limited to this.

[0096] The frame portion 101 may include: a push handle 110 located at the upper part of the double seat stroller 100; a foot pedal tube 160 located at the lower part of the double seat stroller 100; two push handle connecting rods 120 connected to the both ends of the push handle 110 respectively; and two front foot tubes 140 connected to both ends of the foot pedal tube 160 and connected to two push handle connecting rods 120, respectively. The frame portion 101 can be formed within one plane. The push handle 110 can be used to push the double seat stroller 100. The frame portion 101 can be inclined at a certain angle relative to the vertical plane, so that the push handle is close to the rear of the double seat stroller 100 and the foot pedal tube 160 is close to the front of the double seat stroller 100, but the present application is not limited to this. The push handle 110, the two push handle connecting rods 120, the two front foot tubes 140, and the foot pedal tube 160 can be formed as a whole, or be formed separately and assembled together.

[0097] The double seat stroller 100 can further include two rear foot tubes 150. The two rear foot tubes 150 can be pivotally connected to the connection portions between the two push handle connecting rods 120 and the two front foot tubes 140, respectively.

[0098] Alternatively, the two rear foot tubes 150 can be connected to the two push handle connecting rods 120, or be connected to the two front foot tubes 140.

[0099] A wheel 102 can be installed below the two rear foot tubes 150 and the foot pedal tube 160. The double seat stroller 100 may have three, four, or other numbers of wheels 102.

[0100] The double seat stroller may further include a second connecting rod 170, a first connecting rod 180, and a seat portion 190.

[0101] The first connecting rod 180 can be connected to the frame portion 101 to separate the space within the frame portion 101 into a first carrying space and a second carrying space. The width W1 of the first carrying space can be greater than the width W2 of the second carrying space (see FIG. 2).

[0102] The two ends of the second connecting rod 170 are respectively connected to the frame portion 101. The second connecting rod 170 can be horizontally arranged. Specifically, the two ends of the second connecting rod 170 can be respectively connected to the lower parts of both sides of the push handle 110, or can be respectively connected to the upper parts of the two push handle connecting rods 120.

[0103] One end of the first connecting rod 180 can be connected to the second connecting rod 170, and the other end of the first connecting rod 180 can be connected to the frame portion 101. Specifically, the other end of the first connecting rod 180 can be connected to the foot pedal tube 160.

[0104] The second connecting rod 170 and the first connecting rod 180 can both be located within the plane formed by the frame portion 101. Observing from the front of the double seat stroller 100, the second connecting rod 170 and the first connecting rod 180 can form a T-shape. The second connecting rod 170 and the first connecting rod 180 may be thinner than the frame portion 101, and the first connecting rod 180 may be thinner than the second connecting rod 170, but the present application is not limited to this. In addition, in some embodiments, the double seat stroller 100 may not be equipped with the second connecting rod 170, and both ends of the first connecting rod 180 are connected to the frame portion 101.

[0105] The seat portion 190 can be installed on the frame portion 101. The seat portion 190 may include a first seat portion 191 and a second seat portion 192. In this embodiment, the width of the first seat portion 191 is greater than the width of the second seat portion 192; of course, in other embodiments, the width of the first seat portion 191 can also be equal to or less than the width of the second seat portion 192, as long as the width of the first seat portion 191 and the second seat portion 192 can provide sufficient support force and support area. The first seat portion 191 and the second seat portion 192 can be separated by the first connecting rod 180. Due to the fixed structure of the frame portion 101 in the width direction, the frame portion 101 can limit the telescopic movement of the first seat portion 191 and the iosecond seat portion 192 in the width direction. The "width" in the present application can be defined as the left and right directions in FIG. 2. The first connecting rod 180 can be located between the first seat portion 191 and the second seat portion 192. That is to say, the first connecting rod 180 can extend between the first seat portion 191 and the second seat portion 192. Due to the different widths of the first and second carrying spaces, i.e. W1 is different from W2, the first connecting rod 180 does not evenly divide the frame portion 101, but is offset within the frame portion 101. The double seat stroller 100 can hold the baby carrier 300 in the upper area of the first seat portion 191. The first seat portion 191 and the second seat portion 192 can be arranged side by side in the width direction of the double seat stroller 100.

[0106] Referring to FIG. 2, the width direction of the double seat stroller 100 is the left and right directions in FIG. 2. The width W1 of the first carrying space can be the distance from the first connecting rod 180 to the push handle connecting rod 120 on the right, and the width W2 of the second carrying space can be the distance from the first connecting rod 180 to the push handle connecting rod 120 on the left. The width W1 of the first carrying space and the width W2 of the second carrying space can both be within the range of 270mm to 390mm. The width W1 of the first carrying space, for example, ranges from 370mm to 390mm, preferably 380mm. The width W2 of the second carrying space, for example, ranges from 312mm to 332mm, preferably 322mm. The width W of the double seat stroller 100 can range from 760mm to 800mm, preferably 780mm. The ratio of W2 to W1 can be in the range of 1 : 1.1 to 1 : 1.4, preferably in the range of 1 : 1.2 to 1 : 1.3, and more preferably 1 : 1.25. This can make the double seat stroller 100 have better space utilization, making it easier for infants or children of different body sizes to sit.

