The device designed to develop hand-eye coordination in boxing is a research-based tool consisting of several parts. It enhances offensive boxing skills for students and athletes of all ages. Considered an important tool for learning and training, the device includes a movable iron base with adjustable height to accommodate different boxer heights. Attached to this base are iron rings, each 25 cm in diameter, which allow for the insertion of a fist. The boxer with the boxing glove and the number of these rings (7) rings distributed for the straight punch, the side punch and the upward punch. The researchers wrapped these seven rings with a rubber material to ensure the principle of safety when punching. These rings were connected to a light beam that was fixed to the rings and electrical connections were made to them. An electrical card prepared for this purpose was programmed for these rings so that these rings would flash randomly. An electrical source was prepared for the device and supplied with a battery in case of power outage to take advantage of all the available time for training.
