Abstract

This invention relates to an animal-shaped archery target that uses Ethylene Vinyl Acetate (EVA) foam as the main medium for holding arrows and is equipped with a number target as a scoring system for shooting results. The target is designed in a silhouette or three-dimensional shape resembling an animal with a surface equipped with concentric circles as target zones that have different score values. EVA material was chosen because it is lightweight, elastic, impact-resistant, and able to withstand arrow penetration without experiencing significant damage so it can be used repeatedly. The target model is equipped with a metal support frame that has a height adjustment mechanism so that it facilitates installation, removal, storage, and adjustment of the target position according to user needs. The number target is placed in the aiming area with a color distinction to facilitate identification of the target point and score calculation. The target assembly is integrated with the target body to form a single construction unit that is easy to assemble, move, and use in various training conditions. This invention can be applied as an archery training medium for sports, education, and recreation activities. The target construction that combines animal shapes, EVA material, a numerical target system, and a height-adjustable support frame allows for training and evaluation of shooting results in a measurable manner based on the scoring zone.
