Description

Description Title of the invention: Post with variable rebates, fence comprising such posts and method of assembling such a post Technical field

[0001] The invention relates to the field of fences and elements constituting such fences. fences.

[0002] = The invention more specifically relates to a post, a fence comprising at least less than two poles, a method of assembling a pole. State of the prior art

[0003] = The installation of a fence from posts and infill elements, such as fences or fence blades, can be relatively long and complicated to implement. Indeed, in order to ensure the correct placement of the filling element between a first and a second successive post, such an installation can be done according to two methods: (i) either, after having previously fixed the first post to the ground, by installing the or infill elements with the second post, each infill element having a first end housed in a groove of the first post and a second end housed in a groove of the second post, the second post to be fixed to the ground at the time of this installation, (ii) either after having previously fixed the first and second posts to the ground, by inserting from above the first and second ends of the replacement element(s) pleating in the rebate of the first and second posts respectively.

[0004] Method (i), if it is particularly suited to the heights of the fence rela- tively important, has the disadvantage of being relatively tedious since it It is necessary to install the posts one by one and may, due to the weather drying required when the posts are fixed to the ground by concrete, require several days of installation. Method (ii) is simpler to implement but is not suitable for large fence heights which may make insertion relatively complex filling elements.

[0005] — It will be noted, moreover, that in a classic configuration of such fences, the poles used are generally adapted to accommodate only one type of elements filling. Therefore, when it is necessary to combine different types of filling elements, in particular filling elements of different thicknesses- differences between two posts and the next (or previous) post, it is necessary to provide several types of posts and adapt them (for example by placing them side by side two types of posts or even by using shims to reduce the width of rebate) for transition zones from one type of filling to another. In order to solve the above problems, it is known from the document WO 2014 / 096799 A2 to use a post comprising a post body and a retention plate fitted to the post body. According to the teaching of this document, the post body has a first and a second rebate portion in such a way that, when the retention plate is fitted to the post body, the first and second rebate portions respectively delimit, with the retention plate, a first and a second rebate for receiving the filling elements. When installing a fence, such posts allow the infill elements to be installed from the front. Indeed, with such a two-part configuration of the posts, the post body and the retention plate, it is possible, after fixing the post bodies to the ground distributed along the land to be fenced, to install the infill elements from the front in the first and second rebate portions and then install the retention plate to form the first and second rebates. Thus, the posts as taught by document WO 2014 / 096799 A2 allow simple and rapid fence installation regardless of the fence height. Furthermore, WO 2014 / 096799 A2 allows for some adaptability with regard to the thicknesses of infill elements that the post is able to accommodate, since the rebate width can be adjusted by adjusting the distance between the post body and the retention plate. It will also be noted that the retention plate as taught by document WO 2014 / 096799 A2, as shown in its figure 4, can also have a certain flexibility in order to compensate for possible variations in thickness of a filling element or between filling elements of the same type. This flexibility nevertheless remains limited and it is not suitable for allowing the installation of filling elements of a distinct type and of significantly different thicknesses in each of the first and second rebates or even the installation of two types of filling elements of significantly different thicknesses in the same rebate. Thus, the post taught by document WO 2014 / 096799 A2 is not satisfactory with regard to the possibility of receiving two types of filling on the same post in the first and second grooves respectively. Indeed, as taught in [Fig.7], such reception requires the use of wedges, which greatly complicates the installation of the fence. Statement of the invention The invention aims to remedy this drawback and thus aims to provide a post which, by presenting advantages similar to that taught by document WO 2014 / 096799 A2, is capable of accommodating filling elements of different types without the need for additional elements such as a wedge as is the case for the posts of the prior art. The invention relates to this purpose a fence post comprising: - a longitudinal post body having laterally a first portion of rebate and a second portion of rebate, - at least one first stop intended to delimit, with the first portion of rebate and over at least part of the length of the post body, a first longitudinal rebate which, being capable of receiving at least one first filling element, has a first rebate width, - at least one second stop intended to delimit, with the second portion of rebate and over at least part of the length of the post body, a second longitudinal rebate which, being capable of receiving at least one second filling element, has a second rebate width. The post further comprises a system for attaching the first and second stops configured to allow attachment of the first stop and the second stop to the post body with a first rebate width distinct from the second rebate width. With such a system for attaching the first and second stops, it is possible to easily adjust the rebate width of each of the first and second rebates depending on the type of filling element to be accommodated. As a result, it is not necessary, unlike the posts of the prior art, to have additional elements, such as shims, to compensate for a difference in thickness of filling elements accommodated in the first and second rebates. Such a possibility of variation in rebate width between the first and second rebates permitted by the attachment system not only allows the possibility of accommodating first and second filling elements of different thicknesses but also allows, for first and second filling elements of the same thickness (or different thicknesses), a distinct angular arrangement of the filling elements in the first and second rebates. In this way, only one type of post is necessary for installing the fence, whatever the configuration of the fence envisaged and without the need for additional elements such as wedges. It will also be noted that such a post allows the filling elements to be installed from the front, since the use of stops intended to be fixed to the post body gives direct access to the rebate portions and allows the filling elements to be installed prior to fixing the first and second stops. using the attachment system. Likewise, the post according to the invention also allows for the provision of stops arranged on a single part of the length of the post body. Such a possibility makes it possible to envisage using several stops along the post body to