Abstract
Description
Title of the invention: Frame for protective eyewear against ionizing radiation technical field
[0001] The invention relates to the field of personal protection against ionizing radiation. More particularly, the invention relates to the field of protective frames against ionizing radiation and associated radioactive dose measurements. Technological background
[0002] A variety of personal protective equipment (PPE) exists to protect parts of an individual's body from ionizing radiation present in their environment. This PPE is important because it reduces the risk of adverse health effects that can result from exposure to ionizing radiation. Examples of such adverse effects include skin burns, acute radiation syndrome (ARS), and cancer. Indeed, beyond certain thresholds, ionizing radiation can impair the functioning of tissues and / or organs.
[0003] Document FR3080215A1 discloses, for example, protective eyewear against ionizing radiation comprising a frame for protective eyewear against ionizing radiation, including a front portion extending laterally with two lateral protective elements. The front portion and the lateral protective elements are made of a radio-attenuating material.
[0004] Such a pair of glasses makes it possible to reduce the dose of ionizing radiation received by the user at the facial levels but does not make it possible to measure the dose of ionizing radiation received by the user without adding auxiliary measuring devices which are bulky and which do not accurately reflect the dose actually received by the user's eyes.
[0005] However, protective devices must allow the worker to operate under good conditions, that is to say, safely and comfortably. Therefore, the aforementioned problems must be resolved. Summary of the invention
[0006] One idea underlying the invention is to solve one or more of the aforementioned problems.
[0007] Another idea underlying the invention is to provide an improved frame for protective glasses against ionizing radiation.
[0008] Another idea underlying the invention is to provide a frame for protective glasses against ionizing radiation, which is safe for its user.
[0009] Another idea underlying the invention is to provide a frame for protective glasses against ionizing radiation that is ergonomic.
[0010] Another idea underlying the invention is to provide a frame for protective glasses against ionizing radiation which is adapted to facilitate measurements of the dose of ionizing radiation received by the agent.
[0011] According to one embodiment, the invention provides a frame for protective eyewear against ionizing radiation, the frame comprising a front part, a first lateral part and a second lateral part extending respectively from a first and a second lateral extremities of the front part, in which the frame comprises a first charge capable of absorbing ionizing radiation, in which the front part has a first housing which is intended to carry a first mineral lens and a second housing which is intended to carry a second mineral lens, the first and second housings being separated from each other by a bridge area of the front part, in which the frame comprises a dosimeter holder, the dosimeter holder having a receiving chamber intended to receive a dosimeter,The dosimeter holder protrudes behind the front part, extending from the first or second compartment, so that the receiving chamber and the dosimeter are located between the first or second compartment and the user's eyes.
[0012] Thanks to these features, it is possible to integrate a dosimeter into the frame and, because the dosimeter holder and therefore the dosimeter itself are located close to the user's eye, to accurately measure the dose received by the user's eyes, as the dosimeter is positioned as close as possible to the user's eye. Measuring the radiation dose received by the user's eyes from the frame carrying a dosimeter makes it possible, in particular, to monitor individual exposure and ensure that workers remain below the regulatory exposure limits established to protect their health. This allows corrective measures to be taken, if necessary, to minimize future exposure. In other words, it is possible to adapt the worker's job and reduce the risk of pathologies that develop following exposure to ionizing radiation, such as cataracts, which correspond to an opacity of the lens.
[0013] According to embodiments, such a mount may include one or more of the following characteristics.
[0014] According to one embodiment, the dosimeter holder is projecting from the first lateral part or from the second lateral part.
[0015] According to one embodiment, the reception room is located opposite a peripheral zone of the first dwelling or a peripheral zone of the second dwelling. According to one embodiment, the peripheral zone has the form of a strip with a width of less than 2 cm, preferably with a width of less than 1.5 cm or 1 cm, and even more preferably with a width of less than 0.5 cm, and is not zero.
