Description

TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention belongs to the field of piano dampers, and particularly relates to a piano tuning damper. BACKGROUND Regular tuning keeps a piano in good intonation state and timbre, guarantees its performance, and prolongs the service life of the piano. Piano temperament adjustment is a process of performing adjustment tone by tone and string by string, and most of the tones from middle and treble registers of the piano are produced by unison string sets each consisting of three strings. During temperament adjustment, it is necessary to damp the strings that do not need to be adjusted at a given moment, preventing them from producing unnecessary sounds, so as not to interfere with the tones of the string that is being adjusted and affect hearing perception during temperament adjustment. In the prior art, the unison string sets are damped with a damping tape which is mainly inserted into a spacing between one unison string set and another unison string set. The damping tape should not be inserted too tightly or too loosely in a string column, but should be inserted moderately. If inserted too tightly, the strings may be excessively squeezed and affects the already tuned pitch; and if inserted too loosely, the damping tape may fall off the string column when the strings are struck. Therefore, the force applied for inserting the damping tape should be moderate, based on a level that the strings will not fall off for a while after being struck. Tuning staff need to manually fold the damping tape and insert the same into the spacing between one unison string set and another unison string set on the string column. In actual operations, the thickness of the folded damping tape cannot be guaranteed to be fully consistent, the situation that the damping tape is inserted too tightly or too loosely still exists, and the whole process of mounting the damping tape is time-consuming and laborious. During the tuning process, there is also the process of repeatedly inserting the damping tape into the spacing between one unison string set and another unison string set. In addition, during tuning, only the middle string of the same unison string set can be tuned first. Based on this, further improvements are needed for damping methods or tools of piano tuning. Operating principles: when the piano is tuned, the damper provided by the present application is first mounted on the keybed 1 of the piano, allowing all the damping units 25 to simultaneously complete the damping of the unison string sets corresponding thereto. First, the toggle sliding block 48 drives the trigger member 26 to slide as a whole to the rightmost end of mounting housing 6, then a gap between the inner clamping plate 17 and the outer clamping plate 16 is enabled to be aligned with the reinforcing rib 2 of the keybed 1, and then pressing is performed towards the keybed 1. In this process, the first spring 20 is compressed, and then the inner clamping plate 17 and the outer clamping plate 16 are locked by the first adjustment bolt 21. Then, the second adjustment bolt 23 is adjusted, so that the mounting housing 6 moves as a whole towards the keybed 1 and the unison string sets. When the damping unit 25 is not in contact with the unison string set, the first damping 9 claw 27 and the third damping claw 29 move closer to each other under the action of the tension spring 37. After the adaptive trigger portion 32 of the first damping claw 27 and the third damping claw 29 comes into contact with the primary string 3 and the secondary string 5, the first damping claw 27 and the third damping claw 29 move away from each other. Subsequently, during this process, the first damping claw 27 and the third damping claw 29 move closer to each other again, allowing the primary string 3 and the secondary string 5 to enter the damping portion 31. At this point, the damping press head 33 of the second damping claw 28 also presses against the middle string 4, so as to complete the damping of all unison string sets. When tuning, the toggle sliding block 48 is moved, enabling the trigger member 26 on the toggle sliding block 48 to sequentially drive the adjustment rod 39 corresponding to each unison string set, so that the third spring 10 is compressed, thus sequentially driving: the damping of the primary string 3 performed by the first damping claw 27, specifically, the trigger member 26 presses down the trigger plate 40, the driving head 41 corresponding to the first damping claw 27 drives the first damping claw to rotate, enabling the damping portion 31 of the first damping claw to move away from the primary string 3; the damping of the middle string 4 performed by the second damping claw 28, specifically, the trigger member 26 presses down the trigger plate 40, the adjustment rod 39 corresponding to the second damping claw 28 moves downwards, driving the driving fork 43 to rotate and lift up the telescopic rod 34, the second spring is compressed, and the damping press head 33 moves away from the middle string 4; and the damping of the secondary string 5 performed by the third damping claw 29, specifically, the trigger member 26 presses down the trigger plate 40, the driving head 41 corresponding to the third damping claw 29 drives the third damping claw 29 to rotate, enabling the damping portion 31 of the third damping claw to move away from the secondary string 5. When tuning, all the unison string sets are tuned sequentially from right to left based on an order that the primary string 3 is first tuned, the middle string 4 is then tuned, and the secondary string 5 is finally tuned. After completing the tuning, the mounting assembly is enabled to release the clamping of the reinforcing rib 2 of the keybed 1, and the damper provided by the present application is removed as a whole.