provide a variation in width along the same rebate. Therefore, it is perfectly conceivable within the framework of this possibility of the invention to combine filling elements of different types and different thicknesses in the same rebate. Similarly, with such a possibility, since the stops can be attached to the post body as the filling elements are installed (or stacked), the installation of the fence can be made easier compared to a fence as taught by document WO 2014 / 096799 A2 where it is necessary to complete the vertical stacking of all the filling elements before mounting the retention plate. According to the invention, the attachment system of the first and second stops can be configured to allow the first stop to be fixed in at least two distinct positions corresponding to two distinct first rebate widths. Of course, in an identical manner the attachment system of the first and second stops can be configured to allow the second stop to be fixed in at least two distinct positions corresponding to two distinct first rebate widths. The attachment system of the first and second stops may also be configured to allow the first stop to be fixed in a plurality of positions distinct from each other, each corresponding to a respective first rebate width. In a similar manner, the attachment system of the first and second stops may also be configured to allow the second stop to be fixed in a plurality of positions distinct from each other, each corresponding to a respective second rebate width. The post body may further comprise a longitudinal wall having a first face participating in delimiting the first rebate and a second face participating in delimiting the second rebate, said longitudinal wall comprising at least one retention element intended to cooperate with at least one complementary retention element of the first stop and the second stop, the attachment system of the first and second stops comprising said at least one element of and said at least one complementary retention element of the first stop and the second stop. Such a longitudinal wall allows good separation of the first and second rebate while providing a good grip for the attachment system and in particular at least one additional retaining element. The first stop and the second stop may be in one piece and the attachment system may comprise a pivot connection allowing the first and second stops to pivot relative to the post body along a pivot axis substantially parallel to a longitudinal direction of the post body. Such a longitudinal pivot connection provides the first and second stops with the possibility of pivoting relative to each other along the pivot axis and thus absorbing the difference in thickness of the filling elements accommodated in their respective rebates. Thus, such a configuration is particularly suitable for a first and second one-piece stop. The first stop and the second stop may be independent of each other, and the attachment system may be shaped to allow the first stop to be fixed opposite the first portion at least two first distinct distances from each other corresponding to at least two first rebate widths different from each other, the attachment system being further shaped to allow the second stop to be fixed opposite the second portion at least two second distinct distances from each other corresponding to at least two second rebate widths different from each other. With such a configuration of the first and second stops independent of each other, it is possible to easily accommodate filling elements of significantly different thicknesses between the first and second rebates since there is no dependency between them. The longitudinal wall may present: - on its first face a first rack having a succession of teeth, the first stop comprising a first projection shaped to fit between two successive teeth of the first rack, - on its second face a second rack having a succession of teeth, the second stop comprising a second projection shaped to fit between two successive teeth of the second rack, the assembly system comprising the first and second rack and the first and second projections. Such cooperation, for each of the stops, between a rack and a projection of said stop, offers a fine adjustment of the rebate width, since the adjustment pitch corresponds to the distance between two teeth of the rack. As a result, it is easy to adjust the rebate width to take into account the diversity of thickness of filling element capable of being received by said rebate. The first and second stops may each further comprise: - an insertion portion, - a support portion extending from the insertion portion and intended to come into support of the first and second filling elements respectively, the post body comprising a first housing and a second housing shaped to respectively house at least partially the insertion portion of the first stop and the insertion portion of the second stop, this over respectively a range of first rebate width and second rebate width. Such an insertion portion and such a housing makes it possible to stiffen the stop in order to ensure good support for each filling element in the groove which accommodates it. A longitudinal cover may also be provided for being fixed to the post body and covering the first stop and the second stop, the cover preferably having a third and a fourth stop bearing on the first and second filling elements respectively. Such a cover makes it possible to "dress" the post and can thus avoid making the stops visible and in particular their difference in placement in the case where the filling elements accommodated in the first and second rebates are significantly different. It will also be noted that, according to a preferred possibility of the invention, the cover can itself have a third and fourth stop making it possible to provide additional support for the filling elements. At least one of the first and second stops has a retention element capable of cooperating with at least one wire of a grid-type filling element. With such a retention element, the post according to the invention is able to receive any type of filling elements and in particular grids. The first stop and the second stop may be configured to delimit, with respectively the first rebate portion and the second rebate portion, the first longitudinal rebate and the second longitudinal rebate over a portion of the length of the post body, said portion of post length preferably being between 2 mm and 200 mm and being particularly advantageously between 5 mm and 100 mm, or even between 10 mm and 50 mm. With the possibility of defining the rebate only over a part of the length of the post, it is possible to use several stops to define the same rebate and thus allow the width of said rebate to be varied over the entire height of the post. As a result, it is possible to assemble several filling elements on the same rebate The invention further relates to a pole kit comprising: - a longitudinal post body having laterally a first portion of rebate and a second portion of rebate, - a first assembly comprising the first stop and the second stop intended to delimit, with respectively the first portion of rebate and the second portion of rebate and over at least part of the length of the post body, a first longitudinal rebate and a second longitudinal rebate in such a way that the first rebate and the second rebate are capable of receiving respectively at least a first filling element and at least a second filling element by having a first and a second