[0016] Thus, the dosimeter holder does not obstruct the vision of the agent wearing the frame and allows, when a dosimeter is inserted in the dosimeter holder, a precise measurement of the dose of ionizing radiation received by the eye of the agent.
[0017] According to one embodiment, the dosimeter holder protrudes from an angle area formed by the intersection of an internal surface of the front part and an internal surface of the first lateral part or the second lateral part.
[0018] According to one embodiment, the dosimeter holder protrudes from an upper part of the corner area.
[0019] According to one embodiment, the dosimeter holder protrudes from a lower part of the corner area.
[0020] According to one embodiment, the dosimeter holder is a single piece. In this case, the dosimeter holder is, for example, produced by 3D printing.
[0021] According to one embodiment, the front part, the dosimeter holder, and a portion of the first or second side part bearing said dosimeter holder are a single piece. Thus, the manufacture of the frame is accelerated, facilitated, and can be carried out by 3D printing.
[0022] According to one embodiment, the first or second side portion has a mounting area for a dosimeter holder, the dosimeter holder being attached to the mounting area by a fastening element. According to one embodiment, the dosimeter holder is removably fixed in the frame.
[0023] Thus, the dosimeter holder can be replaced, which facilitates maintenance and repair of the mount. Furthermore, the removable dosimeter holder allows its dimensions, and particularly those of the receiving chamber, to be adapted to accommodate a variety of dosimeters with different dimensions. Therefore, the mount is perfectly suited to the agent dose measurement requirements.
[0024] According to one embodiment, the attachment area comprises an internal recess located in an inner face of the first lateral part or an inner face of the second lateral part. According to one embodiment, the internal recess is adjacent to the first lateral end or the second lateral end of the front part. the dosimeter holder includes a mounting base which is fixed in the internal recess by the fixing element.
[0025] According to one embodiment, the internal recess is located at the level of an angle area formed by the intersection of an internal surface of the front part and an internal surface of the first lateral part or the second lateral part.
[0026] According to one embodiment, the internal recess is located at the level of an upper part of the corner area.
[0027] According to one embodiment, the internal recess is located at the level of a lower part of the corner area.
[0028] According to one embodiment, the internal recess is located at a central part of the corner zone. The central part being located between the lower and upper parts of the corner zone.
[0029] According to one embodiment, the internal recess has a rectangular shape.
[0030] According to one embodiment, the internal recess has a depth corresponding to at least 50% of the thickness of the first or second lateral part, preferably at least 60% or 70%, more preferably at least 80%, for example at least 90%, 95%, 98% or 99%. According to one embodiment, the internal recess has a depth of less than 100% of the thickness of the first or second lateral part.
[0031] According to one embodiment, the fixing element is chosen from a screw or a layer of glue.
[0032] According to one embodiment, the fixing base is fixed in the internal recess via a layer of glue which is located in the bottom of the internal recess, between the fixing base and the bottom of the internal recess.
[0033] According to one embodiment, the fixing base is fixed in the internal recess via at least one screw, the screw passing through the bottom of the internal recess from an external surface of the first lateral part or the second lateral part and being fixed in the fixing base.
[0034] According to one embodiment, the mounting base has a hole for receiving a screw. According to a preferred embodiment, the mounting base has a second hole for receiving a screw.
[0035] According to a preferred embodiment, the fixing base is fixed in the internal recess by at least one screw, preferably by two screws.
[0036] According to one embodiment, the orifice intended to receive a screw does not open into the receiving chamber.
[0037] According to one embodiment, the bottom of the internal recess comprises at least one through-hole which passes through the first lateral part or the second part lateral, the through-hole being intended to be passed through by a screw. According to a preferred embodiment, the bottom of the internal recess comprises two through-holes.
[0038] According to one embodiment, the receiving chamber has a top opening for inserting the dosimeter. According to another embodiment, the receiving chamber further has a bottom extraction port for facilitating the extraction of the dosimeter, the bottom extraction port having dimensions smaller than the dimensions of the dosimeter in order to prevent the dosimeter from passing through the extraction port and to retain the dosimeter in the receiving chamber.
