Bathing Timer with Lighting

Abstract

The article related to the present design is a bath timer that is placed floating in the hot water of a bathtub and notifies the arrival of the appropriate bathing time with light and sound. As shown in the plane reference diagram for explaining each part and the bottom reference diagram for explaining each part, this article has an illumination part on the top surface side and legs on the bottom surface side, and further has an operation part, a communication part, and a control part inside (not shown in the figure). The illumination part of this article has translucency and is equipped with LEDs (not shown in the figure) inside. When the user's bathing time reaches the appropriate bathing time, it emits light or blinks to prompt the user to finish bathing. The operation part of this article covers the surface of the embedded push-button switch with a soft resin cover to integrate it with the appearance, and switches the on / off of the bath timer function and the illumination function of this article by switch operation. The communication part of this article wirelessly transmits the hot water temperature of the bathtub to a mobile terminal such as a smartphone, and receives the appropriate bathing time calculated by the mobile terminal from the user's body information and the hot water temperature of the bathtub. The control part of this article is equipped with a buzzer, a temperature sensor, and a timer function, and calculates the user's bathing time from the measurement of the hot water temperature of the bathtub and the time when the operation part is operated and the appropriate bathing time received by the communication part. Also, the control part of this article can register and switch multiple users.