rebate width included in a first rebate width range, - a second assembly comprising a first secondary stop and a second secondary stop intended to delimit, with respectively the first portion of rebate and the second portion of rebate and over at least part of the length of the post body, a first longitudinal rebate and a second longitudinal rebate in such a way that the first rebate and the second rebate are capable of receiving respectively at least one first filling element and at least one second filling element by having a first and a second rebate width included in a second rebate width range. With such a kit, the installer is able to choose from the first and second sets the first and second stops most suitable for the filling elements he has selected for the first and second rebates, this for a much larger range of rebate width and thickness than if he only had one type of set available. Alternatively, the post kit can include: - a longitudinal post body having laterally a first portion of rebate and a second portion of rebate, a first assembly comprising the first stop and the second stop intended to delimit, with respectively the first portion of rebate and the second portion of rebate and over at least part of the length of the post body, a first rebate and a second longitudinal rebate in such a way that the first rebate and the second rebate are capable of respectively receiving at least a first filling element and at least a second filling element by having a first and a second rebate width included in a first rebate width range, - a second assembly comprising a first secondary stop and a second secondary stop each having a retention element capable of cooperating with at least one wire of a grid-type filling element. In this way, the installer is able to choose from the first and second sets the first and second stops most suitable for the filling elements that he has selected for the first and second rebate by selecting a stop of the first set when the filling element(s) are solid elements, and a secondary stop of the second set, when the filling element(s) are grid-type filling elements. The invention further relates to an assembly for partitioning a portion of land, such as a fence, a carport or a pergola, comprising: - at least one first and one second post according to the invention, - at least one first filling element comprising a first end and a second end and having a filling thickness, the first post has its first stop fixed to the post body by the attachment system with a first rebate width corresponding to the filling thickness, the first post housing the first end of the first filling element in its first rebate, the second post has its second stop fixed to the post body by the attachment system with a second rebate width corresponding to the filling thickness, the second post housing the second end of the first filling element in its second rebate. Such a set of partitioning of a portion of land has the advantages associated with the first and second posts that it includes. The invention further relates to a method of assembling a pole comprising the following steps: - supply of a longitudinal post body having laterally a first portion of rebate and a second portion of rebate, - supply and installation of at least one first filling element supporting the first portion of the rebate, - providing a first stop and fixing the first stop by means of a fastening system, the first stop delimiting, with the first portion of rebate and over at least part of the length of the post body, a first longitudinal rebate receiving the first filling element and having a first rebate width, - supply and installation of at least one second filling element to support the second portion of the rebate, - providing a second stop and fixing the second stop by means of the attachment system, the second stop delimiting, with the second portion of rebate and over at least part of the length of the post body, a second longitudinal rebate accommodating the second filling element and having a second rebate width, the attachment system being configured to allow fixing of the first stop and the second stop on the post body with a first rebate width distinct from the second rebate width. Such a method allows the assembly of a post according to the invention and to benefit from the advantages associated therewith, in particular with regard to the possibility of accommodating filling elements of different thickness between the first and second rebate. The different parts represented in the figures are not necessarily on a uniform scale, to make the figures more readable. The different possibilities (variants and embodiments) must be understood as not being mutually exclusive and can be combined with each other. Detailed description of specific embodiments [Fig. 1] illustrates a post 2 according to the invention, such a post being adapted to accommodate filling elements 5, 6 of different thicknesses and types. It should be noted that if such a post 2 is particularly suitable for equipping fences 1, such as that illustrated in [Fig.7], it is not limited to this single use. Thus a post 2 according to the invention can equip another type of exterior equipment such as a carport, an arbor or a pergola, without departing from the scope of the invention. To make such a post 2 includes: - a longitudinal post body 10 having laterally a first rebate portion 11 and a second rebate portion 12, - at least one first stop 31 intended to delimit, with the first portion of rebate 11 and over at least part of the length of the post body (10), a first longitudinal rebate 41 which, being capable of receiving at least one first filling element 5, has a first rebate width LI, - at least one second stop 32 intended to delimit, with the second portion of rebate 12 and over at least part of the length of the post body 10, a second longitudinal rebate 42 which, being capable of receiving at least one second filling element 6, has a second rebate width L2, - a system for attaching the first and second stops 31, 32 configured to allow attachment of the first stop 31 and the second stop 32 to the post body 10 by having the first rebate width LI distinct from the second rebate width L2. It will be noted that in the context of the first embodiment, the first and second stops 31, 32 are in one piece and are included in a cover 30 associated with the post body 10. According to this first embodiment, in order to allow fixing of the first stop 31 and the second stop 32 on the post body 10 while having the first rebate width LI distinct from the second rebate width L2, the attachment system comprises a pivot connection allowing pivoting of the first and second stops 31, 32 relative to the post body 10 along a pivot axis substantially parallel to a longitudinal direction of the post body 10. It will be noted that in the present embodiment the post body 10 comprises a longitudinal wall 15 having a first face 15A participating in delimiting the first rebate 41 and a second face 15B participating in delimiting the second rebate 42. As shown in [Fig. 1] and as discussed below, the longitudinal wall 15 comprises two retention teeth 153 cooperating with a complementary retention element, here an insert 36, provided with a set of complementary teeth 361 shaped to engage with the two retention teeth 153. The insert 36 comprises the axis of the pivot connection allowing the pivoting of the first and second stops 31, 32 of the cover 30. In the context of this first embodiment, the post body 10 