[0039] According to one embodiment, the receiving chamber has two side walls designed to hold the dosimeter in the receiving chamber by pinching the dosimeter. In this embodiment, the dosimeter is inserted, for example, by applying slight pressure to insert it into the receiving chamber.
[0040] According to one embodiment, the two side walls are located opposite each other.
[0041] According to one embodiment, the two side walls comprise an internal side wall and an external side wall.
[0042] According to one embodiment, the external and / or internal side wall is solid. In other words, the external and / or internal side wall does not include a central opening.
[0043] According to one embodiment, the outer side wall is opaque in order to protect the dosimeter from light rays that could interfere with the measurement of the specific dose by the dosimeter.
[0044] According to one embodiment, the inner side wall is opaque.
[0045] According to one embodiment, the two side walls are opaque.
[0046] Thus, the dosimeter located in the dosimeter holder will have low exposure to light rays. Such a mount therefore allows for a more precise measurement by the dosimeter, a measurement that will not be altered by light rays.
[0047] According to one embodiment, the internal side wall and / or the external side wall of the dosimeter holder is made of a material selected from: resins, plastics and polyamides such as Grilamid®.
[0048] According to one embodiment, the receiving chamber has a central opening intended to form a day for the dosimeter, the central opening being located opposite the first or second dwelling, in particular opposite the peripheral area of the first or second dwelling.
[0049] According to one embodiment, the central opening has smaller dimensions than the dimensions of the dosimeter so that said dosimeter cannot pass through the central orifice.
[0050] According to one embodiment, the central opening is circular.
[0051] According to one embodiment, the reception room is located opposite a peripheral area of the first or second housing so as not to obstruct the vision of the user wearing the frame.
[0052] According to one embodiment, the receiving chamber is intended to be located opposite the external canthus or the internal canthus of the user's eye.
[0053] According to one embodiment, the dosimeter holder is a first dosimeter holder, the mount further includes a second dosimeter holder, the second dosimeter holder having a second receiving chamber for receiving a second dosimeter, the second dosimeter holder being projecting behind the front part in the extension of the first or second housing, so that the receiving chamber and the second dosimeter are located between the one among the first and second housings which does not carry the first dosimeter holder and the eyes of the user.
[0054] Thus, it is possible to integrate two dosimeters into the frame. It is therefore possible to accurately measure the dose received by both eyes of the wearer using two identical or different dosimeters. For example, it is possible to measure two types of ionizing radiation with two different dosimeters.
[0055] According to embodiments, the second dosimeter holder may have the same characteristics as those indicated for the first dosimeter holder.
[0056] According to one embodiment, the dosimeter holder attachment area is a first attachment area, the first lateral part or the second lateral part of the frame further includes a second dosimeter holder attachment area, the second attachment area has a second internal recess located in an internal face of that between the first lateral part and the second lateral part which does not have the first attachment area, the second internal recess being adjacent to that between the first lateral end and the second lateral end of the front part which does not have the first attachment area.
[0057] According to embodiments, the second fixing zone for dosimeter holder includes one or more of the aforementioned features for the first fixing zone.
[0058] According to one embodiment, the first fixing zone and the second fixing zone comprise the same characteristics.
[0059] According to one embodiment, the first fixing zone and the second fixing zone are different from each other.
[0060] According to one embodiment, the first fixing zone and the second fixing zone are located opposite each other.
[0061] According to one embodiment, the second internal recess is filled by a removable plug. This prevents dirt, moisture, or other contaminants from entering the recess.
[0062] According to one embodiment, the cap is fixed by a fixing element.
[0063] According to one embodiment, the cap is fixed by the same fastening element that the fixing element attaches the dosimeter holder to the fixing area.
