Abstract

Method for winding a salient-pole rotor equipped with a winding guide. The invention relates to a method for winding a rotor comprising several arms extending radially from a central part, and a winding guide made of synthetic polymer material, arranged at an axial end of the rotor. The winding guide comprises an arm (20) having a first surface (21) pressed against a arm, and a second surface (22) opposite the first surface (21) intended to receive a conductive wire (8). The arm (20) comprises an edge (26) forming a third flat surface, intended to be opposite a stack of conductive wire (8), and initially forming with the second surface (22) an angle (β) greater than 90 degrees by at least one degree. The winding method comprises: - a step of straightening the edge (26), reducing the angle (β) between the third (23) and the second surface (22), and - an orthocyclic winding step of the branch.(Figure 4).