has a lateral section of general shape in the shape of a capital T with the head of the T forming the first and second rebate portions 11, 12 and the foot of the T forming the longitudinal wall 15. According to a particularly advantageous possibility of the invention taken up in the context of the present embodiment, the post body 10 may have a central and longitudinal cavity 16 for receiving a reinforcing element 4, such as a 35mm side T-shaped metal profile post, hereinafter referred to as a “T35 post”. To do this, the central cavity 16 has a section compatible with the reinforcing element to be received, here a T35 post. The head of the T of the T-section of the post body 10 comprises the first rebate portion 11, and the second rebate portion 12, separated from each other by the longitudinal wall 15, that is to say the foot of the T. In order to allow the filling elements 5, 6 to be accommodated at two main angles, the first and second rebate portions along said lateral section comprise: - a first sub-portion extending perpendicularly to the longitudinal wall 15 from one end of the latter and - a second sub-portion, extending from one end of the first opposite sub-portion of the longitudinal wall 15, with a predefined angle corresponding to a reception angle, among the two main angles. Thus, in the context of the present embodiment, for which the two main angles for receiving the filling elements 5, 6 are respectively 90° with respect to the longitudinal wall 15 (the filling elements 5, 6 received respectively in the first and second rebates are aligned) and 45° with respect to the longitudinal wall 15 (the filling elements 5, 6 received respectively in the first and second rebates are perpendicular), the second sub-portion of each of the first and second rebate portions may have an angle of 45° (the filling elements 5, 6 received respectively in the first and second rebates are arranged at 90° to each other). Of course, other configurations are conceivable without departing from the scope of the invention. It will be noted that such reception at different angles of the filling elements 5, 6 is permitted by the possibility of providing a variable rebate width between the first and second rebates which is permitted by the attachment system of the first and second stops 31, 32. Indeed, as is shown in particular in [Fig. 7], which is discussed below, depending on the angle between a filling element 5, 6 and the longitudinal wall 15, the rebate width necessary for receiving said filling element is not the same. Thus, a post according to the invention also allows the reception of the filling elements over a relatively wide angular range. unlike the posts of the prior art which are generally adapted for a single, or even two, reception angles for the filling elements. In order to reinforce the structure of the post body, the post body may also comprise two transverse walls connecting the longitudinal wall 15 to the first and second rebate portions 11, 12 respectively. As shown in [Fig.1], the longitudinal wall comprises: - a central part delimiting a groove in which the two retention teeth 153 are arranged, cooperating with the insert 36 and the set of complementary teeth 361 which it comprises, - a first and a second lateral part extending parallel to the central part and facing respectively the first and second rebate portions 11, 12, the first and the second lateral part delimiting with the central part respectively a first and a second housing. The central part has, following a direction starting from the first and second rebate portions 11, 12 and going opposite the latter, a portion of the central cavity 16 and the groove capable of receiving the insert 36, in which groove the two retention teeth 153 are arranged. In order to make the post body 10 compatible with the second embodiment described below in relation to [Fig. 2], the central part may have on the first face 15A and the second face 15B of the longitudinal wall 15 respectively a first rack 151 and a second rack 152 each having a succession of teeth. Of course, |Fig.1]| showing a cross-section of the post body 10, according to a usual configuration of the invention, said section extends over the entire length of the post. Therefore, the groove and the retention teeth provided therein may be a longitudinal groove and longitudinal retention teeth extending over at least part, or even all, of the length of the post body 10. In the present embodiment, the groove of the central part receives the insert 36 in order to allow the assembly of the cover 30 on the post body 10. The insert 36 has a cross-section which is elongate and has, on either side of this length, the set of complementary teeth 361. It will be noted that if in the present embodiment the set of complementary teeth 361 is present over the majority of its cross-section, it is also conceivable that the complementary teeth 361 are only present over a part of the cross-section corresponding to a range of thickness of filling elements capable of being received in the first and second rebates 41, 42. The insert 36, at the end which is opposite the end housed in the groove, has the axis 362 of the pivot connection allowing the pivoting of the first and second stops 31, 32 of the cover 30. The axis 362 of the pivot connection has a hollow cylindrical shape provided with a first longitudinal opening so as to allow elastic deformation of the axis during assembly with the cover by elastic fitting (or snap-fastening). In the context of the present embodiment, this longitudinal opening is provided on the axis opposite the rest of the insert 36. The cover 30 has a concave lateral section with a central housing 37 capable of receiving the axis 362 and from which extend two curved fins extending in the direction of the post body. In this first embodiment, the ends of these two curved fins respectively form the first and second stops 31, 32 and come into contact with the first and second filling elements 5, 6 respectively. The central housing 37 for receiving the axis 362 delimits an open cylindrical housing of revolution in order to allow the insertion of the axis 362 by elastic fitting. Once the axis 362 is received in the central housing 37, the cover 30 is able to pivot around said axis 362 in order to allow independent adaptation of the first and second rebate widths L1, L2. To do this, the attachment system of the first and second stops 31, 32 comprises, in the context of this first embodiment, both the retention teeth 153, the insert 36 provided with a set of complementary teeth 361 and its axis 362 and the central housing 37 of the cover. Once the filling elements 5, 6 are placed in support of each of the rebate portions, the adjustment of the first and second rebate widths L1, L2 is done by placing the axis 362 in the central housing 37, in order to allow pivoting of the first and second stops 31, 32 with respect to the post body 10, and by inserting the insert into the groove of the longitudinal wall 15 in such a way as to place the first and second stops 31, 32 in support of the filling elements 5, 6. It will be noted that if in this first embodiment, the cover 30 preferably extends over the entire length, or over a majority of the length, of the post body 10, it is nevertheless perfectly conceivable that the cover 30 extends only over a portion of the length of the post body 10. Similarly, if it is conceivable that the insert 36 extends over the entire length of the post body 10, it is nevertheless more advantageous that the