[0107] Referring to Figures 3 and 4, the first connecting rod 180 can be equipped with a first engaging mechanism 181. The first engaging mechanism 181 is used to limit the position of the baby carrier 300 arranged on the first seat portion 191. The first engaging mechanism 181 can be sleeved on a suitable position on the first connecting rod 180 for fixation. Alternatively, the first engaging mechanism 181 is provided on the frame portion 101, for example, the first engagement structure 181 is connected to the right side of the frame portion 101 in Figure 2.

[0108] The double seat stroller 100 may further include an armrest 130. The armrest 130can be connected to the frame portion 101 by crossing the width W1 of the first carrying space and the width W2 of the second carrying space. Specifically, the two ends of the armrest 130 can be connected to two push handle connecting rods 120. The armrest 130 can extend substantially horizontally at the front of the double seat stroller 100. The two ends of the armrest 130 can be bent and connected to the two push handle connecting rods 120 in a direction that is substantially perpendicular to the two push handle connecting rods 120. That is to say, the first seat portion 191 and the second seat portion 192 can share one armrest 130.

[0109] A stopper 131 can be provided on the armrest 130. The stopper 131 can protrude backwards from the armrest 130. The term "backward" or "rear" in the present application can be defined as the direction perpendicular to and entering the paper surface in Figure 2. The stopper 131 can restrict the horizontal movement of the baby carrier 300.

[0110] Referring to Figure 2, the two connecting ends of the armrest 130 are respectively connected to both sides of the frame portion 101. The width W3 between the first connecting rod 180 and one of the connecting ends is, for example, 348mm to 368mm, and in this embodiment, W3 is 358mm; the width W4 between the first connecting rod 180 and the other connecting end is, for example, 290mm to 310mm, and in this embodiment, W4 is 300mm. In this embodiment, the two connecting ends of the armrest 130 are connected to the inner sides of the frame portion 101 on both sides, that is, in this embodiment, W3 is the distance between one side of the first connecting rod 180 near the first seat portion 191 (i.e., the side near the first carrying space) and the connecting end of the armrest 130 on the right side, and in this embodiment, W4 is the distance between the one side of the first connecting rod 180 near the second seat portion 192 (i.e., the side near the second carrying space) and the connecting end of the armrest 130 on the left side. It should be noted that the two connecting ends of the armrest 130 can also be connected to the two outer sides of the frame portion 101. The ratio of W4 to W3 can be in the range of 1 : 1. 1 to 1 : 1.4, preferably in the range of 1 : 1.2 to 1 : 1.3, and more preferably 1 : 1.25. This can make the double seat stroller 100 have better space utilization, making it easier for infants or children of different body sizes to sit.

[0111] The baby carrier 300 can be fixed to the double seat stroller 100 (as shown in Figure 3), or removed from the double seat stroller 100 (as shown in Figure 4). Specifically, the baby carrier 300 can be inverted and fixed to the double seat stroller 100, that is, the rear of thebaby carrier 300 faces towards the front of the double seat stroller 100, allowing the baby located on the baby carrier 300 to see the caregiver during use.

[0112] The baby carrier 300 may include a handle 310 and a carrier body 320. The two ends of the handle 310 can be pivotally connected to both sides of the carrier body 320. The two ends of the handle 310 can respectively include support ends 311. The two support ends 311 can respectively protrude from both sides of the carrier body 320. The handle 310 can be pivotally connected to the carrier body 320 through the two support ends 311.

[0113] When the baby carrier 300 is fixed to the double seat stroller 100, one of the two support ends 311 can abut against the frame portion 101, and the other of the two support ends 311 can abut against the first connecting rod 180. Specifically, the two support ends 311 can respectively abut against the front side of one push handle connecting rod 120 and the front side of the first connecting rod 180.

[0114] The baby carrier 300 may include a second engaging mechanism 321. Specifically, the second engaging mechanism 321 is located at the rear of the carrier body 320. The rear of the baby carrier 300 is fixed to the armrest 130 by the second engaging mechanism 321. The stopper 131 can abut against the left side of the carrier body 320 to prevent the baby carrier 300 from moving towards the left side in Figure 2.

[0115] Exemplarily, the second engaging mechanism 321 can provide a certain engaging force, and when a force exceeding this engaging force is applied to the baby carrier 300, the second engaging mechanism 321 can detach from the armrest 130.

[0116] Exemplarily, the second engaging mechanism 321 can be operated to be fixed to or detached from the armrest 130.