[0064] According to one embodiment, the plug completely fills the internal recess.
[0065] According to one embodiment, the cap has an opening intended to receive a screw. According to a preferred embodiment, the cap has a second opening intended to receive a screw.
[0066] According to one embodiment, the plug is fixed in the internal recess by at least one screw, preferably two screws.
[0067] According to one embodiment, the orifice intended to receive a screw does not pass through the plug completely.
[0068] According to one embodiment, the cap is a single piece.
[0069] According to one embodiment, a bridge component intended to retain the first and The second mineral glass is fixed to an external face of the bridge area, in which the bridge piece has a retaining portion that extends into the first and second housings to prevent the first and second mineral glass from being dislodged.
[0070] Thus, the security of the frame is reinforced. Indeed, in the event of torsion exerted for example on the back of the frame, such an arrangement makes it possible to keep the first mineral lens in the first slot and the second mineral lens in the second slot, in order to prevent them from being ejected from the frame.
[0071] According to one embodiment, the bridge piece has the shape of a plate.
[0072] According to one embodiment, the bridge component is made of a chosen material among them: resins, plastics and polyamides such as Grilamid®.
[0073] According to one embodiment, the bridge piece has a thickness of between 0.5 and 2 mm, preferably 1 mm.
[0074] According to one embodiment, the retaining portion of the bridge piece extends by a distance of between 0.05 and 0.15 mm towards the first and second housings, preferably by 0.1 mm.
[0075] According to one embodiment, the first housing comprises a first drager and the second housing comprises a second drager, in which the first housing comprises a first mineral glass which is housed in the first drager and in which the second housing comprises a second mineral glass which is housed in the second drager, the first and second mineral glasses comprising a second charge capable of absorbing ionizing radiation.
[0076] In one embodiment, the first and second charges capable of absorbing ionizing radiation comprise particles of at least one material selected from: lead, rare earth elements, bismuth, antimony, tin, tungsten, barium, tantalum, alloys and oxides thereof. In a preferred embodiment, the first and second charges comprise lead particles.
[0077] According to one embodiment, the frame for glasses provides protection against ionizing radiation selected from X-type or gamma-type electromagnetic radiation.
[0078] According to one embodiment, the first load is located on or in: the front part, the first lateral part and / or the second lateral part. Preferably, the first load is located at least in the front part.
[0079] According to one embodiment, the second charge is located on or in the first and second mineral glasses.
[0080] According to one embodiment, the first housing includes a third drageoir spaced from the first drageoir and the second housing includes a fourth drageoir spaced from the second drageoir, in which the first housing includes a third lens which is housed in the third drageoir and the second housing includes a fourth lens which is housed in the fourth drageoir, the third and fourth lenses being positioned so as to be located between the first and second lenses and the eyes of a user.
[0081] According to one embodiment, the third drageoir and the fourth drageoir are respectively spaced from the first drageoir and the second drageoir by a distance of between 1 and 4 mm.
[0082] According to one embodiment, the spacing between the first mineral glass and the third glass forms a first internal space and in which the spacing between the second mineral glass and the fourth glass forms a second internal space, in which the first and second internal spaces are hermetically sealed.
[0083] Thus, the characteristics of the frame prevent dirt, moisture or other contaminants from entering the first internal space or the second internal space in order to preserve visual clarity for the agent.
[0084] According to one embodiment, a watertight seal is positioned around the perimeter of the first, second, third and fourth drawers in order to obtain an internal space and a second internal space that are airtight.
[0085] According to one embodiment, the third and fourth lenses are made from transparent plastic material, preferably from a thermoplastic polymer.
[0086] According to one embodiment, the third and fourth lenses are made from polycarbonate.
[0087] According to one embodiment, the third lens and / or the fourth lens provides visual correction.
[0088] Thanks to these characteristics, visual correction is easy to apply. Thus, it is not necessary to perform visual correction on complex and brittle mineral lenses. The production costs of mineral lenses for protection against ionizing radiation can therefore be reduced, compared to the cost of visual correction that would be applied to mineral lenses.