insert 36 extends over a single portion of the length of the post body 10, for example between 2 mm and 200 mm or between 5 mm and 100 mm, or even between 10 mm and 50 mm. According to this possibility, the cover can be equipped with several inserts 36, such as two or three inserts 36, distributed over the entire length of the cover 30. [Fig. 2] illustrates a post 2 according to a second embodiment of the invention in which the first and second stops 21, 22 are independent of each other and in which no hood 30 is provided. Thus a post 2 according to this second embodiment differs from a post 2 according to the first embodiment in that the first and second stops 21, 22 are independent of each other. In this second embodiment, as shown in [Fig. 2], the first and second stops 21, 22 each have an L-shaped lateral section with a support portion 213, 223, corresponding to the foot of the L, which comes to bear on the filling element 5, 6, and an insertion portion 214, 224 which corresponds to the body of the L and which is at least partly housed in one of the first and second housings of the longitudinal wall 15. It will be noted that the support portion 213, 223 of each of the first stop 21, 22 makes it possible to provide, depending on the orientation of the filling elements 5, 6 received in the corresponding rebate, either: - for filling elements 5, 6 arranged 90° with respect to the longitudinal wall 15, a bearing surface, the bearing portion coming, as shown in [Fig.2], onto the portion of the filling elements 5, 6 arranged in the rebate, - for the filling elements 5, 6 arranged 45° with respect to the longitudinal wall 15, a support line, the support portion coming, as shown in [Fig.4A], to bear on the linear part of the portion of the filling elements 5, 6 arranged in the rebate. Likewise, in order to allow assembly of each of the first and second stops 21, 22 with the post body 10, each of the first and second stops 21, 22 comprises on the insertion portion 214, 224 and in the extension of the support portion 213, 223, respectively a first and a second projection 211, 221 adapted to be inserted between two successive teeth of the first rack 151 and the second rack 152. It will be noted that in this second embodiment, the first and second stops 21, 22 preferably delimit only a single part of the length of the first and second rebates 41, 42 respectively. This part of the post length may preferably be between 2 mm and 200 mm and is particularly advantageously between 5 mm and 100 mm, or even between 10 mm and 50 mm. With first and second stops 21, 22 which extend only over a part of the length of the corresponding rebate 41, 42, it is possible to equip the same rebate 41, 42 of the post 2 with filling elements 5, 6 of different thicknesses by using a respective stop 21, 22 for each of these different filling elements. It is this possibility which is shown in figures 8A and 8B and in which the first and second stops 21, 22 thus provide a discontinuous rebate of variable thickness.Of course, alternatively, the first and . the second stop 21, 22 can extend over the entire length of the rebate 41, 42. In this second embodiment, the attachment system comprises the first and second racks 151, 152, the first and second projections 211, 221, the insertion portions 214, 224 and the first and second housings 15SA, 155B. The adjustment of the first and second rebate widths L1, L2 is carried out by introducing the first and second insertion portions 214, 224 into the first and second housings 155A, 155B respectively until the first support portion 213 and the second support portion 223 are in contact with the first and second filling elements 5, 6 respectively. During this positioning, the first and second projections 211, 221 engage with two successive teeth of the first rack 151 and the second rack 152 making it possible to fix the first and second stops 21, 22. It will be noted that if in this second embodiment, no cover 30 is provided, it is also conceivable, without departing from the scope of the invention, that such a post 2 comprises a cover 30 conforming to that of the first embodiment. According to this possibility, the cover 30 can make it possible to dress the post 2 in order to at least partially hide the first and second stops 21, 22. According to this same possibility, in accordance with what is described in the first embodiment, the ends of the cover 30 forming the first and second stops in the context of the first embodiment can form an additional third and fourth stop 31, 32. Whether it is a post 2 according to the first embodiment, or according to a second embodiment, it is possible to provide, as illustrated in [Fig.3], a post kit 3 comprising two sets 20A, 20B of first and second stops 21, 22 each adapted for thicknesses of distinct filling elements. More specifically, [Fig. 3] illustrates a post kit 3 according to the second embodiment in which a cover 30 is provided in order to provide a third 31 and fourth stop 32. So, such a kit includes: - the longitudinal post body 10 laterally presenting the first rebate portion 11 and the second rebate portion 12, - the first assembly 20A comprising the first stop 21 and the second stop 22 intended to delimit, with respectively the first portion of rebate 11 and the second portion of rebate 12 and over at least a part of the length of the post body 10, the first rebate 41 and the second rebate 42 longitudinal in such a way that the first rebate 41 and the second rebate 42 are capable of receiving respectively at least one first filling element 5 and at least one second filling element 6 while having the first and second width of rebate LI, L2 included in a first rebate width range, - the second assembly 20B comprising a first secondary stop 21B and a second secondary stop 22B intended to delimit, with respectively the first rebate portion 11 and the second rebate portion 12 and over at least a portion of the length of the post body 10, a first rebate 41 and a second longitudinal rebate in such a way that the first rebate and the second rebate are capable of receiving respectively at least a first filling element 5 and at least a second filling element 6 while having a first and a second rebate width LI, L2 included in a second rebate width range. - the cover 30 having the third and fourth stops 31, 32, - the insert 36A and a secondary insert 36B compatible with the first and second rebate widths respectively, - the T35 post as a reinforcement element 4. It should be noted that in this post kit 3 it is also provided: - a third assembly 20C comprising first and second tertiary stops 21C, 22C each having a retention element 215, 225 capable of cooperating with at least one wire of a grid-type filling element, in such a way as to allow the post according to the invention to receive grid-type filling elements, - an alternative insert 38 capable of cooperating with the first and second racks 151, 152 and having a solid axis 363 in order to cooperate with the central housing 37 of the cover 30. Such an alternative insert 38 as will be discussed in connection with [Fig. 11], allows an installation of the cover to provide the first and second stops 31, 32 with a more pull-out resistant installation than a simple insert 36 as described in connection with the first embodiment. It will be noted that in the context of the present post kit as illustrated in [Fig. 3], the first rebate width range corresponds to rebate widths, and therefore thicknesses of filling elements 5, 6, greater than those