More particularly, the present disclosure relates to a method and a system for establishing wireless communication amongst motor vehicles travelling as a group. CROSS REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS This application claims the benefit of India Patent Application no. 202341042272 entitled “A METHOD AND A SYSTEM FOR ESTABLISHING COMMUNICATION AMONG AD-HOC GROUP OF VEHICLES” filed on 23 June 2023, which is hereby incorporated by reference herein in their entirety. BACKGROUND Increasingly, motor vehicles are wireless enabled and are able to send wireless communication signals to different stations, things and / or other vehicles. This can be seen in existing techniques being use in vehicle-to-X (V2X). However, such existing techniques usually focus on data exchange between vehicle to vehicle or vehicle to X and data processing, with an object of ensuring traffic safety and regulations are complied. A group of vehicle operators who do not benefit from existing wireless communication between vehicle to vehicle may be vehicle operators who are on long drive road trips for leisure. At times, such motor vehicles may travel in larger groups, say, a group of families and friends on a road trip to a same destination, each family driving a different user vehicle. The background description provided herein is for the purpose of generally presenting the context of the disclosure. Work of the presently named inventors, to the extent it is described in this background section, as well as aspects of the description that may not otherwise qualify as prior art at the time of filing, are neither expressly nor impliedly admitted as prior art against the present disclosure.