[0089] According to one embodiment, the third and / or fourth lens corrects a visual defect chosen from: myopia, hyperopia, astigmatism alone or associated with myopia or hyperopia, or presbyopia alone or associated with myopia, hyperopia, and / or astigmatism. The third and fourth lenses may be single-vision, bifocal, or progressive.
[0090] According to one embodiment, the first lateral part is a first frame arm and the second lateral part is a second frame arm, said first and second arms being attached to the first front part via respectively a first joint and a second joint, the first joint and the second joint comprising a ball joint.
[0091] Thus, the frame is more ergonomic. In addition, thanks to these features, the joint including a ball joint allows the frame to absorb handling forces and thus helps to protect the first and second mineral lenses from mechanical torsion that could damage them.
[0092] According to one embodiment, the first joint and the second joint include an elastic return to maintain the first and second branches, in the absence of external constraints, in a position of use so that the agent can wear the frame normally.
[0093] According to one embodiment, the temples of the frame have a length of at least 5 cm, for example between 5 and 15 cm.
[0094] According to one embodiment, the receiving chamber includes a dosimeter for measuring a dose of ionizing radiation, for example X-rays, gamma rays, beta rays or neutrons, received by an agent.
[0095] According to one embodiment, the first dosimeter holder carries a dosimeter intended to measure a dose of gamma rays received by an agent at the level of the eyes and the second dosimeter holder carries a dosimeter intended to measure the neutrons received by an agent at the level of the eyes.
[0096] According to one embodiment, the dosimeter is a passive dosimeter or delayed-reading dosimeter. According to one embodiment, the dosimeter has the shape of a flattened cylinder. The dosimeter, for example, has a flattened circular cylindrical shape, that is to say, with a relatively small thickness compared to its diameter.
[0097] According to one embodiment, the frame for protective glasses against ionizing radiation is used in the field of medicine, in particular, in diagnostic radiology, interventional radiology, radiotherapy or brachytherapy or nuclear medicine, by healthcare personnel and / or by patients.
[0098] According to one embodiment, the frame for protective glasses against ionizing radiation is used in the field of civil or military nuclear energy, in particular for mining activities or for the processing and manufacture of nuclear fuels.
[0099] According to one embodiment, the invention also provides a frame for protective glasses against ionizing radiation, the frame comprising a front part, a first lateral part and a second lateral part extending respectively from a first and a second lateral extremities of the front part, in which the frame comprises a first charge capable of absorbing ionizing radiation, in which the front part has a first housing which is intended to carry a first mineral lens and a second housing which is intended to carry a second mineral lens, the first and second housings being separated from each other by a bridge area of the front part, in which the first lateral part or the second lateral part has a fixing area for a dosimeter holder,The mounting area includes an internal recess located in an internal face of the first side part or an internal face of the second side part, the internal recess being located at an angle formed by the intersection of an internal surface of the front part and an internal surface of the first or second side part, the internal recess being intended to receive a dosimeter holder comprising a receiving chamber for receiving a dosimeter and a mounting base intended to be fixed in the internal recess, the dosimeter holder being intended to protrude behind the front part in line with the first or second housing, so that the receiving chamber and the dosimeter are located between the first or second housing and the user's eyes.

[0112] Figure 6 shows a perspective view of a removable plug adapted to be integrated into the mount according to the second embodiment. Description of the implementation methods
[0113] By convention, the terms "internal," "external," "upper," and "lower" are used to define the relative position of an element with respect to the frame when worn by an agent. The term "internal" therefore means an element or area that is located towards the inside, that is, towards the agent's face, as opposed to the term "external," which refers to an element or area that is located towards the outside. The term "upper" means an element or area located towards the top of the frame, and the term "lower" means an element or area located towards the bottom of the frame.
