Abstract
Composite material for protection against electromagnetic waves. The present invention relates to a composite material comprising, as a percentage by mass relative to the total mass of the composite material: A) 20 to 70% of at least one geopolymer, B) 20 to 70% of a resin with a Shore D hardness of less than 50, selected from epoxy or silicone resins, and C) 0 to 30% by mass of at least one additional oxide, preferably selected from B2O3, Li2O, Li2B4O7, LiI, Fe3O4, Magnetite, WO3, P2O5, depleted uranium oxide, BaSO4, or mixtures thereof. The invention also relates to methods for preparing such a composite material and to the use of such a material as a protective coating against electromagnetic waves. Figure for the abstract: none
