Shared residence

Abstract

This building is a condominium. The design shown in the drawings pertains to the shared spaces in the condominium. Since the indoor floor and the wood deck separated by the sweep-out windows are at the same height and flat, an open space extends seamlessly from indoors to outdoors. On the other hand, the space at the back indoors is a downstairs floor, creating a calm and relaxing enclosed space that gives a sense of being surrounded.
