Abstract
The image relating to the present design is an information display image used to check the waveform and accuracy changes of the film sheet thickness in a film sheet thickness control device. From each display section of this image, data measured by a thickness gauge is displayed as a graph, and the state of the overall thickness of the film sheet can be checked by switching between 2D and 3D display. In the "Image Diagram" and the "Image Diagram Showing Changes," by selecting either the "2D Display Button" or the "3D Display Button," the "2D / 3D Thickness Data Display Section" can be switched between 2D and 3D display. "Reference Diagram 1 Showing Usage State" shows the state when 2D display is selected, and "Reference Diagram 2 Showing Usage State" shows the state when 3D display is selected. The film sheet thickness gauge is installed in the width direction of the film sheet, and the film sheet is processed into a roll after measurement. The "First Display Section" is the section that graphs the thickness measurement data at the width direction position of the film sheet selected in the "Second Display Section" along the time axis, and the change in thickness from the beginning to the end of the film sheet roll can be checked. The "Second Display Unit" is the section that graphs and displays the waveform of the film sheet's thickness in the width direction at the measurement point selected in the "First Display Unit." Therefore, the data displayed in the "First Display Unit" and the "Second Display Unit" can be mutually selected and displayed by selecting any point on their respective graphs. In addition, the "2D / 3D Thickness Data Display Unit" allows users to check the selected points in the "First Display Unit" and the "Second Display Unit" across the entire film sheet.