[0114] Figures 1 and 2 illustrate a frame 1 for protective glasses against ionizing radiation.
[0115] The mount 1 comprises a front part 2 and two lateral parts 3, 4.
[0116] The first lateral part 3 extends from a first lateral extremity 22 of the front part 2 and the second lateral part 4 extend from a second lateral end 24 of the front part 2.
[0117] The first lateral part 3 extends from a first lateral end 22 of the front part 2 and includes a first frame arm 21.
[0118] The second lateral part 4 extends from a second lateral end 24 of the front part 2 and includes a second frame arm 23.
[0119] The first and second frame arms 21 and 23 have a shape adapted to be correctly positioned on the user's ears, for example via a curve having a concavity.
[0120] The first and second temple arms 21 and 23 are attached respectively to first and second lateral end zones 25, 26 of the first and second lateral parts 3, 4 by a first hinge joint 27 and a second hinge joint 28. The first and second hinge joints 27, 28 allow a first rotational movement enabling the first and second temple arms 21 and 23 to bend inwards, and allow a second movement enabling the first and second temple arms 21 and 23 to be repositioned in a usable position. The first and second hinge joints 27, 28 block other possible movements of the temple arms, for example, an outward rotational movement, i.e., a movement opposite to the first movement, when the first and second temple arms 21 and 23 are in the usable position.
[0121] In an alternative embodiment not shown, the joint for fixing the first and second branches 21 and 23 are joints each comprising a ball joint equipped with an elastic return element. This joint allows greater rotational movement of each of the first and second branches 21 and 23 compared to the lateral end areas 25, 26 illustrated in [Fig. 2].
[0122] The front part 2 of the mount 1 further has a first housing 5 and a second housing 6 separated from the first housing 5 by a bridge area 7.
[0123] The first housing 5 includes a first groove 11 formed in the thickness of the front part 2 at the level of the first housing 5, the first groove 11 having the shape of a groove extending over the contour of the first housing 5. The first groove 11 is intended to house and hold a first mineral glass (not shown) in the first housing 5.
[0124] Similarly, the second housing 6 includes a second groove 12 formed in the thickness of the front part 2 at the level of the second housing 6, the second groove 12 having the shape of a groove extending over the contour of the second housing 6. The second groove 12 is intended to house and hold a second mineral glass (not shown) in the second housing 6.
[0125] The first and second mineral glasses are made of a transparent mineral material which includes a second charge allowing in particular the absorption of X and gamma radiation, for example a lead charge.
[0126] The first housing 5 further comprises a third drageoir 13 spaced from the first drageoir 11 along the thickness direction El of the front part 2 and the second housing 6 comprises a fourth drageoir 14 spaced from the second drageoir 12 along the thickness direction E2 of the front part 2.
[0127] The third drageoir is intended to house and hold a third glass (not shown) in the first housing 5 and the fourth drageoir 14 is intended to house and hold a fourth glass (not shown) in the second housing 6.
[0128] The third and fourth lenses are for example made of polycarbonate, optionally including visual correction.
[0129] Thus, this makes it possible to obtain a frame with two pairs of lenses, the third and fourth lenses being intended to be closer to the user's eyes and to protect the agent's eyes from possible breakage of the mineral lenses which are fragile and brittle.
[0130] The front part 2 of the mount 1 further carries a bridge piece 8 fixed to an external face of the bridge area 7 with, for example, screws. The bridge piece 8 has a retaining portion 81 projecting slightly, along the width direction 1 of the mount 1 in front of each of the first and second housings 5, 6 in order to retain the first and second mineral lenses (not shown) in the first and second drawers 11 and 12, without obstructing the vision of the agent wearing frame 1.
[0131] The mount 1 further includes a dosimeter holder 9 located at the level of an upper angle zone formed by the intersection of an internal surface 31 of the lateral end zone 25 and an internal surface 29 of the front part 2, at the level of the lateral end 22 of the front part 2.
