Abstract
One aspect of the invention relates to a method (100) for searching for at least one user in a communication network according to the 3GPP MCS standard, the method (100) comprising: Generation (120), by the MCX client entity (C), of a search query including at least one standardized search criterion; Sending (130) to the MCX server (S), by the MCX client entity (C), of the search query; Searching (140), by the MCX server (S), for at least one user in the communication network, the search being performed from the search query in a list of user profiles stored at the MCX server (S); and Sending (190) to the MCX client entity (C), by the MCX server (S), a search result including a list of at least one identified user.
