A computer implemented method 10 of reviewing and / or training a visual field of a user, the method comprising: displaying one or more visual stimuli on a display positioned within the visual field of the user 20; instructing the user to detect and / or locate and / or identify the one or more visual stimuli on the display 30; and determining when the user has detected and / or located and / or identified the one or more visual stimuli 40. Also claimed are a system using the method, which may comprise an item of headwear such as a VR headset (Figure 11), and a computer program with instructions for performing the method, and a processing system executing the computer program.