[0117] Referring to Figures 5 to 8, the first engaging mechanism 181 may include: a connecting seat 184 connected to the first connecting rod 180; a locking member 183 telescopically arranged on the connecting seat 184; an operating member 182 connected to the locking member 183, so that can drive the locking member 183 to move between an extended position (as shown in Figure 10) and a retracted position (as shown in Figure 11). The locking member 183 can limit displacement of the baby carrier 300 if the locking member 183 is in the extended position, and the locking member 183 does not limit displacement of the baby carrier 300 if the locking member 183 is in the retracted positionand allows the baby carrier 300 to cross the first connecting rod 180 forward. Specifically, when the locking member 183 is in the extended position, the locking member 183 can block the front part of the carrier body 320 of the baby carrier 300 to prevent the baby carrier 300 from tilting forward. In this embodiment, the connecting seat 184 is sleeved on the first connecting rod 180. In other embodiments, the connecting seat 184 can be directly fixed to the first connecting rod 180 through fasteners such as rivets.

[0118] One side (rear side) of the locking member 183 can be formed as a plane, while the other side (front side) of the locking member 183 can be formed as an inclined or curved surface, so that the locking member 183 in the extended position prevents the baby carrier 300 (specifically, the part of the carrier body 320 away from the second engaging mechanism 321) from moving from one side of the locking member 183 to the other side of the locking member 183 (see Figure 8), but allows the baby carrier 300 to move from the other side of the locking member 183 to the one side of the locking member 183. When an inclined surface is formed on the locking member 183, the inclined surface extends obliquely towards the plane of the locking member 183 and the first carrying space. When a curved surface is formed on the locking member 183, the curved surface extends curvedly towards the plane of the locking member 183 and the first carrying space. The outer surface of the locking member 183 can have flexible materials to avoid noise generated when the locking member 183 comes into contact with the baby carrier 300.

[0119] Referring to Figures 10 and 11, the connecting seat 184 can be formed with a cavity 186, with one side of the cavity 186 open. The locking member 183 is at least partially located within the cavity 186. The first engaging mechanism 181 may further include a reset member 185. The reset member 185 can be a coil spring or other elastic component, but the present application is not limited to this. The reset member 185 can be set between the inner wall of the cavity 186 of the connecting seat 184 and the locking member 183 to apply thrust to the connecting seat 184 and the locking member 183, thereby tending to push the locking member 183 to the extended position. That is to say, the locking member 183 will be in the extended position without being subjected to other external forces.

[0120] Continuing to refer to Figures 10 and 11, an elongated groove (not shown) can be formed on the connecting seat 184. The operating member 182 can be connected to thelocking member 183 through the elongated groove, so that the movement of the locking member 183 between the extended position and the retracted position is coupled with the operating member 182. That is to say, by activating the operating member 182, the locking member 183 can be moved from the extended position to the retracted position. Specifically, the operating member 182 has an operating body 1822 and a fixing column 1821 connected to the operating body 1822, the locking member 183 has a fixing hole 1831, and the fixing column 1821 passes through the elongated groove of the connecting seat 184 and extends into the fixing hole 1831. When the operating member 182 is activated to slide, the locking member 183 is driven to slide within the cavity 186 of the connecting seat 184 through the coordination of the fixing column 1821 and the fixing hole 1831. The elongated groove of the connecting seat 184 can be used to slide the fixing column 1821 back and forth.

[0121] In this embodiment, the two ends of the operating body 1822 are connected to the fixing column 1821. The connecting seat 184 is equipped with the elongated grooves on the upper and lower walls of the cavity 186 for the fixing column 1821 to pass through.

[0122] In another embodiment, only one end of the two ends of the operating body 1822 is connected to the fixing column 1821. In this case, the connecting seat 184 is provided with the elongated groove on one wall of the upper and lower walls of the cavity 186 for the fixing column 1821 to pass through.

[0123] As shown in Figure 11, when the locking member 183 is in the retracted position, the operating member 182 can pivot relative to the connecting seat 184 (the pivot shaft is at the connection portion between the operating member 182 and the locking member 183) to maintain the locking member 183 in the retracted position by abutting against the rear end of the connecting seat 184 (the rear end is away from the open end). At this time, the locking member 183 is substantially located within the cavity 186 of the connecting seat 184. The operating member 182 keeps the reset member 185 in a compressed state through the locking member 183.

[0124] When the locking member 183 is in the retracted position, the baby carrier 300 can separate from the double seat stroller 100. When it is necessary to install or disassemble the baby carrier 300, the operating member 182 can be moved and rotated to maintain the position shown in Figure 11. In this way, the present application can conveniently fix thebaby carrier 300 to the double seat stroller 100, or separate the baby carrier 300 from the double seat stroller 100.

[0125] Through the limiting function of the first engaging mechanism 181, the second engaging mechanism 321, the support end 311, and the stopper 131, the baby carrier 300 can be stably fixed on the double seat stroller 100.

[0126] Referring to Figure 12, the double seat stroller 100 can be folded to occupy a smaller space. The folded double seat stroller 100 can be conveniently stored. When the double seat stroller 100 is folded and placed upright on the ground (with the push handle connecting rod 120 roughly perpendicular to the ground), and viewed from the side of the double seat stroller 100, the double seat stroller 100 can have a height Hl of 680mm to 690mm and a depth DI of 300mm to 310mm. Preferably, the double seat stroller 100 can have a height Hl of 685mm and a depth DI of 305mm.
