Abstract

Title: Emulsion with a dialkyl carbonate, coconut oil esters, C15-C19 linear alkanes, a hydrocarbon volatile oil and a polyoxyethylenated fatty acid and glycol ester polymer. This application relates to a silicone-free water / oil emulsion comprising at least A) a continuous oily phase comprising i) at least one C12-C22 dialkyl carbonate; and ii) at least one mixture of C8-C10 carboxylic acid(s) esters and fatty alcohols derived from coconut oil; and iii) a mixture of C15-C19 alkanes; and iv) at least one hydrocarbon volatile oil; and B) an aqueous phase dispersed in said oily phase; C) at least one non-ionic emulsifying surfactant of the type polyoxyethylenated fatty acid and glycol ester polymer.The invention also relates to a method of coating keratinous materials, more particularly for makeup and / or care of keratinous materials, such as skin, characterized in that it comprises the application on keratinous materials of a composition as defined above.