corresponding to the second rebate width range. This increased rebate width is permitted by a longer insertion portion 211, 221 and insert 35A thus ensuring good retention of the first and second stops 21, 22 and of the cap 30 even for an increased distance between the rebate portions 11, 12 and the first and second stops 21, 22 due to the larger rebate widths, i.e. the larger thicknesses of filling elements (or difference in angular arrangements). Whether it is a post according to the first and second embodiment, it can be assembled as part of a method of assembling a post comprising the following steps: - supply of the longitudinal post body 10 laterally presenting the first rebate portion 11 and the second rebate portion 12, - supply and installation of the first filling element 5 in support of the first portion of rebate 11, - providing the first stop and fixing the first stop by means of a fastening system, the first stop 21, 31 delimiting, with the first rebate portion 11 and over at least part of the length of the post body 10, the first longitudinal rebate 41 receiving the first filling element 5 and having a first rebate width LI, - supply and installation of the second filling element 6 in support of the second portion of rebate 12, - supplying the second stop 22,32 and fixing the second stop 22,32 by means of the attachment system, the second stop 22,32 delimiting, with the second rebate portion 12 and over at least part of the length of the post body 10, the second longitudinal rebate 42 receiving the second filling element 6 and having a second rebate width L2. In the context of this method, the attachment system is configured to allow fixing of the first stop 21, 31 and the second stop 22, 32 on the post body 10 with a first rebate width LI distinct from the second rebate width L2. It will of course be noted that the order of these steps is not limiting, some of these steps being able to be carried out after or before the step which precedes it or even be simultaneous with the latter. Thus for example in the context of the first embodiment, the steps of supplying the first stop and fixing the first stop and supplying the second stop and fixing the second stop are of course simultaneous since they consist of the supply of the cover 30 and its fixing. If these first two embodiments illustrate the preferred embodiments of the invention, the invention is not limited to the latter and covers any type of post as long as they have a system for attaching the first and second stops 21, 31, 22, 32 configured to allow fixing of the first stop 21, 31 and the second stop 22, 32 on the post body 10 by having the first rebate width LI distinct from the second rebate width L2. Figures 4A to 6B thus schematically illustrate in section posts according to variants of the invention. Thus, [Fig.4A] illustrates a first variant in which the post body has a lateral section of general shape in the shape of a capital T with the head of the T which forms the first and second rebate portions 11, 12 and the foot of the T which forms the longitudinal wall 15. The longitudinal wall 15 comprises, in accordance with the first and second embodiments, a first and a second lateral part so as to delimit a first and a second housing 155A, 155B each having a retention member opposite the head of the T. The first and second stops 21, 22 have the insert portion delimiting a jaw capable of respectively gripping the first and second lateral parts with the retention member which comes to bear on said jaw. In this way, retention is obtained by elastic fitting of each of the first stops when the lateral part is arranged in said jaw. The bearing portion of the first and second stops extends perpendicularly from the jaw at the level of the opening of the latter which receives the lateral part. According to this first variant, the attachment system comprises the first and second housings 155A, 155B and the jaws formed by the insertion portions of the first and second stops 21, 22. It will be noted that in this first variant, in order to allow the reception of a grid-type filling element, such as the first filling element 5 illustrated in [Fig.4A], each of the rebate portions and the first and second stops 21, 22 has an imprint (cavity) acting as a retention element for such a filling element. [Fig.4B] illustrates a second variant of the invention, in which two types of stop 21, 22 are provided, the first stop 21 being in accordance with the first variant described in connection with [Fig.4A], the second stop 22 comprising an insertion portion configured to be received in the second housing. According to this variant embodiment, the first stop 21 is adapted to allow the first rebate 41 to receive filling elements having a relatively small thickness while the second stop 22 is adapted to allow the second rebate 42 to receive filling elements 6 having a relatively large thickness. The second stop 22, to allow such reception, has its bearing portion which extends from one end of the insertion portion which is opposite the end of the latter which is received in the second housing. In this way, when inserting the insertion portion into the corresponding housing 155A, 155B, the bearing portion remains at a distance from the corresponding rebate portion 11, 12. It will be noted that according to the principle of this second variant, the configurations of the present first and second stops 21, 22 are provided by way of example and that it is of course possible to provide intermediate configurations in which the bearing portion extends at a greater or lesser distance from the end of the portion insert which is inserted into the corresponding housing 155A, 155B. [Fig.4C] illustrates a post in which the post body 10 has a double longitudinal wall 15, each of these sub-walls 15°, 15'' having two respective racks in order to allow the fixing of the first and second stops 21, 22 respectively. According to a possibility similar to that described in connection with the first variant, each of the insertion portions of the first and second stops 21, 22 has a jaw capable of gripping the first and second lateral parts respectively. In order to allow good fixing of the first and second stops 21, 22, the retention portion comprises at the level of said jaw teeth complementary to the racks and engaging with the latter. [Fig. 5A] to 5C illustrate a post 2 according to a fourth variant of the invention in which the first and second stops 21, 22 are assembled to the post body 10 from respectively a first and second screw 38A, 38B, the post body having for this purpose either a rack, acting as a thread, or a plurality of threaded orifices, not referenced, distributed along the longitudinal wall 15. In order to allow such a configuration, each of the first and second stops 21, 22 has a fixing portion 215, 225 in place of the insertion portion 224 having a screw passage 215A, 225A to allow its fixing from the corresponding screw 38A, 38B.According to this variant, the support portion 213, 223 of each of the first and second stops 21, 22 has a configuration similar to that of the first variant of the invention so as to accommodate filling elements 5, 6 of relatively small thickness. Of course, in a manner identical to the second variant embodiment, each support portion 213, 223, to allow the accommodation of a filling element of relatively large thickness, can extend in the extension, or at a less significant distance, from the corresponding fixing portion 215, 225. As shown in Figures 5B and 5C which are