[0132] The dosimeter holder 9 protrudes from the lateral end area 25 towards the first housing 5 so as to be located between the first housing and the eyes of the agent when wearing the frame 1, without obstructing the vision of the agent wearing the frame 1. Thus, the dosimeter holder 9 is slightly visible to the agent at the outer periphery of the field of vision and therefore does not interfere with the agent performing his tasks.
[0133] The dosimeter holder 9 comprises a generally circular receiving chamber 91 for receiving a dosimeter (not shown). The receiving chamber 91 comprises a solid inner wall 92 separated from an outer wall 93 located opposite the inner wall 92 and a top opening 95.
[0134] The dimensions of the upper opening 95 are sufficient to allow a dosimeter (not shown) to pass through and the spacing between the inner wall 92 and the outer wall 93 is sufficient to house the dosimeter (not shown).
[0135] The outer wall 93 has a circular opening 94 located at the center of the outer wall 93 to allow a gap for the dosimeter. The circular opening has a diameter smaller than the diameter of the dosimeter to prevent the dosimeter from passing through the circular opening 94.
[0136] Thus, when the dosimeter is housed in the receiving chamber 91, it will be able to accurately measure the dose of ionizing radiation actually received by the eye of the worker wearing the frame 1 with high precision. Indeed, thanks to the dosimeter holder 9, the dosimeter will be positioned as close as possible to the user's eye and behind any lenses positioned in the first and third holders 11, 13. The dosimeter will therefore receive the same quantity of ionizing radiation as the quantity actually received by the worker's eyes.
[0137] The receiving chamber 91 further includes a lower extraction port 96 which facilitates the extraction of the dosimeter from the receiving chamber 94. The lower extraction port 96 opens into the receiving chamber 91 and has dimensions smaller than the dimensions of the dosimeter in order to prevent the dosimeter from unintentionally exiting the receiving chamber 91 by passing through the lower extraction port 96.
[0138] The dosimeter can be dislodged from the receiving chamber 91 by inserting an extraction tool such as a rod into the extraction orifice in order to push the dosimeter through the upper opening 95 to extract it from the dosimeter holder 9.
[0139] The extraction port 96 includes, for example, a notch formed on the inner wall 92 to allow the dosimeter to be easily extracted from the housing with the extraction tool or a finger of an agent.
[0140] The mount 1 is for example made of a plastic material which includes a first charge allowing in particular the absorption of X and gamma radiation, for example a lead charge.
[0141] The front part 2, the first lateral end zone 25 of the first lateral part 3, the second lateral end zone 26 of the second lateral part 4 and the dosimeter holder 9 of the mount 1 can be made in a single piece, for example by 3D printing.
[0142] Another embodiment of the mount is described in Figures 3 to 5.
[0143] Identical or similar elements bear the same reference number, incremented by 100 compared to the reference numbers shown in figures 1 and 2.
[0144] The mount 101 illustrated in [Fig.3] differs from the mount 1 illustrated with figures 1 and 2 in that the dosimeter holder 109 is a removable element of the mount 109 and the dosimeter holder does not have a circular opening provided at the center of the outer wall.
[0145] The mount 101 includes a fixing zone 40 located at the upper level of the angle formed by the intersection of an internal surface 131 of the lateral end zone 125 and an internal surface 129 of the front part 102, at the level of the lateral end 122 of the front part 102.
[0146] The fixing area 40 has an internal recess 41 forming a generally rectangular hollow with a bottom having two through holes 42 for fixing a dosimeter holder 109 as shown with [Fig.4].
[0147] The dosimeter holder 109 differs from the dosimeter holder 9 illustrated with figures 1 and 2 in that it has a fixing base 50 at one lateral end of the dosimeter holder 109.
