Abstract

The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition, particularly for hair care, comprising one or more cationic inulins and one or more anionic surfactants of the formula ROC(O)-L-(Y-)y Ay+, wherein: - R is a C6-C30 alkyl group, optionally oxyethylenated, - L is a divalent or trivalent C1-C6 hydrocarbon group, and - Y- is a sulfonate or carboxylate group. The invention also relates to a cosmetic treatment method, preferably for cleansing and / or washing keratinous materials, particularly hair, comprising a step of applying such a composition to said keratinous materials.