a front representation of the first and second stops 21, 22 as they are installed on the post 2, the fixing portions 215, 225, at least for their part comprising the screw passage 215A, 225A, are offset from each other so as to allow fixing of the first and second rebates independent of each other. According to a first possibility of offsetting of this fourth variant, the first and second stops 21, 22 can be offset from each other. According to a second possibility illustrated in [Fig.5C], only a part of the fixing portions 215, 225 can be offset from each other, the rest of the stops 21, 22 including in particular the support portion 213, 223 are opposite each other. In this way, the support of the first and second stops 21, 22 on the filling elements 5, 6 can be applied at the same height for the first and second filling element 5, 6. [Fig.6A] illustrates a post 2 according to a fifth variant of the invention, in which the longitudinal wall 15 has a groove, similar to that described in the context of the first and second embodiments, provided on each of its internal faces with an internal rack. According to this fifth variant of the invention, the insertion portions 214, 224 of each of the first and second stops 21, 22 have two insertion arms 214A, 214B, 224A, 224B each provided at their free end with a complementary tooth capable of cooperating, by elastic deformation, with the internal racks. According to this fifth variant of the invention, in a manner identical to the fourth variant embodiment, the insertion portions 214, 224 are offset from one another so as to allow adjustment of the first and second rebate widths L1, L2 independently of one another. This offset may apply to the first and second stops 21, 22 according to a configuration similar to the configuration already described in connection with [Fig. 5B], or may apply only to a portion of the insertion portion 214, 224 according to a configuration similar to the configuration already described in connection with [Fig. 5C]. [Fig.6B] illustrates a post 2 according to a sixth variant of the invention in which the first and second stops 21, 22 comprise an insertion portion comprising only a single insertion arm and in which a fixing is provided intended to be inserted between the insertion arm 214A of the first stop 21 and the insertion arm 224A of the second stop 22. According to this sixth variant, the longitudinal wall 15 is provided, in a manner similar to the post according to the fifth variant embodiment, with an internal rack, each of the insertion arms 214A, 224A each comprising at their free end a complementary tooth capable of cooperating with the corresponding internal racks. In order to ensure a lasting grip of the complementary teeth with the corresponding internal rack, a fixing plate 365 is provided in the context of this sixth variant, as a fixing, inserted into the groove between the insertion arms 214A, 224A in order to ensure the engagement of the complementary teeth with the corresponding internal rack. In the context of this sixth variant, the fixing plate is provided, on an end opposite that by which it is inserted into the groove, with a gripping element. Advantageously, this gripping element can form, in accordance with what has been described in connection with the first embodiment and the post kit illustrated in [Fig. 3], a cover 30 in order to cover the post body 10 and hide the various stops. These different variants of a post 2 having been described and making it possible to show the different possibilities linked to the invention, figures 7 to 8B make it possible to exemplify a fence | achievable within the scope of the invention. Thus [Fig.7] illustrates a lateral section of two posts ZA, 2B and the filling elements 5, 6, 7 that they accommodate in the context of the formation of a fence 1. It will be noted that for this fence 1, for the sake of simplification, only one type of filling element has been illustrated. Of course, in accordance with the invention and as shown below with FIGS. 8A and 8B, such posts 2A, 2B are capable of accommodating filling elements of different types. It will be noted that in the context of this fence 1, the two posts 2A, 2B conform to the second embodiment and each further comprise a cover 30A, 30B. According to the invention for each of these posts ZA, 2B, the first and second stops 21A, 21B, 22A, 22B are arranged in engagement with the respective longitudinal wall 15A, 15B and in support of the filling elements by delimiting, with the rebate portions, the rebates 41A, 41B, 42A, 42B of these different posts 2. It will be noted that in the context of this first example of fence 1 illustrated in [Fig.7], the filling elements 6, 7 received in the rebates of the post 2A are arranged at 90° to each other according to a configuration permitted by the second sub-portions of each of the first and second rebate portions 11A, 11B. Figures 8A and 8B illustrate the possibility of arranging different types of filling elements together in a post 2 with, in the first rebate 41, five distinct types of filling element Si, Sii, Siii, Siv, Sv and in the second rebate a filling element 6 of the grid type. It will be noted that to allow better visibility of the arrangement of the filling elements with respect to the post 2, a configuration has been chosen in which the first filling elements Si, Sii, Siii, Siv, 5v are arranged at 100° to the second filling element 6. In [Fig.8A], the cover 30 makes it possible to dress the post body and to partially hide the first and second stops 21, 22. The cover 30 having been removed in [Fig.8B], this shows the configuration of the first stops 21 and the second stops 22. In this regard, in order to allow good maintenance of the grid-type filling element 6, the second stops 22 have a configuration conforming to that illustrated in [Fig.10C] and each comprises a retention element 225 capable of cooperating with a wire of the grid-type filling element 6. As shown in [Fig.8B], in this example, a first stop 11 is provided for each of the first filling elements Si, Sii, Siii, Siv, in this way, the width of the first rebate is adapted for each of the first filling elements Si, Sii, Siii, Siv over the entire length of the post 2.Since the second stops 22 only have to allow an adaptation of the width of the first rebate 41 for the second filling element 6, a reduced number of second stops 22 are provided. Of course, such an arrangement is provided only by way of illustration and other configurations of the first and second stops 21, 22 may be used without departing from the scope of the invention. An example may thus be given, in particular when the filling elements Si, Sii, Siii, Siv, 5v are all of the same type, a configuration in which the first stops 21 are arranged at the interfaces between the successive filling elements 5i, 5ii, Siii, 5iv, 5v. Similarly, according to a possibility of the invention not illustrated, it is also conceivable to provide spacer elements between two successive filling elements Si, Sii, Siii, Siv, 5v in order to allow the arrangement of a space between these two successive filling elements Si, Sii, Siii, Siv, 5v. Such a spacer element is configured to be fixed in the rebate, for example by means of a fastening system similar or identical to that of the first and second stops 21, 22, and to be inserted between said two successive filling elements Si, Sii, Siii, Siv, 5Sv in order to define a space between them. Of course, if the first and second embodiments and the post kit 2 show