Corner base for protruding corners

Abstract

The article to which this design relates is a base member for an external corner baseboard corner material used to connect baseboards at the bottom corner of a wall. As shown in (Reference Figure 1), the external corner baseboard corner and external corner baseboard corner cover are fitted together for use. The tip of the portion of the external corner baseboard where the baseboard is inserted is curved to prevent it from coming off. As shown in (Reference Figure 2), the protruding portion of the external corner baseboard corner is pressed into the recess on the back of the external corner baseboard corner cover, making it difficult for the external corner baseboard corner cover and external corner baseboard corner to come off. As shown in (Reference Figure 3), the portion that is inserted into the recess on the wall side of the baseboard is made of a thin, hard resin shape of less than 1 mm, so that it can be deformed with just the force of a finger, and the external corner baseboard corner can be inserted into the insertion groove of the baseboard and installed in the recess on the wall side of the baseboard.
