Abstract

This article is a blank for a shipping box for a circular saw, which is made of thick paper such as cardboard. A circular saw (tipped saw) is stored in the shipping box for a circular saw, which is constructed by assembling the blank. As shown in the "Reference Diagram Showing the Names of Each Part", the blank for the shipping box for a circular saw includes a cover plate, a first side plate, a bottom plate, a second side plate, a stacking plate, a pair of outer plates, a pair of inner plates, and a pair of first to fourth support plates. The cover plate, the first side plate, the bottom plate, the second side plate, and the stacking plate are arranged in a row in the front-rear direction. An insertion hole is formed in the cover plate, and an insertion piece is provided in the stacking plate. The pair of outer plates, the pair of first support plates, the pair of inner plates, and the pair of fourth support plates are arranged in a row so as to sandwich the bottom plate from both the left and right sides. An insertion hole is formed in the range from the first support plate to the fourth support plate, the insertion hole being curved so as to bulge toward the bottom plate. The inner plate is divided into two by the insertion hole, and a pair of restricting pieces are connected to the inner edge of the divided inner plate so as to partition the insertion hole. Between the pair of restricting pieces, the first support plate and the fourth support plate are cut so as to protrude from the boundary with the outer plate toward the fourth support plate, and a pressing piece is formed that extends from the first support plate across the insertion hole and bites into the fourth support plate. The pair of third support plates is connected to the pair of fourth support plates and extends parallel to the cover plate. The pair of second support plates is connected to the pair of third support plates and extends close to the cover plate. The boundary between the second support plate and the first support plate is a cut. The second support plate is cut so as to bulge from the boundary with the third support plate toward the cover plate, and a fan-shaped mounting piece is formed from the third support plate to bite into the second support plate. In addition, approximately triangular holes are opened at both ends of the mounting piece. To form a circular saw shipping box from a blank, the third support plate is folded back and the second and third support plates are placed on top of the first and fourth support plates, as shown in the "reference perspective view (1) showing the state of use". Next, as shown in the "reference perspective view (2) showing the state of use", the inner plate is folded upright, the overlapping third and fourth support plates are folded back inwards, and the third support plate is placed on top of the second support plate. When the third and fourth support plates are folded back, the placement piece pushes out the pressing piece and penetrates the insertion hole, protruding outwards. In this state, the first support plate, the second support plate, the third support plate, and the fourth support plate are stacked in this order from bottom to top.Next, as shown in "Reference Oblique View (3) Showing the State of Use", the outer plate is folded and made to stand, the overlapping first to fourth support plates are folded inward, and the fourth support plate is placed on the bottom plate. In this state, the fourth support plate, the third support plate, the second support plate, and the first support plate are stacked in this order from bottom to top. The regulating piece is also folded to follow the contour of the insertion hole. In addition, when the first to fourth support plates are folded back, the pressing piece is in a standing position. Next, the circular saw (tipped saw) is placed on the pair of left and right placement pieces, and the pair of pressing pieces are folded inward and placed on top of the circular saw. In this state, the blade formed on the outer periphery of the circular saw comes into contact with the regulating piece and is bitten into and regulated. Next, as shown in "Reference Oblique View (4) Showing the State of Use", the first side plate is folded and made to stand, and the cover plate is folded backward to cover the pressing piece, the circular saw, etc. Next, the second side panel is folded upright, the overlapping panel is folded forward, and the insert piece is folded downward and inserted into the insert hole. This seals the circular saw shipping box.