preferred configurations of the invention, other embodiments, which may or may not be compatible with the first and second embodiments, are conceivable within the framework of the invention, in particular to allow the reception of grid-type filling elements 5, 6. Thus [Fig.9A] illustrates a post 2 according to a third embodiment of the invention in which the first and second stops 21, 22 are each in accordance with the third assembly 20C of the kit illustrated in |Fig.3]. A post according to this third embodiment differs from a post 2 according to the second embodiment in that the first and second stops 21, 22 each have, as shown in [Fig.9B], a retention element 215, 225 capable of cooperating with at least one wire of a grid-type filling element, and in that a cover 30 is provided having a third and a fourth stop 31, 32. It can be seen that in the context of this third embodiment, the first and second stops 21, 22 have the retention element 215, 225 on one face of the support portion 213, 223 which is intended to varnish in contact with the filling element, this close to the insertion portions 214, 215 in order to allow, as shown at the level of the second rebate 42 and this with a single type of stop, to accommodate both grid-type filling elements and solid filling elements. [Fig.10A] illustrates a post 2 according to a fourth embodiment which comprises first and second stops 21, 22 specific for the installation of grid-type filling elements 5, 6 and not included in the scope of the invention. A post 2 according to this fourth embodiment is distinguished from a post 2 according to the third embodiment in that the first and second stops 21, 22 are specific to the grid-type filling elements 5 and in that they are single-piece. Thus, the first and second stops 21, 22 each have a support portion 213, 223 provided with a hook-type retention element 215, 225 capable of receiving a wire of a filling element 5, 6 and which is devoid of a support face. Such retention elements 215, 225 provide better support for the filling element during installation on the post body 10. The first and second stops 21, 22 are made integral with each other by the central portion 23. It can also be seen that in this fourth embodiment not included in the invention, the insertion portions 214, 224 are provided with the first and second projections 211, 221 on an intermediate part of the insertion portion. During insertion, it is the deformation of the central part which will allow the insertion of the insertion portions into the first and second housings 155A, 155B respectively with engagement of the first and second projections 211, 221 with the first and second racks respectively. As shown in [Fig. 10A], in this fourth embodiment the insert 36 and the first and second stops 21, 22 are arranged at different heights from the post body. Alternatively, according to a possibility not shown, it is possible for the first and second stops to have, at their central portion 23, an opening over part of the height of said central portion 23 in order to allow the passage of the insert 36. In this way, the insert 36 and the first and second stops 21, 22 can be arranged at the same height. [Fig. 10C] illustrates a first stop 21 according to a variant of this fourth embodiment which is itself compatible with the invention. According to this variant, the first and second stops 21, 22 are independent of each other, these being devoid of a central portion 23. The first and second stops 21, 22 according to this variant have a portion 23' forming a hook capable of coming to bear on the longitudinal wall 15 at the level of the groove. It will be noted that this portion 23' forming a hook can be provided over a single portion of the length of the corresponding stop 21, 22 in order to leave a passage for the insert 36.Of course, such a first stop 21 is compatible with the independent stops described in the context of the previous embodiments, thus authorizing the use on the same post 2 of first stops 21 according to this variant of this fourth embodiment to accommodate in the first rebate 41 a grid-type filling element 5 with second stops according to, for example, the second embodiment to accommodate in the second rebate 42 a solid-type filling element 6. [Fig.11] illustrates a post 2 according to a fifth embodiment in which the cover 30 comprises the first and second stops 31, 32 and wherein the cover is fixed to the post body 10 by means of the alternative insert 38 as presented as part of the kit illustrated in [Fig.3]. Such a post differs from a post according to the first embodiment only in that it includes the alternative insert 38 instead of the insert as presented in the context of the first embodiment. The alternative insert 38 is capable of cooperating with the first and second racks 151, 152 and has a solid shaft 363 housed in the central housing 37 of the cover 30. In the context of this fifth embodiment, the solid shaft is introduced into the housing, for example by sliding. Cooperation with the first and second racks 151, 152 is obtained in the context of this sixth embodiment by the arrangement of a jaw provided on its end opposite the solid shaft 363 with two projections each shaped to be inserted between two successive teeth of the corresponding rack 151, 152 among the first and second racks 151, 152. [Fig. 12] illustrates a first stop 21 intended to equip a post according to a sixth embodiment in which the support portion 213 of the first stop comprises an elastically deformable support member 213A. Thus, a post according to this sixth embodiment differs from a post according to the second embodiment only in that the first stop comprises the support member 213A. Such a support member, formed in the present embodiment by a tongue extending opposite the support surface of the support portion 213, makes it possible, by its deformation, to absorb any variations in thickness of the filling element or to compensate for slight differences that may exist between the width of the rebate LI, L2 accessible with the attachment system and the thickness of the filling element 5, 6. In this way, the retention of the filling element 5, 6 in the rebate 41, 42 is optimized. Figures 13A and 13B respectively illustrate a post 2 and a cover 30 equipping said post 2 according to a seventh embodiment in which the cover 30 comprises an elastically deformable attachment member 39 so as to form a pivot connection with respect to the post body 2. A post 2 according to this seventh embodiment differs from a post according to the first embodiment in that the cover 30 comprises the attachment member 39 and in that no insert 36 is provided, the attachment of the cover to the post body 10 being provided by the attachment member 39. The attachment member 39, in a manner similar to the alternative insert 38, is in the form of a jaw configured to cooperate with the first and second racks 151, 152 of the longitudinal wall 15. This jaw is nevertheless shaped, both by its shape (thickness of the walls of the jaw) and by the material constituting it, to deform elastically, this to allow pivoting of the cover 30 with respect to the post body 2. Thus in this seventh embodiment, as shown in [Fig.13A], the adjustment of the first and second rebate widths LI, L2 independently of one another is provided both by the adjustment of the height of cooperation of the attachment member 39 with the first and second racks 151, 152 and by the elastic deformation of the attachment member 39 permitted by its conformation.
