Abstract

Embodiments of the present application relate to the technical field of communications, and provide a method of processing errors of transmission links, electronic devices, and storage media. The method includes: obtaining transmission link error information; based on said error information, determining a first target virtual layer corresponding to the faulty protection ring; determining, from among protection rings whose virtual layer is the first target virtual layer level, a target protection ring to carry services on the faulty protection ring; and redirecting services on said faulty protection ring to the target protection ring.