[0148] The mounting base 50 has two orifices 51 located on a lateral surface 52 which are intended to cooperate with the two through orifices 42 of the internal recess 4L
[0149] The mounting base 50 is dimensioned to completely fill the internal recess 4L
[0150] In order to integrate the dosimeter holder 109 into the mount 101, the mounting base 50 must be inserted into the internal recess 41 to the bottom of the internal recess 41 so that the through holes 42 are aligned and open opposite the holes 51 to allow the passage of a fixing element (not shown) such as a fixing screw through through holes 42.
[0151] Thus, it is possible to remove and change the dosimeter holder 109 from the mount 101 as needed. For example, the dosimeter holder 109 can be replaced by another dosimeter holder comprising a mounting base identical to the mounting base 50 and a receiving chamber with dimensions different from the dimensions of the receiving chamber of the dosimeter holder 109 in order to adapt to another dosimeter.
[0152] In addition, the outer wall 193 is an opaque wall, that is to say, a wall without any opening provided in the outer wall 193. Thus, the dosimeter installed in the dosimeter holder will have low exposure to light rays, which increases the reliability and accuracy of the measurement of the dose of ionizing radiation by the dosimeter.
[0153] In an alternative embodiment not shown, the mount 101 has a second attachment zone similar to the attachment zone 40. This second attachment zone is located opposite the first attachment zone, that is, at the upper level of the angle formed by the intersection of an internal surface of the lateral end zone 126 and an internal surface 129 of the front part 102, at the level of the lateral end 124 of the front part 102. Thus, according to this alternative embodiment, the mount 101 can be adapted and include: (i) a single dosimeter holder 109 located in one of the first or second fixing zones, or (ii) a first dosimeter holder 109 located in the first attachment zone and a second dosimeter holder located in the second attachment zone. The second dosimeter holder may, for example, be identical, similar, or different from the first dosimeter holder 109, or iii) no dosimeter holder. In case i): a plug can advantageously be fixed in the internal recess in which the dosimeter holder is not fixed in order to plug the internal recess. In case iii): similarly to case i), a first and a second plug can be fixed in the first and second internal recesses in order to plug the two internal recesses.
[0154] A suitable plug for sealing an internal recess is illustrated with [Fig.6].
[0155] The plug 60 has dimensions adapted to completely fill, for example, the internal recess 41 illustrated in [Fig. 3]. The plug 60 includes a fixing base 150 at one lateral end 152 of the plug 60.
[0156] The mounting base 150 has similar characteristics to the mounting base 50 of the dosimeter holder 109, namely two orifices 151 located on a lateral surface 152 which are intended to cooperate with the two through orifices 42 of the internal recess 4L
[0157] The internal lateral end 61 of the plug 60 further has a curvature suitable for establishing continuity with the internal surface 131 of the lateral end zone 125 or with the internal surface of the lateral end zone 126. In other words, when the plug 60 is installed, it does not form a protrusion or a hollow relative to the internal surface in which the plug 60 is installed.
[0158] The installation of the 60 cap makes it possible in particular to obtain ergonomic frames that are comfortable for the agent to wear.
[0159] In addition, the plug 60 completely fills the recess, which helps to limit the fouling of the internal recess plugged by the plug 60.
[0160] In order to integrate the cap 60 into the mount 101, the fixing base 150 of the cap 60 must be inserted into the recess 41 to the bottom of the recess 41 so that the through holes 42 are aligned and open into the holes 151 to allow the passage of a fixing element (not shown) such as a fixing screw through through holes.
[0161] The fasteners used to fix the cap can be the same as the fasteners used to fix the dosimeter holder 109.
[0162] Although the invention has been described in connection with several particular embodiments, it is clearly evident that it is by no means limited to them and that it includes all technical equivalents of the means described as well as their combinations if these fall within the scope of the invention.
[0163] The use of the verb "comprise", "comprendre" or "include" and its conjugated forms does not exclude the presence of other elements or steps than those stated in a claim.
[0164] In the claims, any reference sign in parentheses shall not be interpreted as a limitation of the claim.
