Abstract

The design is characterised by its shape. Figure 1.8 is an enlargement of the circled area in Figure 1.1. The dashed lines shown in Figures 1.1 to 1.8 depict parts of a television receiver and do not form part of the design sought to be registered. The dashed and dotted lines defining the boundaries of the enlarged area do not form part of the design sought to be registered. Figures 1.9 to 1.12 show the design in use, where all other dashed lines and colours are used to depict the periphery and do not form part of the design sought to be registered. The shaded lines are used to show the surface of the design sought to be registered and do not represent the ornamentation of that surface.
