A mudguard

Abstract

A mudguard 10 for bicycle, the mudguard 10 including: a mudguard portion 12 positionable in use adjacent to ground engaging surface of a tyre 52a of a wheel 50a of the bicycle, said wheel 50a rotatable about an axis, wherein the mudguard portion 12 is shaped so as to extend circumferentially around at least a portion of the tyre 52a; a user graspable handle 14 connected to the mudguard portion 12, at least a portion of the user graspable handle 14 being positioned radially further away from the axis than the mudguard portion 12; and wherein a space 16 is at least partially defined between the mudguard portion 12 and the user graspable handle 14, said space being sized so as to receive at least a plurality of digits of a human hand.
