Abstract

This device is a soldering iron temperature controller. According to the "Reference Diagram Showing the Names of Each Part," the power switch on the front panel turns the power on and off, and when power is turned on, the soldering iron tip begins to flow. The LCD display simultaneously displays the set temperature and various setting parameters, and the desired temperature and parameters are set using the setting and up / down keys. The heater lamp lights up or flashes depending on the heater's power status. Pressing the key lock key allows the user to enter a three-digit PIN code on the LCD display. Entering the correct PIN code locks the key, preventing unauthorized changes to settings. The power cord is connected to the hole at the bottom of the back (see "Rear View"), and the power cord to the soldering iron tip is routed through the hole at the bottom of the front (DIN connector). A unique feature of this device is that it receives data via a wired connection, allowing for easy tip temperature correction. Another wired connection feature is the USB port, which allows communication with a PC, allowing internal information to be displayed on the PC screen.
